盒体的盒口复沿的外直沿向下向外倾斜延伸、且其下端部顶持于盒盖的环状沟槽的外槽壁内侧面。由于盒盖与敞口盒体对应盖合后,盒盖的环状沟槽的外槽壁在外,盒体的盒口复沿的外直沿在内,当盒体上盒口复沿下方的位置受到外力挤压时,会向内凹陷变形,此盒口复沿受到一个向内向下的拉扯力,防脱扣结构会被破坏,盒口复沿的外直沿的下端部无法锁扣在盒盖的环状沟槽的外槽壁内侧面的凸块上。因此,这种包装容器,在外力作用下,其防脱扣结构的稳定性有待加强。进一步地,这种包装容器,当防脱扣结构不稳定性时,其密封性能当然也随之下降。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是提供防脱扣结构稳定、密封性能较好的一种新型密封包装容器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种新型密封包装容器,包括容器盖和敞口的容器体,所述容器盖的边沿向外延伸设置有槽口向下的环状的第一内配合槽,所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁的下端部依次向外、向上弯折延伸,形成槽口向上的环状的第一外配合槽;所述容器体的口沿向外延伸设置有槽口向下的环状的第二内配合槽,所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁的下端部依次向外、向上弯折延伸,形成槽口向上的环状的第二外配合槽;所述第一内配合槽、所述第一外配合槽、所述第二内配合槽和所述第二外配合槽均为弹性配合槽;所述第二内配合槽嵌套于所述第一内配合槽内,所述第一外配合槽嵌套于所述第二外配合槽内;
所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁的内侧面设置有限位凸块,所述限位凸块锁扣所述第一外配合槽的外槽壁的上端部;或/和,所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁呈反锥面结构,所述第一外配合槽的外槽壁与所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁之间相互面接触或以弹性顶持的方式相互线接触;或/和,所述第一内配合槽的内槽壁的外侧面和所述第二内配合槽的内槽壁的内侧面分别设置有相互咬合的第一内顶压部件和第二内顶压部件;或/和,所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁的内侧面和所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁的外侧面分别设置有相互咬合的第一外顶压部件和第二外顶压部件;

有益效果
采用上述方案后,本发明一种新型密封包装容器,第二内配合槽嵌套于第一内配合槽内,第一外配合槽嵌套于第二外配合槽内,容器盖的边沿与容器体的口沿之间形成相互交错的回转式配合结构,容器盖与容器体的配合处强度较高;其中防脱扣结构采用五种形式,第一种通过限位凸块来实现,第二种和第三种均通过外配合槽的外槽壁的反锥面结构来实现,第四种和第五种均通过顶压部件来实现。当通过限位凸块来实现时,限位凸块在上,第一外配合槽的外槽壁的上端部在下,通过限位凸块对第一外配合槽的外槽壁的上端部进行锁扣,形成第一防脱扣结构。当通过第二外配合槽的外槽壁的反锥面结构来实现时,第一外配合槽的外槽壁与第二外配合槽的外槽壁之间相互面接触或以弹性顶持的方式相互线接触,通过第二外配合槽的外槽壁的反锥面结构对第一外配合槽的外槽壁进行锁扣,分别形成第二、第三防脱扣结构。当通过顶压部件来实现时,第一内配合槽的内槽壁的外侧面和第二内配合槽的内槽壁的内侧面分别设置有相互咬合的第一内顶压部件和第二内顶压部件;或/和,第一内配合槽的外槽壁的内侧面和第二内配合槽的外槽壁的外侧面分别设置有相互咬合的第一外顶压部件和第二外顶压部件,分别形成第四和第五防脱扣结构。
当容器体上口沿下方的位置受到外力挤压或扭转时,会向内凹陷变形,第二内配合槽和第二外配合槽均受到一个向内向下的拉扯力,由于第二内配合槽和第二外配合槽与第一内配合槽和第一外配合槽交错嵌合设置,且第二外配合槽在外,第一外配合槽在内,当第二内配合槽和第二外配合槽受到外力向内向下扯动时,第二外配合槽更加紧压在第一外配合槽外,保证了各防脱扣结构的稳定性,越是受力外挤压或扭转时,防脱扣结构就锁扣得更紧。因此,本发明一种新型密封包装容器,可有效克服外力挤压或扭转,防脱扣结构较为稳定,且强度较高。而且,本发明中,第一内、外配合槽和第二内、外配合槽的至少一对相应槽壁均呈相适配的锥状并相互贴合在一起,通过相应的锥度配合,实现了容器盖的边沿与容器体的口沿的密封性能。而且,本发明中,所述第一内配合槽的内槽壁与所述第二内配合槽的内槽壁之间以弹性顶持的方式相互线接触;和/或所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁与所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁之间以弹性顶持的方式相互线接触。通过第一内配合槽的内槽壁与第二内配合槽的内槽壁之间的线接触,和/或第一内配合槽的外槽壁与第二内配合槽的外槽壁之间的线接触,形成容器盖的边沿与容器体的口沿之间的内沿线密封结构和/或中沿线密封结构,提高容器盖的边沿与容器体的口沿之间的密封性能。而且,本发明中,所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁由上端部向下延伸设有易撕裂的两道压痕,此两道压痕之间的部分形成防伪易拉条,此两道压痕的深度略小于所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁的壁厚。通过设置防伪易拉条,一方面达到防伪的目的,另一方面,当往下撕开防伪易拉条时,第二外配合槽的外槽壁出现缺口,露出第一外配合槽的外槽壁,使用者可以方便地将容器盖抠出来,开盖很方便;而且,压痕并不穿透第二外配合槽的外槽壁,保证了包装盒的密封度。
进一步地,所述第一外配合槽或/和所述第二内配合槽为实心锥体。通过设置实心锥体,提高了第一外配合槽和第二内配合槽的结构强度,并提高了第一外配合槽与第一内配合槽之间、第二外配合槽与第二内配合槽之间的配合稳定性。
进一步地,所述第一外配合槽以过盈配合的方式嵌套于所述第二外配合槽内或/和所述第二内配合槽以过盈配合的方式嵌套于所述第一内配合槽内;通过过盈配合使得内沿线密封结构和/或中沿线密封结构、外沿线密封结构的密封性能更加可靠。
进一步地,所述第一内配合槽的内槽壁的外侧面设置有第一内顶压部件,或所述第二内配合槽的内槽壁的内侧面设置有第二内顶压部件,或所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁的内侧面设置有第一外顶压部件,或所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁的外侧面设置有第二外顶压部件。一方面,顶压部件与相应的槽壁之间形成一道线密封结构;另一方面,通过顶压部件的顶压,可加强了相应槽壁之间的线密封结构或面密封结构的密封性能。
进一步地,所述第一内配合槽的内槽壁与第二内配合槽的内槽壁相切,和/或所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁与第二内配合槽的外槽壁相切,通过相切的方式形成线密封结构。
进一步地,所述压痕延伸至所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁的下端部,所述第二外配合槽的槽底与所述防伪易拉条相对应的部分设有复数个镂空部,形成复数条连接所述防伪易拉条与所述第二外配合槽的内侧壁之间的连接筋,各所述镂空部密封覆盖有薄膜。当防伪易拉条设置为可彻底拉断的结构形式,所述第二外配合槽的槽底与所述防伪易拉条相对应的部分设有复数个镂空部,在各镂空部处密封覆盖薄膜,进一步保证容器盖的边沿与容器体的口沿之间的密封性能。

本发明提供一种新型密封包装容器,为了方便描述,以包装盒为例进行说明。
本发明中,以面向包装盒的中轴线的方向为内,背向包装盒的中轴线的方向为外。
本发明中,包装盒的盒盖和盒体整体均采用弹性材料制成,或盒盖和盒体相配合的部分均采用弹性材料制成。弹性材料可采用弹塑性较好的超薄注塑材料,也可采用其他的弹性材料,如较厚的塑料,或弹性金属等。
实施例一:
本发明一种新型密封包装容器,实施例一如图1-2所示,包括盒盖1和敞口的盒体2,所述盒盖1的边沿向外延伸设置有槽口向下的环状的第一内配合槽11,所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁113的下端部依次向外、向上弯折延伸,形成槽口向上的环状的第一外配合槽12;所述盒体2的口沿向外延伸设置有槽口向下的环状的第二内配合槽21,所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁213的下端部依次向外、向上弯折延伸,形成槽口向上的环状的第二外配合槽22;所述第一内配合槽11、所述第一外配合槽12、所述第二内配合槽21和所述第二外配合槽22均为弹性配合槽;所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁223的内侧面设置有限位凸块23;所述第二内配合槽21嵌套于所述第一内配合槽11内,所述第一外配合槽12嵌套于所述第二外配合槽22内,所述限位凸块23锁扣所述第一外配合槽的外槽壁123的上端部。

所述限位凸块23沿周向间隔分布于所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁223的内侧面,所述限位凸块23呈圆点状结构或尖角状结构;或所述限位凸块23呈闭环状沿周向设置于所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁223的内侧面。
第一内配合槽11的内槽壁采用直沿结构,且各拐弯处均为圆弧过渡结构,第一内配合槽11的外槽壁、第一外配合槽12的外槽壁、第二内配合槽21的内槽壁和第二外配合槽22的外槽壁均采用锥面结构。第二内配合槽21与第一内配合槽11过盈配合,第二外配合槽22与第一外配合槽12过盈配合。
第一外配合槽12的内槽壁和第二外配合槽22的内槽壁均采用相适配的锥面结构并贴合在一起,形成中沿面密封结构。
利用过盈配合,使得第一内配合槽11的内槽壁的拐弯圆弧过渡处与第二内配合槽21的内槽壁相切,形成内沿线密封结构。
所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁223由上端部向下延伸设有易撕裂的两道压痕2231,印痕2231的深度略小于第二外配合槽22的外槽壁223的壁厚,较佳地,印痕2231的深度比第二外配合槽22的外槽壁223的壁厚小0.05-0.10mm。通过两道印痕2231将第二外配合槽的外槽壁223分为两部分,两道印痕2231之间的部分为易撕部分,其余部分为外槽壁223的主体部分,此易撕部分即为防伪易拉条2232,通过设置防伪易拉条2232,一方面达到防伪的目的,另一方面,当撕下防伪易拉条2232时,第二外配合槽的外槽壁223出现缺口,露出第一外配合槽的外槽壁123,使用者可以方便地将盒盖1抠出来,开盖很方便。
印痕2231可延伸至约第二外配合槽的外槽壁223的一半高度处,也可贯通整个第二外配合槽的外槽壁223的高度。本实施例中,防伪易拉条2232设计成可完全拉断的结构形式,印痕2231贯通整个第二外配合槽的外槽壁223的高度,且所述第二外配合槽22的槽底222与所述防伪易拉条2232相对应的部分设有复数个镂空部2221,形成复数条连接所述防伪易拉条2232与所述第二外配合槽的内侧壁211之间的连接筋2222,各所述镂空部2221密封覆盖有薄膜2223。在镂空部2221处密封覆盖薄膜2223,进一步保证盒盖1的边沿与盒体2的口沿之间的密封性能。
第一外配合槽12的槽底和第二外配合槽22的槽底相互面接触贴在一起。
实施例二-二十四:
如图3-25所示,实施例二-二十四均是在实施例一的基础结构上的变形,都是使第二内配合槽21与第一内配合槽11过盈配合,第二外配合槽22与第一外配合槽12过盈配合,第二内配合槽21的内槽壁与第一内配合槽11的内槽壁之间,或/和第二内配合槽21的外槽壁与第一内配合槽11的外槽壁之间相切形成内沿线密封结构或/和中沿线密封结构,第二内配合槽21与第一内配合槽11的槽顶之间相互面接触形成面密封结构,第二外配合槽22与第一外配合槽12的槽底之间相互面接触形成面密封结构或相互不接触,第一外配合槽12的外槽壁与第二外配合槽22的外槽壁之间相互面接触形成外沿面密封结构。
第一内配合槽11的内槽壁、第一内配合槽11的外槽壁、第二内配合槽21的内槽壁和第二内配合槽21的外槽壁均可根据需要采用直沿结构或锥面结构或反锥面结构,且各槽壁的拐弯处均为圆弧过渡结构。利用过盈配合使得槽壁的拐弯圆弧过渡处与相应槽壁相切,分别形成内沿线密封结构和中沿线密封结构。
实施例二十五:
如图26所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别仅在于:省去限位凸块23,第二外配合槽22的外槽壁和第一外配合槽12的外槽壁呈相适配贴合在一起的反锥面结构。通过反锥面结构的第二外配合槽22的外槽壁对第一外配合槽的外槽壁123进行锁扣,形成第二防脱扣结构。
实施例二十六:
如图27所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别仅在于:省去限位凸块23,第二外配合槽22的外槽壁呈反锥面结构,第一外配合槽的外槽壁123的上端部向上向外倾斜张紧顶持于第二外配合槽的外槽壁223的内侧面,形成外沿线密封结构。通过反锥面结构的第二外配合槽22的外槽壁对第一外配合槽的外槽壁123的上端部进行锁扣,形成第三防脱扣结构。
实施例二十七:
如图28所示,本实施例与实施例二十五的区别仅在于:第一内配合槽的内槽壁111采用锥面结构,第一内配合槽的外槽壁113采用反锥面结构,第二内配合槽的外槽壁213采用直沿结构。在所述第二内配合槽21的内槽壁211的内侧面增设与第一内顶压部件1111相互咬合的第二内顶压部件2111。通过第一内顶压部件1111和第二内顶压部件2111相互咬合,形成第四防脱扣结构。
实施例二十八:
如图28所示,本实施例与实施例二十五的区别仅在于:第一内配合槽11的外槽壁113和所述第二内配合槽21的外槽壁213不相贴合,而且所述第一内配合槽11的外槽壁113的内侧面和所述第二内配合槽21的外槽壁213的外侧面分别设置有相互咬合的第一外顶压部件1131和第二外顶压部件2131。通过第一外顶压部件1131和第二外顶压部件2131相互咬合,形成第五防脱扣结构。
本发明的核心发明点在于:分别在容器盖的边沿和容器体的口沿设置内、外配合槽,使容器盖的边沿与容器体的口沿之间形成相互交错的回转式配合结构,容器盖与容器体的配合处强度较高;其中防脱扣结构采用五种形式,第一种通过限位凸块来实现,第二种和第三种均通过外配合槽的外槽壁的反锥面结构来实现,第四种和第五种均通过顶压部件来实现。当通过限位凸块来实现时,限位凸块在上,第一外配合槽的外槽壁的上端部在下,通过限位凸块对第一外配合槽的外槽壁的上端部进行锁扣,形成第一防脱扣结构。当通过第二外配合槽的外槽壁的反锥面结构来实现时,第一外配合槽的外槽壁与第二外配合槽的外槽壁之间相互面接触或以弹性顶持的方式相互线接触,通过第二外配合槽的外槽壁的反锥面结构对第一外配合槽的外槽壁进行锁扣,分别形成第二、第三防脱扣结构。当通过顶压部件来实现时,第一内配合槽的内槽壁的外侧面和第二内配合槽的内槽壁的内侧面分别设置有相互咬合的第一内顶压部件和第二内顶压部件;或/和,第一内配合槽的外槽壁的内侧面和第二内配合槽的外槽壁的外侧面分别设置有相互咬合的第一外顶压部件和第二外顶压部件,分别形成第四和第五防脱扣结构。

进一步地,可在所述第一内配合槽11的内槽壁111的外侧面或所述第二内配合槽21的内槽壁211的内侧面设置第一内顶压部件或第二内顶压部件;或者,在所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁113的内侧面设置第一外顶压部件或在所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁213的外侧面设置第二外顶压部件。各顶压部件均可采用闭环结构或间断结构,间断结构可采用点状或锯齿状。通过顶压部件的顶压,可进一步增加相应槽壁之间的面密封性能,还可加强内沿线密封结构或/和中沿线密封结构的密封性能,而且当顶压部件采用闭环结构时,顶压部件与相应的槽壁之间也可形成一道线密封结构。
本发明中设置有限位凸块23的各实施例中,第一外配合槽的外槽壁123的上端部均锁扣于限位凸块23的下方。
本发明的各实施例中,各配合槽的各槽壁若采用锥面结构,则锥面的锥度选择2-12°。
进一步地,本发明中,所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁可分别设有拉环和把手。通过把手或拉环,可方便地将第二外配合槽的外槽壁向外拉扯使其变形,露出第一外配合槽的外槽壁,方便开启容器盖。
进一步地,本发明中,所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁可开设有沿竖向分布的第一切口和第二切口,所述第一切口和所述第二切口的深度略小于所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁的壁厚。通过两个切口可将第二外配合槽的外槽壁位于两个切口之间的那一部分沿竖向部分或全部扯开,露出第一外配合槽的外槽壁,方便开启容器盖。
进一步地,本发明中,所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁的上边沿可设有缺口,所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁沿竖向方向与此缺口相对应地设有薄壁区域。通过此缺口沿竖向将薄壁区域部分或全部扯开,露出第一外配合槽的外槽壁,方便开启容器盖。
本发明的各实施例中,均可在所述第一外配合槽的槽底122与所述第二外配合槽的槽底222之间留有间隙,所述间隙的存在,若包装盒采用变形量较小的材质,在开启包装盒时此间隙可供工具撬入,方便开启包装盒。
本发明的各实施例中,第一外配合槽12或/和所述第二内配合槽21均可采用实心锥体。通过设置实心锥体,提高了第一外配合槽12和第二内配合槽21的结构强度,并提高了第一内配合槽11与第二内配合槽21之间、第一外配合槽12与第二外配合槽22之间的配合稳定性。
本发明的各实施例中,五种防脱扣结构可分别单独设置,也可两种或三种或四种或五种进行组合使用。
本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定,对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同结构形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种新型密封包装容器,包括容器盖和敞口的容器体,其特征在于:所述容器盖的边沿向外延伸设置有槽口向下的环状的第一内配合槽,所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁的下端部依次向外、向上弯折延伸,形成槽口向上的环状的第一外配合槽;所述容器体的口沿向外延伸设置有槽口向下的环状的第二内配合槽,所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁的下端部依次向外、向上弯折延伸,形成槽口向上的环状的第二外配合槽;所述第一内配合槽、所述第一外配合槽、所述第二内配合槽和所述第二外配合槽均为弹性配合槽;所述第二内配合槽嵌套于所述第一内配合槽内,所述第一外配合槽嵌套于所述第二外配合槽内;
    所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁的内侧面设置有限位凸块,所述限位凸块锁扣所述第一外配合槽的外槽壁的上端部;或/和,所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁呈反锥面结构,所述第一外配合槽的外槽壁与所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁之间相互面接触或以弹性顶持的方式相互线接触;或/和,所述第一内配合槽的内槽壁的外侧面和所述第二内配合槽的内槽壁的内侧面分别设置有相互咬合的第一内顶压部件和第二内顶压部件;或/和,所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁的内侧面和所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁的外侧面分别设置有相互咬合的第一外顶压部件和第二外顶压部件;
    所述第一内配合槽的内槽壁与所述第二内配合槽的内槽壁呈相适配的锥状并相互贴合在一起;或所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁与所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁呈相适配的锥状并相互贴合在一起;和/或所述第一外配合槽的外槽壁与所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁呈相适配的锥状并相互贴合在一起或以弹性顶持的方式相互线接触;
    所述第一内配合槽的内槽壁与所述第二内配合槽的内槽壁之间以弹性顶持的方式相互线接触;和/或所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁与所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁之间以弹性顶持的方式相互线接触;
    所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁由上端部向下延伸设有易撕裂的两道压痕,此两道压痕之间的部分形成防伪易拉条,此两道压痕的深度略小于所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁的壁厚。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型密封包装容器,其特征在于:所述容器盖的边沿向上弯折延伸形成所述第一内配合槽的内槽壁,所述第一内配合槽的内槽壁的上端部向外弯折延伸形成所述第一内配合槽的槽顶,所述第一内配合槽的槽顶的外端部向下弯折延伸形成所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁或所述第一外配合槽的内槽壁,所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁的下端部向外弯折延伸形成所述第一外配合槽的槽底,所述第一外配合槽的槽底的外端部向上弯折延伸形成所述第一外配合槽的外槽壁;所述容器体的口沿向上弯折延伸形成所述第二内配合槽的内槽壁,所述第二内配合槽的内槽壁的上端部向外弯折延伸形成所述第二内配合槽的槽顶,所述第二内配合槽的槽顶的外端部向下弯折延伸形成所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁或所述第二外配合槽的内槽壁,所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁的下端部向外弯折延伸形成所述第二外配合槽的槽底,所述第二外配合槽的槽底的外端部向上弯折延伸形成所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型密封包装容器,其特征在于:所述第一内配合槽的内槽壁、所述第二内配合槽的内槽壁、所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁和所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁的锥度均为2-12°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型密封包装容器,其特征在于:所述第一外配合槽或/和所述第二内配合槽均为实心锥体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型密封包装容器,其特征在于:所述第一外配合槽以过盈配合的方式嵌套于所述第二外配合槽内或/和所述第二内配合槽以过盈配合的方式嵌套于所述第一内配合槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种新型密封包装容器,其特征在于:所述第一内配合槽的内槽壁的外侧面设置有第一内顶压部件,或所述第二内配合槽的内槽壁的内侧面设置有第二内顶压部件,或所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁的内侧面设置有第一外顶压部件,或所述第二内配合槽的外槽壁的外侧面设置有第二外顶压部件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型密封包装容器,其特征在于:所述第一内配合槽的内槽壁与第二内配合槽的内槽壁相切;和/或所述第一内配合槽的外槽壁与第二内配合槽的外槽壁相切。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型密封包装容器,其特征在于:所述压痕延伸至所述第二外配合槽的外槽壁的下端部,所述第二外配合槽的槽底与所述防伪易拉条相对应的部分设有复数个镂空部,形成复数条连接所述防伪易拉条与所述第二外配合槽的内侧壁之间的连接筋,各所述镂空部密封覆盖有薄膜。
