本公开的实施例涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种柔性显示面板。
在显示技术领域,柔性显示器以其低功耗、体积小、结构轻薄以及可变形等优点应用到更广泛的领域中。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提供了一种柔性显示面板。
根据本公开的第一方面,提供了一种柔性显示面板。所述柔性显示面板包括柔性衬底和位于所述柔性衬底上的保护膜。所述保护膜包括间隔设置的多个凹槽。所述凹槽的位置对应于所述柔性衬底的未形成有显示单元的区域。
在本公开的实施例中,所述多个凹槽包括至少一行凹槽。
在本公开的实施例中,所述多个凹槽还包括与所述至少一行凹槽相交的至少一列凹槽。
在本公开的实施例中,所述凹槽的至少一个尺寸沿贴附方向逐渐增大。
在本公开的实施例中,所述显示单元被设置为阵列形式。所述凹槽的位置对应于所述显示单元之间的区域。
在本公开的实施例中,所述凹槽的形状包括矩形、圆形或菱形。
在本公开的实施例中,所述保护膜的材料包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
在本公开的实施例中,所述保护膜位于所述柔性衬底的未形成有显示单元的一侧。

目前,在柔性显示面板中,需要采用保护膜对柔性衬底进行保护。然而,如图1所示,保护膜102在被贴附到柔性衬底101的表面的贴附过程中会产生应力F,并且随着贴附过程的进行,沿贴附方向,应力F将越来越大,由此会使柔性衬底101以及形成在柔性衬底101上的显示单元(未示出)发生翘曲。
在本公开的实施例中,提供了一种柔性显示面板。该柔性显示面板包括柔性衬底和位于柔性衬底上的保护膜。该保护膜包括间隔设置的多个凹槽。图2示出了根据本公开的实施例的柔性显示面板的截面示意图。如图2所示,柔性显示面板100包括柔性衬底101和位于柔性衬底101上的保护膜102’。保护膜102’包括间隔设置的多个凹槽1,从而能够部分地释放在保护膜102’的贴附过程中沿贴附方向产生的应力F’,并且使应力F’在贴附过程中始终保持处于较低水平。
图3至6示出了根据本公开的实施例的保护膜的平面示意图。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,如图3所示,保护膜102’包括间隔设置的多个凹槽1。在图3中,该多个凹槽1包括至少一行凹槽1。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,如图4所示,保护膜102’还包括与该至少一行凹槽1相交的至少一列凹槽1,由此能够更有效地释放保护膜的应力。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,如图5所示,保护膜102’中的凹槽1的 至少一个尺寸(例如,沿垂于贴附方向的方向的尺寸)沿贴附方向逐渐增大。应理解,如上所述,随着保护膜的贴附过程的进行,应力将沿贴附方向越来越大。因此,将保护膜的凹槽的至少一个尺寸设置为沿贴附方向逐渐增大更有助于应力的充分释放。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,如图6所示,保护膜102’中的凹槽1的数量沿贴附方向逐渐增多。应理解,如上所述,随着保护膜的贴附过程的进行,应力将沿贴附方向越来越大。因此,将保护膜的凹槽的数量设置为沿贴附方向逐渐增多同样有助于应力的充分释放。
在本公开的实施例中,凹槽的位置对应于柔性衬底的未形成有显示单元的区域。图7示出了根据本公开的实施例的柔性显示面板的截面示意图。
如图7所示,凹槽1的位置对应于柔性衬底101的未形成有显示单元103的区域。也就是,凹槽1在柔性衬底101上的正投影与显示单元103在柔性衬底101上的正投影不重叠。因此,凹槽1不会影响保护膜102’对柔性衬底101的形成有显示单元103的部分的保护。
图8示出了图7所示配置中的根据本公开的实施例的保护膜的凹槽与显示单元的位置关系的平面示意图。在本公开的示例性实施例中,如图8所示,显示单元103(在图中被示出为虚线框)被设置为阵列形式。作为示例,凹槽1的位置可以对应于相邻的显示单元103之间的区域。也就是,凹槽1位于用于分离显示单元103的切割区域内。通过这样的配置,凹槽1不会劣化保护膜102’对由此分离的柔性衬底101的保护作用。这里,凹槽1能够释放在保护膜102’的贴附过程中产生的应力,从而防止形成在柔性衬底101上的显示单元103发生由应力积累导致的翘曲。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,凹槽1的形状包括矩形、圆形或菱形。需要注意,附图仅示出了凹槽1的形状的一个具体的实施例,其不能被视为是对本公开的限定。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,保护膜的材料可以包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,在保护膜中形成凹槽的方法可以包括冲压或激光切割。
此外,在本公开的实施例中,在保护膜与柔性衬底之间还可以设置有粘结层(未示出),以用于将保护膜贴附至柔性衬底上,由此实现对柔性衬底的保护。作为示例,粘结层的材料可以包括亚克力胶。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,保护膜的厚度的范围可以为30μm至200μm。作为示例,保护膜的厚度为100μm。
应注意,根据本公开的实施例的保护膜可以在柔性衬底上形成显示单元之后进行贴附。
在本公开的实施例中,保护膜位于柔性衬底的未形成有显示单元的一侧。如图7所示,保护膜102’形成在柔性衬底101的未形成有显示单元103的一侧。该保护膜能够释放在保护膜的贴附过程中产生的应力,从而防止显示面板中的显示单元发生翘曲。

- 根据权利要求2所述的保护膜,其中,所述多个凹槽还包括与所述至少一行凹槽相交的至少一列凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的保护膜,其中,所述凹槽的至少一个尺寸沿贴附方向逐渐增大。
- 根据权利要求1所述的保护膜,其中,所述显示单元被设置为阵列形式,其中,所述凹槽的位置对应于所述显示单元之间的区域。
- 根据权利要求1所述的保护膜,其中,所述凹槽的形状包括矩形、圆形或菱形。
