본 발명은 피부 진단기가 구비된 화장품 디스펜서에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 적합한 화장품을 선택하거나 조합하여 적정량의 화장품을 이용할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라 피부 진단이나 화장품 이용에 관한 정보를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 하는 화장품 디스펜서에 관한 것이다.

화장품 디스펜서
본 발명은 피부 진단기가 구비된 화장품 디스펜서에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 적합한 화장품을 선택하거나 조합하여 적정량의 화장품을 이용할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라 피부 진단이나 화장품 이용에 관한 정보를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 하는 화장품 디스펜서에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 사람들의 피부는 각양각색의 상태를 띠고 있으며, 특히 화장을 하는 사람들은 각자의 피부 상태에 적합한 화장품을 사용해야만 건강하고 아름다운 피부를 유지할 수 있다.
따라서, 화장품을 사용하는 사람들은 자신의 피부 상태에 적합하게 화장품을 사용하고자 하며, 이러한 필요의 증가로 최근에는 피부의 상태를 측정하고 진단하는 피부 진단기에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 특히, 최근에는 대한민국 등록특허 제10-1738945호(2017.05.17, 피부 측정 센서를 구비한 화장품 사용 가이드 시스템)에서와 같이 피부 상태를 측정하고 적합한 화장품을 추전하거나 처방하거나, 대한민국 공개특허 제10-2017-0108542호(2017.09.27, 스마트모바일기를 이용하여 유선방식으로 피부를 측정을 할 수 있도록 피부진단기가 탈부착 가능하게 결합되는 화장품)과 같이 피부 진단기가 화장품과 일체로 이용될 수 있도록 하는 기술이 이용되고 있다.
그러나, 상기의 피부 진단기는 단지 피부의 상태를 진단하여 피부 상태에 대한 정보 또는 적합한 화장품에 대한 정보를 사용자에 제공할 뿐이기 때문에 사용자는 여전히 진단된 정보나 제공된 화장품 정보를 이용하여 화장품의 사용량이나 사용 주기 등을 자신이 판단하고 화장품을 이용하기 때문에 여전히 적절한 화장품 사용에 의한 효과를 기대하는데 한계를 갖는다.
특히, 화장품의 사용은 건성, 지성, 중성 외 악건성, 악지성 등과 같이 사람마다 차이를 갖는 피부 상태뿐만 아니라 동일한 사람이라도 계절별, 그때 그때의 피부 상태나 노화 정도에 따른 피부 타입 변화에 따라 적절하게 이루어지는 것이 바람직한데 상기와 같은 피부 진단기에 의해 제공되는 피부 상태나 적합한 화장품에 관한 정보만으로는 사용자가 본인의 피부를 개선하는데 능동적으로 대응하기 어렵다는 문제점을 갖는다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 대한민국 등록특허 제10-1778437호(2017.09.07, 피부 측정기를 포함하는 화장품 디스펜서)에는 피부 진단기를 구비하고 그 피부 진단기에서 측정된 피부 상태에 따라 적절한 화장품을 토출하도록 하는 화장품 디스펜서에 관한 장치가 제안되었다.
그러나, 상기의 피부 측정기를 포함하는 화장품 디스펜서의 경우 화장품의 토출을 위해서 복수의 화장품 용기 각각을 가압하도록 구성되어 있어 구조가 복잡하고, 각각의 화장품의 사용량이나 잔량에 대한 정보의 관리가 이루어지지 않아 사용자의 화장품 사용에 대한 관리가 적절하게 이루어지지 않는 한계를 여전히 갖는다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 점을 인식하여 안출된 것으로 본 발명의 목적은 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 적합한 화장품을 선택하거나 조합하여 적정량의 화장품을 이용할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라 피부 진단이나 화장품 이용에 관한 정보를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 하는 화장품 디스펜서를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 화장품 디스펜서는, 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 화장품을 배출하는 화장품 디스펜서에 있어서, 상방으로 개구된 매거진 장착부가 형성되고, 상기 매거진 장착부의 하부에 이 배출 공간이 형성되고, 상기 매거진 장착부에서 상기 배출 공간으로 이어지는 배출홀이 형성된 본체와, 복수의 카트리지 수용부가 원형으로 배열되어 형성되고, 상기 매거진 장착부에 회전이 가능하게 장착되는 카트리지 매거진과, 내부에 화장품이 담기고 하부에 형성된 배출구를 통해 화장품이 배출되도록 하는 펌핑 수단이 구비되고, 상기 배출구가 하부를 향하게 세워져 상기 카트리지 수용부 각각에 장착되는 복수의 카트리지와, 상기 카트리지 매거진을 회전시키도록 상기 본체에 구비된 매거진 회전구동 수단과, 상기 복수의 카트리지 중 하나의 배출구가 상기 배출홀에 위치된 상태에서 상기 카트리지의 상단을 눌러 상기 카트리지에 구비된 펌핑 수단을 작동시키도록 상기 본체에 구비된 펌핑 가압구동 수단과, 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 복수의 카트리지 중 적어도 하나 이상의 화장품이 배출되도록 상기 매거진 회전구동 수단과 상기 펌핑 가압구동 수단의 작동을 제어하기 위한 제어 수단이 포함되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 피부 진단기가 구비된 화장품 디스펜서는, 상기 복수의 카트리지 중 어느 하나를 인식하기 위한 카트리지 인식 수단이 구비되고, 상기 제어 수단은 화장품을 배출하고자 하는 카트리지의 배출구가 상기 배출홀에 위치되도록 상기 매거진 회전구동 수단의 작동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 피부 진단기가 구비된 화장품 디스펜서는, 상기 카트리지 인식 수단은, 상기 카트리지 각각에 대응되게 상기 카트리지 매거진에 형성된 인덱스를 인식하는 인덱스 인식 센서가 구비되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

도면을 참조하면, 상기 바디(11)의 상부는 상방으로 개구되고, 그 개구된 내부로 상기 매거진 장착부(13)가 원기둥 형상의 용기 형태로 형성된다. 상기 바디(11)의 상부 입구 가장자리의 후단에는 상기 커버(12)의 힌지부(122)가 힌지 연결되기 위한 힌지부(111)가 형성되고, 상기 바디(11)의 상부 입구 가장자리의 전단에는 상기 커버(12)에 구비된 락커(122)가 결합되고 해제되도록 하기 위한 푸시 버튼(112)가 구비된다.
상기 커버(12)는 상기 바디(11)의 상부 입구를 커버하며 개폐되기 위한 구성이다. 도면을 참조하면, 상기 커버(12)는 원반 형상으로 형성되어 후방 단부에 형성된 힌지부(122)가 상기 바디(11)의 힌지부(111)에 힌지로 결합되어 그 힌지 연결된 지점을 중심으로 전방이 들리고 내려지는 방향으로 회동된다. 상기 커버(12)가 상기 바디(11)의 입구를 막도록 닫힌 상태에서 그 커버(12)의 전방 단부가 상기 바디(11)에 결합되도록 상기 커버(12)의 전방 단부에는 상기 바디(11)의 상부 입구 전단에 결합되고 상기 푸시버튼(112)에 의해 그 결합이 해제되는 락커(122)가 구비된다.
상기 커버(12)의 내부에는 상기 매거진 장착부(13)에 장착된 카트리지(30)를 눌러 가압하기 위한 펌핑 가압구동 수단(50)이 장착되는데, 이는 후술하기로 한다.
상기 매거진 장착부(13)는 카트리지(30)가 장착된 카트리지 매거진(20)이 회전가능하게 장착되기 위한 구성이다. 도면을 참조하면, 상기 매거진 장착부(13)는 상기 바디(11)와 일체로 형성되는데 상기 바디(11)의 상부 입구와 함께 상방으로 개구된 입구를 갖고 원기둥 형상의 깊이를 갖는 용기 모양으로 하방으로 연장된 구조를 갖는다. 상기와 같이 상기 매거진 장착부(13)이 원기둥 형상의 용기 모양으로 형성되기 때문에 원기둥 형상으로 형성된 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)은 상기 매거진 장착부(13)에 삽입 장착되어 회전이 가능하게 된다.
상기 매거진 장착부(13)의 내부에는 중앙의 위치에서 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)이 회전지지되기 위한 축 기둥(131)이 상방으로 돌출 형성된다. 도면을 참조하면, 상기 축 기둥(131)은 상기 매거진 장착부(13)의 중앙의 위치에서 상방으로 연장되게 형성되고, 그 축 기둥(131)은 상기 매거진 장착부(13)에 삽입되어 장착되는 카트리지 매거진(20)의 하부 중앙의 위치에 형성된 기둥 삽입 구멍(22)에 삽입된다. 상기 축 기둥(131)의 상단에는 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)의 기둥 삽입 구멍(22)의 내부 상단에 구비된 축지지 홈(241)에 삽입되어 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)이 중심에서 이탈되지 않도록 지지하기 위한 축 돌기(131a)가 상방으로 돌출 형성된다.
상기 매거진 장착부(13)의 내부에 회전 가능하게 장착된 카트리지 매거진(20)을 회전 구동시키기 위한 매거진 회전구동 수단(40)이 상기 본체(10)에 구비되는데, 도면에 도시된 실시예에서는 상기 매거진 회전구동 수단(40)을 구성하는 매거진 구동모터(41)이 상기 축 기둥(131)의 내부에 수용되어 장착된 구조를 갖는다.
상기 매거진 장착부(13)의 하부에는 배출 공간(14)이 형성되는데, 상기 매거진 장착부(13)에 장착된 카트리지 매거진(20)에 수용된 카트리지(30)에서 배출되는 화장품이 상기 배출 공간(14)으로 떨어지도록 상기 매거진 장착부(13)의 하부 바닥에는 상기 배출 공간(14)으로 이어지는 배출홀(132)이 형성된다.
상기 배출 공간(14)은 상기 매거진 장착부(13)에 장착된 카트리지 매거진(20)에 수용된 카트리지(30)에서 압출되어 배출되는 화장품을 사용자가 손이나 기타 용기로 받을 수 있도록 손이나 해당 용기를 집어 넣을 수 있는 공간이다. 도면을 참조하면, 상기 배출 공간(14)은 상기 매거진 장착부(13)의 하부에 위치되어 상기 바디(11)의 전후방으로 개방되어 전방 입구에서 내부로 사용자가 손을 집어 넣을 수 있도록 형성된다. 사용자가 상기 배출 공간(14)으로 손이나 용기를 집어 넣으면 후술하는 손 인식 수단(70)에 의해 손이나 용기가 상기 배출 공간(14)의 내부로 들어와 상기 카트리지(30)에서 배출되어 상기 배출 공간(14)으로 낙하되는 화장품을 받을 수 있는 상태로 인식되게 된다.
도면에는 상기 배출 공간(14)의 하부 바닥에 기기의 동작 상태나 사용자가 확인할 필요가 있는 정보를 표시하고 사용자가 터치하여 필요한 명령이나 정보를 입력할 수 있는 터치 스크린(92)이 구비된 실시예가 도시되어 있다.
상기 카트리지 매거진(20)은 화장품이 수용된 복수의 카트리지(30)가 장착되어 사용자가 입력한 명령이나 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 선택된 화장품이 배출되도록 상기 매거진 장착부(13)에 회전이 가능하게 장착되는 구성이다.
도면을 참조하면, 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)은 상기 매거진 장착부(13)에 삽입되어 회전이 가능하게 원기둥 형상으로 형성된 드럼(21)이 구비되어 구성된다. 상기 드럼(21)의 하부에는 중앙의 위치에서 상기 축 기둥(131)이 삽입되기 위한 기둥 삽입 구멍(22)이 형성된다. 또한, 상기 드럼(21)에는 카트리지(30)가 삽입되어 수용되기 위한 복수의 카트리지 수용부(23)가 형성된다. 도면을 참조하면, 상기 카트리지 수용부(23)는 각각의 입구가 상기 드럼(21)의 상부에 형성된 구멍형상으로 형성되어, 복수개가 상기 드럼(21)의 가장자리를 따라 환형으로 배열되어 형성된다. 상기 드럼(21)의 회전(R)으로 상기 카트리지 수용부(23)에 삽입되어 수용된 카트리지(30)는 그 배출구(32)가 상기 매거진 장착부(13)의 바닥에 형성된 배출홀(132)에 맞추어지게 이동되게 된다. 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)을 상기 매거진 장착부(13)에 삽입하고 빼낼 때 사용자가 손으로 용이하게 잡을 수 있도록 상기 드럼(21)의 상부 중앙에서 상기 기둥 삽입 구멍(22)의 상단부가 막힌 위치에 파지 고리(24)가 형성된다. 상기 파지 고리(24)가 형성된 부분에서 상기 기둥 삽입 구멍(22)의 내부 천정에는 상기 축 기둥(131)의 상단에 형성된 축 돌기(131a)가 삽입되는 축지지 홈(241)이 오목하게 형성된다.
한편, 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)은 상술한 바와 같이 매거진 회전구동 수단(40)에 의해 회전되는데, 상기 축 기둥(131)의 내부에 수용되어 장착된 매거진 구동모터(41)의 회전력을 전달하기 위한 전동기어(42)가 치합되는 종동기어(25)가 상기 기둥 삽입 구멍(22)의 하부 입구 주변을 둘러싸게 형성된다.
상기 카트리지 매거진(20)에는 다양한 화장품(C)이 담긴 복수개의 카트리지(30)가 장착되는데, 본 발명은 복수개의 카트리지(30) 중에서 사용자가 입력하거나 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 특정 카트리지(30)에 담긴 화장품(C)이 배출되도록 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)이 회전되어 선택된 카트리지(30)의 배출구(32)가 배출홀(132)에 맞추어지는 위치로 이동되도록 제어된다. 이를 위해서는 복수의 카트리지(30)가 구별되어야 하고, 구별된 카트리지(30)를 정위치에서 정지되도록 하는 제어가 요구된다. 이러한 제어를 위해서 본 발명은 카트리지 인식 수단(60)이 구비된다. 도면에는 상기 카트리지 인식 수단(60)의 인덱스 인식 센서(61)가 이 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)에 마련된 인덱스(index)를 인식하여 카트리지(30)을 인식하도록 구성된 실시예가 도시되어 있다. 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)을 하방에서 바라보아 도시한 도 7b 및 카트리지 매거진(20)이 본체(10)에 장착된 상태를 도시한 도 8을 참조하면, 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)의 드럼(21)의 하부 바닥에는 가장자리를 따라 환형의 띠 형태를 갖는 인덱스 테두리(26)가 형성되고, 그 인덱스 테두리(26)에 복수의 카트리지(30)에 대응되게 복수의 인덱스(261a 내지 265b)가 폭을 달리하는 홈 형상으로 형성된 구조를 갖는다. 도 9는 상기 환형의 인덱스 테두리(26)를 펼친 형태로 도시한 전개도로, 이를 참조하면 상기 복수의 인덱스(261a 내지 265b)는 5개의 카트리지(30)에 대응되게 5개의 인식 인덱스(261a,262a,263a,264a,265a)와 정지 인덱스(261b,262b,263b,264b,265b)가 쌍으로 형성된다. 상기 5개의 인식 인덱스(261a,262a,263a,264a,265a)는 각각 5개의 카트리지(30) 각각에 대응되어 길이를 달리하게 형성되어 상기 인덱스 인식 센서(61)가 그 길이의 차이를 감지하여 해당되는 카트리지(30)를 인식하도록 구성된다. 도 11을 참조하면, 상기 인식 인덱스(261a,262a,263a,264a,265a)는 우측에서 좌측으로 점점 길이가 길어지게 형성되어 예를 들면 가장 길이가 짧은 우측의 인식 인덱스(261a)를 1번으로 할당하고 길이가 가장 긴 좌측의 인식 인덱스(265a)를 5번으로 할당하여 순서대로 1번 ~ 5번까지 정함으로써 해당 카트리지(30)를 인식할 수 있게 된다. 한편, 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)이 일방으로 회전(R)되면서 상기 인덱스 인식 센서(61)에 의해 폭을 달리하는 상기 인식 인덱스(261a,262a,263a,264a,265a)를 센싱하여 특정 카트리지(30)를 인식하게 되고, 인식된 해당 카트리지(30)의 배출구(32)가 배출홀(132)에 맞추어지는 위치에서 해당 카트리지(30)가 위치되게 상기 인덱스 인식 센서(61)에 의해 상기 정지 인덱스(261b,262b,263b,264b,265b)가 센싱되는 위치에서 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)이 정지되도록 상기 제어 수단(90)에 의해 매거진 회전구동 수단(40)의 작동이 제어되게 된다. 도 9는 카트리지 매거진(20)이 일방으로 회전(R)됨으로써 인덱스 인식 센서(61)가 2번 인식 인덱스(262a)를 지나면서 이를 인식하고 곧바로 인덱스 인식 센서(61)가 2번 정지 인덱스(262b)를 인식하는 순간 카트리지 매거진(20)이 정지된 상태를 도시한 것이다.
상기 카트리지(30)는 내부에 화장품(C)이 담기고 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)에 장착되어 상기 펌핑 가압구동 수단(50)의 작동에 의해 내부에 담긴 화장품(C)을 배출구(32)로 배출하기 위한 구성이다.
도면을 참조하면, 상기 카트리지(30)는 전체적으로 주사기 형태를 가지며, 하부에 배출구(32)가 하방으로 돌출되게 형성되며, 상기 배출구(32)를 통해 화장품(C)이 배출되도록 하는 펌핑 수단(33)이 구비된다. 상기 카트리지(30)의 단면을 도시한 도 6을 참조하면, 상기 카트리지(30)은 화장품(C)이 담기는 용기(31)와, 상기 용기(31)의 하부에 하방으로 돌출되게 형성된 배출구(32)와, 상기 용기(31) 내부에 담긴 화장품(C)이 상기 배출구(32)로 배출되도록 펌핑하기 위한 펌핑 수단(33)이 상기 용기(31)와 배출구(32) 사이에 구비된다. 도면을 참조하면, 상기 펌핑 수단(33)은 배출구(32)가 형성된 피스톤(331)이 상기 용기(31)의 하부에 길이방향으로 상대적으로 이동이 가능하게 연결되어 전체적으로 신축되게 구성되고, 상기 피스톤(331)이 용기(31)로부터 신장되는 방향으로 탄성을 가하는 스프링(332)에 의해 구성된다. 상기와 같이 구성된 카트리지(30)는 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)의 카트리지 수용부(23)에 해당하는 구멍에 삽입되어 상기 배출구(32)가 하부를 향하게 세워지게 상기 카트리지 수용부(23)에 장착된다. 상기와 같이 카트리지 수용부(23)에 삽입되어 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)에 장착된 카트리지(30)의 상단에 소정의 힘(F1)을 가하여 상기 카트리지(30)를 하방으로 누르면 상기 카트리지(30)의 용기(31)는 하방(M)으로 이동되면서 상기 피스톤(331)이 수축되고 그에 따라 상기 용기(31)의 내부에 담긴 화장품(C)이 배출구(32)로 배출되게 된다. 또한, 상기 카트리지(30)을 누르는 힘(F1)이 제거되면 상기 스프링(332)의 탄성에 의해 상기 용기(31)가 상방(M)으로 이동되게 되고 그에 따라 상기 카트리지(30)은 원래의 상태로 복귀되게 된다. 상기 카트리지(30)의 펌핑 수단(33)의 작동을 위해 상기 카트리지(30)의 상단에 가해지는 외력(F1)은 상기 펌핑 가압구동 수단(40)에 의해 이루어진다. 도면을 참조하면, 상기 펌핑 가압구동 수단(41)의 펌핌 구동모터(51)의 회전으로 펌핑 캠(52)이 회전되면서 상기 카트리지(30)의 상단을 누르는 힘(F1)이 가해졌다가 제거되는 것이 반복된다.
상기 매거진 회전구동 수단(40)은 카트리지 장착부(13)에 장착된 카트리지 매거진(20)을 회전시키도록 상기 본체(10)에 구비된 구성이다. 도면을 참조하면, 상기 매거진 회전구동 수단(40)은 상기 매거진 장착부(13)의 중앙에 연직으로 세워진 축 기둥(131)의 내부에 장착된 매거진 구동모터(41)와, 상기 매거진 구동모터(41)의 회전축(411)의 회전력을 상기 카트리지 매거진(30)에 형성된 종동기어(25)에 전달하도록 그 종동기어(25)에 치합되게 구비된 전동기어(42)가 구비되어 구성된다. 상기 매거진 구동모터(41)는 그 회전축(411)이 상기 축 기둥(131)의 하부 입구에 위치되게 상기 축 기둥(131)의 내부에 수용되게 장착되며, 그 회전축(411)에 연결된 전동기어(42)는 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)의 기둥 삽입 구멍(22)의 하부 입구 주변을 둘러싸게 형성된 종동기어(25)와 치합되고, 상기 매거진 구동모터(41)의 구동으로 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)은 상기 축 기둥(131)을 중심으로 회전되게 된다.
상기 펌핑 가압구동 수단(50)은 상기 복수의 카트리지(30) 중 하나의 배출구(32)가 상기 배출홀(132)에 위치된 상태에서 그 카트리지(30)의 상단을 눌러 상기 카트리지(30)에 구비된 펌핑 수단(33)을 작동시키기 위한 구성이다. 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)이 상기 매거진 장착부(13)에 장착되어 상기 바디(11)의 내부에 위치된 카트리지(30)의 상부에 상기 펌핑 가압구동 수단(41)이 위치되도록 상기 펌핑 가압구동 수단(41)은 상기 바디(11)의 상부 입구를 개폐하면서 상기 카트리지(30)의 상부에 위치되는 커버(12)에 장착된다. 도면을 참조하면, 상기 펌핑 가압구동 수단(50)은 상기 커버(12)의 내부에 장착된 펌핑 구동모터(51)와, 상기 펌핑 구동모터(51)의 회전에 따라 회전되면서 편심된 일부분이 상기 카트리지(30)의 상단에 접촉되어 누르거나 상기 카트리지(30)의 상단으로부터 떨어지는 펌핌 캠(52)이 구비되어 구성된다. 상기와 같이 구성된 펌핑 가압구동 수단(50)은 펌핌 구동모터(51)의 회전으로 펌핑 캠(52)이 회전되면서 상기 카트리지(30)의 상단을 누르는 힘(F1)이 가해졌다가 제거되는 것이 반복된다.
한편, 상기 펌핌 가압구동 수단(50)은 펌핑 캠(52)의 회전에 의해 상기 카트리지(30)이 눌리는 거리는 일정하고 그에 따라 상기 펌핑 캠(52)의 일회전으로 상기 카트리지(30)에서 배출되는 화장품(C)의 양은 일정하다. 따라서, 본 발명은 상기 카트리지(30) 각각에 대하여 상기 펌핑 가압구동 수단(50)의 작동 횟수를 카운팅함으로써 각 카트리지(30)에서 배출된 화장품(C)의 양을 산출할 수 있게되고 결과적으로 해당 카트리지(30)에서 배출되고 남은 화장품(C)의 양을 산출할 수 있게 된다. 상기와 같이 카트리지(30)에서 배출되는 화장품(C)의 양을 산출할 수 있도록 상기 펌핑 가압구동 수단(50)에는 상기 펌핑 캠(52)의 회전과 함께 회전되는 캠 구동 카운팅 디스크(53)이 구비되고, 캠 구동 카운팅 센서(54)로 상기 캠 구동 카운팅 디스크(53)의 회전 횟수를 감지하도록 구성된다. 상기 캠 구동 카운팅 센서(54)는 리미트 스위치나 광센서 등으로 구성되어 질 수 있다.
상기 카트리지 인식 수단(60)은 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)에 장착된 복수의 카트리지 중 화장품을 배출하고자 하는 어느 하나의 카트리지(30)를 인식하기 위한 구성이다. 상술한 바와 같이 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)에는 종류를 달리하는 화장품(C)이 담긴 복수개의 카트리지(30)가 장착되는데, 본 발명은 복수개의 카트리지(30) 중에서 사용자가 입력하거나 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 특정 카트리지(30)에 담긴 화장품(C)이 배출되도록 선택된 특정의 카트리지(30)를 화장품이 배출되는 정위치에서 정지되도록 하는 제어가 요구된다. 이를 위해서 본 발명은 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)에 카트리지(30)에 대응되는 인덱스(261a 내지 265b)를 마련하고, 그 인덱스(261a 내지 265b)를 상기 카트리지 인식 수단(60)의 인덱스 인식 센서(61)가 인식함으로써 해당 카트리지(30)을 인식하도록 구성된다. 상기 인덱스(261a 내지 265b)에 관한 구성은 카트리지 매거진(20)의 설명에서 상술하였다. 상기 인덱스(261a 내지 265b)를 인식하는 상기 인덱스 인식 센서(61)은 홈 형상의 인덱스(261a 내지 265b)를 검출하는 광센서로 구성되어 질 수 있다.
상기 손 감지 센서(71)는 사용자가 손이나 기타 용기를 화장품이 낙하되는 배출 공간(14)에 위치되는 경우에만 상기 펌핑 가압구동 수단(50)이 작동되어 상기 카트리지(30)에서 화장품이 배출되도록 하기 위한 구성이다. 도면을 참조하면, 상기 손 감지 센서(71)는 사용자의 손이 배출 공간(14)의 내부로 들어 온 것을 감지할 수 있도록 상기 매거진 장착부(13)의 바닥에 광센서를 설치하여 구성된다.
상기 냉각 수단(80)은 상기 카트리지 매거진(20)에 장착되어 상기 바디(11)의 내부에 수용된 카트리지(30)의 내부에 담긴 화장품(C)이 변질되지 않도록 냉각시키기 위한 구성이다. 도면을 참조하면, 상기 냉각 수단(80)은 상기 카트리지 장착부(13)의 후방 측부에 부착된 열전 소자(81)와, 상기 열전 소자(81)의 발열부 측에 부착되어 그로부터 방출된 열을 공기중으로 방열하기 위한 방열핀(82)이 구비되어 구성된다.
상기 제어 수단(90)은 매거진 회전구동 수단(40), 펌핑 가압구동 수단(50) 및 냉각 수단(80)의 작동을 제어하기 위한 구성이다. 상기 제어 수단(90)에 의한 제어는 사용자가 수동으로 입력한 명령이나 데이터에 따라 수행될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 상기 제어 수단(90)은 상기 피부 진단기(2)에 의해 측정되어 진단된 피부 상태에 따른 정보, 사용자 단말기(3)으로부터 전송받은 데이터나 명령, 상기 관리 서버(4)로부터 전송받은 데이터나 명령 등에 따라 제어를 수행할 수 있도록 구성된다.
이러한 제어를 위해서 상기 제어 수단(90)은 연산, 데이터의 저장 및 외부 기기와의 통신 등을 위한 회로가 형성된 회로 기판(91), 사용자에게 기기의 작동 상태에 관한 정보 등을 표시하고 사용자가 데이터나 명령을 입력하기 위한 터치 스크린(92)가 구비되어 구성된다. 도면을 참조하면, 하나의 회로 기판(91)이 상기 바디(11)의 하부 공간에 수용되어 장착된 실시예가 도시되어 있으나 이는 적절한 갯수로 형성되어 하나의 공간이나 여러 공간에 분리되어 배치될 수 있다. 상기 터치 스크린(92)은 사용자가 눈으로 쉽게 볼 수 있고 손으로 쉽게 터치할 수 있는 위치에 배치되는 것이 바람직하며, 도면에는 상기 터치 스크린(92)이 상기 바디(11)의 배출 공간(14)의 하부 바닥면에 장착된 실시예가 도시되어 있다.
상기 바디(11)의 하부 후방에는 전원 스위치(93)와 전원 단자(94)가 배치되어 상기 회로 기판(91) 및 기타 구성에 전원을 공급하도록 구성된다.
상술한 바와 같이 상기 제어 수단(90)은 수동 모드나 자동 모드가 선택되면 그에 따라 복수의 카트리지(30) 중 적어도 하나 이상의 화장품이 배출되도록 상기 매거진 회전구동 수단(40)과 상기 펌핑 가압구동 수단(50)의 작동을 제어한다.
또한, 상기 제어 수단(90)은 상기 바디(11)의 내부에 있는 카트리지(30)에 담기 화장품 주위의 온도를 온도 센서로 센싱하고 그에 따라 상기 냉각 수단(80)의 작동을 제어한다.
도 13을 참조하면, 사용자가 상기 터치 스크린(92)을 통해 수동 모드를 선택하고 원하는 화장품의 사용하고자 특정 카트리지(30)의 번호를 선택하고 배출량 등의 정보 입력하면 상기 제어 수단(90)은 선택된 해당 카트리지(30)의 배출구(32)가 배출홀(132)에 맞추어지도록 상기 매거진 회전구동 수단(40)의 작동을 제어하게 된다. 상기 매거진 회전구동 수단(40)의 작동으로 카트리지 매거진(20)이 회전되면서 상기 카트리지 인식 수단(60)은 선택된 해당 카트리지(30)을 인식하고, 그 인식된 정보에 따라 상기 제어 수단(90)은 해당 카트리지(30)의 배출구(32)가 배출홀(132)에 맞추어진 상태에서 매거진 회전구동 수단(40)의 구동을 정지시키게 된다. 상기와 같이 해당 카트리지(30)가 배출 위치에 위치된 상태에서 사용자가 손을 배출 공간(14)의 내부로 집어 넣으면 손 감지 센서(71)가 이를 감지하게 되고, 그 감지가 이루어지면 상기 제어 수단(90)은 강기 핌핑 가압구동 수단(50)을 작동시켜 카트리지(30)를 눌러 화장품이 배출 공간(14)의 내부로 진입되어 있는 손으로 배출하게 된다.
마찬가지로 사용자가 상기 터치 스크린(92)을 통해 자동 모드를 선택한 상태에서는 사용자가 별도로 마련된 피부 진단기(2)로 피부 상태를 측정하여 곧바로 상기 화장품 디스펜서(1)로 송신하여 상기 화장품 디스펜서(1)에 의해 화장품 처방을 수행하거나, 측정된 피부 상태에 따른 화장품 처방을 상기 화장품 디스펜서로 송신하여 그에 따라 상기 화장품 디스펜서(1)가 특정의 카트리지(30)에 담긴 화장품을 배출하도록 상기 제어 수단(90)이 매거진 회전구동 수단(40) 및 펌핑 가압구동 수단(50)의 작동을 제어하게 된다.
상기와 같은 화장품 사용을 위한 처방은 상기 피부 진단기(2)에 의해 측정된 피부 상태로부터 산출될 뿐만 아니라 사용자 단말기(3)나 관리 서버(4)에 저장된 데이터로부터 산출되어 상기 화장품 디스펜서(1)로 전송되어 그에 따라 화장품 배출이 이루어지도록 제어될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 화장품 디스펜서(1)는 상기 카트리지 인식 수단(60)에 의해 카트리지(30)가 인식되고, 그 인식된 카트리지(30)를 펌핑 가압구동 수단(50)이 가압한 횟수를 상기 캠 구동 카운팅 센서(54)로 카운팅함으로써 배출된 화장품의 양 또는 남아 있는 화장품의 양을 산출할 수 있게 되고, 이러한 정보는 상기 제어 수단(90)의 터치 스크린(92)을 통해 사용자가 확인할 수 있도록 표시되며, 상기 사용자 단말기(3)나 관리 서버(4)로 전송되어 카트리지(30)의 관리가 이루어질 수 있게 된다.
또한, 상기 피부 진단기(2)에 의해 측정된 피부 상태에 대한 정보, 처방된 화장품의 사용 주기나 횟수 등과 같은 화장품 사용에 대한 정보는 상기 사용자 단말기(3)나 관리 서버(4)로 전송되어 추가적인 피부 관리를 위한 데이터로 활용될 수 있게 된다.
앞에서 설명되고 도면에 도시된 화장품 디스펜서는 본 발명을 실시하기 위한 하나의 실시예에 불과하며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 한정하는 것으로 해석되어서는 안된다. 본 발명의 보호범위는 이하의 특허청구범위에 기재된 사항에 의해서만 정하여지며, 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 개량 및 변경된 실시예는 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명한 것인 한 본 발명의 보호범위에 속한다고 할 것이다.
상기와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명 화장품 디스펜서는 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 적합한 화장품을 선택하거나 조합하여 적정량의 화장품을 이용할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라 피부 진단이나 화장품 이용에 관한 정보를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 산업상 매우 유용한 발명이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 화장품을 배출하는 화장품 디스펜서에 있어서,
    상방으로 개구된 매거진 장착부가 형성되고, 상기 매거진 장착부의 하부에 이 배출 공간이 형성되고, 상기 매거진 장착부에서 상기 배출 공간으로 이어지는 배출홀이 형성된 본체와,
    복수의 카트리지 수용부가 원형으로 배열되어 형성되고, 상기 매거진 장착부에 회전이 가능하게 장착되는 카트리지 매거진과,
    내부에 화장품이 담기고 하부에 형성된 배출구를 통해 화장품이 배출되도록 하는 펌핑 수단이 구비되고, 상기 배출구가 하부를 향하게 세워져 상기 카트리지 수용부 각각에 장착되는 복수의 카트리지와,
    상기 카트리지 매거진을 회전시키도록 상기 본체에 구비된 매거진 회전구동 수단과,
    상기 복수의 카트리지 중 하나의 배출구가 상기 배출홀에 위치된 상태에서 상기 카트리지의 상단을 눌러 상기 카트리지에 구비된 펌핑 수단을 작동시키도록 상기 본체에 구비된 펌핑 가압구동 수단과,
    진단된 피부 상태에 따라 복수의 카트리지 중 적어도 하나 이상의 화장품이 배출되도록 상기 매거진 회전구동 수단과 상기 펌핑 가압구동 수단의 작동을 제어하기 위한 제어 수단이 포함되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 진단기가 구비된 화장품 디스펜서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 카트리지 중 어느 하나를 인식하기 위한 카트리지 인식 수단이 구비되고,
    상기 제어 수단은 화장품을 배출하고자 하는 카트리지의 배출구가 상기 배출홀에 위치되도록 상기 매거진 회전구동 수단의 작동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 진단기가 구비된 화장품 디스펜서.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 카트리지 인식 수단은, 상기 카트리지 각각에 대응되게 상기 카트리지 매거진에 형성된 인덱스를 인식하는 인덱스 인식 센서가 구비되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 진단기가 구비된 화장품 디스펜서.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 인덱스는 상기 카트리지 각각에 대응되게 각각 길이를 달리하여 형성되어 상기 카트리지 매거진의 하부 가장자리를 따라 일주하여 배치되고,
    상기 인덱스 인식 센서는 인덱스의 길이를 감지하여 그 길이에 대응되는 카트리지를 인식하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 진단기가 구비된 화장품 디스펜서.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
    상기 매거진 장착부의 중앙에는 축 기둥이 상방으로 연장되게 형성되고,
    상기 카트리지 매거진의 하부 중앙에는 상기 축 기둥이 삽입되는 기둥 삽입 구멍이 형성되며,
    상기 카트리지 매거진은 상기 축 기둥이 상기 기둥 삽입 구멍에 삽입되어 회전이 가능하게 상기 매거진 장착부에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 진단기가 구비된 화장품 디스펜서.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 매거진 회전구동 수단은, 상기 축 기둥의 내부에 장착된 매거진 구동모터와,
    상기 매거진 구동모터 회전축의 회전력을 상기 카트리지 매거진에 전달하도록 구비된 적어도 하나 이상의 기어가 구비되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 진단기가 구비된 화장품 디스펜서.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
    상기 펌핌 가압구동 수단은, 상기 펌핑 구동모터와, 상기 펌핑 구동모터 회전축의 회전에 의해 회전되어 상기 카트리지 상단에 접촉되어 누르는 펌핑 캠이 구비되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 진단기가 구비된 화장품 디스펜서.
