Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de rabattage à rouleau de panneau de véhicule, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'un équipement de rabat à rouleau comportant un mécanisme de positionnement permettant d'utiliser un localisateur pour positionner un panneau externe sur une matrice de rabattage, et un mécanisme d'aspiration/fixation permettant d'utiliser une ventouse à vide pour aspirer et fixer une surface inférieure du panneau externe, le mécanisme d'aspiration/fixation comprenant : une partie de base de ventouse ; une partie de jupe qui s'élève en continu à une épaisseur prescrite à partir du bord de la partie de base de ventouse et comporte une ouverture dans ses bords périphériques ; un espace de dépressurisation formé par une paroi interne de la partie de base de ventouse et une paroi interne de la partie de jupe ; et un tuyau traversant d'aspiration qui traverse la partie de base de ventouse, communique avec l'espace de dépressurisation, et aspire l'air à l'intérieur de l'espace de dépressurisation. En conséquence, l'invention porte sur un dispositif de rabattage à rouleau de panneau de véhicule et sur un procédé de traitement qui utilise ledit dispositif de rabattage à rouleau, permettant, pendant la fabrication de panneaux de véhicule, de placer correctement une pièce, qui comprend un panneau externe et un panneau interne, à une position prescrite sur une matrice de rabattage pendant le rabattage à rouleau, et de fixer de manière fiable les deux panneaux pendant le mouvement du rouleau pendant le rabattage, ledit dispositif de rabattage à rouleau comprenant également une technologie qui réduit le nombre de processus de programmation pour automatiser le rabattage à rouleau, augmente la qualité du produit, diminue le pourcentage de défauts, et assure une production de masse supérieure.
