输送系统货架转轨装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送系统,特别是涉及一种输送系统上用于实现货架在筛选线和送入线之间转轨的转轨装置。
背景技术
输送系统用于对货物进行远距离传输,在现代仓储物流管理系统中,通常需要应用到输送系统,输送系统包括筛选线和若干送入线,送入线与筛选线相联接,用于夹挂货物的货架需要在筛选线和送入线之间行进,由于筛选线和送入线两者之间通常具有夹角,在两输送线相接的位置处,货架需要变轨行进。而货架上的挂钩一般是由金属条通过弯曲成型的,挂钩在挂接过程中本身的稳定性相对较差,在货架变轨过程中,易因货架的晃动而出现掉货架现象的发生。而在对货物进行传输的过程中,有些货物为易碎品,货架的掉落会带来损失。因此,在实际的应用过程中,货架在行进过程中的速度相对较低,这就会导致输送系统的工作效率低,而且,货架在变轨时的掉落也时有发生。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题:提供一种输送系统货架转轨装置,该转轨装置能够有效减少货架在筛选线和送入线之间变轨时掉落的几率。
为解决所述技术问题,本发明的技术方案:一种输送系统货架转轨装置,设置在筛选线与送入线之间,包括形成在送入线出口端侧的送入杆,送入杆与筛选线之间具有夹角,筛选线上具有供货架挂钩挂接的挂接部,送入杆的出口端自挂接部的上侧伸向筛选线,其特征在于,筛选线上靠近送入杆出口端位置的相对两侧分别设有阻挡件,两阻挡件之间的间隔小于货架挂钩的外径,阻挡件通过对货架挂钩在高处的阻挡而对挂钩的位置进行修正,阻挡件与送入杆出 口端之间具有供货架挂钩下落到筛选线挂接部上的间隔,在阻挡件与挂接部之间具有供货架挂钩通过的间隔,限位件在筛选线上的位置偏向于送入杆出口端所处位置的下游侧。
筛选线与送入杆之间具有夹角,通常是指送入杆相对于筛选线为倾斜设置,它们之间不会平行。而且,送入杆在竖直方向上为倾斜设置,利用货架及货物自身的重力而使货架在送入杆上下滑进入到筛选线上。限位件位于送入杆出口端的下游侧,这是以筛选线对货架输送的方向为基准而定的,货架自送入杆上进入到筛选线上时,由于货架需要经历一个变轨的过程,加之筛选线本身的结构会对货架挂钩的稳定性产生不利影响,在变轨过程中货架所处的空间位置有可能偏差较大,通过在筛选线的相对两侧设置两限位件,货架在变轨行进过程中,若货架上的挂钩位置偏差较大,通过限位件对挂钩的触碰修正,使得货架以基本理想的空间状态进入到筛选线的挂接部上,减少掉货架的几率。限位件可以是杆状体,一般选用下述的限位板,两限位板朝向送入杆出口端的侧面相平齐。
进一步地,所述限位件为限位板,两片限位板在输送线的相对两侧平行间隔设置。选用限位板,方便实现对限位件的联接,使得限位件的稳定性好。
进一步地,在筛选线对货架的输送方向上,送入杆出口端与限位件之间的间隔距离介于5—8mm之间。这使得在货架自送入杆上出来后,能够在筛选线中挂接部的上方,限位件对挂钩进行稳定修正,保证了限位件对挂钩的修正效果。

具体实施方式

为适应在送入杆8出口端的结构,在安装板5上设置有伸出板9,伸出板9向着平头81方向伸出。在伸出板98上形成有折弯,该折弯与平头81和送入杆 8之间的夹角相适配,伸出板9与送入杆8之间具有供货架4挂钩41通过的间隔,伸出板9用于对行进在平头81上的货架4挂钩41进行限位。

  7. 根据权利要求4所述的输送系统货架转轨装置,其特征在于,送入杆的出口端处形成有平头,平头与筛选线的输送方向平行,平头的外端部伸向限位件,平头的外端部为送入杆的出口端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的输送系统货架转轨装置,其特征在于,筛选线包括若干节凵形架,凵形架包括连接在一起的两根竖直方向设置的吊杆和一根水平方向设置的承重杆,承重杆构成了所述的挂接部,承重杆与吊杆相连接的位置偏置于承重杆上背离送入杆的一侧,在竖直方向上平头与承重杆之间具有重叠。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的输送系统货架转轨装置,其特征在于,在安装板上固定有向着平头方向伸出的伸出板,伸出板上形成有折弯,该折弯与平头和送入杆之间的夹角相适配,伸出板与送入杆之间具有供货架挂钩通过的间隔,伸出板用于对行进在平头上的货架挂钩进行限位。
