- 一种融资贷款装置,应用于基于区块链搭建的供应链金融系统,所述供应链金融系统包括轻节点以及核心节点,所述装置包括:获取单元,用于所述核心节点从所述区块链上获取所述轻节点发起的用于融资贷款的目标交易;其中,所述目标交易包括应收账款信息;计算单元,用于所述核心节点基于所述应收账款信息确定融资贷款的还款期限以及贷款利率;智能合约部署单元,用于所述核心节点向所述区块链发布用于对所述融资贷款进行管理的智能合约;其中,所述智能合约中声明了确定出的所述融资贷款的还款期限以及贷款利率,以由所述轻节点发起对所述智能合约的调用完成对所述融资贷款的管理操作。
- 根据权利要求11所述的融资贷款装置,其中,所述轻节点上的至少部分服务资源托管于所述核心节点;所述计算单元:用于所述核心节点基于所述轻节点的托管服务类型确定托管费用;基于所述托管费用对确定出的融资贷款的还款期限或者贷款利率进行调整。
- 根据权利要求12所述的融资贷款装置,所述目标交易中还包括由所述轻节点指定的托管费用付款方式;其中,所述托管费用付款方式包括将托管费用折算为融资贷款的还款期限的第一付款方式、以及将托管费用折算为融资贷款的贷款利率的第二付款方式;所述计算单元:用于确定由所述目标交易的发起方用户指定的托管费用付款方式的具体类型;如果所述托管费用付款方式为所述第一付款方式,则将所述托管费用折算为融资贷款的还款期限,并基于折算出的还款期限对所述确定出的融资贷款的还款期限进行调整;以及,如果所述托管费用付款方式为所述第二付款方式,则将所述托管费用折算为融资贷款的贷款利率,并基于折算出的贷款利率对所述确定出的所述融资贷款的贷款利率进行调整。
- 根据权利要求12所述的融资贷款装置,所述目标交易中还包括由所述轻节点指定的托管费用付款方式;其中,所述托管费用付款方式包括将托管费用单独支付的第三付款方式,所述计算单元:如果所述托管费用付款方式为所述第三付款方式,则不对确定出的所述融资贷款的还款期限或贷款利率进行调整。
- 根据权利要求11至14任一权利要求所述的装置,所述核心节点包括金融机构节点和核心企业节点,所述轻节点为供应商节点。
- 一种融资贷款装置,应用于基于区块链搭建的供应链金融系统,所述供应链金融系统包括轻节点以及核心节点,所述装置包括:发布单元,用于所述轻节点向上述区块链上发布用于融资贷款的目标交易,其中,所述目标交易包括应收账款信息;调用单元,用于所述轻节点调用所述核心节点发布的用于对所述融资贷款进行管理的智能合约,其中,所述智能合约中声明了所述核心节点确定出的所述融资贷款的发放额度、还款期限以及贷款利率,以完成对所述融资贷款的管理操作。
- 一种计算机设备,包括:存储器和处理器;所述存储器上存储有可由处理器运行的计算机程序;所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时,执行如权利要求1到5任意一项所述的步骤。
- 一种计算机设备,包括:存储器和处理器;所述存储器上存储有可由处理器运行的计算机程序;所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时,执行如权利要求6到10任意一项所述的步骤。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时,执行如权利要求1到5任意一项所述的步骤。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时,执行如权利要求6到10任意一项所述的步骤。
