碳纤维导线耐张备份成套装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电力行业输配电线路用的安全防护装置,具体地说是碳纤维导线耐张备份成套装置。
背景技术
经检索有关专利文献,目前尚未检索到与本发明结构相同的碳纤维导线耐张备份成套装置。随着电力行业的快速发展,碳纤维导线已在国内多条线路中得到应用,施工过程中,耐张线夹对碳纤维导线的压接,以及在碳纤维导线放线的过程中易对导线端部造成内部芯棒损伤甚至断裂,且这类损伤目前尚无可靠的检测手段,部分线路出现芯棒断裂最终造成整个导线断裂垂挂,线路停电,由于出现越来越多的线路跨越高速铁路、高速公路和重要输电通道区段,这些跨越一旦出现导线断裂垂挂现象后果不堪设想;所以有必要设计一种碳纤维导线耐张备份成套装置,对耐张线夹出口50米范围内的导线进行保护,确保该范围内的导线芯发生断裂或原压缩耐张线夹失效,此备份成套装置能继续拉紧导线,避免导线跌落而引起事故发生,给抢修赢得宝贵时间,以满足现代化电网的发展需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种在原有线路结构不改变,对原压缩型耐张线夹出口前50米范围内的碳纤维导线发生断芯时,能有效拉住导线,防止导线跌落,并能分担原有耐张线夹的拉力,提高了原有耐张线夹使用寿命的一种碳纤维导线耐张备份成套装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
碳纤维导线耐张备份成套装置,它由备份耐张装置、护线条、平行挂 板、转接座、拉线装置、支撑阻尼线夹、U型拉环、三角形挂板、张紧装置组成,在备份耐张装置安装部位的碳纤维导线表面设有护线条;备份耐张装置的挂板通过平行挂板、张紧装置与转接座相连接;拉线装置通过U型拉环,一端与转接座相连,另一端与设置在三角形挂板上的张紧装置相连;三角形挂板设置在固定的杆塔上;所述的备份耐张装置为一楔形结构的备份耐张线夹;所述的护线条为耐磨预绞丝;支撑阻尼线夹设置在原耐张线夹与备份耐张装置之间的碳纤维分裂导线上,并以3-4米的间隔排列;所述的张紧装置为两端带有闭环扣的花篮螺丝。
所述的备份耐张装置由壳体、内楔块、挂板组成,内楔块一端设置在壳体内,另一端设有螺栓紧固孔;在壳体的两侧对称设有与挂板连接的耳轴;挂板设置耳轴上并通过开口销限定,并可绕耳轴转动;所述的壳体为两个相同的带有槽型的结构体通过螺栓紧固而成,在壳内形成与内楔块相匹配的楔形腔;所述的内楔块为两个对称的楔形体结合而成,并在结合面间形成与碳纤维导线外部形状相匹配的导线槽;壳体的外表面设计成圆弧面的结构,有效的防止应力集中及尖端放电现象。
所述的转接座由座体、连接耳板组成,座体为圆盘结构,并在座体的圆周上均匀设置有3-8个连接耳板呈喇叭式结构,其连接耳板的个数是根据分裂导线的个数而决定的;在连接耳板上设有与平行挂板相连接的螺栓孔。
所述的拉线装置由钢绞线、钢锚组成,在钢绞线的两端压接有钢锚。
所述的支撑阻尼线夹由抱箍、框板、线夹本体、线夹盖板、橡胶瓦组成,抱箍焊装在框板上;线夹本体通过螺栓固装在框板上;线夹盖板与线夹本体相铰接,并通过闭口销轴锁定在线夹本体上;在线夹本体、线夹盖板内侧表面设有橡胶瓦。
使用时,在碳纤维导线原压缩型耐张线夹出口处50米范围内需要备份的位置处包裹护线条,然后将备份耐张安装在已包裹有护线条的碳纤维导线上,根据分裂导线的数量选择合适的转接座,通过张紧装置、平行挂板将备份耐张上的挂板与转接座上的连接耳板相连,在杆塔上安装三角形挂板,根据三角形挂板与转接座之间的距离,选择合适长度的拉线装置,并通过张紧装置将转接座与三角形挂板相连接,安装支撑阻尼线夹,每只支撑阻尼线夹之间的距离间隔3-4米,支撑阻尼线夹中的抱箍紧抱在拉紧装置的钢绞线上,调节备份耐张与转接座之间的张紧装置,使得每根导线上的备份耐张与转接座平衡,最后调节三角挂板与拉线装置之间的张紧装置,使得拉线装置拉住转接座上连接的备份耐张最终备份耐张受力。
本发明的优点是:由于设有楔形备份耐张装置,从而安装方便,且对碳纤维导线的握紧力大;由于备份耐张装置的外表面设计成圆弧的结构形式,从而有效防止应力集中,结构可靠;由于设有的护线条为耐磨预绞丝,从而有效的保护了碳纤维导线的外表面且安装方便;由于设有转接座,从而能将多分裂导线上的备份耐张进行汇聚后采用一根拉线装置,使得结构更简单;由于采用支撑阻尼线夹,在保护了碳纤维导线外表面的同时又能将碳纤维导线可靠的撑开,从而备份耐张不会与导线间产生碰撞,大大延长了导线的使用寿命;由于设有花篮螺丝型张紧装置,从而能方便地调节松紧度及拉力;由于结构合理,使用方便,所以有着很大的实用和推广价值。
