一种基布,采用聚酯纤维和棉纤维搅拌混合纺织成纱线制成平面产品,聚酯纤维成分为50-90%,棉纤维成分为10-50%,纱线采用经纬向织造工艺织造成基布;一种磨盘专用砂布,由基布制备获得;一种砂布加工设备,包括砂布加工台,设于砂布加工台上的伸缩装置,伸缩装置上连接拖辊轴(2),拖辊轴正对方向设置橡胶辊(5),托辊轴与橡胶辊之间设置柔曲杆(3);一种磨盘专用砂布制备方法,包括步骤基布浸渍、砂布成型、砂布柔曲;该基布打磨不锈钢制品不发黑不发黄,保持不锈钢的光洁度,基布制造出的磨具砂布打磨不锈钢制品不规则面抗冲击性能好,柔曲装置柔曲后的磨具砂布柔韧性好、弹性好。

Description

一种基布、磨盘专用砂布、砂布加工设备及其制备方法
本申请要求了申请日为2018年6月29日,申请号为2018106969661,发明名称为“一种基布、磨盘专用砂布、砂布加工设备及其制备方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用在本申请中。
技术领域
发明涉及原布和砂布制造工艺,特别涉及应用于磨不锈钢异型柔性磨盘专用涂附磨具砂布的制造。
背景技术
随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,对不锈钢制品的需求越来越多,由于不锈钢制品具有经久耐用、美观的特点,越来越受到人们的青睐。而不锈钢的打磨抛光对涂附磨具砂布的要求也越来越高,特别是对曲面、凹面等不规则面的加工,传统涂附磨具砂布制作成异型柔性磨盘打磨时出现砂布太硬、容易断片、不锈钢表面发黑发黄问题,砂布存在柔韧性不足、强度不足,满足不了不锈钢制品加工的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是设计一种特种基布产品,使其撕裂强度满足异型柔性磨盘磨削时抗冲击的技术要求,解决打磨不锈钢不规则面断片问题,使其涤棉混纺比更适合不锈钢制品的磨削抛光,加工后的不锈钢制品光洁度好,不发黑不发黄,设计一种砂布柔曲整理工艺和装置,砂布通过柔曲整理后使其柔韧性达到制作异型柔性磨盘进行弹性加工的技术要求,满足不锈钢制品不规则面打磨抛光的技术要求。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的方案如下:
一种基布,所述基布采用聚酯纤维和棉纤维搅拌混合纺成纱线制成平面产品,所述聚酯纤维成份为50-90%,棉纤维成分为10-50%。
进一步的,所述纱线采用经纬向织造工艺织造成基布,所述经向密度为60-100根/英寸,纬向密度为60-80根/英寸。
一种磨盘专用砂布,该砂布通过上述基布制备获得。
一种砂布加工设备,该设备用于加工上述磨盘专用砂布,包括砂布加工台,固定座设于砂布加工台上的伸缩装置,伸缩装置上连接拖辊轴,托辊轴正对方向设置橡胶辊,托辊轴与橡胶辊之间设置柔曲杆。
一种磨盘专用砂布的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:基布浸渍,将基布放入浸渍料经浸渍,浸渍后浸渍料渗入基布毛细孔将其毛细孔填实,将含有浸渍料的布面烘干定型;砂布成型,在浸渍后基布的斜纹面刮涂上浆料并烘干定型,在基布平纹面涂胶、静电植砂,并烘干固化;砂布柔曲,将固化的砂布在砂布加工设备上作90°方向和45°方向上多重柔曲整理,获得磨盘专用砂布。
与现有技术相比,具有的有益效果为:
1、由本发明的涤棉混纺比织成的特种基布制造出的涂附磨具砂布转换成的涂附磨具异型柔性磨盘打磨不锈钢制品具有不发黑不发黄的优点,更好的保持不锈钢的光洁度、美观度。
2、由本发明的经纬向密度织成的特种基布制造出的柔性涂附磨具砂布转换成的涂附磨具异型柔性磨盘经纬向强度高,打磨不锈钢制品不规则面抗冲击性能好,不会出现断片飞片问题。
3、由本发明的专用柔曲整理工艺和装置柔曲后的涂附磨具砂布具备柔韧性好、弹性好,特别适合制作涂附磨具异型柔性磨盘用于各种不锈钢制品的打磨,打磨不锈钢制品不规则面弹性好、柔韧性好,与工件贴合性好。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步详细描述。
实施例1
首先将质量为50kg的聚酯纤维和50kg的棉纤维搅拌混合均匀,再将混合 好的纤维按纺纱工艺纺成纱线备用。
实施例2
首先将质量为60kg的聚酯纤维和40kg的棉纤维搅拌混合均匀,再将混合好的纤维按纺纱工艺纺成纱线备用。
实施例3
首先将质量为70kg的聚酯纤维和30kg的棉纤维搅拌混合均匀,再将混合好的纤维按纺纱工艺纺成纱线备用。
实施例4
首先将质量为80kg的聚酯纤维和20kg的棉纤维搅拌混合均匀,再将混合好的纤维按纺纱工艺纺成纱线备用。
实施例5
首先将质量为90kg的聚酯纤维和10kg的棉纤维搅拌混合均匀,再将混合好的纤维按纺纱工艺纺成纱线备用。
实施例6
分别将实施例1至实施例5获得的纱线,按经向密度100根/英寸,纬向密度60根/英寸放入织造机中织造成平面的布状产品,即获得本发明用于用于涂附磨具砂布的特种基布。这里的织造为将经、纬纱线在织机上相互交织成织物的工艺过程。
实施例7
分别将实施例1至实施例5获得的纱线,按经向密度90根/英寸,纬向密度65根/英寸放入织造机中织造成平面的布状产品,即获得本发明用于用于涂附磨具砂布的特种基布。这里的织造为将经、纬纱线在织机上相互交织成织物的工艺过程。
实施例8
分别将实施例1至实施例5获得的纱线,按经向密度80根/英寸,纬向密度70根/英寸放入织造机中织造成平面的布状产品,即获得本发明用于用于涂附磨具砂布的特种基布。这里的织造为将经、纬纱线在织机上相互交织成织物的工艺过程。
实施例9
分别将实施例1至实施例5获得的纱线,按经向密度70根/英寸,纬向密度75根/英寸放入织造机中织造成平面的布状产品,即获得本发明用于用于涂附磨具砂布的特种基布。这里的织造为将经、纬纱线在织机上相互交织成织物的工艺过程。
实施例10
分别将实施例1至实施例5获得的纱线,按经向密度60根/英寸,纬向密度80根/英寸放入织造机中织造成平面的布状产品,即获得本发明用于用于涂附磨具砂布的特种基布。这里的织造为将经、纬纱线在织机上相互交织成织物的工艺过程。
实施例11
分别将实施例6至实施例10获得的基布分别再经下述工序处理:将基布放入浸渍料经浸渍,浸渍后浸渍料渗入基布毛细孔将其毛细孔填实,将含有浸渍料的布面烘干定型;在浸渍后的布基斜纹面刮涂上浆料并烘干定型;最后在基布平纹面涂胶、静电植砂,并烘干固化,最终成为涂附磨具砂布。
实施例12
将实施例11中制得的涂附磨具砂布作90°方向(如图1柔曲杆与砂布运行方向呈90°)和45°方向(如图2柔曲杆与砂布运行方向呈45°)多重柔曲整理,从而获得所需的柔韧性。
本发明给出的砂布加工设备为本方案的一种实施例,不作其结构上的特别限定:包括砂布加工台,加工台上固定座设有升降气缸1,升降气缸的沈锁端连接有托辊轴2,托辊轴的滚动轴正对设置橡胶辊5,橡胶辊与托辊轴滚动轴之间滚动设置柔曲杆3,柔曲杆为杆体表面带有特种峰谷纹的杆体,砂布4设置于柔曲杆与橡胶辊之间进行滚动,通过调节砂布的折叠角度在柔曲杆上进行多重柔曲,砂布的背面8(斜纹面)设置于柔曲杆一侧,正面7(平纹面)设置于橡胶辊一侧。
经过多次反复试验设计出图一中的方式对砂布进行90°方向柔曲两遍,关键利用表面带有特种峰谷纹的柔曲杆。经过多次反复试验发明图二中的方式对砂布进行45°方向柔曲两遍,关键同时利用三根圆柱形柔曲杆。经过上述柔曲整理过程,最终制备出磨不锈钢异型柔性磨盘专用涂附磨具砂布。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种基布,其特征在于:所述基布采用聚酯纤维和棉纤维搅拌混合纺成纱线制成平面产品,所述聚酯纤维成份为50-90%,棉纤维成分为10-50%。
  2. 如权利要求1所述基布,其特征在于:所述纱线采用经纬向织造工艺织造成基布,所述经向密度为60-100根/英寸,纬向密度为60-80根/英寸。
  3. 一种磨盘专用砂布,其特征在于:该砂布由权利要求1或2所述基布制备获得。
  4. 一种砂布加工设备,其特征在于:该设备用于加工权利要求3所述磨盘专用砂布,包括砂布加工台,固定座设于砂布加工台上的伸缩装置,伸缩装置上连接拖辊轴,托辊轴正对方向设置橡胶辊,托辊轴与橡胶辊之间设置柔曲杆。
  5. 一种磨盘专用砂布的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括如下步骤:
    基布浸渍,将基布放入浸渍料经浸渍,浸渍后浸渍料渗入基布毛细孔将其毛细孔填实,将含有浸渍料的布面烘干定型;砂布成型,在浸渍后基布的斜纹面刮涂上浆料并烘干定型,在基布平纹面涂胶、静电植砂,并烘干固化;砂布柔曲,将固化的砂布在砂布加工设备上作90°方向和45°方向上多重柔曲整理,获得磨盘专用砂布。
