所述条状基片301用于在受到第二外部作用力时从圆弧状或圆环状伸展为长条状,以使所述可穿戴设备101伸展为长条状的显示设备。
所述可穿戴设备101包括第一端部1011和第二端部1012,所述第一端部1011和所述第二端部1012为所述条状基片301相背向的两个端部。
在所述条状基片301弯曲为圆环状的情况下,所述第一端部1011和所述第二端部1012相扣。
具体地,所述第一端部1011设置有第一卡设部,所述第二端部1012设置有第二卡设部,所述第一卡设部和所述第二卡设部用于相互卡设。
所述第一卡设部和所述第二卡设部均为磁性构件。
所述条状基片301的形状和面积、所述柔性面板的形状和面积以及所述柔性盖板303的形状和面积一致。
所述条状基片301所对应的材料为钢、铜、铁、铝、镍中的一种或一种以上的合金;或者所述条状基片301所对应的材料为塑料、碳纤维。
在所述条状基片301的形状为圆弧状或圆环状的情况下,所述条状基片301以所述条状基片301的长边为圆弧弯曲。
本发明的可穿戴设备101还包括至少一结构加强筋条,所述结构加强筋条设置于所述条状基片301的所述外凸面上。所述结构加强筋条的长度方向与所述条状基片301的长边方向102具有预定夹角,所述预定夹角大于0度,优选地,所述预定夹角等于90度。
所述结构加强筋条用于加强所述可穿戴设备101的结构强度,以及用于使得在所述条状基片301处于伸展状态的情况下,所述外凸面和所述内凹面保持具有所述预定弧度。
所述结构加强筋条的横截面为大致梯形。所述结构加强筋条的底面为圆弧面,所述结构加强筋条的底面与所述条状基片301的所述外凸面贴合。
所述结构加强筋条的材质为橡胶、塑胶、碳纤维中的一种或一种以上的组合。所述结构加强筋条内包覆有金属条。
参考图4和图5,图4为本发明的可穿戴设备的第二实施例处于伸展状态的示意图,图5为本发明的可穿戴设备的第二实施例处于弯曲状态的示意图。
本实施例与上述第一实施例相近或相似,不同之处在于:
所述外凸面朝向所述柔性显示面板302,所述内凹面背向所述柔性显示面板302。即,所述可穿戴设备101的显示面(出光面)1013向外凸出。
相对现有技术,由于本发明的可穿戴设备101包括条状基片301和柔性显示面板302,柔性显示面板302设置于条状基片301上,条状基片301用于在受到外部作用力时从圆弧状或圆环状伸展为长条状,因此可以从弯曲状态变更为伸展状态,从而向用户提供尺寸较大的屏幕。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (20)
- 一种可穿戴设备,其中,所述可穿戴设备包括:条状基片;柔性显示面板,所述柔性显示面板设置于所述条状基片上;柔性盖板,所述柔性盖板设置于所述柔性显示面板上;在所述条状基片处于伸展状态的情况下,所述条状基片的形状为长条状;在垂直于所述条状基片的长边方向的方向上,所述条状基片的表面具有预定弧度;所述条状基片具有外凸面和内凹面,所述外凸面和所述内凸面均具有所述预定弧度;所述外凸面朝向所述柔性显示面板,所述内凹面背向所述柔性显示面板,或者,所述外凸面背向所述柔性显示面板,所述内凹面朝向所述柔性显示面板;在所述条状基片处于弯曲状态的情况下,所述条状基片的形状为圆弧状或圆环状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述条状基片用于在受到第一外部作用力时从长条状弯曲为圆弧状或圆环状,以使得所述可穿戴设备弯曲为圆弧状或圆环状的显示设备。
- 一种可穿戴设备,其中,所述可穿戴设备包括:条状基片;柔性显示面板,所述柔性显示面板设置于所述条状基片上;柔性盖板,所述柔性盖板设置于所述柔性显示面板上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可穿戴设备,其中,在所述条状基片处于伸展状态的情况下,所述条状基片的形状为长条状。
- 根据权利要求4所述的可穿戴设备,其中,在垂直于所述条状基片的长边方向的方向上,所述条状基片的表面具有预定弧度;所述条状基片具有外凸面和内凹面,所述外凸面和所述内凸面均具有所述预定弧度。
- 根据权利要求5所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述外凸面朝向所述柔性显示面板,所述内凹面背向所述柔性显示面板;或者所述外凸面背向所述柔性显示面板,所述内凹面朝向所述柔性显示面板。
- 根据权利要求4所述的可穿戴设备,其中,在所述条状基片处于弯曲状态的情况下,所述条状基片的形状为圆弧状或圆环状。
- 根据权利要求4至7中任意一项所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述条状基片用于在受到第一外部作用力时从长条状弯曲为圆弧状或圆环状,以使得所述可穿戴设备弯曲为圆弧状或圆环状的显示设备。
- 根据权利要求8所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述条状基片用于在受到第二外部作用力时从圆弧状或圆环状伸展为长条状,以使所述可穿戴设备伸展为长条状的显示设备。
- 根据权利要求8所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述可穿戴设备包括第一端部和第二端部,所述第一端部和所述第二端部为所述条状基片相背向的两个端部;在所述条状基片弯曲为圆环状的情况下,所述第一端部和所述第二端部相扣。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述第一端部设置有第一卡设部,所述第二端部设置有第二卡设部,所述第一卡设部和所述第二卡设部用于相互卡设。
- 根据权利要求11所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述第一卡设部和所述第二卡设部均为磁性构件。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述条状基片的形状和面积、所述柔性面板的形状和面积以及所述柔性盖板的形状和面积一致。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述条状基片所对应的材料为钢、铜、铁、铝、镍中的一种或一种以上的合金;或者所述条状基片所对应的材料为塑料、碳纤维。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述可穿戴设备还包括至少一结构加强筋条,所述结构加强筋条设置于所述条状基片的所述外凸面上。
- 根据权利要求15所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述结构加强筋条的长度方向与所述条状基片的长边方向具有预定夹角,所述预定夹角大于0度。
- 根据权利要求15所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述结构加强筋条用于加强所述可穿戴设备的结构强度,以及用于使得在所述条状基片处于伸展状态的情况下,所述外凸面和所述内凹面保持具有所述预定弧度。
- 根据权利要求15所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述结构加强筋条的横截面为大致梯形,所述结构加强筋条的底面为圆弧面,所述结构加强筋条的底面与所述条状基片的所述外凸面贴合。
- 根据权利要求15所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述结构加强筋条的材质为橡胶、塑胶、碳纤维中的一种或一种以上的组合。
- 根据权利要求15所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述结构加强筋条内包覆有金属条。
