Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、表示パネル、及び、その切断方法に関し、表示パネルは、少なくとも1個の第1側辺と第1周縁部と第1側辺及び第1周縁部を連結し円弧状を呈する曲がり縁部とを備える第1基板と、第1基板と対向して設けられ、第1周縁部の一部と重なる少なくとも1個の第2周縁部を備え、第1基板の曲がり縁部箇所において曲がり縁部から突出する第2基板と、を含む。ここでは、第1側辺の延伸線は第2周縁部と交点を形成し、且つ交点と曲がり縁部間の最小距離は0.1mm〜2.1mmとする。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1個の第1側辺と第1周縁部と前記第1側辺及び前記第1周縁部を連結し円弧状を呈する曲がり縁部とを備える第1基板と、
前記第1基板と対向して設けられ、前記第1周縁部の一部と重なる少なくとも1個の第2周縁部を備え、前記曲がり縁部箇所において前記曲がり縁部から突出する第2基板と、を含み、
ここでは、前記第1側辺の延伸線は前記第2周縁部と交点を形成し、且つ、前記交点と前記曲がり縁部間の最小距離は0.1mm〜2.1mmとすることを特徴とする表示パネル。 - 前記交点と前記曲がり縁部間の最小距離は、0.1mm〜1.3mmとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記交点と前記曲がり縁部間の最小距離は、0.1mm〜0.3mmとすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記曲がり縁部の曲率半径は、2.5mm〜10mmとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 少なくとも1個の第1側辺と第1周縁部と前記第1側辺及び前記第1周縁部を連結し円弧状を呈する曲がり縁部とを備える第1基板と、
前記第1基板と対向して設けられ、前記第1周縁部の一部と重なる少なくとも1個の第2周縁部を備え、前記曲がり縁部箇所において前記曲がり縁部から突出する第2基板と、を含み
ここでは、前記曲がり縁部の曲率半径は、前記第1周縁部の曲率半径と異なることを特徴とする表示パネル。 - 前記曲がり縁部の曲率半径は、2.5mm〜10mmとすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の表示パネル。
- 第1母基板及び第2母基板を提供し、且つ、前記第1母基板と前記第2母基板を対向させて設置するステップと、
前記第1母基板、及び、前記第2母基板を各々切断して第1基板、及び、第2基板を各々得るステップと、を含み、
ここでは、前記第1母基板上において第1側辺として切断し、また、第1曲率半径により円弧状の曲がり縁部として切断し、並びに、第1周縁部として切断し、前記曲がり縁部は前記第1側辺と前記第1周縁部の間に位置し、且つ、前記第1周縁部、及び、前記第1側辺と連結し、また、前記曲がり縁部箇所において前記第2基板は前記曲がり縁部から突出し、
前記第2母基板上において前記第1周縁部と一部が重なる第2周縁部として切断し、
前記第1側辺の延伸線は前記第2周縁部と交点を形成し、且つ、前記交点と前記曲がり縁部間の最小距離は0.1mm〜2.1mmとすることを特徴とする表示パネルの切断方法。 - 前記交点と前記曲がり縁部間の最小距離は、0.1mm〜1.3mmとすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の切断方法。
- 前記交点と前記曲がり縁部間の最小距離は、0.1mm〜0.3mmとすることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の切断方法。
- 前記第1曲率半径は、2.5mm〜10mmとすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の切断方法。
