控制模块可以为单片机、单板机、PLC等。控制模块可以通过比较检测的水温T是否在预设温度范围内来确定水温T是否满足要求。控制模块还可以包括用于根据间隔预定时间t2的前后水温T1、T2计算当前水温下降速率V的微处理器。间隔预定时间之前,检测当前的水温T1;在间隔预定时间之后,检测当前的水温 T2。因此当前水温下降速率V=(T1-T2)/t2。本实施例中,预定时间t2为10s。当然,也可以设定其他时间值作为预定时间,在此不再意义累述且均在保护范围之内。当前水温下降速率V大于设定速率时,说明当前水温下降速率V过快,不满足要求。因此,在该状态下,通过无线通信模块向移动终端发送水温不满足要求的提醒信息。
如图3所示,本发明实施例提供了一种浴缸控制方法,包括步骤:
S1:接收移动终端发送的注水请求;
S2:开始注水;
S3:检测浴缸内的水温T;
S4:确定检测的水温T是否满足要求,当不满足要求时,向移动终端发送水温不满足要求的提醒信息。
本发明实施例提供的浴缸控制方法,当检测的水温T不满足要求时,向移动终端发送水温不满足要求的提醒信息,以便于用户知悉。用户可以根据提醒可以对注水进行重新控制,通过调整洗浴时间等参数,避免了水温不满足要求时仍放了一缸不适宜洗浴的水,避免资源浪费,同时进一步保证用户在规定时间内可以使用到满足水温要求的水的浴缸,提高了用户使用舒适性。
步骤S1之后还包括步骤S5:注水前向移动终端发送注水开始的提醒信息。用户可以根据提醒对注水进行重新控制,避免用户由于堵车、临时有约等因素无法及时回家洗浴时,浴缸内的水由于无法满足要求而白白浪费。
向移动终端发送提醒信息后,可以设置间隔时间t1等待移动终端指示,如在时间t1内收到指示,按收到指示控制注水;如在时间t内未收到指示,则继续注水。在本实施例中,预定时间t1为3分钟。当然,也可以设定其他时间值作为预定时间t1,在此不再意义累述且均在保护范围之内。
检测到的水温是否满足要求的判断,可以是多种情况,以下举例说明:
1.检测的水温T在预设温度范围内为满足要求,否则不满足要求。
2.根据间隔时间t2测试得到两水温T1、T2,计算出温度下降速率V,当下降速率V在预定范围内为满足要求,否则不满足要求。如间隔时间t2为10秒。
步骤1)之后还包括步骤6):检测浴缸内的水量,当到达预定的完成注水水量时,向移动终端发送注水完成的提醒信息。如此,可以催促用户尽快使用浴缸,避免注水完成后放置时间长而导致水温降低。
本申请的浴缸控制装置还包括:进水开关模块、排水开关模块。进水开关模块用于控制浴缸进水口开闭,排水开关模块用于控制浴缸排水口开闭。进水开关模块、排水开关模块均与控制模块电连接。
移动终端通过无线通信模块对控制模块发出注水指令,控制模块根据接收到的注水指令,控制进水开关模块打开进水口并控制排水开关模块关闭排水口,排水口的关闭滞后于进水口的打开。
本实施例中,控制模块确定温度检测模块检测到的水温是否满足要求,当满足要求时,控制模块控制排水开关模块关闭排水口,即当进水温度满足要求时,才关闭排水口。该要求可以为进水温度大于等于预设温度。这样,刚开始进水时的冷水可以通过排水排出,同时该部分的冷水还可以对排水口附近进行冲洗。温度检测模块可以有多种实现方式,例如包含温度传感器。温度传感器设置在浴缸的进水口附近处并与控制模块电连接。
当用户洗浴完成对浴缸进行排水时,水量检测模块检测浴缸内的水量并将该信息发送给控制模块,控制模块确定水量检测模块检测到的水量是否满足要求,当满足要求时,控制模块控制进水开关模块打开进水口。水量检测模块最好设置在排水口,当检测到的水量小于等于预设值时为满足要求,即判断浴缸排水已经接近完成,此时控制模块控制进水开关模块打开进水口。水量检测模块可以有多种实现方式,例如浮子式水位检测模块、水位开关模块、超声波水位检测模块等。
本实施例中,浴缸控制装置还包括与控制模块电连接的计时模块,进水开关模块打开进水口时开始计时,当累计时间达到预设时间t4时,计时模块向控制模块发送信号,控制模块控制进水开关模块关闭进水口,由此利用t4时间内的进水对排水口进行冲洗,可以避免污物残留在浴缸内的时间长而难以清洗的问题。同时,在进水阶段时,水量检测模块还有另一作用。控制模块根据水量检测模块检测的水量控制进水开关模块,当到达预定的完成注水水量时,控制模块控制进水开关模块关闭进水口。
除了利用水温检测来判断何时关闭排水口外,还可以通过计时模块来实现。进水开关模块打开进水口时开始计时,当累计时间达到预设时间t3时,计时模块向控制模块发送信号,控制模块控制排水开关模块关闭排水口。
下面对本申请浴缸控制装置的进排水控制流程作进一步说明,包括步骤:
P1:接收注水指令;
P2:根据注水指令,控制进水开关模块打开进水口开始注水;
P3:检测浴缸进水口水温,确定检测的水温是否满足要求,不满足要求时,保持排水口处于打开状态,满足要求则控制排水开关模块关闭排水口,进入步骤P4。
P4:检测浴缸内的水量,确定浴缸内的水量是否到达预定完成的注水水量,未到达则继续注水,到达则控制进水开关模块关闭进水口完成注水,进入步骤P5;
P5:接收排水指令;
P6:根据排水指令,控制排水开关模块打开排水口开始排水;
P7:检测浴缸内的水量,确定浴缸内的水量是否满足要求,不满足要求时,保持进水口处于关闭状态,满足要求则控制进水开关模块打开进水口,进入步骤P8;
P8:确认累计时间是否达到预设时间t4,未达到预设时间时,保持进水口处于打开状态,达到预设时间则控制进水开关模块关闭进水口。

工业实用性
本申请的浴缸远程控制注水后,当发现水温不满足要求时,通过移动终端对用户进行提醒,用户可以根据提醒对注水进行控制,避免了水温不满足要求时仍放了一缸不适宜洗浴的水,避免资源浪费。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种浴缸控制方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    1) 接收移动终端发送的注水请求;
    2) 开始注水;
    3) 检测浴缸内的水温 T
    4) 确定检测的水温 T 是否满足要求,当不满足要求时,向移动终端发送水温不满足要求的提醒信息。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的浴缸控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 1) 之后还包括步骤 5) :注水前向移动终端发送注水开始的提醒信息。
  3. 根据权利要求 1-2 任一项所述的浴缸控制方法,其特征在于,向移动终端发送提醒信息后,间隔时间 t1 等待移动终端指示,如在时间 t1 内收到指示,按收到指示控制注水;和 / 或如在时间 t 内未收到指示,则继续注水。
  4. 根据权利要求 1-3 任一项所述的浴缸控制方法,其特征在于,所述要求为:检测的水温 T 在预设温度范围内为满足要求,否则不满足要求。
  5. 根据权利要求 1-4 任一项所述的浴缸控制方法,其特征在于,所述要求为:根据间隔时间 t2 测试得到两水温 T1 T2 ,计算出温度下降速率 V ,当下降速率 V 在预定范围内为满足要求,否则不满足要求。
  6. 根据权利要求 1-5 任一项所述的浴缸控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 4) 之后还包括步骤 6) :检测浴缸内的水量,当到达预定的完成注水水量时,向移动终端发送注水完成的提醒信息。
  7. 根据权利要求 1-6 任一项所述的浴缸控制方法,其特征在于,开始注水后,保持排水状态 t3 时间。
  8. 根据权利要求 1-7 任一项所述的浴缸控制方法,其特征在于,开始注水后,检测进水水温,当进水水温大于等于预设进水温度时,才关闭排水。
  9. 根据权利要求 1-8 任一项所述的浴缸控制方法,其特征在于,完成排水后,保持注水状态 t4 时间。
  10. 一种浴缸控制装置,包括:
    用于检测浴缸内水温的温度检测模块;
    用于与移动终端建立连接的无线通信模块;
    与所述温度检测模块、无线通信模块电连接的控制模块,所述控制模块接收并执行移动终端发送的注水指令,并确定所述温度检测模块检测到的水温是否满足要求,当不满足要求时,通过所述无线通信模块向移动终端发送水温不满足要求的提醒信息。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的浴缸控制装置,其特征在于,还包括与所述控制模块电连接的定时模块,当到预定的注水开始时间时,所述定时模块向所述控制模块发送信号,所述控制模块通过所述无线通信模块向移动终端发送注水开始的提醒信息。
  12. 根据权利要求 10-11 任一项所述的浴缸控制装置,其特征在于,还包括与所述控制模块电连接的水量检测模块,所述控制模块根据水量检测模块检测的水量控制是否完成注水,当到达预定的完成注水水量时,所述控制模块通过所述无线通信模块向移动终端发送注水完成的提醒信息。
  13. 根据权利要求 10-12 任一项所述的浴缸控制装置,其特征在于,还包括用于控制浴缸进水口开闭的进水开关模块和用于控制浴缸排水口开闭的排水开关模块,所述进水开关模块、排水开关模块与所述控制模块电连接,所述控制模块根据接收到的注水指令,控制进水开关模块打开进水口并控制排水开关模块关闭排水口,所述排水口的关闭滞后于进水口的打开。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的浴缸控制装置,其特征在于,所述温度检测模块还用于检测浴缸进水口水温,所述控制模块确定所述温度检测模块检测到的水温是否满足要求,当满足要求时,所述控制模块控制排水开关模块关闭排水口。
  15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的浴缸控制装置,其特征在于,所述温度检测模块检测到的水温大于等于预设温度时,所述控制模块控制排水开关模块关闭排水口。
  16. 根据权利要求 13 所述的浴缸控制装置,其特征在于,还包括与控制模块电连接的计时模块,所述进水开关模块打开进水口时开始计时,当累计时间达到预设时间 t3 时,所述计时模块向控制模块发送信号,所述控制模块控制排水开关模块关闭排水口。
  17. 根据权利要求 13 所述的浴缸控制装置,其特征在于,还包括用于检测浴缸内水量的水量检测模块,所述水量检测模块与控制模块电连接,排水时,所述控制模块确定所述水量检测模块检测到的水量是否满足要求,当满足要求时,所述控制模块控制进水开关模块打开进水口。
  18. 根据权利要求 17 所述的浴缸控制装置,其特征在于,所述水量检测模块设置在排水口,当检测的水量小于等于预设值时为满足要求,所述控制模块控制进水开关模块打开进水口。
  19. 根据权利要求 17 所述的浴缸控制装置,其特征在于,所述进水开关模块打开进水口时所述计时模块开始计时,当累计时间达到预设时间 t4 时,所述计时模块向控制模块发送信号,所述控制模块控制进水开关模块关闭进水口。
  20. 一种浴缸,其特征在于,使用如权利要求 1-9 任一项所述的浴缸控制方法进行浴缸控制或包含如权利要求 11-19 任一项所述的浴缸控制装置。
