具体实施方式
本说明书实施例应用场景的一种网络结构如图1所示,若干个供应链企业的设备、若干个非供应链企业的设备、信用流转平台、若干个银行的服务平台、若干个保理企业的设备可以通过通信网络相互访问。其中,供应链企业包括供应链的核心企业、一级供应商、和/或二级供应商等;非供应链企业包括与供应链企业有业务和/或资金往来的企业;各个银行的服务平台向作为客户的供应链企业和非供应链企业提供与银行业务相关的各种服务;保理企业向供应链企业提供应收账款的保理服务;信用流转平台以供应链企业之间的交易为依据发行通过信用区块链(图1中未示出)确权的数字资产,并提供所发行数字资产的转让、融资和清分服务。
本说明书的实施例中,信用区块链用来维护以供应链企业之间的交易为依据的数字资产。可以根据实际应用场景的需要来确定信用区块链的架构、节点及共识算法等,均不做限定。图1中各个设备、信用流转平台和银行服务平台可以是信用区块链的节点,也可以只是信用区块链的使用者,还可以由其他参与者的设备来作为信用区块链的节点。信用区块链是一个去中心化的系统,任一参与方都不可能擅自篡改数据,且区块链上的数据永久保存,涉及数字资产的所有行为都可以被追溯,大大增加了信用流转平台的公信力;并且即使在信用区块链的某些节点面临人工误操作、数据被恶意篡改、网络攻击等极端情况下,仍然能够保证数据的完整性和真实性。
数字资产是与某种法定货币具有确定对应关系的记账单位(即一单位数字资产的价值为固定数量的该法定货币,数字资产以该法定货币计价的价值不会自行变动),其形式不做限定,可以是会员权益、积分等等。
本说明书的实施例中,供应链企业的设备、非供应链企业的设备、保理企业设备、信用流转平台及银行服务平台,可以是手机、平板电脑、PC(Personal Computer,个人电脑)、笔记本、服务器等物理设备,还可以是运行在两个或两个以上物理设备的逻辑设备、相互协同来实现本说明书实施例中的各项功能。
本说明书的实施例一提出一种新的数字资产的发行方法,该方法应用在信用流转平台上的流程如图2所示,应用在供应链上游企业设备上的流程如图3所示。
步骤210,在信用流转平台上,分别与供应链的上游企业设备和下游企业设备确认一项交易以及所述交易的交易额。该交易在上游企业与下游企业之间进行。
步骤310,在上游企业设备上,与信用流转平台确认与供应链下游企业之间的一项 交易以及所述交易的交易额。
当供应链上游企业和下游企业之间发生一项交易后,对应于下游企业的对该项交易产生的应付账款,上游企业将产生该项交易的应收账款。下游企业的信用决定了该应收账款得到偿付的可能性。上游企业可以就该项交易的应收账款,向信用流转平台申请发行对应于该项交易的数字资产。
根据实际应用场景中下游企业的信用状况、融资方的要求等因素,信用流转平台可以直接对所发生的交易发行数字资产,也可以该交易由保理企业就上游企业的应收账款提供保理服务后,再发行对应于该交易的数字资产;还可以由担保企业对该交易的到期付款提供担保。
在对某项供应链交易发行数字资产前,先由交易双方对信用流转平台确认该项交易真实有效,并确认该项交易的额度。如果有保理企业为该交易提供保理服务,则可以在保理企业和上游企业就该交易的应收账款保理签署协议后,由保理企业设备向信用流转平台发送该项交易达成保理协议的通知,信用流转平台在收到该通知后,再分别与上游企业设备和供应链的下游企业设备确认该项交易及其交易额。
本说明书的实施例对具体的确认流程不做限定。在一种实现方式中,可以由上游企业设备或下游企业设备分别向信用流转平台提交该项交易的交易对方、交易内容和交易额等信息,双方提交的信息相互匹配时,信用流转平台即可确认该项交易和交易额。在另一种实现方式中,可以由上游企业设备或下游企业设备中的一方向信用流转平台提交该项交易的交易对方、交易额等信息,由信用流转平台发送给另一方对上述信息进行确认;或者由另一方主动访问信用流转平台,对信用流转平台给出的上述信息进行确认。
在信用流转平台上,步骤220,根据交易额生产所有者为该上游企业的数字资产;所生产的数字资产携带有该项交易的标识信息。
在和供应链上下游企业的设备分别确认一项交易后,信用流转平台可以为该项交易发行所有者为上游企业的数字资产。所发行的数字资产的数量由数字资产与法定货币之间的比例关系、以及该项交易的交易额来决定,数字资产的价值可以与交易额相同、或者略低于交易额,不做限定。
信用流转平台所生成的数字资产携带有该项交易的标识信息。交易的标识信息的内容可以是任何能够唯一对应于供应链上一项交易的信息,举例而言,可以是信用流转平台为该项交易生成的唯一标识(如唯一索引号);也可以是该项交易的若干个描述信 息的组合,这些描述信息的组合能够唯一确定供应链中的一项交易(如上游企业、下游企业、交易物品和交易发生时间的组合);不做限定。交易的标识信息在数字资产中的表现形式也不做限定,例如,可以是数字资产的属性或属性的组合,也可以写入数字资产的扩展字段,等等。
对应于一项交易的数字资产的偿付可能性,主要由该交易的下游企业、或者为下游企业付款提供担保的担保企业的清偿能力决定,还可能和交易额、交易双方的合作关系等因素相关。数字资产携带的交易标识信息,代表了该数字资产对应的交易,也同时标示出该数字资产的信用。携带有交易标识信息的数字资产可以被转让,也可以用来融资,在融资时该数字资产的信用是其对应交易的下游企业或担保企业的信用,而不一定是当时该数字资产所有者的信用。在该项交易得到偿付后,采用交易的标识信息来确定对应于该项交易的是哪些数字资产,并对这些数字资产进行清分。
数字资产的生产过程可以根据实际应用场景中数字资产的形式、信用区块链的具体实现来确定,可参照现有技术,不再赘述。
由于本说明书的实施例中是信用流转平台向信用区块链提交数字资产的发行,在一些应用场景中,可以由上游企业对数字资产的发行进行签名确认,以增加数字资产处理行为的不可抵赖性。具体而言,可以由信用流转平台在分别与上游企业设备和下游企业设备确认对应于待发行数字资产的交易及其交易额后,向银行服务平台发送资产发行同步请求;资产发行同步请求中包括该项交易的标识信息、交易额、上游企业和下游企业,还可以包括其他与该项交易和对应的数字资产相关的信息;银行服务平台将资产发行同步请求中携带部分或全部信息提供给上游企业设备,其中包括该项交易的标识信息和交易额;上游企业设备对银行服务平台提供的信息,以银行发行的数字证书UKey进行签名确认,并将签名返回给银行服务平台;银行服务平台将上游企业的签名以及该签名的公钥发送给信用流转平台;信用流转平台在保存上游企业签名及其公钥后,再按照该项交易的交易额生产所有者为上游企业的数字资产。
其中,银行服务平台向上游企业设备提供待签名信息的方式可以是由银行服务平台主动发送给上游企业设备,也可以在上游企业设备访问银行服务平台并使用与数字资产发行相关的功能时,作为对上游企业设备的访问请求的响应发送给上游企业设备,不做限定。
采用银行发行的数字证书UKey进行签名,使得涉及数字资产的行为成为基于电子签名法的一笔协议交易,进一步增加了不可抵赖性。
在信用流转平台上,步骤230,将该数字资产的发行提交至信用区块链;在信用区块链就该数字资产的发行达成共识后,向该上游企业设备发送数字资产发行成功的通知。
在上游企业设备上,步骤320,接收信用流转平台发送的数字资产发行结果的通知。该数字资产的所有者为该上游企业,携带有该项交易的标识信息,由信用流转平台根据该项交易的交易额生产并由信用区块链就该数字资产的发行达成共识。
信用流转平台将所生产的数字资产的发行提交至信用区块链,如果信用区块链就该数字资产的发行达成共识,则通知上游企业设备数字资产发行成功;否则通知上游企业设备数字资产发行失败。
上游企业设备在收到数字资产发行成功的通知后,可以接收该数字资产,持有该数字资产部分到全部等待清分,或者用该数字资产的部分到全部来对自己的应付账款进行支付,或者用该数字资产的部分到全部来进行融资。在支付和融资时,该数字资产具有的信用是对该数字资产对应的交易有付款责任的下游企业或担保企业的信用,而不是该上游企业的信用。
在收到对某项交易的足额支付款项后,信用流转平台向信用区块链查询当前每个持有携带该项交易标识信息的数字资产的持有者以及持有的该数字资产数量;信用流转平台向每个查询到的持有者支付与其持有的该数字资产数量等值的款项,从而完成对应于该项交易的数字资产的清分。支付款项的付款方可以是该项交易的下游企业,也可以是为该项交易担保的担保企业;款项可以支付给信用流转平台,也可以支付给某个银行,由该银行的服务平台将支付信息通知给信用流转平台;信用流转平台可以自行向各个持有者支付款项,也可以通过银行或者其他金融机构向持有者支付款项;上述均不做限定。
可见,本说明书的实施例一中,信用流转平台以经交易双方确认的一项供应链交易为依据,通过信用区块链来发行携带有该项交易的标识信息、所有者为该项交易的上游企业的数字资产,该数字资产代表了该项交易的下游企业或担保企业的信用,在用来转让和融资时可以将信用传递给受让方和融资方,使得基于该数字资产的融资可以在线自动进行,而无需人工采取和实施各种风险控制措施,在降低风险的同时减少了人力工作量,加快了融资的速度。
本说明书的实施例二提出一种新的数字资产的转让方法,该方法应用在信用流转平台上的流程如图4所示,应用在出让方设备上的流程如图5所示,应用于受让方设备上的流程如图6所示。
实施例二中,用来转让的数字资产是实施例一中信用流转平台根据供应链上下游企业之间的交易发行、携带有该项交易的标识信息的数字资产。出让方和受让方均可以是供应链企业、非供应链企业、银行、保理企业、或者其他可以访问信用流转平台的企业。当出让方和受让方分别为供应链中下游企业和上游企业时,例如当供应链中的下游企业将数字资产作为交易款项支付给上游企业时,该数字资产的信用即沿着供应链向上游的中小型企业传导,使得上游的中小型企业可以凭借该数字资产的信用以更大的成功率、更低的成本获得融资。
在出让方设备上,步骤510,向信用流转平台发送数字资产出让请求;出让请求中包括数字资产的受让方。

当出让方希望向受让方转让一笔携带有供应链交易标识信息的数字资产时,由出让方设备将要出让的数字资产及其数量、受让方等信息封装在数字资产出让请求中,发送给信用流转平台。

在一些应用场景中,可以由出让方对数字资产的出让进行签名确认,以增加数字资产处理行为的不可抵赖性。具体而言,可以由信用流转平台在收到数字资产出让请求后,向银行服务平台发送资产出让同步请求;资产出让同步请求中包括出让的数字资产、受让方和出让方,还可以包括与要出让的数字资产相关的其他信息;银行服务平台将资产出让同步请求中携带部分或全部信息提供给出让方设备,其中包括出让的数字资产和受让方;出让方设备对银行服务平台提供的信息,以银行发行的数字证书UKey进行签名确认,并将签名返回给银行服务平台;银行服务平台将出让方的签名以及该签名的公 钥发送给信用流转平台;信用流转平台在保存出让方签名及其公钥后,再将数字资产的出让提交至信用区块链。
其中,银行服务平台向出让方设备提供待签名信息的方式可以是由银行服务平台主动发送给出让方设备;也可以在出让方设备访问银行服务平台并使用与数字资产转让相关的功能时,作为对出让方设备的访问请求的响应由银行服务平台发送给出让方设备;不做限定。

在信用流转平台上,步骤440,将该数字资产的受让提交至信用区块链,在信用区块链就该数字资产的受让达成共识后,分别向该数字资产的出让方设备和受让方设备发送该数字资产转让成功的通知。

在一些应用场景中,可以由受让方对数字资产的受让进行签名确认,以增加数字资产处理行为的不可抵赖性。具体而言,可以由信用流转平台在收到数字资产受让请求后,向银行服务平台发送资产受让同步请求;资产受让同步请求中包括受让的数字资产、出让方和受让方,还可以包括与要受让的数字资产相关的其他信息;银行服务平台将资产受让同步请求中携带部分或全部信息提供给受让方设备,其中包括受让的数字资产和出让方;受让方设备对银行服务平台提供的信息,以银行发行的数字证书UKey进行签名确认,并将签名返回给银行服务平台;银行服务平台将受让方的签名以及该签名的公 钥发送给信用流转平台;信用流转平台在保存受让方签名及其公钥后,再将数字资产的受让提交至信用区块链。
其中,银行服务平台向受让方设备提供待签名信息的方式可以是由银行服务平台主动发送给受让方设备,也可以在受让方设备访问银行服务平台并使用与数字资产转让相关的功能时,作为对受让方设备的访问请求的响应由银行服务平台发送给受让方设备,不做限定。
可见,本说明书的实施例二中,将携带有交易标识信息的数字资产的转让分为出让和受让两个阶段,每个阶段都分别由信用流转平台提交至信用区块链以达成共识,提高了数字资产转让的不可篡改和可追溯特性,受让方可以凭借该数字资产的信用在线自动进行融资,而不再需要对受让方采取和实施各种风险控制措施,在降低风险的同时减少了人力工作量,提高了融资的效率。
本说明书的实施例三提出一种新的在线融资的实现方法,该方法应用在信用流转平台上的流程如图7所示,应用在出资方设备上的流程如图8所示,应用于融资方设备上的流程如图9所示。
实施例三中,用来融资的数字资产即是实施例一中信用流转平台根据供应链上下游企业之间的交易发行、携带有该项交易的标识信息的数字资产。出资方可以是银行、保理企业以及其他可以访问信用流转平台的金融机构;融资方可以是供应链企业、非供应链企业、保理企业、以及其他可以访问信用流转平台的企业。
在融资方设备上,步骤910,向信用流转平台发送基于数字资产的融资请求,融资请求中包括出资方。

在融资方设备上,步骤920,接收出资方设备返回的放款通知,该放款通知由出资方设备在向信用区块链确认该数字资产的所有权已由融资方转移至出资方后发送,所述数字资产的所有权转移由信用流转平台提交至信用区块链。
出资方设备在收到信用流转平台的放款请求后,从放款请求中提取用于融资的数 字资产和融资方。对放款请求中用于融资的数字资产的所有权,出资方设备向信用区块链发起查询。如果从信用区块链返回的查询结果是该数字资产的所有权已经从出资方转移到己方,则按照用于融资的数字资产的价值,启动对融资方的放款程序,其中包括向融资方放款,并在放款后向融资方设备发送放款通知。
如果从信用区块链返回的查询结果是该数字资产的所有权当前不属于己方,则出资方设备向信用流转平台返回数字资产转移失败的通知。可以由信用流转平台通知融资方设备融资失败,也可以由出资方设备向融资方设备发送融资失败的通知。
可见,本说明书的实施例三中,当融资方采用携带有交易标识信息的数字资产进行融资时,信用流转平台将该数字资产的所有权转移给出资方后,出资方即可凭借该数字资产代表的信用向融资方放款,不再需要人工采取和实施各种风险控制措施,在降低风险的同时减少了人力工作量,提高了融资的效率。

在本说明书的一个应用示例中,第三方支付机构开发基于区块链技术的信用流转平台,来解决供应链中末端小微企业融资难、融资贵的实际问题。在传统的供应链金融业务中,保理融资通常只给和供应链核心企业有直接贸易关系的一级供应商提供服务。但是在整个产业集群的供应链条中,由于末端小微企业的资信较差,且可用的抵押物少,很难获得传统银行的融资服务。信用流转平台可以利用区块链可信、不可篡改、可追溯的特性,将核心企业的信用向供应链上游传递,末端的小微企业因此能够获得更好的融资服务。
本应用示例中,信用区块链的节点包括信用流转平台、各个合作银行的银行服务平台、供应链核心企业的设备和监管机构的设备,各个节点基于PBFT(Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance,实用拜占庭容错算法)算法达成共识。
供应链的核心企业通常处于整个供应链的下游,对上游的各级供应商有直接或间接的采购关系。本应用示例中,供应链的各级供应商都是信用流转平台的注册用户,也是至少一个银行服务平台的注册用户,拥有该银行发行的数字证书UKey。
供应链的核心企业(一种下游企业)和一级供应商(一种上游企业)就一笔交易达成协议,由担保企业为核心企业支付交易款项提供担保。一级供应商可以基于该交易向信用流转平台申请发行数字资产,数字资产发行可以通过如下的交互流程实现:
一级供应商就该项交易中对核心企业的应收账款与保理企业达成保理协议,并通过其设备与保理企业设备之间的交互签署保理协议。保理企业设备向信用流转平台发送该项交易达成保理协议的通知。信用流转平台通知核心企业设备确认该项交易,核心企业设备向信用流转平台提交该项交易的交易款项,包括交易额、支付期限等(一种对该项交易及其交易额的确认方式);一级供应商的操作员可以在登录信用流转平台后,对核心企业设备提供的该项交易的交易款项信息进行确认(一种对该项交易及其交易额的确认方式)。
信用流转平台向银行服务平台发送资产发行同步请求,在请求中携带该项交易的标识信息、交易额、核心企业和一级供应商,还可以携带该项交易的付款期限、核心企业和一级供应商对该项交易的确认操作的信息等。
一级供应商的操作员在其设备上登录银行服务平台后,对银行服务平台提供的从资产发行同步请求中获取的该项交易的信息,使用银行发行的UKey签名确认。一级供应商的设备将签名返回给银行服务平台。银行服务平台将一级供应商的签名以及该签名的公钥发送给信用流转平台。
信用流转平台在保存一级供应商的签名以及该签名的公钥后,生成数量等值于该项交易的交易额、所有者为一级供应商的数字资产,并调用信用区块链提供的接口,将数字资产的发行提交至信用区块链。信用区块链就该数字资产的发行运行共识算法,并通过异步消息将是否达成共识的结果返回给信用流转平台。
在信用流转平台在得知信用区块链就该数字资产的发行达成共识后,向一级供应商设备发送数字资产发行成功的通知。
一级供应商在接收信用流转平台发行的数字资产后,可以向二级供应商以该数字资产来支付货款,即将部分或全部自己所有的数字资产转让给二级供应商。一级供应商向二级供应商转让携带有交易标识信息的数字资产,可以通过如下的交互流程实现:
一级供应商的操作人员登录信用流转平台,选择要转出的带有供应链交易标识信息的数字资产,指定该数字资产的受让方为二级供应商,并请求进行转让。一级供应商设备向信用流转平台发送数字资产出让请求,请求中包括操作人员指定的数字资产和受 让方二级供应商。
信用流转平台向银行服务平台发送资产出让同步请求,在请求中包括要出让的数字资产、出让方一级供应商、受让方二级供应商等信息。
一级供应商的操作员在其设备上登录银行服务平台后,对银行服务平台提供的从资产出让同步请求中获取的出让的数字资产、受让方及其他信息,使用银行发行的UKey签名确认。一级供应商的设备将签名返回给银行服务平台。银行服务平台将一级供应商的签名以及该签名的公钥发送给信用流转平台。
信用流转平台在保存一级供应商的签名以及该签名的公钥后,调用信用区块链提供的接口,将数字资产的出让提交至信用区块链。信用区块链就该数字资产的出让运行共识算法,并通过异步消息将是否达成共识的结果返回给信用流转平台。
当信用流转平台收到信用区块链就该数字资产的出让达成共识的消息后,向二级供应商设备发送数字资产转入的通知,告知二级供应商有转入的数字资产可以接收。

信用流转平台在保存二级供应商的签名以及该签名的公钥后,调用信用区块链提供的接口,将数字资产的受让提交至信用区块链。信用区块链就该数字资产的受让运行共识算法,并通过异步消息将是否达成共识的结果返回给信用流转平台。
当信用流转平台收到信用区块链就该数字资产的受让达成共识的消息后,分别向一级供应商设备和二级供应商设备发送数字资产转让成功的通知,告知一级供应商和二级供应商数字资产转让已成功。
二级供应商可以凭借自己所有的携带有供应链交易标识信息的数字资产,来向银 行进行融资,其融资过程可以通过如下的交互流程实现:
二级供应商的操作人员登录信用流转平台,选择要用于融资的带有供应链交易标识信息的数字资产,指定出资方某银行,并请求进行融资。二级供应商设备向信用流转平台发送数字资产融资请求,请求中包括操作人员指定的用于融资的数字资产和出资方银行。
信用流转平台将用于融资的数字资产的冻结提交至信用区块链。在信用区块链就该数字资产的冻结达成共识后,以异步消息通知信用流转平台。
信用流转平台向该银行的银行服务平台发送资产融资同步请求,在请求中包括用于融资的数字资产、融资方二级供应商、出资方银行等信息。
二级供应商的操作员在其设备上登录银行服务平台后,对银行服务平台提供的从资产融资同步请求中获取的用于融资的数字资产及其他信息,使用银行发行的UKey签名确认。二级供应商的设备将签名返回给银行服务平台。银行服务平台将二级供应商的签名以及该签名的公钥发送给信用流转平台。
信用流转平台在保存二级供应商的签名以及该签名的公钥后,调用信用区块链提供的接口,将用于融资的数字资产所有权从二级供应商到该银行的转移提交至信用区块链。信用区块链就该数字资产所有权的转移运行共识算法,并通过异步消息将是否达成共识的结果返回给信用流转平台。
当信用流转平台收到信用区块链就该数字资产所有权的转移达成共识的消息后,向银行服务平台发送放款请求,在请求中包括用于融资的数字资产和融资方。
银行服务平台向信用区块链查询用于融资的数字资产的所有权归属,如果查询结果是该数字资产的所有权属于己方,则向二级供应商放款,将放款通知发送给二级供应商设备。
当数字资产对应的交易的支付期限临近时,核心企业通常会向保理企业在信用流转平台开设的账户支付交易账款。如果核心企业到期未能支付,将由担保企业向保理企业在信用流转平台开设的账户支付交易账款。
信用流转平台在收到某笔交易的支付账款后,向信用区块链查询携带有该交易的标识信息的所有数字资产的所有者,以及每个所有者持有的数字资产数量。按照数字资产与货币的价值比例,信用流转平台生成该数字资产的清分明细,清分明细中包括每个持有者及其应收的款项额度。信用流转平台委托银行服务平台将该笔交易的支付账款按 照清分明细偿付给每个持有者对应的应收款项额度。在收到银行服务平台每笔偿付均成功的结果通知后,信用流转平台可以将携带有该交易的标识信息的数字资产的销毁提交至信用区块链。

  1. 一种数字资产发行方法,应用于信用流转平台,所述方法包括:
    分别与供应链的上游企业设备和下游企业设备确认一项交易以及所述交易的交易额;所述交易在上游企业与下游企业之间进行;
    根据所述交易额生产所有者为所述上游企业的数字资产;所述数字资产携带有所述交易的标识信息;
    将所述数字资产的发行提交至信用区块链;在信用区块链就所述数字资产的发行达成共识后,向所述上游企业设备发送数字资产发行成功的通知。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:在确认所述交易及其交易额后,向银行服务平台发送资产发行同步请求;所述资产发行同步请求中包括所述交易的标识信息、交易额、上游企业和下游企业,供银行服务平台将所述交易的标识信息和交易额提供给上游企业设备以银行发行的数字证书UKey进行签名确认;接收银行服务平台返回的上游企业签名以及所述签名的公钥;
    所述根据交易额生产所有者为所述上游企业的数字资产,包括:在保存银行服务平台返回的上游企业签名及其公钥后,根据所述交易额生产所有者为所述上游企业的数字资产。

    所有权转移提交单元,用于将所述数字资产从融资方到出资方的所有权转移提交至信用区块链,在信用区块链就所述数字资产的所有权转移达成共识后,向出资方设备发送放款请求;所述放款请求中包括用于融资的数字资产和融资方。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的装置,所述出资方设备包括:银行服务平台;
    所述装置还包括:
    资产冻结提交单元,用于在收到所述融资请求后,将对所述数字资产的冻结提交至信用区块链;
    融资确认签名接收单元,用于在信用区块链就所述数字资产的冻结达成共识后,向银行服务平台发送资产融资同步请求;所述资产融资同步请求中包括用于融资的数字资产和融资方,供银行服务平台将用于融资的数字资产提供给融资方设备以银行发行的数字证书UKey进行签名确认;接收银行服务平台返回的融资方签名和融资方签名的公钥;
    所述所有权转移提交单元将数字资产从融资方到出资方的所有权转移提交至信用区块链,包括:在保存银行服务平台返回的融资方签名及其公钥后,将所述数字资产从 融资方到出资方的所有权转移提交至信用区块链。
  43. 一种在线融资的实现装置,应用于出资方设备,所述装置包括:
    放款请求接收单元,用于接收信用流转平台发送的放款请求,所述放款请求中包括用于融资的数字资产和融资方;所述数字资产由信用流转平台根据供应链上下游企业之间的交易发行,携带有所述交易的标识信息;
    放款及放款通知发送单元,用于在向信用区块链查询到所述数字资产的所有权已转移至己方后,放款给融资方并向融资方设备发送放款通知。
  44. 根据权利要求43所述的装置,所述出资方设备包括:银行服务平台;
    所述装置还包括:融资确认签名提供单元,用于接收信用流转平台的资产融资同步请求,所述资产融资同步请求中包括用于融资的数字资产和融资方;将用于融资的数字资产提供给融资方设备,接收融资方设备返回的以银行发行的数字证书UKey进行的签名;向信用流转平台返回的融资方签名和融资方签名的公钥。
  45. 一种在线融资的实现装置,应用于融资方设备,所述装置包括:
    融资请求发送单元,用于向信用流转平台发送数字资产融资请求,所述数字资产融资请求中包括用于融资的数字资产和出资方;所述数字资产由信用流转平台根据供应链上下游企业之间的交易发行,携带有所述交易的标识信息;
    放款通知接收单元,用于接收出资方设备返回的放款通知,所述放款通知由出资方设备在向信用区块链确认所述数字资产的所有权已由融资方转移至出资方后发送,所述数字资产的所有权转移由信用流转平台提交至信用区块链。
  46. 根据权利要求45所述的装置,所述出资方包括:银行;
    所述装置还包括:融资确认签名执行单元,用于对银行服务平台提供的用于融资的数字资产以银行发行的数字证书UKey进行签名确认。
  47. 一种计算机设备,包括:存储器和处理器;所述存储器上存储有可由处理器运行的计算机程序;所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时,执行如权利要求1到5任意一项所述的步骤。
  48. 一种计算机设备,包括:存储器和处理器;所述存储器上存储有可由处理器运行的计算机程序;所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时,执行如权利要求6到8任意一项所述的步骤。
  49. 一种计算机设备,包括:存储器和处理器;所述存储器上存储有可由处理器运行的计算机程序;所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时,执行如权利要求9到11任意一项所述的步骤。
