鉴于以上问题,本发明提供一种新型模拟开枪情景的驱鸟假人,利用鸟类的应激反应,设计成驱鸟人开枪打鸟的形象并配以鸣枪声及灯光效果进行驱鸟,驱鸟效果明显。

控制装置60发出工作指令后,蓄电池52为第一电动直线推杆20供电,电 动直线推杆20伸长,滑轮21在滑槽11内移动,推动假人壳体10直立,随后,蓄电池52为第二电动直线推杆71与第三电动直线推杆72供电,第二电动直线推杆71与第三电动直线推杆73伸长,假人壳体10由原先的持枪动作变为举枪动作,举枪动作完成后随即在该方向上,发声装置40发出响亮鸣枪声,同时LED爆闪灯80闪烁一次,模拟射击瞬间,射击完成后第二电动直线推杆71与第三电动直线推杆72缩短,假人壳体10又由原先的举枪动作变为持枪动作,然后,假人壳体10在该方向上静止站立一分钟,然后电动转盘30带动假人壳体10顺时针转动四分之一周,在新的方向上手臂伸曲结构70动作,假人壳体10由持枪变为举枪、发声装置40发出响亮鸣枪声,同时LED爆闪灯80闪烁一次,恢复持枪,然后静止站立一分钟。同理,在每个方向上均由持枪变为举枪、发出先由响亮鸣枪声、闪烁爆闪灯、恢复持枪并静止站立一分钟。转完一周回到原来方向后,第一电动直线推杆20缩短,假人壳体10倒下。假人壳体10倒下后,静置十六分钟,随后第一电动直线推杆20伸长,假人壳体站立,重复上述过程。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种新型模拟开枪情景的驱鸟假人,其特征在于:包括假人壳体、设置于假人壳体两侧的手臂伸曲结构、第一电动直线推杆、电动转盘、发声装置、太阳能供电系统和控制装置,所述假人壳体为驱鸟人员持枪的形象,为硬质塑胶壳体,大小与真人相当,所述假人壳体上设置的假枪的前端安装有LED爆闪灯,所述假人壳体可转动地设置于所述电动转盘上,所述假人壳体的双腿之间设置有竖直的滑槽,所述第一电动直线推杆一端安装有滑轮,所述滑轮设置于所述滑槽内,可在所述滑槽内滑动,所述第一电动直线推杆的另一端固定连接于电动转盘,所述第一电动直线推杆的伸缩带动所述假人壳体直立或卧倒,所述太阳能供电系统与所述第一电动直线推杆、所述手臂伸曲结构、电动转盘、发声装置、控制装置及LED爆闪灯电连接,所述控制装置与所述第一电动直线推杆、所述手臂伸曲结构、发声装置、电动转盘及LED爆闪灯电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型模拟开枪情景的驱鸟假人,其特征在于:所述手臂伸曲结构包括连接于所述假人壳体肋骨与大臂之间的第二电动直线推杆,及连接于大臂与小臂之间的第三直线推杆,所述第二电动直线推杆、第三电动直线推杆均与所述太阳能供电系统、控制装置电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的新型模拟开枪情景的驱鸟假人,其特征在于:所述太阳能供电系统包括太阳能电池板及蓄电池,所述太阳能电池板与所述蓄电池之间通过太阳能供电系统控制器连接,所述太阳能供电系统控制器连接一逆变器,转换成电流供所述控制装置、第一电动直线推杆、手臂伸曲结构及电动转盘、发声装置及LED爆闪灯使用,所述太阳能供电系统的太阳能电池板铺于所述电动转盘上,所述蓄电池设置于所述电动转盘下方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新型模拟开枪情景的驱鸟假人,其特征在于:所述控制装置内设置有时间定时器,控制所述第一电动直线推杆、手臂伸曲结构、电动转盘、发声装置及LED爆闪灯的动作时间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的新型模拟开枪情景的驱鸟假人,其特征在于:所述发声装置安装于假人壳体的假枪枪口处,所述发声装置包括存储器,所述存储器内置有鸣枪声。
