Abstract

本発明に係る冷凍サイクル装置(100)においては、非共沸混合冷媒が使用される。冷凍サイクル装置(100)は、圧縮機(1)と、第1熱交換器(6)と、第1膨張弁(4A)と、第2熱交換器(3)とを備える。非共沸混合冷媒は、圧縮機(1)、第1熱交換器(6)、第1膨張弁(4A)、および第2熱交換器(3)の第1循環方向に循環する。非共沸混合冷媒は、R32と、CF3Iと、R1123とを含む。冷凍サイクル装置(100)に封止された状態の非共沸混合冷媒におけるR32の第1重量比率は、43wt%以下である。冷凍サイクル装置(100)に封止された状態の非共沸混合冷媒におけるCF3Iの第2重量比率は、第1重量比率以下である。冷凍サイクル装置(100)に封止された状態の非共沸混合冷媒におけるR1123の第3重量比率は、14wt%以上である。

Description

冷凍サイクル装置
 本発明は、非共沸混合冷媒が使用される冷凍サイクル装置に関する。
 従来、非共沸混合冷媒が使用される冷凍サイクル装置が知られている。たとえば、国際公開第2015/140884号(特許文献1)には、不均化反応(自己分解反応)が生じる特性を有する第1冷媒と、同一圧力下において第1冷媒よりも沸点の高い第2冷媒とを含む非共沸混合冷媒が使用される冷凍サイクル装置が開示されている。当該冷凍サイクル装置においては、圧縮機が起動した後の初期状態において、気液分離器内の液冷媒量に基づいて圧縮機から吐出される冷媒の温度、または圧力を通常運転に比べて抑制することにより、第1冷媒の不均化反応を防止することができるため、冷凍サイクル装置の性能を高めることができる。

 単一成分の冷媒に地球温暖化係数(GWP:Global Warming Potential)のより低い他の冷媒が混ぜられた非共沸混合冷媒が、地球温暖化防止の観点から冷凍サイクル装置に使用されることがある。非共沸混合冷媒においては、同じ圧力において飽和液の温度と飽和蒸気の温度との間に温度勾配が生じる場合がある。当該温度勾配が大きくなると、蒸発器として機能する熱交換器に流入する非共沸混合冷媒の温度が低下し、着霜が発生し易くなる。その結果、冷凍サイクル装置の性能が低下し得る。
 本発明は、上述のような課題を解決するためになされたものであり、その目的は、非共沸混合冷媒のGWPを低減しながら、当該非共沸混合冷媒が使用される冷凍サイクル装置の性能低下を抑制することである。
 本発明に係る冷凍サイクル装置においては、非共沸混合冷媒が使用される。冷凍サイクル装置は、圧縮機と、第1熱交換器と、第1膨張弁と、第2熱交換器とを備える。非共沸混合冷媒は、圧縮機、第1熱交換器、第1膨張弁、および第2熱交換器の第1循環方向に循環する。非共沸混合冷媒は、R32と、CF3Iと、R1123とを含む。冷凍サイクル装置に封止された状態の非共沸混合冷媒におけるR32の第1重量比率は、43wt%以下である。冷凍サイクル装置に封止された状態の非共沸混合冷媒におけるCF3Iの第2重量比率は、第1重量比率以下である。冷凍サイクル装置に封止された状態の非共沸混合冷媒におけるR1123の第3重量比率は、14wt%以上である。
 本発明に係る冷凍サイクル装置によれば、冷凍サイクル装置に封止された状態の非共沸混合冷媒におけるR32の第1重量比率が43wt%以下であり、CF3Iの第2重量比率が第1重量比率以下であり、R1123の第3重量比率が14wt%以上であることにより、非共沸混合冷媒のGWPを低減しながら、当該非共沸混合冷媒が使用される冷凍サイクル装置の性能低下を抑制することができる。

 以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。なお、図中同一または相当部分には同一符号を付してその説明は原則として繰り返さない。
 実施の形態1.
 図1は、実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置100の構成を示す機能ブロック図である。冷凍サイクル装置100としては、たとえばPAC(Package Air Conditioner)を挙げることができる。図1に示されるように、冷凍サイクル装置100は、室外機110と、室内機120とを備える。室外機110は、圧縮機1と、四方弁2(流路切替弁)と、膨張弁4A(第1膨張弁)と、膨張弁4B(第2膨張弁)と、レシーバ5(冷媒容器)と、熱交換器6(第1熱交換器)と、室外ファン11と、制御装置10と、温度センサ13とを含む。室内機120は、熱交換器3(第2熱交換器)と、室内ファン12とを含む。
 冷凍サイクル装置100には、R32、CF3I、およびR1123が混合されることによってGWPが低減された非共沸混合冷媒が使用される。冷凍サイクル装置100に封止された状態の非共沸混合冷媒におけるR32の重量比率は、43wt%以下である。冷凍サイクル装置100に封止された状態の非共沸混合冷媒におけるCF3Iの重量比率は、R32の重量比率以下である。冷凍サイクル装置100に封止された状態の非共沸混合冷媒におけるR1123の重量比率は、14wt%以上である。冷凍サイクル装置100の出荷台数の増加に伴い、非共沸混合冷媒の使用量が増加した場合でも、冷媒に関する規制(たとえばモントリオール議定書、あるいはF-gas規制)が満たされるように、R32の重量比率を30wt%以下として、GWPをより低減することが望ましい。
 R32、CF3I、およびR1123の沸点は、それぞれ-52℃、-22.5℃、および-56℃である。R1123は、非共沸混合冷媒の動作圧力を上昇させる。R1123を非共沸混合冷媒に含ませることにより、所望の動作圧力を確保するために必要な圧縮機1の容積(ストロークボリューム)を小さくすることができるため、圧縮機1を小型化することができる。なお、GWPの低減が妨げられない範囲で、非共沸混合冷媒は、R32、CF3I、およびR1123以外の冷媒(たとえば、R1234yf、R1234ze(E)、R290、あるいはCO2)を含んでもよい。
 制御装置10は、圧縮機1の駆動周波数を制御することにより、不図示の温度センサによって取得する室内機120内の温度が所望の温度(たとえばユーザによって設定された温度)となるように圧縮機1が単位時間あたりに吐出する冷媒量を制御する。制御装置10は、非共沸混合冷媒の過熱度または過冷却度が所望の範囲の値となるように膨張弁4A,4Bの開度を制御する。制御装置10は、室外ファン11および室内ファン12の単位時間当たりの送風量を制御する。制御装置10は、温度センサ13から圧縮機1から吐出される非共沸混合冷媒の吐出温度Td(第1温度)を取得する。制御装置10は、四方弁2を制御して、非共沸混合冷媒の循環方向を切り替える。
 制御装置10は、四方弁2を制御して、冷房運転において圧縮機1の吐出口と熱交換器6とを連通させるとともに、熱交換器3と圧縮機1の吸入口とを連通させる。冷房運転において非共沸混合冷媒は、圧縮機1、四方弁2、熱交換器6、膨張弁4A、レシーバ5、膨張弁4B、熱交換器3、四方弁2、およびレシーバ5の順に循環する。膨張弁4Aからレシーバ5に流入した非共沸混合冷媒の一部は、液体の非共沸混合冷媒と気体の非共沸混合冷媒とに分離し、レシーバ5に貯留される。
 制御装置10は、四方弁2を制御して、暖房運転において圧縮機1の吐出口と熱交換器3とを連通させるとともに、熱交換器6と圧縮機1の吸入口とを連通させる。暖房運転において非共沸混合冷媒は、圧縮機1、四方弁2、熱交換器3、膨張弁4B、レシーバ5、膨張弁4A、熱交換器6、四方弁2、およびレシーバ5の順に循環する。膨張弁4Bからレシーバ5に流入した非共沸混合冷媒の一部は、液体の非共沸混合冷媒と気体の非共沸混合冷媒とに分離し、レシーバ5に貯留される。
 図2は、一般的な非共沸混合冷媒のエンタルピ、圧力、および温度の関係を示すP-h線図である。図2において、曲線LC,GCは、それぞれ飽和液線、および飽和蒸気線を表す。飽和液線および飽和蒸気線は、臨界点CPにおいて接続されている。飽和液線LC上の点LP,GPは、圧力P1における飽和液線上の点および飽和蒸気線上の点をそれぞれ表している。図2には、温度T1,T2(<T1)の等温線が示されている。
 図2に示されるように、点GPとLPとの間には、T1-T2の温度勾配が生じている。非共沸混合冷媒は、同じ圧力下の気液二相状態(飽和液線LCと飽和蒸気線GCとの間の領域)において、エンタルピが減少するほど温度が低下する特性を有する場合がある。温度勾配が大きくなる程、暖房運転において蒸発器として機能する熱交換器6に流入する非共沸混合冷媒の温度が低下し、熱交換器6に着霜が発生し易くなる。その結果、冷凍サイクル装置100の性能が低下し得る。
 そこで、冷凍サイクル装置100においては、冷凍サイクル装置100に封止された状態の非共沸混合冷媒におけるCF3Iの重量比率をR32の重量比率以下とすることにより、温度勾配を抑制する。
 図3は、CF3Iの重量比率に対するR32の重量比率の割合と、温度勾配との関係を示す図である。図3に示されるように、CF3Iの重量比率をR32の重量比率以下(CF3Iの重量比率に対するR32の重量比率の割合が1.0以上)とすることにより、温度勾配を抑制することができる。
 冷凍サイクル装置100に使用される非共沸混合冷媒に含まれるCF3Iは、高温(たとえば100℃程度)の環境下においてフッ化、あるいはヨウ化することが知られている。CF3Iがフッ化、またはヨウ化すると、配管の金属腐食により冷凍サイクル装置100内に不純物(スラッジ)が生じ、冷凍サイクル装置100が故障する可能性が高まる。そこで、冷凍サイクル装置100においては、CF3Iのフッ化およびヨウ化を防止するため、圧縮機1から吐出される非共沸混合冷媒の吐出温度Tdが基準温度(たとえば100℃)以上である場合に、吐出温度Tdを低下させる制御を行なう。その結果、冷凍サイクル装置100の安全性を向上させることができる。
 図4は、図1の制御装置10によって行なわれる吐出温度Tdを低下させる処理を説明するためのフローチャートである。図4に示される処理は、冷凍サイクル装置100の統合的な制御を行なう不図示のメインルーチンによって一定時間間隔毎に呼び出される。なお、以下ではステップを単にSと記載する。
 図4に示されるように、制御装置10は、S101において、吐出温度Tdが基準温度τ1よりも小さいか否かを判定する。吐出温度Tdが基準温度τ1よりも小さい場合(S101においてYES)、制御装置10は、メインルーチンに処理を返す。吐出温度Tdが基準温度τ1以上である場合(S101においてNO)、制御装置10は、処理をS102に進める。
 制御装置10は、S102において圧縮機1の駆動周波数を低下させて、処理をS103に進める。制御装置10は、S103において凝縮器として機能している熱交換器への送風量を増加させて、処理をS104に進める。冷房運転において制御装置10は、S103において、室外ファン11の単位時間当たりの送風量を増加させる。暖房運転において制御装置10は、S103において室内ファン12の送風量を増加させる。制御装置10は、S104において膨張弁4A,4Bの開度を増加させて処理をメインルーチンに返す。
 なお、S102~S104のうち少なくとも1つが行なわれればよく、S102~S104の全てが行なわれる必要はない。また、S102~S104は、図4に示される順番で行なわれなくてもよい。
 実施の形態1においては、非共沸混合冷媒を貯留する冷媒容器を備える冷凍サイクル装置について説明した。実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置は、たとえば図5に示される実施の形態1の変形例1に係る冷凍サイクル装置100Aのように、冷媒容器を備えていなくてもよい。冷凍サイクル装置100Aの構成は、図1の冷凍サイクル装置100からレシーバ5が除かれているとともに、膨張弁4A,4Bが膨張弁4(第1膨張弁)に置き換えられた構成である。冷凍サイクル装置100Aとしては、たとえばRAC(Room Air Conditioner)を挙げることができる。
 実施の形態1および変形例1においては、流路切替弁によって冷媒の循環方向が切り替えられる場合について説明した。実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置は、たとえば図6に示される実施の形態1の変形例2に係る冷凍サイクル装置100Bのように、流路切替弁を備えていなくてもよい。冷凍サイクル装置100Bとしては、たとえば冷蔵庫、あるいはショーケースを挙げることができる。
 実施の形態1および変形例1においては、1台の室外機および1台の室内機を含む冷凍サイクル装置について説明した。実施の形態に係る冷凍サイクル装置は、複数の室外機を備えていてもよいし、複数の室内機を備えていてもよい。
 以上、実施の形態1および変形例1,2に係る冷凍サイクル装置によれば、非共沸混合冷媒のGWPを低減しながら、当該非共沸混合冷媒が使用される冷凍サイクル装置の性能低下を抑制することができる。また、実施の形態1および変形例1,2に係る冷凍サイクル装置によれば、冷凍サイクル装置100の安全性を向上させることができる。
 実施の形態2.
 実施の形態1においては、R32、CF3I、およびR1123を含む非共沸混合冷媒が使用される冷凍サイクル装置について説明した。R32、CF3I、およびR1123の中で最も沸点が低いR1123は、気化し易いため、冷凍サイクル装置の運転が継続するにつれて、冷媒容器に含まれるR1123の重量比率が増加する。その結果、冷凍サイクル装置を循環する非共沸混合冷媒(循環冷媒)におけるR1123の重量比率が低下する。
 図7および図8の各々は、(a)非共沸混合冷媒におけるR1123の重量比率と温度勾配との関係のシミュレーション結果、および(b)当該重量比率と圧力損失比との関係のシミュレーション結果を併せて示す図である。図7は、非共沸混合冷媒におけるR32の重量比率を43wt%として、R1123の重量比率を14wt%以上57wt%より小さい範囲で変化させた場合のシミュレーション結果である。図8は、非共沸混合冷媒におけるR32の重量比率を30wt%として、R1123の重量比率を40wt%以上70wt%より小さい範囲で変化させた場合のシミュレーション結果である。なお、圧力損失比とは、R1123の重量比率が最小である場合の圧力損失に対するR1123の重量比率が或る値である場合の圧力損失の割合である。
 図7(a)および図8(a)に示されるように、R1123の重量比率が増加するほど、温度勾配は小さくなる。また、図7(b)および図8(b)に示されるように、R1123の重量比率が増加するほど、圧力損失比が低下する。
 そこで、実施の形態2においては、温度勾配がしきい値を超えた場合に、冷媒容器内のR1123を循環冷媒に返すことにより、温度勾配の増加および圧力損失比の増加を抑制する。その結果、循環冷媒におけるR1123の重量比率の低下による冷凍サイクル装置の性能低下を抑制することができる。
 図9は、実施の形態2に係る冷凍サイクル装置200の構成、および冷房運転における冷媒の流れを併せて示す機能ブロック図である。冷凍サイクル装置200の構成は、図1の冷凍サイクル装置100の室外機110が室外機210に置き換えられた構成である。室外機210の構成は、図1の室外機110の構成に膨張弁4C(第3膨張弁)、三方弁8(流路切替部)、内部熱交換器7(第3熱交換器)、および温度センサ9A~9Cが加えられているとともに、図1の制御装置10が制御装置20に置き換えられた構成である。これら以外は同様であるため、説明を繰り返さない。
 図9に示されるように、内部熱交換器7は、レシーバ5と膨張弁4Cとの間に接続されているととともに、四方弁2とレシーバ5との間に接続されている。三方弁8は、膨張弁4Cと、熱交換器3および膨張弁4Bを接続する流路FP1(第1流路)との間に接続されている。また、三方弁8は、膨張弁4Cと、膨張弁4Aおよび熱交換器6を接続する流路FP2(第2流路)との間に接続されている。冷凍サイクル装置200の冷房運転は、膨張弁4Cが閉止された状態で開始される。なお、内部熱交換器7の接続位置は、四方弁2と圧縮機1の吸入口との間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒が通過する接続位置であれば、どのような接続位置でもよく、たとえば、レシーバ5と膨張弁4Cとの間に接続されているととともに、レシーバ5と圧縮機1の吸入口との間に接続されてもよい。
 制御装置20は、圧縮機1の駆動周波数を制御することにより、室内機120内の温度が所望の温度となるように圧縮機1が単位時間あたりに吐出する冷媒量を制御する。制御装置20は、非共沸混合冷媒の過熱度または過冷却度が所望の範囲の値となるように膨張弁4A,4Bの開度を制御する。制御装置20は、室外ファン11および室内ファン12の単位時間当たりの送風量を制御する。
 制御装置20は、温度センサ13から圧縮機1から吐出される非共沸混合冷媒の吐出温度Td(第1温度)を取得する。制御装置20は、温度センサ9Aからレシーバ5内の気体の非共沸混合冷媒の温度T91(第2温度)を取得する。制御装置20は、温度センサ9Bからレシーバ5内の液体の非共沸混合冷媒の温度T92(第3温度)を取得する。制御装置20は、温度センサ9Cから内部熱交換器7と膨張弁4Cとの間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒の温度T93(第4温度)を取得する。
 なお、図9には、温度センサ9Aおよび9Bがレシーバ5の側面に設置されている場合が示されているが、温度センサ9Aおよび9Bが設置される位置は、レシーバ5の側面に限定されない。レシーバ5内の気体の非共沸混合冷媒の温度を測定することができる位置であれば、温度センサ9Aはどのような位置に設置されていてもよく、たとえばレシーバ5の天井部あるいは上面に設置されてもよい。また、レシーバ5内の液体の非共沸混合冷媒の温度を測定することができる位置であれば、温度センサ9Bはどのような位置に設置されてもよく、たとえばレシーバ5の底部あるいは底面に設置されてもよい。
 冷房運転において、制御装置20は、四方弁2を制御して、冷房運転において圧縮機1の吐出口と熱交換器6とを連通させるとともに、熱交換器3と内部熱交換器7とを連通させる。制御装置20は、三方弁8を制御して、膨張弁4Cを流路FP1に連通させる。
 冷房運転において非共沸混合冷媒は、圧縮機1、四方弁2、熱交換器6、膨張弁4A、レシーバ5、膨張弁4B、熱交換器3、四方弁2、内部熱交換器7、およびレシーバ5の順に循環する。膨張弁4Aからレシーバ5に流入した非共沸混合冷媒の一部は、液体の非共沸混合冷媒と気体の非共沸混合冷媒とに分離し、レシーバ5に貯留される。膨張弁4Cが開放されている場合、レシーバ5内の気体の非共沸混合冷媒が流路FP1に導かれる。
 ノードN1は、圧縮機1と四方弁2との間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒が通過するノードである。ノードN2は、熱交換器6と膨張弁4Aとの間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒が通過するノードである。三方弁8と流路FP2は、ノードN2において三方弁8に連通している。ノードN3は、膨張弁4Aとレシーバ5との間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒が通過するノードである。
 ノードN4は、レシーバ5と膨張弁4Bとの間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒が通過するノードである。ノードN5は、膨張弁4Bと熱交換器3との間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒が通過するノードである。流路FP1は、ノードN5において三方弁8に連通している。ノードN6は、四方弁2と内部熱交換器7との間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒が通過するノードである。ノードN7は、内部熱交換器7とレシーバ5との間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒が通過するノードである。ノードN8は、レシーバ5と圧縮機1との間を流れる冷媒が通過するノードである。
 ノードN9は、レシーバ5と内部熱交換器7との間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒が通過するノードである。ノードN10は、内部熱交換器7と膨張弁4Cとの間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒が通過するノードである。ノードN11は、三方弁8と流路FP1との間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒が通過するノードである。ノードN12は、三方弁8と流路FP2との間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒が通過するノードである。
 図10は、冷房運転における非共沸混合冷媒の状態の変化を示すP-h線図である。図10に示されている各状態は、図9のノードN1~N11における非共沸混合冷媒の各状態に対応する。状態C1は、膨張弁4BとノードN5との間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒の状態を表す。
 図9および図10を併せて参照しながら、ノードN8の状態からノードN1の状態への過程は、圧縮機1による断熱圧縮過程を表す。ノードN1の状態の非共沸混合冷媒の温度が温度センサ13によって吐出温度Tdとして測定される。ノードN1の状態からノードN2の状態への過程は、熱交換器6による凝縮過程を表す。ノードN2の状態からノードN3の状態への過程は、膨張弁4Aによる減圧過程を表す。ノードN4の状態は、レシーバ5から流出する飽和液の状態であり、図10において飽和液線上に示されている。ノードN4の状態の非共沸混合冷媒の温度が温度センサ9Bによって温度T92として測定される。ノードN4の状態から状態C1への過程は、膨張弁4Bによる減圧過程を表す。
 ノードN9の状態は、レシーバ5から流出する飽和蒸気の状態であり、図10において飽和蒸気線上に示されている。ノードN9の状態の非共沸混合冷媒の温度が温度センサ9Aによって温度T91(>T92)として測定される。ノードN9の状態からノードN10の状態への過程は、内部熱交換器7による冷却過程を表す。ノードN10の状態の非共沸混合冷媒の温度が温度センサ9Cによって温度T93(<T92)として測定される。ノードN10の状態からノードN11の状態への過程は、膨張弁4Cによる減圧過程を表す。ノードN11の状態のエンタルピは、状態C1のエンタルピよりも小さい。そのため、状態C1の非共沸混合冷媒にノードN11の状態の非共沸混合冷媒が合流するノードN5の状態のエンタルピは、ノードN11のエンタルピよりも大きく、状態C1のエンタルピよりも小さい。
 ノードN5の状態からノードN6の状態の過程は、熱交換器3による蒸発過程を表す。ノードN6の状態からノードN7の状態への過程において、内部熱交換器7を通過する非共沸混合冷媒は、ノードN9の状態の非共沸混合冷媒から熱を吸収する。そのため、ノードN7の状態のエンタルピは、ノードN6の状態のエンタルピよりも大きい。
 冷凍サイクル装置100においては、冷房運転において蒸発器として機能する熱交換器3に流入する非共沸混合冷媒のエンタルピ(ノードN5の状態のエンタルピ)が、膨張弁4Bから流出する非共沸混合冷媒のエンタルピ(状態C1のエンタルピ)よりも内部熱交換器7によって減少される。また、圧縮機1に吸入される非共沸混合冷媒のエンタルピ(ノードN8の状態のエンタルピ)が、内部熱交換器7によって、熱交換器3から流出する非共沸混合冷媒のエンタルピ(ノードN6の状態のエンタルピ)よりも増加される。そのため、熱交換器3に流入する非共沸混合冷媒のエンタルピと、圧縮機1に吸入される非共沸混合冷媒のエンタルピとの差が増加する。その結果、冷凍サイクル装置100の冷房運転の効率を向上させることができる。
 図11は、実施の形態2に係る冷凍サイクル装置200の構成、および暖房運転における冷媒の流れを併せて示す機能ブロック図である。冷凍サイクル装置200の暖房運転も、膨張弁4Cが閉止された状態で開始される。暖房運転において、制御装置20は、圧縮機1の吐出口と熱交換器3とを連通させるとともに、熱交換器6と内部熱交換器7とを連通させる。制御装置20は、三方弁8を制御して、膨張弁4Cを流路FP2に連通させる。
 暖房運転において非共沸混合冷媒は、圧縮機1、四方弁2、熱交換器3、膨張弁4B、レシーバ5、膨張弁4A、熱交換器6、四方弁2、内部熱交換器7、およびレシーバ5の順に循環する。膨張弁4Bからレシーバ5に流入した非共沸混合冷媒の一部は、液体の非共沸混合冷媒と気体の非共沸混合冷媒とに分離し、レシーバ5に貯留される。
 図12は、暖房運転における非共沸混合冷媒の状態の変化を示すP-h線図である。図12に示されている各状態は、図11のノードN1~N10,N12における非共沸混合冷媒の各状態に対応する。状態C2は、膨張弁4AとノードN2との間を流れる非共沸混合冷媒の状態を表す。
 図11および図12を併せて参照しながら、ノードN8の状態からノードN1の状態への過程は、圧縮機1による断熱圧縮過程を表す。ノードN1の状態の非共沸混合冷媒の温度が温度センサ13によって吐出温度Tdとして測定される。ノードN1の状態からノードN5の状態への過程は、熱交換器3による凝縮過程を表す。ノードN5の状態からノードN4の状態への過程は、膨張弁4Bによる減圧過程を表す。ノードN3の状態は、レシーバ5から流出する飽和液の状態であり、図12において飽和液線上に示されている。ノードN3の状態の非共沸混合冷媒の温度が温度センサ9Bによって温度T92として測定される。ノードN3の状態から状態C2への過程は、膨張弁4Aによる減圧過程を表す。
 ノードN9の状態は、レシーバ5から流出する飽和蒸気の状態であり、図12において飽和蒸気線上に示されている。ノードN9の状態の非共沸混合冷媒の温度が温度センサ9Aによって温度T91(>T92)として測定される。ノードN9の状態からノードN10の状態への過程は、内部熱交換器7による冷却過程を表す。ノードN10の状態の非共沸混合冷媒の温度が温度センサ9Cによって温度T93(<T92)として測定される。ノードN10の状態からノードN12への過程は、膨張弁4Cによる減圧過程を表す。ノードN12の状態のエンタルピは、状態C2のエンタルピよりも小さい。そのため、状態C2の非共沸混合冷媒にノードN12の状態の非共沸混合冷媒が合流するノードN2の状態のエンタルピは、ノードN12のエンタルピよりも大きく、状態C2のエンタルピよりも小さい。
 ノードN2の状態からノードN6の状態の過程は、熱交換器6による蒸発過程を表す。ノードN6の状態からノードN7の状態への過程において、非共沸混合冷媒は、内部熱交換器7においてノードN9の状態の非共沸混合冷媒から熱を吸収する。そのため、ノードN7の状態のエンタルピは、ノードN6の状態のエンタルピよりも大きい。
 冷凍サイクル装置100においては、暖房運転において蒸発器として機能する熱交換器6に流入する非共沸混合冷媒のエンタルピ(ノードN2の状態のエンタルピ)が、膨張弁4Aから流出する非共沸混合冷媒のエンタルピ(状態C2のエンタルピ)よりも内部熱交換器7によって減少される。また、圧縮機1に吸入される非共沸混合冷媒のエンタルピ(ノードN8の状態のエンタルピ)が、熱交換器6から流出する非共沸混合冷媒のエンタルピ(ノードN6の状態のエンタルピ)よりも内部熱交換器7によって増加される。そのため、熱交換器6に流入する非共沸混合冷媒のエンタルピと、圧縮機1に吸入される非共沸混合冷媒のエンタルピとの差が増加する。その結果、冷凍サイクル装置100の暖房運転の効率を向上させることができる。
 図13は、図9および図11の制御装置20によって行なわれる膨張弁4Cの制御を説明するためのフローチャートの一例である。図13に示される処理は、冷凍サイクル装置200の統合的な制御を行なう不図示のメインルーチンによって一定時間間隔毎に呼び出される。図13に示される処理は、冷房運転および暖房運転において行なわれる。
 図13に示されるように、制御装置20は、S201において、膨張弁4Cが開放されているか否かを判定する。膨張弁4Cが閉止されている場合(S201においてNO)、制御装置20は、処理をS202に進める。制御装置20は、S202において温度T91とT92との差(温度勾配)がしきい値δ1(第1しきい値)以上であるか否かを判定する。温度勾配がしきい値δ1より小さい場合(S202においてNO)、制御装置20は、処理をメインルーチンに返す。温度勾配がしきい値δ1以上である場合(S202においてYES)、制御装置20は、処理をS203に進める。制御装置20は、S203において膨張弁4Cの開度を基準開度だけ開放し、処理をメインルーチンに返す。
 膨張弁4Cが開放されている場合(S201においてYES)、制御装置20は、処理をS204に進める。制御装置20は、S204において温度T91とT93との差がしきい値δ2以上か否かを判定する。温度T91とT93との差がしきい値δ2よりも小さい場合(S204においてNO)、制御装置20は、処理をS205に進める。制御装置20は、S205において膨張弁4Cの開度を一定開度だけ減少させた後、処理をメインルーチンに返す。温度T91とT93との差がしきい値δ2以上である場合(S204においてYES)、制御装置20は、S206に処理を進める。制御装置20は、S206において膨張弁4Cの開度を一定開度だけ増加させた後、処理をメインルーチンに返す。
 図14は、図9および図11の制御装置20によって行なわれる膨張弁4Cの制御を説明するためのフローチャートの他の例である。図14に示されるフローチャートは、図13に示されるフローチャートにS207,S208が追加されたフローチャートである。S201~S206は同様であるため、説明を繰り返さない。
 図14に示されるように、制御装置20は、S203、S205、またはS206の後に、S207において温度勾配がしきい値δ1以上であるか否かを判定する。温度勾配がしきい値δ1より小さい場合(S207においてNO)、制御装置20は、処理をS208に進める。制御装置20は、S208において、膨張弁4Cを閉止した後、処理をメインルーチンに返す。温度勾配がしきい値δ1以上である場合(S207においてYES)、制御装置20は、処理をメインルーチンに返す。図14に示される処理が行なわれる場合、冷房運転および暖房運転の開始時に膨張弁4Cが閉止されている必要はない。
 実施の形態2においては、流路切替部として三方弁が用いられる場合について説明した。流路切替部は、三方弁に限定されず、冷媒容器からの気体の非共沸混合冷媒が向かう流路を切り替えられれば、どのような構成であってもよい。流路切替部は、たとえば、図15に示される実施の形態2の変形例1に係る冷凍サイクル装置200Aのように、2つの開閉弁を含んでいてもよい。冷凍サイクル装置200Aの構成は、図9の冷凍サイクル装置200の三方弁8および制御装置20が、流路切替部80および制御装置20Aにそれぞれ置き換えられた構成である。これら以外の構成は同様であるため、説明を繰り返さない。
 図15に示されるように、流路切替部80は、開閉弁8A,8Bを含む。開閉弁8Aは、膨張弁4CとノードN5との間に接続されている。開閉弁8Bは、膨張弁4CとノードN2との間に接続されている。冷房運転において制御装置20Aは、開閉弁8Aを開放するとともに開閉弁8Bを閉止する。暖房運転において制御装置20Aは、開閉弁8Aを閉止するとともに開閉弁8Bを開放する。
 実施の形態2においては、冷媒容器からの気体の非共沸混合冷媒と、蒸発器として機能する熱交換器からの非共沸混合冷媒との間で熱交換が行なわれる第3熱交換器を備える冷凍サイクル装置について説明した。実施の形態2に係る冷凍サイクル装置は、図16に示される実施の形態2の変形例2に係る冷凍サイクル装置200Bのように、第3熱交換器を備えていなくてもよい。冷凍サイクル装置200Bの構成は、図9の冷凍サイクル装置200から内部熱交換器7が除かれているとともに、制御装置20が制御装置20Bに置き換えられた構成である。これら以外は同様であるため、説明を繰り返さない。
 図17は、冷房運転における非共沸混合冷媒の状態の変化を示すP-h線図である。図17に示されている各状態は、図16のノードN1~N11における非共沸混合冷媒の各状態に対応する。ノードN5の状態、ノードN6の状態、およびノードN11の状態以外は、図10と同様であるため、説明を繰り返さない。
 図16および図17を併せて参照しながら、冷凍サイクル装置200Bにおいては、ノードN6からN7へ流れる非共沸混合冷媒と、ノードN9からN10へ流れる非共沸混合冷媒との間で熱交換が行なわれないため、ノードN6の状態は、ノードN7の状態とほとんど同じである。ノードN10の状態からノードN11の状態への過程は、膨張弁4Cによる減圧過程を表す。ノードN11の状態のエンタルピは、状態C1のエンタルピよりも大きい。そのため、状態C1の非共沸混合冷媒にノードN11の状態の非共沸混合冷媒が合流するノードN5の状態のエンタルピは、ノードN11のエンタルピよりも小さく、状態C1のエンタルピよりも大きい。
 図18は、暖房運転における非共沸混合冷媒の状態の変化を示すP-h線図である。図18に示されている各状態は、図16のノードN1~N10,N12における非共沸混合冷媒の各状態に対応する。ノードN2の状態、ノードN6の状態、およびノードN12の状態以外は、図12と同様であるため、説明を繰り返さない。
 図16および図18を併せて参照しながら、冷房運転の場合と同様に、ノードN6の状態は、ノードN7の状態とほとんど同じである。ノードN10の状態からノードN12の状態への過程は、膨張弁4Cによる減圧過程を表す。ノードN12の状態のエンタルピは、状態C2のエンタルピよりも大きい。そのため、状態C2の非共沸混合冷媒にノードN12の状態の非共沸混合冷媒が合流するノードN2の状態のエンタルピは、ノードN12のエンタルピよりも小さく、状態C2のエンタルピよりも大きい。
 図19は、図16の制御装置20Bによって行なわれる膨張弁4Cの制御を説明するためのフローチャートである。図19に示される処理は、冷凍サイクル装置200Bの統合的な制御を行なう不図示のメインルーチンによって一定時間間隔毎に呼び出される。
 図19に示されるように、制御装置20Bは、S221において温度勾配がしきい値δ1以上であるか否かを判定する。温度勾配がしきい値δ1より小さい場合(S221においてNO)、制御装置20は、処理をS222に進める。制御装置20は、S222において膨張弁4Cを閉止して処理をメインルーチンに返す。温度勾配がしきい値δ1以上である場合(S221においてYES)、制御装置20Bは、処理をS223に進める。
 制御装置20Bは、S223において膨張弁4Cの開度が基準開度よりも小さいか否かを判定する。膨張弁4Cの開度が基準開度よりも小さい場合(S223においてYES)、制御装置20Bは、処理をS224に進める。制御装置20Bは、S224において膨張弁4Cの開度を基準開度に設定して、処理をメインルーチンに返す。膨張弁4Cの開度が基準開度以上である場合(S223においてNO)、制御装置20Bは、処理をメインルーチンに返す。
 実施の形態2においては、冷媒容器からの気体の非共沸混合冷媒が向かう流路を切り替える流路切替部を備える冷凍サイクル装置について説明した。実施の形態2に係る冷凍サイクル装置は、たとえば図20に示される実施の形態2の変形例3に係る冷凍サイクル装置200C、または図21に示される実施の形態2の変形例4に係る冷凍サイクル装置200Dのように、流路切替部を備えていなくてもよい。
 図20に示される冷凍サイクル装置200Cの構成は、図9の冷凍サイクル装置200の構成から、三方弁8、および三方弁8と流路FP2とを接続する流路が除かれているとともに、制御装置20が制御装置20Cに置き換えられた構成である。これら以外の構成は同様であるため、説明を繰り返さない。冷房運転において制御装置20Cは、図13または図14に示される処理を行なう。制御装置20Cは、膨張弁4Cが閉止された状態で暖房運転を行なう。暖房運転において制御装置20Cは、図13または図14に示される処理を行なわない。
 図21に示される冷凍サイクル装置200Dの構成は、図9の冷凍サイクル装置200の構成から、三方弁8、および三方弁8と流路FP1とを接続する流路が除かれているとともに、制御装置20が制御装置20Dに置き換えられた構成である。これら以外の構成は同様であるため、説明を繰り返さない。暖房運転において制御装置20Dは、図13または図14に示される処理を行なう。制御装置20Dは、膨張弁4Cが閉止された状態で冷房運転を行なう。冷房運転において制御装置20Dは、図13または図14に示される処理を行なわない。
 以上、実施の形態2および変形例1~4に係る冷凍サイクル装置によれば、非共沸混合冷媒のGWPを低減しながら、当該非共沸混合冷媒が使用される冷凍サイクル装置の性能低下を抑制することができる。また、実施の形態2および変形例1~4に係る冷凍サイクル装置によれば、循環冷媒におけるR1123の重量比率の低下による冷凍サイクル装置の性能低下を抑制することができる。
 今回開示された各実施の形態および各変形例は、矛盾しない範囲で適宜組み合わせて実施することも予定されている。今回開示された実施の形態および変形例はすべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は上記した説明ではなくて請求の範囲によって示され、請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。

Claims (11)

  1.  非共沸混合冷媒が使用される冷凍サイクル装置であって、
     圧縮機と、
     第1熱交換器と、
     第1膨張弁と、
     第2熱交換器とを備え、
     前記非共沸混合冷媒は、前記圧縮機、前記第1熱交換器、前記第1膨張弁、および前記第2熱交換器の第1循環方向に循環し、
     前記非共沸混合冷媒は、R32と、CF3Iと、R1123とを含み、
     前記冷凍サイクル装置に封止された状態の前記非共沸混合冷媒における前記R32の第1重量比率は、43wt%以下であり、
     前記冷凍サイクル装置に封止された状態の前記非共沸混合冷媒における前記CF3Iの第2重量比率は、前記第1重量比率以下であり、
     前記冷凍サイクル装置に封止された状態の前記非共沸混合冷媒における前記R1123の第3重量比率は、14wt%以上である、冷凍サイクル装置。
  2.  前記第1重量比率は、30wt%以下である、請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  3.  前記圧縮機から吐出される前記非共沸混合冷媒の第1温度が基準温度よりも大きい場合の前記圧縮機の駆動周波数は、前記第1温度が前記基準温度よりも小さい場合の前記圧縮機の駆動周波数よりも低い、請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  4.  前記第1熱交換器に送風する送風装置をさらに備え、
     前記圧縮機から吐出される前記非共沸混合冷媒の第1温度が基準温度よりも大きい場合の前記送風装置の単位時間当たりの送風量は、前記第1温度が前記基準温度よりも小さい場合の前記送風装置の単位時間当たりの送風量よりも大きい、請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  5.  前記圧縮機から吐出される前記非共沸混合冷媒の第1温度が基準温度よりも大きい場合の前記第1膨張弁の開度は、前記第1温度が前記基準温度よりも小さい場合の前記第1膨張弁の開度よりも大きい、請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  6.  前記第2熱交換器に第1流路を介して接続された第2膨張弁と、
     前記第1流路に連通する第3膨張弁と、
     前記第1膨張弁、前記第2膨張弁、および前記第3膨張弁に連通する冷媒容器とをさらに備える、
     前記第3膨張弁が開放されている場合、前記冷媒容器内の気体の前記非共沸混合冷媒が前記第1流路に導かれる、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  7.  制御装置をさらに備え、
     前記第1膨張弁から前記冷媒容器に流入した前記非共沸混合冷媒の少なくとも一部は、前記冷媒容器内で気化し、
     前記冷媒容器内の気体の前記非共沸混合冷媒の第2温度と、前記冷媒容器内の液体の前記非共沸混合冷媒の第3温度との第1の差が第1しきい値よりも大きい場合、前記制御装置は、前記第3膨張弁を開放する、請求項6に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  8.  前記冷媒容器と前記第3膨張弁との間に接続されているとともに、前記第2熱交換器と前記冷媒容器との間に接続された第3熱交換器をさらに備え、
     前記冷媒容器から流出した気体の前記非共沸混合冷媒と前記圧縮機に吸入される前記非共沸混合冷媒とは前記第3熱交換器において熱交換を行なう、請求項7に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  9.  前記制御装置は、前記第2温度と前記冷媒容器と前記第3膨張弁との間を流れる前記非共沸混合冷媒の第4温度との第2の差が第2しきい値より大きい場合、前記第3膨張弁の開度を増加させ、前記第2の差が前記第2しきい値よりも小さい場合、前記第3膨張弁の開度を減少させる、請求項8に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  10.  前記第1の差が前記第1しきい値よりも大きい場合、前記制御装置は、前記第3膨張弁を閉止する、請求項7~9のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  11.  前記非共沸混合冷媒の循環方向を、前記第1循環方向と、前記第1循環方向とは逆向きの第2循環方向との間で切り替える流路切替弁と、
     前記第3膨張弁を前記第1流路または前記第1膨張弁および前記第1熱交換器を接続する第2流路に連通させる流路切替部とを備え、
     前記流路切替部は、前記第1循環方向においては前記第3膨張弁と前記第1流路とを連通させ、前記第2循環方向においては前記第3膨張弁と前記第2流路とを連通させる、請求項6~10のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
