Abstract

본 발명은 화장품 디스펜서 및 이를 구비한 피부관리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 피부 진단기와 연동하여 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 자동화된 방식으로 여러 종류의 화장품 중 필요로 하는 성분을 갖는 화장품을 선택하거나 조합하여 최적의 화장품을 적정량 토출할 수 있는 것은 물론, 카트리지의 장착 및 탈거가 용이하면서도 단순하고 아름다운 제품을 구현하는데 유리한 공간 집약적인 구조를 가질 수 있도록, 베이스 패널, 베이스 패널에 대하여 회전 가능하도록 설치되며 둘레부를 따라 상하로 개구된 카트리지 장착홀을 다수 구비한 회전드럼, 내부에 화장품을 수용하고 하부에는 일정 이상의 힘으로 가압되면 토출구를 통해 내부에 수용된 화장품을 토출할 수 있도록 한 펌핑부재를 구비하며, 회전드럼의 카트리지 장착홀에 토출구가 하방 돌출된 형태로 장착되는 다수의 카트리지, 회전드럼이 회전하도록 구동력을 제공하는 제1액추에이터, 제2액추에이터를 구비하며 제2액추에이터가 제공하는 구동력에 의해 회전드럼의 회전에 의해 일지점에 위치하게 된 카트리지의 펌핑부재를 가압하여 해당 카트리지에 수용된 화장품을 토출시켜주는 토출수단을 포함한다.

Description

다종의 화장품 토출이 가능한 화장품 디스펜서 및 이를 구비한 피부관리 시스템
본 발명은 화장품 디스펜서에 관한 것으로, 특히 피부 진단기와 연동하여 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 자동화된 방식으로 여러 종류의 화장품 중 필요로 하는 성분을 갖는 화장품을 선택하거나 조합하여 최적의 화장품을 적정량 토출할 수 있는 것은 물론, 카트리지의 장착 및 탈거가 용이하면서도 단순하고 아름다운 제품을 구현하는데 유리한 공간 집약적인 구조를 갖는 화장품 디스펜서 및 이를 구비한 피부관리 시스템에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 사람들의 피부는 각양각색의 피부 상태를 지니며, 화장을 하는 사람들은 각자의 피부 상태에 적합한 화장품을 사용해야만 건강하고 아름다운 피부를 유지할 수 있다.
따라서, 화장품을 사용하는 사람들은 자신의 피부 상태에 적합하게 화장품을 사용하고자 하며, 이러한 필요의 증가로 최근에는 피부의 상태를 측정하고 진단하는 피부 진단기에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 특히, 최근에는 한국등록특허공보 제10-1738945호(2017.05.17, 피부 측정 센서를 구비한 화장품 사용 가이드 시스템)에서와 같이 피부 상태를 측정하고 적합한 화장품을 추전하거나 처방하거나, 한국공개특허공보 제10-2017-0108542호(2017.09.27, 스마트모바일기를 이용하여 유선방식으로 피부를 측정을 할 수 있도록 피부진단기가 탈부착 가능하게 결합되는 화장품)와 같이 피부 진단기가 화장품과 일체로 이용될 수 있도록 하는 기술이 개시되어 있다.
그러나, 현재까지의 피부 진단기는 단지 피부의 상태를 진단하여 피부 상태에 대한 정보 또는 적합한 화장품에 대한 정보를 사용자에 제공할 뿐, 진단된 정보나 정보를 이용하여 화장품의 사용량이나 사용주기 등을 사용자가 판단하고 화장품을 이용하기 때문에 제공된 정보에 따라 적절한 방식으로 화장품을 사용하는데 한계가 있었다. 특히, 화장품의 사용은 건성, 지성, 중성 외 악건성, 악지성 등과 같이 사람마다 차이를 갖는 피부 상태뿐만 아니라 동일한 사람이라도 계절별, 시간별 피부 상태나 노화 정도에 따라 다르게 적용되어야 하는데, 피부 진단기에 의해 단순 제공되는 피부 상태나 적합한 화장품에 관한 정보만으로 사용자가 본인의 피부에 맞게 화장품을 사용하기란 지극히 어려운 문제였다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 한국등록특허공보 제10-1778437호(2017.09.07, 피부 측정기를 포함하는 화장품 디스펜서)에는 피부 진단기를 구비하고 그 피부 진단기에서 측정된 피부 상태에 따라 적절한 화장품을 토출하도록 하는 화장품 디스펜서에 관한 장치가 제안되었지만, 피부 측정기를 포함하는 화장품 디스펜서의 경우 화장품의 토출을 위해서 복수의 화장품 용기 각각을 가압하도록 구성되어 구조적으로 복잡하였고, 화장품을 재공급하기가 쉽지 않았다.
이에 본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 제반 문제점을 해소하기 위해 제안된 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 피부 진단기와 연동하여 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 자동화된 방식으로 여러 종류의 화장품 중 필요로 하는 성분을 갖는 화장품을 선택하거나 조합하여 최적의 화장품을 적정량 토출할 수 있는 것은 물론, 카트리지의 장착 및 탈거가 용이하면서도 단순하고 아름다운 제품을 구현하는데 유리한 공간 집약적인 구조를 갖는 화장품 디스펜서 및 이를 구비한 피부관리 시스템을 제공하는 데 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 의한 화장품 디스펜서는, 다종의 화장품을 선택적으로 배출할 수 있도록 한 화장품 디스펜서로서, 베이스 패널; 상기 베이스 패널에 대하여 회전 가능하도록 설치되며 둘레부를 따라 상하로 개구된 카트리지 장착홀을 다수 구비한 회전드럼; 내부에 화장품을 수용하고 하부에는 일정 이상의 힘으로 가압되면 토출구를 통해 내부에 수용된 화장품을 토출할 수 있도록 한 펌핑부재를 구비하며, 상기 회전드럼의 카트리지 장착홀에 토출구가 하방 돌출된 형태로 장착되는 다수의 카트리지; 상기 회전드럼이 회전하도록 구동력을 제공하는 제1액추에이터; 및 제2액추에이터를 구비하며 상기 제2액추에이터가 제공하는 구동력에 의해 상기 회전드럼의 회전에 의해 일지점에 위치하게 된 카트리지의 펌핑부재를 가압하여 해당 카트리지에 수용된 화장품을 토출시켜주는 토출수단;을 포함하며, 상기 카트리지의 상단부에는 상기 회전드럼의 장착홀 상측으로 돌출되어 하방으로 가압할 수 있도록 한 리프팅부재가 구비되어, 상기 회전드럼의 회전에 의해 일지점에 위치하게 된 카트리지의 리프팅부재를 사용자가 직접 누르는 방식에 의해 상기 제2액추에이터의 구동력을 제공받지 않고서도 하부에 설치된 펌핑부재를 가압하여 화장품을 토출할 수 있도록 한 것을 기술적 구성상의 특징으로 한다.
여기서, 상기 카트리지는, 상기 회전드럼의 장착홀에 대응하여 착탈 가능하게 장착되며 하면이 개방된 수용홀을 구비하는 용기 케이싱; 상기 용기 케이싱의 수용홀 내부에 착탈 가능하도록 장착되며 내부에 화장품을 수용하고 하부에는 수용된 화장품을 배출할 수 있도록 화장품 배출구를 구비한 화장품 용기; 상기 용기 케이싱의 하측에서 상기 화장품 용기의 하단부와 결합되며 상기 화장품 용기의 배출구와 연통되고 하방 돌출된 형태의 토출구를 구비하여 상기 화장품 용기 쪽으로 가압되면 펌핑작용에 의해 상기 화장품 용기에 수용된 화장품을 상기 토출구를 통해 토출시켜주는 펌핑부재; 및 상기 용기 케이싱의 상단부에 결합되되 상기 회전드럼의 장착홀 상측으로 상부가 돌출되도록 결합되어 외력에 의해 상측에서 눌리면 상기 용기 케이싱을 통해 화장품 용기를 누르면서 상기 펌핑부재에 의한 펌핑동작이 이루어지도록 해주는 리프팅부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 리프팅부재는, 상하방향으로 긴 기둥 형상으로 형성되어 하단부가 상기 용기 케이싱의 안착홈에 안착되어 결합되는 기둥부와, 상기 기둥부의 상단부에서 보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 플레이트 형상으로 형성되어 사용자가 손가락으로 접촉하여 누를 수 있도록 한 플레이트부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 플레이트부는 상기 회전드럼의 중앙부를 향해 하향 경사진 형상으로 형성되어 사용자가 회전드럼의 외측에서 내측 영역으로 손가락을 걸치듯이 상기 플레이트부에 접촉하여 안정감 있게 누를 수 있도록 하며, 상기 플레이트부는 모서리가 둥근 삼각 플레이트 형상으로 형성되어 넓은 면적을 확보하면서도 서로 이웃하여 배치되는 플레이트부들 사이의 간섭을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 카트리지의 용기 케이싱은 모서리가 둥근 삼각기둥 형상으로 형성되어 넓은 단면적을 확보하면서도 서로 이웃하여 배치되는 용기 케이싱들 사이의 간섭을 최소화할 수 있도록 하며, 상기 펌핑부재는 상기 용기 케이싱에 형상에 대응하여 모서리가 둥근 삼각형의 외형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 토출수단은 상기 베이스 패널 일단부에서 상기 제2액추에이터로부터 구동력을 제공받아 승강하는 가압부재를 구비하여, 상기 가압부재가 상승하면 상기 회전드럼의 회전으로 일지점에 위치한 카트리지의 펌핑부재를 하측에서 상측으로 가압하여 펌핑할 수 있도록 하며, 상기 베이스 패널에는 상기 펌핑부재에서 하방 돌출된 토출구에 대응하는 낙하공를 구비하여 상기 토출구를 통해 토출된 화장품이 상기 베이스 패널의 하측으로 낙하할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 토출수단에서 제2액추에이터는 모터로 구비되며, 상기 가압부재와 모터 사이에서 상기 모터의 회전력을 승강동작으로 변환해주는 캠기구가 설치된 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 토출수단은, 베이스 패널의 일단부에서 상기 캠기구를 수용하는 가이드 케이싱을 구비하며, 상기 가이드 케이싱의 정면에는 절개부가 형성되어 상기 가압부재의 후단부가 상기 캠기구와 연결된 상태에서 상기 가압부재의 선단부가 상기 가이드 케이싱의 절개부를 통해 외측으로 돌출되도록 하며, 상기 가이드 케이싱의 절개부 양측에는 수직하게 세워진 한 쌍의 가이드봉이 설치되고 상기 가압부재의 승강동작을 안내할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 회전드럼의 상면 중앙부에 상기 회전드럼과 동심축으로 회전 가능하도록 설치되며, 상기 카트리지의 상부를 접촉한 상태로 상기 카트리지가 상기 회전드럼의 장착홀에서 이탈하거나 흔들리지 않도록 구속하는 지지아암을 상기 카트리지의 개수에 대응하여 다수 구비한 구속부재를 더 구비하여, 상기 구속부재의 회전 각도에 따라 상기 지지아암에 의해 상기 카트리지가 상기 회전드럼의 장착홀에서 이탈 및 흔들림이 없도록 구속하거나 구속을 해제할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 구속부재의 상면은 중앙부로 갈수록 높이가 높아지고, 상기 지지아암과 지지아암 사이의 부위는 중앙부까지 경사면을 따라 요입된 형태의 슬립 방지홈이 형성되어 사용자의 핸들링이 용이하도록 한 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 회전드럼에 형성된 각각의 장착홀에는 상기 카트리지가 장착되면 인식하여 각각의 장착홀에 대하여 상기 카트리지의 장착 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 한 제1감지센서가 설치되며, 다수의 카트리지 중 상기 회전드럼의 회전에 의해 일지점에 위치하게 된 카트리지를 식별하도록 한 제2감지센서가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 피부관리 시스템은, 전술된 화장품 디스펜서; 및 사용자의 피부상태를 진단하여 사용자의 피부상태 정보를 상기 화장품 디스펜서에 제공하는 피부 진단기;를 포함하여, 상기 피부 진단기로부터 사용자의 피부상태 정보를 제공받은 상기 화장품 디스펜서의 제어기가 상기 피부상태 정보를 근거로 제1액추에이터와 제2액추에이터를 작동시켜 다수의 카트리지에 수용된 화장품들 중 필요로 하는 화장품을 토출하도록 한 것을 그 기술적 구성상의 특징으로 할 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 화장품 디스펜서의 제어기는 상기 피부 진단기에서 제공한 사용자의 피부상태 정보를 사용자의 단말기에 제공하고, 사용된 화장품 내역과 현재 각 카트리지에 남아 있는 화장품 종류와 잔량 정보를 사용자의 단말기에 함께 제공하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 피부 진단기에서 진단한 사용자의 피부상태 정보와 상기 화장품 디스펜서에서 사용된 화장품 내역과 현재 각 카트리지에 남아 있는 화장품 종류와 잔량 정보를 저장하고, 사용자 단말기가 전용의 관리앱을 통해 요청하면 해당 정보를 제공하는 관리서버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
본 발명에 의한 화장품 디스펜서는 피부 진단기와 연동하여 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 자동화된 방식으로 여러 종류의 화장품 중 필요로 하는 성분을 갖는 화장품을 선택하거나 조합하여 최적의 화장품을 적정량 토출할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 삼각기둥 형상의 카트리지에 의해 좁은 설치공간을 최대한 활용하면서 서로 간섭없이 조밀한 구성이 가능하며, 카트리지 상단부에 구비된 리프팅부재를 사용하여 회전드럼으로부터 카트리지를 간단히 탈거할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 다양한 색상을 가미할 수 있는 둥근 삼각형상의 경사진 플레이트부를 구비하고 있는 카트리지를 회전드럼의 둘레부를 따라 조밀하게 배치한 구성에 의해 실장공간을 절약하고 단순하고 아름다운 제품을 구현할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 의한 화장품 디스펜서는 피부 진단기와 사용자의 스마트폰과 함께 간단히 피부관리 시스템을 구현할 수 있으며, 데이터베이스를 포함하는 관리서버를 포함하는 광범위한 피부관리 시스템을 구축하는데 용이하다.

첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예들에 의한 화장품 디스펜서에 대하여 상세히 설명한다. 본 발명은 다양한 변경을 가할 수 있고 여러 가지 형태를 가질 수 있는바, 특정 실시예들을 도면에 예시하고 본문에 상세하게 설명하고자 한다. 그러나 이는 본 발명을 특정한 개시 형태에 대해 한정하려는 것이 아니며, 본 발명의 사상 및 기술범위에 포함되는 모든 변경, 균등물 내지 대체물을 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다. 각 도면을 설명하면서 유사한 참조부호를 유사한 구성요소에 대해 사용하였다. 첨부된 도면에 있어서, 구조물들의 치수는 본 발명의 명확성을 기하기 위하여 실제보다 확대하거나, 개략적인 구성을 이해하기 위하여 실제보다 축소하여 도시한 것이다.
또한, 제1 및 제2 등의 용어는 다양한 구성요소들을 설명하는데 사용될 수 있지만, 상기 구성요소들은 상기 용어들에 의해 한정되어서는 안 된다. 상기 용어들은 하나의 구성요소를 다른 구성요소로부터 구별하는 목적으로만 사용된다. 예를 들어, 본 발명의 권리 범위를 벗어나지 않으면서 제1 구성요소는 제2 구성요소로 명명될 수 있고, 유사하게 제2 구성요소도 제1 구성요소로 명명될 수 있다. 한편, 다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함해서 여기서 사용되는 모든 용어들은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미를 지니고 있다. 일반적으로 사용되는 사전에 정의된 것과 같은 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥상 가지는 의미와 일치하는 의미를 지니는 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 출원에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한, 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미로 해석되지 않는다.

도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 화장품 디스펜서를 적용한 피부관리 시스템의 구성도이며, 도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 화장품 디스펜서의 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 화장품 디스펜서의 단면도이며, 도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 화장품 디스펜서의 평면도이며, 도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 화장품 디스펜서의 저면도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 화장품 디스펜서(100)는 베이스 패널(130)을 기반으로 하여 회전드럼(110), 카트리지(120), 토출수단(140M), 구속부재(150)를 주요 구성요소로 포함하며, 피부 진단기와 연동하여 진단된 피부 상태에 따라 자동화된 방식으로 여러 종류의 화장품들 중 필요로 하는 성분을 갖는 화장품을 선택하거나 조합하여 최적의 화장품을 적정량 토출할 수 있도록 하며, 카트리지(120)의 장착 및 탈거가 용이하면서도 단순하고 아름다운 제품을 구현하는데 유리한 공간 집약적인 구조를 갖도록 구성된다.
이로써, 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 화장품 디스펜서(100)는 사용자의 현재 피부 상태에 최적화된 맞춤식 화장품을 제공하는 것은 물론, 도 1에 도시된 것처럼 스마트폰(S), 피부 진단기 및 관리서버와 연동하여 사용자의 화장품 이용에 관한 체계적인 정보 및 서비스를 제공하는 피부관리 시스템을 구축할 수 있는 것이다.
이하, 상기 각 구성요소들을 중앙으로 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 화장품 디스펜서에 대해 상세히 설명한다.
상기 회전드럼(110)은 베이스 패널(130)에 대하여 회전 가능하도록 설치되며 둘레부를 따라 상하로 개구된 카트리지(120) 장착홀(111)을 다수 구비한다. 상기 장착홀(111)은 도 2에 도시된 것처럼 상단부를 제외하고 외측 벽면이 하단부 끝까지 절개되어 개방 영역(112)을 형성한다. 이로써 돌출된 형태를 갖는 토출수단(140M)의 가압부재(142)가 상기 개방 영역(112)을 통해 장착홀(111)에 장착된 상태인 카트리지(120)의 하단부 펌핑부재(123) 하측으로 인입된 상태가 되어 승강동작할 수 있다.
도 3에 도시된 것처럼 상기 회전드럼(110)의 중앙부에는 베이스 패널(130)에 설치된 제1액추에이터(140A)를 수용할 수 있는 내부 공간이 형성된다. 상기 제1액추에이터(140A)는 상기 베이스 패널(130)에 중앙부에 형성된 수납 케이싱(132)에 수용된 상태에서 회전드럼(110)이 회전하도록 구동력을 제공하게 된다. 상기 제1액추에이터(140A)는 모터로 구비되는 것이 바람직하며 상기 제1액추에이터(140A)와 회전드럼(110) 사이에는 감속을 위한 기어조립체가 설치된다.
한편, 상기 회전드럼(110)에 형성된 각각의 장착홀(111)에는 상기 카트리지(120)가 장착되면 인식하여 각각의 장착홀(111)에 대하여 카트리지(120)의 장착 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 한 제1감지센서가 설치된다. 또한 다수의 카트리지(120) 중 회전드럼(110)의 회전에 의해 토출수단(140M)이 위치한 일지점에 위치하게 된 카트리지(120)를 식별하도록 한 제2감지센서가 더 설치된다. 여기에 더해 제어기가 토출수단(140M)의 제2액추에이터(140B)를 제어한 내역을 근거로 하여 각각의 카트리지(120)에서 토출된 화장품의 양을 판단하고 기억하도록 한다.
이로써, 피부 진단기에서 진단한 피부 상태 진단을 근거로 특정 성분의 화장품을 수용하고 있는 카트리지(120)로부터 화장품을 토출하고 각 카트리지(120)에서 사용된 화장품의 양이 어느 정도인지를 파악하는 것이 가능해진다. 상기 제1감지센서와 제2감지센서는 공지된 다양한 종류의 센서들 중에서 선택 및 사용될 수 있다. 예컨대, 압력센서, 마그네틱센서, 광센서를 비롯하여 인덱스의 길이를 감지하는 인덱스 인식 센서 등이 될 수 있다.
상기 카트리지(120)는 회전드럼(110)의 장착홀(111)에 장착되어 화장품을 저장하고 있다가 토출하는 역할을 한다. 이를 위해 상기 카트리지(120)는 도 6 내지 도 8에서 볼 수 있는 것처럼 용기 케이싱(121), 화장품 용기(122), 펌핑부재(123) 및 리프팅부재(124)로 이루어진다.
상기 용기 케이싱(121)은 회전드럼(110)의 장착홀(111)에 대응하여 착탈 가능하게 장착되며 하면이 개방된 수용홀(121a)을 구비한다. 상기 용기 케이싱(121)의 상면에는 리프팅부재(124)의 기둥부(124a) 하단이 끼워진 상태에서 결합되도록 한 안착홈(121b)이 형성된다. 이같은 용기 케이싱(121)은 화장품 용기(122)를 수용한 상태에서 회전드럼(110)의 장착홀(111)에 대응하여 안정적으로 지지된 상태를 유지할 수 있게 된다. 상기 용기 케이싱(121)은 모서리가 둥근 삼각기둥 형상으로 형성되었다는 점에 주목할 수 있다. 이같은 구성에 의해 보다 넓은 단면적 및 내부공간을 확보하면서도 서로 이웃하여 배치되는 용기 케이싱(121)들 간 간섭을 최소화할 수 있게 된다. 도면에서는 편의상 카트리지(120)들이 서로 여유 있게 이격 배치된 것으로 도시되었으나 실제로는 카트리지(120)들이 매우 촘촘하게 공간 집약적으로 배치된 형태로 제품화될 수 있다.
상기 화장품 용기(122)는 내부에 화장품을 수용한 상태에서 용기 케이싱(121)의 수용홀(121a) 내부에 착탈 가능하도록 장착된다. 상기 화장품 용기(122)의 하단부에는 화장품을 외부로 배출할 수 있도록 하방 돌출된 화장품 배출구(122a)를 구비한다. 상기 화장품 배출구(122a)는 펌핑부재(123)의 토출구(123a)와 연통된다. 상기 화장품 용기(122)는 상기 펌핑부재(123)에 의해 가압될 때 적어도 일부가 수축하면서 그 내부에 수용된 화장품을 배출구(122a)를 통해 배출할 수 있도록 한다.
상기 펌핑부재(123)는 화장품 용기(122)에 수용된 화장품을 외부로 토출하기 위한 것으로, 용기 케이싱(121)의 하측에서 화장품 용기(122)의 하단부와 결합된다. 상기 펌핑부재(123)는 화장품 용기(122)의 배출구(122a)와 연통되고 하방 돌출된 형태의 토출구(123a)를 구비한다. 이로써 상기 펌핑부재(123)가 토출수단(140M)의 가압부재(142)에 의해 가압되어 하측에서 상측으로 변위되면 상기 화장품 용기(122)를 가압하여 수축시키는 펌핑작용에 의해 화장품 용기(122)에 수용된 화장품을 토출구(123a)를 통해 토출시켜 준다. 상기 펌핑부재(123) 역시 용기 케이싱(121)과 대응하도록 모서리가 둥근 삼각형의 외형을 갖는다.
상기 리프팅부재(124)는 사용자가 간단히 손가락을 사용하여 카트리지(120) 전체를 들어 올릴 수 있도록 해준다. 이를 위해 상기 리프팅부재(124)는 상하방향으로 긴 기둥 형상으로 형성되어 하단부가 용기 케이싱(121)의 안착홈(121b)에 안착되어 결합되는 기둥부(124a)와, 상기 기둥부(124a)의 상단부에서 보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 플레이트 형상으로 형성되어 사용자가 손가락을 하측에서 걸어 들어 올릴 수 있도록 한 플레이트부(124b)로 이루어진다.
여기서 상기 플레이트부(124b)는 회전드럼(110)의 중앙부에서 둘레부를 향해 상향 경사진 형상으로 형성된다. 이로써 사용자가 카트리지(120)를 회전드럼(110)의 장착홀(111)에 삽입하여 장착할 때에는 회전드럼(110)의 외측에서 내측 영역으로 손가락을 걸치듯이 하여 플레이트부(124b)에 상면을 접촉하여 누를 때 힘이 분산되지 않고 집중되도록 해준다. 반면에 사용자가 상기 카트리지(120)를 회전드럼(110)의 장착홀에서 탈거할 때에는 외측으로부터 플레이트부(124b) 하측으로 손가락을 삽입하여 플레이트부(124b) 하면을 접촉하여 들어 올릴 수 있도록 플레이트부(124b) 하측으로 여유공간을 형성해준다. 이처럼 리프팅부재(124)의 플레이트부(124b)가 회전드럼(110)의 중앙부에서 둘레부를 향해 상향 경사진 형상을 갖도록 한 구성상의 간단한 변화를 통해 회전드럼(110)에 대한 카트리지(120)의 장착 및 탈거를 매우 간편하게 수행할 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 리프팅부재(124)의 플레이트부(124b)는 모서리가 둥근 삼각 플레이트 형상으로 형성된다. 이로써 상기 플레이트부(124b)는 사용자가 상측에서 누르거나 하측에서 손가락을 걸쳐 들어 올릴 때 편하도록 넓은 면적을 확보하면서도 서로 이웃하여 배치되는 다른 플레이트부(124b)들과의 간섭을 최소화할 수 있게 된다. 상기 리프팅부재(124)의 경우 합성수지를 소재로 하여 다양한 색상을 입히는 것이 바람직하다. 이같은 리프팅부재(124)의 색상은 화장품 용기(122) 내에 수용된 화장품 색조에 따라 다르게 하여 해당 카트리지(120)에 수용된 화장품이 무엇인지를 직관적으로 구분할 수 있도록 기능적인 역할을 수행하는 것일 수도 있으며, 서로 조화를 이루는 다양한 색상들에 의해 제품을 보다 아름답게 구현할 것일 수도 있다.
한편, 본 발명은 회전드럼(110)의 회전에 의해 일지점에 위치하게 된 카트리지(120)의 리프팅부재(124)를 사용자가 누르면 용기 케이싱(121)과 화장품 용기(122)가 일정 범위 이내에서 하강하도록 하며, 상기 화장품 용기(122)의 하강으로 인해 펌핑부재(123)에 의해 화장품 용기(122)가 가압되면서 화장품 토출이 이루어진다. 이를 위해 카트리지(120)의 용기 케이싱(121)이 회전드럼(110)의 장착홀(111)에 장착된 상태에서 사용자에 의해 일정 이상의 누르는 외력이 더 가해지면 하방으로 더 깊숙이 하강할 수 있도록 하고, 장착홀(111) 내부에는 하강한 카트리지(120)를 탄성지지하여 원위치로 복귀시킬 수 있도록 한 코일형 스프링(미도시됨)이 간단히 설치되면 된다. 다만, 상기 화장품 용기(122)가 장착홀(111)에서 너무 깊숙이 하강하지 않도록 장착홀(111) 내주면에 스토퍼 돌기(미도시됨)가 설치되는 것이 바람직하다. 이로써, 사용자가 손가락을 사용하여 일정 이상의 힘으로 리프팅부재(124)를 눌러주면 용기 케이싱(121)을 통해 화장품 용기(122)를 하강시켜 펌핑부재(123)에 의한 펌핑동작이 이루어지면서 화장품 토출이 이루어진다.
이같은 카트리지(120)의 구성에 따르면 가압부재(142)에 의해 하측에서 펌핑부재(123)를 자동으로 가압하거나 사용자가 직접 리프팅부재(124)를 수동으로 가압하는 방식으로 화장품 토출이 가능해진다.
상기 베이스 패널(130)은 하측에서 회전드럼(110)을 비롯하여 다른 구성요소들을 지지하는 역할을 한다. 상기 베이스 패널(130)에는 카트리지(120)의 펌핑부재(123)에서 하방 돌출된 토출구(123a)에 대응하는 낙하공(131a)를 구비하여 상기 토출구(123a)를 통해 토출된 화장품이 베이스 패널(130)의 하측으로 낙하할 수 있게 한다.
상기 토출수단(140M)은 회전드럼(110)의 회전에 의해 일지점에 위치하게 된 카트리지(120)의 펌핑부재(123)를 하측에서 가압하여 해당 카트리지(120)에 수용된 화장품을 토출시켜주는 역할을 한다. 이를 위해 상기 토출수단(140M)은 도 9에 도시된 것처럼 가이드 케이싱(144)과, 제2액추에이터(140B)와, 캠기구(141)와, 가압부재(142)와, 가이드봉(143)을 포함하여 이루어진다.
상기 토출수단(140M)의 가이드 케이싱(144)은 베이스 패널(130)의 일단부에 세워진 형태로 설치되어 그 내부에 캠기구(141)를 수용한다. 상기 가이드 케이싱(144)의 정면에는 절개된 절개부(144a)가 형성되어 상기 가압부재(142)의 후단부가 캠기구(141)와 연결된 상태에서 선단부가 가이드 케이싱(144)의 절개부(144a)를 통해 외측으로 돌출된다.
상기 제2액추에이터(140B)는 상기 캠기구(141)와 가압부재(142)를 통해 카트리지(120)의 펌핑부재(123)가 승강에 의한 펌핑동작을 하도록 구동력을 제공하는 역할을 한다. 이를 위해 상기 제2액추에이터(140B)는 모터로 구비되며 상기 가이드 케이싱(144)의 상부에 설치된다.
상기 캠기구(141)는 모터로 구비된 제2액추에이터(140B)의 구동력을 회전력에서 승강동작 즉 상하방향 직선운동으로 변환하는 역할을 한다. 이처럼 회전력을 직선운동으로 변환하는 역할을 하는 캠기구(141)의 경우 공지된 기술에 속하므로 이에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
상기 가압부재(142)는 베이스 패널(130) 일단부에서 캠기구(141)를 통해 제2액추에이터(140B)로부터 구동력을 제공받아 승강하면서 카트리지(120)의 펌핑부재(123)를 하측에서 상측으로 가압할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 상기 가압부재(142)는 후단부가 상기 캠기구(141)에 결합된 상태에서 선단부가 가이드 케이싱(144)의 측면 절개부를 통해 돌출된다. 이렇게 돌출된 가압부재(142)의 선단부는 회전드럼(110)에 의해 일지점에 위치한 카트리지(120)의 펌핑부재(123) 하측으로 위치하게 된다. 도 5를 참조하면 상기 가압부재(142)가 카트리지(120)의 펌핑부재(123) 토출구(123a)를 회피하면서 펌핑부재(123)의 하면에 대응하여 위치한 모습을 확인할 수 있다. 이로써 가압부재(142)가 상승하면 상기 회전드럼(110)의 회전으로 일지점에 위치해 있는 카트리지(120)의 펌핑부재(123)를 하측에서 상측으로 가압하여 화장품 용기(122)에 대해 펌핑동작 하도록 유도하게 된다.
상기 가이드봉(143)은 가압부재(142)의 승강동작이 흔들림 없이 안정적으로 이루어지도록 안내하는 역할을 한다. 이를 위해 상기 가이드봉(143)은 가이드 케이싱(144)의 절개부(144a) 양측에 수직하게 세워져서 한 쌍을 이룬다. 이렇게 설치된 한 쌍의 가이드봉(143)은 상기 가압부재(142)의 양측면에 형성된 가이드홈(142a)에 인입된 상태가 되며 상기 가압부재(142)가 승강하면서 펌핑동작할 때 승강동작이 흔들림 없이 이루어지도록 안내하게 된다.
이처럼 토출수단(140M)이 상기 카트리지(120)를 상측이 아닌 토출구(123a)가 위치하는 하측에서 가압하여 화장품을 토출할 수 있도록 한 하측 가압구조로 이루어진다는 점에 주목할 수 있다. 이같은 하측 가압구조에 따르면 회전드럼(110) 및 카트리지(120)의 상측 영역은 다른 구성을 추가할 수 있는 여유공간이 되며, 본 발명의 경우 카트리지(120) 상단부에 돌출된 리프팅부재(124)를 설치하여 카트리지(120)의 장착 및 탈거를 간편하게 할 수 있었다. 또한, 사용자가 리프팅부재(124)를 직접 손으로 누르는 수동 방식으로 화장품을 토출하는 것도 가능하도록 할 수 있는 것이다.
상기 구속부재(150)는 회전드럼(110)에 장착된 다수의 카트리지(120)를 흔들림 없이 안정적으로 지지하는 역할을 위해 구비된다. 이를 위해 상기 구속부재(150)는 하측으로 돌출된 회전축부(153)가 회전드럼(110)의 상면 중앙에 형성된 홈에 끼워져 삽입되며, 이로써 회전드럼(110)과 동심축으로 회전 가능하도록 설치된다. 상기 구속부재(150)는 카트리지(120)의 상부를 접촉한 상태로 카트리지(120)가 회전드럼(110)의 장착홀(111)에서 이탈하거나 흔들리지 않도록 구속하는 지지아암(152)을 구비한다. 상기 지지아암(152)은 카트리지(120)의 개수에 대응하여 다수 구비한다. 이같은 구성에 따르면 상기 구속부재(150)의 회전 각도에 따라 카트리지(120)가 회전드럼(110)의 장착홀(111)에서 이탈 및 흔들림이 없도록 구속하거나 구속을 해제할 수 있게 된다.
여기서 상기 구속부재(150)의 몸체(151)는 중앙부로 갈수록 높이가 높아지고, 상기 지지아암(152)과 지지아암(152) 사이에는 경사면을 따라 요입된 형태의 슬립 방지홈(151a)이 형성된다. 이로써, 사용자가 상기 구속부재(150)를 붙잡고 회전시키고자 할 때 슬립현상을 억제할 수 있게 되어 핸들링이 용이해진다.
참고로, 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 화장품 디스펜서는 회전드럼(110)을 비롯하여 주요 구성요소들을 감싸주는 외부 하우징을 구비하여 제품화되며 상기 외부 하우징 상단부에는 여닫이 가능한 개폐 커버가 구비되어 상기 카트리지(120)의 리프팅부재(124)가 위치한 회전드럼(110)의 상단부 영역을 개폐할 수 있도록 한다.
또한, 상세히 설명하지는 않았으나 토출수단(140M) 인근에 위치한 열전달 패널(160)에 열전소자가 설치되어 카트리지(120) 내부에 수용된 화장품이 변질되지 않도록 냉장보관하는 것이 바람직하다.
전술된 바와 같이 자동 및 수동 겸용으로 다종의 화장품 토출이 가능하도록 구성된 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 화장품 디스펜서는 도 1에 도시된 것처럼 사용자의 피부상태를 진단하여 사용자의 피부상태 정보를 화장품 디스펜서에 제공하는 피부 진단기와 스마트폰(S)과 함께 통신모듈에 의해 필요한 정보들을 송수신하면서 피부관리 시스템을 구현할 수 있다.
상기 피부관리 시스템에서는 피부 진단기로부터 사용자의 피부상태 정보를 제공받은 화장품 디스펜서의 제어기가 피부상태 정보를 근거로 제1액추에이터(140A)와 제2액추에이터(140B)를 작동시켜 다수의 카트리지(120)에 수용된 화장품들 중 필요로 하는 화장품을 토출하게 된다.
아울러 상기 화장품 디스펜서의 제어기는 피부 진단기에서 제공한 사용자의 피부상태 정보를 사용자의 스마트폰(S)에 제공하고, 사용된 화장품 내역과 현재 각 카트리지(120)에 남아 있는 화장품 종류와 잔량 정보를 전용의 앱이 설치된 사용자의 스마트폰에 함께 제공하여 저장할 수 있도록 한다.
여기서, 상기 화장품 디스펜서의 제어기를 대신하여 피부 진단기용 전용 앱이 설치된 사용자의 스마트폰(S)이 피부 진단기로부터 사용자의 피부상태 정보를 제공받아 피부상태 정보를 근거로 스마트폰(S)이 필요한 연산을 한 후 상기 화장품 디스펜서의 제어기로 정보를 제공하여 상기 제1액추에이터(140A)와 제2액추에이터(140B)를 작동시킴으로써 화장품을 토출하도록 할 수도 있다.
상기 피부 진단기에서 진단한 사용자의 피부상태 정보와 화장품 디스펜서에서 사용된 화장품 내역과 현재 각 카트리지(120)에 남아 있는 화장품 종류와 잔량 정보를 저장하고, 사용자 단말기가 전용의 관리앱을 통해 요청하면 해당 정보를 제공하는 관리서버를 더 포함하는 것이 바람직하다. 이처럼 관리서버를 포함하게 되면 보다 광범위한 영역에서 다수의 사용자를 위한 피부관리 시스템을 구축하는 것이 가능해진다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 다양한 변화와 변경 및 균등물을 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명은 상기 실시예를 적절히 변형하여 동일하게 응용할 수 있음이 명확하다. 따라서 상기 기재 내용은 하기 특허청구범위의 한계에 의해 정해지는 본 발명의 범위를 한정하는 것이 아니다.

Claims (17)

  1. 다종의 화장품을 선택적으로 배출할 수 있도록 한 화장품 디스펜서로서,
    베이스 패널;
    상기 베이스 패널에 대하여 회전 가능하도록 설치되며 둘레부를 따라 상하로 개구된 카트리지 장착홀을 다수 구비한 회전드럼;
    내부에 화장품을 수용하고 하부에는 일정 이상의 힘으로 가압되면 토출구를 통해 내부에 수용된 화장품을 토출할 수 있도록 한 펌핑부재를 하단부에 구비하며, 상기 회전드럼의 카트리지 장착홀에 토출구가 하방 돌출된 형태로 장착되는 다수의 카트리지;
    상기 회전드럼이 회전하도록 구동력을 제공하는 제1액추에이터;
    제2액추에이터를 구비하며 상기 제2액추에이터가 제공하는 구동력에 의해 상기 회전드럼의 회전에 의해 일지점에 위치하게 된 카트리지의 펌핑부재를 하측에서 가압하여 해당 카트리지에 수용된 화장품을 토출시켜주는 토출수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 디스펜서,

    상기 카트리지는 상단부에 상기 회전드럼의 장착홀 상측으로 돌출된 리프팅부재를 구비하며, 상기 리프팅부재는 기둥부와, 상기 기둥부의 상단부에서 넓은 플레이트 형상으로 형성되어 사용자가 손가락을 하측에서 걸어 들어 올릴 수 있도록 한 플레이트부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 디스펜서.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 플레이트부는 상기 회전드럼의 중앙부에서 둘레부를 향해 상향 경사진 형상으로 형성되어 사용자가 상기 카트리지를 상기 회전드럼의 장착홀에 삽입하여 장착할 때에는 회전드럼의 외측에서 내측 영역으로 손가락을 걸치듯이 상기 플레이트부에 상면을 접촉하여 안정감 있게 누를 수 있도록 하면서도, 사용자가 상기 카트리지를 상기 회전드럼의 장착홀에서 탈거할 때에는 외측으로부터 상기 플레이트부 하측으로 손가락을 삽입하여 상기 플레이트부 하면을 접촉하여 들어 올릴 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 디스펜서.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 플레이트부는 모서리가 둥근 삼각 플레이트 형상으로 형성되어 넓은 면적을 확보하여 조밀하게 배치되면서도 서로 이웃하여 배치되는 다른 플레이트부들과의 간섭을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 디스펜서.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지는,
    상기 리프팅부재;
    상면에 상기 리프팅부재의 기둥부와 결합한 상태에서 상기 회전드럼의 장착홀에 대응하여 착탈 가능하게 장착되며 하면이 개방된 수용홀을 구비하는 용기 케이싱;
    상기 용기 케이싱의 수용홀 내부에 착탈 가능하도록 장착되며 내부에 화장품을 수용하고 하부에는 수용된 화장품을 배출할 수 있도록 화장품 배출구를 구비한 화장품 용기; 및
    상기 용기 케이싱의 하측에서 상기 화장품 용기의 하단부와 결합되며 상기 화장품 용기의 배출구와 연통되고 하방 돌출된 형태의 토출구를 구비하여 상기 화장품 용기 쪽으로 가압되면 펌핑작용에 의해 상기 화장품 용기에 수용된 화장품을 상기 토출구를 통해 토출시켜주는 펌핑부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 디스펜서.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 카트리지의 용기 케이싱은 모서리가 둥근 삼각기둥 형상으로 형성되어 넓은 단면적을 확보하면서도 서로 이웃하여 배치되는 용기 케이싱들 사이의 간섭을 최소화할 수 있도록 하며,
    상기 펌핑부재는 상기 용기 케이싱에 형상에 대응하여 모서리가 둥근 삼각형의 외형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 디스펜서.
  7. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 토출수단은 상기 베이스 패널 일단부에서 상기 제2액추에이터로부터 구동력을 제공받아 승강하는 가압부재를 구비하여, 상기 가압부재가 상승하면 상기 회전드럼의 회전으로 일지점에 위치한 카트리지의 펌핑부재를 하측에서 상측으로 가압하여 펌핑할 수 있도록 하며,
    상기 베이스 패널에는 상기 펌핑부재에서 하방 돌출된 토출구에 대응하는 낙하공를 구비하여 상기 토출구를 통해 토출된 화장품이 상기 베이스 패널의 하측으로 낙하할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 디스펜서.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 토출수단에서 제2액추에이터는 모터로 구비되며, 상기 가압부재와 모터 사이에서 상기 모터의 회전력을 승강동작으로 변환해주는 캠기구가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 디스펜서.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 토출수단은, 베이스 패널의 일단부에서 상기 캠기구를 수용하는 가이드 케이싱을 구비하며,
    상기 가이드 케이싱의 정면에는 절개부가 형성되어 상기 가압부재의 후단부가 상기 캠기구와 연결된 상태에서 상기 가압부재의 선단부가 상기 가이드 케이싱의 절개부를 통해 외측으로 돌출되도록 하며,
    상기 가이드 케이싱의 절개부 양측에는 수직하게 세워진 한 쌍의 가이드봉이 설치되고 상기 가압부재의 승강동작을 안내할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 디스펜서.
  10. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 회전드럼의 상면 중앙부에 상기 회전드럼과 동심축으로 회전 가능하도록 설치되며, 상기 회전드럼의 장착홀 상단을 가로막아 상기 카트리지가 상기 회전드럼의 장착홀에서 이탈하거나 흔들리지 않도록 구속하는 지지아암을 상기 카트리지의 개수에 대응하여 다수 구비한 구속부재를 더 구비하여, 상기 구속부재의 회전 각도에 따라 상기 지지아암에 의해 상기 카트리지가 상기 회전드럼의 장착홀에서 이탈 및 흔들림이 없도록 구속하거나 구속을 해제할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 디스펜서.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 구속부재의 상면은 중앙부로 갈수록 높이가 높아지고, 상기 지지아암과 지지아암 사이의 부위는 중앙부까지 경사면을 따라 요입된 형태의 슬립 방지홈이 형성되어 사용자의 핸들링이 용이하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 디스펜서.
  12. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 회전드럼의 회전에 의해 일지점에 위치하게 된 카트리지의 리프팅부재를 사용자가 직접 누르면 성기 용기 케이싱과 화장품 용기가 일정 범위 이내에서 하강하도록 하며, 상기 화장품 용기의 하강으로 인해 상기 펌핑부재에 의해 상기 화장품 용기가 가압되면서 화장품 토출이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 디스펜서.
  13. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 회전드럼에 형성된 각각의 장착홀에는 상기 카트리지가 장착되면 인식하여 각각의 장착홀에 대하여 상기 카트리지의 장착 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 한 제1감지센서가 설치되며,
    다수의 카트리지 중 상기 회전드럼의 회전에 의해 일지점에 위치하게 된 카트리지를 식별하도록 한 제2감지센서가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 디스펜서.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 화장품 디스펜서; 및
    사용자의 피부상태를 진단하여 사용자의 피부상태 정보를 상기 화장품 디스펜서에 제공하는 피부 진단기;를 포함하여,
    상기 피부 진단기로부터 사용자의 피부상태 정보를 제공받은 상기 화장품 디스펜서의 제어기가 상기 피부상태 정보를 근거로 상기 제1액추에이터와 제2액추에이터를 작동시켜 다수의 카트리지에 수용된 화장품들 중 필요로 하는 화장품을 토출하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 피부관리 시스템.
  15. 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 화장품 디스펜서; 및
    사용자의 피부상태를 진단하여 사용자의 피부상태 정보를 상기 화장품 디스펜서에 제공하는 피부 진단기;를 포함하여,
    피부 진단기용 전용 앱이 설치된 사용자의 스마트폰은 상기 피부 진단기로부터 사용자의 피부상태 정보를 제공받아 상기 피부상태 정보를 근거로 상기 제1액추에이터와 제2액추에이터를 작동시켜 다수의 카트리지에 수용된 화장품들 중 필요로 하는 화장품을 토출하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 피부관리 시스템.
  16. 제15항에 있어서,
    전용 앱이 설치된 사용자의 스마트폰은 상기 피부 진단기에서 제공한 사용자의 피부상태 정보와 각 카트리지에서 사용된 화장품 내역과 현재 남아 있는 화장품 종류와 잔량 정보를 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부관리 시스템.
  17. 제15항에 있어서,
    상기 피부 진단기에서 진단한 사용자의 피부상태 정보와 상기 화장품 디스펜서에서 사용된 화장품 내역과 현재 각 카트리지에 남아 있는 화장품 종류와 잔량 정보를 저장하고, 사용자의 스마트폰이 전용 앱을 통해 요청하면 해당 정보를 제공하는 관리서버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부관리 시스템.
