为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本技术领域技术人员可以理解,除非特意声明,这里使用的单数形式“一”、“一个”、“所述”和“该”也可包括复数形式。应该进一步理解的是,本申请的说明书中使用的措辞“包括”是指存在所述特征、整数、步骤、操作、元件和/或组件,但是并不排除存在或添加一个或多个其他特征、整数、步骤、操作、元件、组件和/或它们的组。
作为一个较好的实施例,如图1所示,一种电子签名认证方法,该认证方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存;
本实施例中,可以智能手机以及平板电脑等作为采集终端,用于采集电子签名信息,并将采集的电子签名信息存储为电子签名图片。当另外的智能手机以及平板电脑等作为交易终端需要进行电子签名认证时,通过与采集终端的通信连接获取其所存储的电子签名图片,加载并调用该电子签名图片以进行认证,作为交易终端的智能手机以及平板电脑等可为一个,也可以为多个,只要能与采集终端进行通信,并能够获取电子签名图片。
采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,然后将电子签名信息进行处理和转换,转换为图片格式的电子签名图片并存储该电子签名图片。采集终端所采 集的电子签名信息可包括文字信息和指纹信息,其中,文字信息可以通过采集终端的触摸屏以触摸的方式输入,指纹信息可以通过触摸采集终端的触摸屏的预设位置所产生,比如在采集终端的触摸屏上显示一用于输入指纹的输入界面,当用户在该输入界面上按压指纹后采集该指纹信息,该指纹信息即可作为电子签名信息。当采集到文字信息和指纹信息后,将文字信息和指纹信息进行相应的处理和格式转换,并存储为图片格式,本实施例所存储的图片格式可以包括但不限于bmp格式,jpg格式,png格式,tiff格式,gif格式,在存储时可以提示用户选择可以保存的图片格式,然后根据用户的选择存储为对应的格式,当采集到多个不同的文字信息和指纹信息时,在存储为电子签名图片时可提示用户输入对应的名称以区别。
步骤S102,交易终端向采集终端发送获取电子签名请求,并在接收到采集终端返回的允许响应消息后,获取电子签名图片;
当交易终端需要进行电子签名认证时,向采集终端发送加载请求,采集终端接收到加载请求后,会根据预设的判断条件判断是否允许交易终端加载电子签名图片,判断条件可以是判断交易终端所请求的电子签名图片的安全性是否足够,并根据所建立的安全性规则套用适当动作与通知的架构,交易安全性会根据设定的规则来监视事件,这些规则会依照公司或组织中的事件套用,并指定发生特定事件组合时要执行的动作,规则触发时,不允许交易终端加载电子签名图片。当交易终端接收到采集终端返回的允许响应消息后,通过与采集终端的通信,从采集终端获取相应的电子签名图片。
步骤S103,采集终端将采集到的电子签名图形发送至认证服务器;
采集终端将采集到的电子签名图形发送至认证服务器。认证服务器,用于对接收到的电子签名图形进行识别,提取其中包含的电子签名数据,并进行电子签名数据的认证。
步骤S104,认证服务器采用光学字符识别技术对接收到的电子签名图形进行识别,并采用滤波器对电子签名信息进行过滤,提取其中包含的电子签名数据,将待验证的电子签名数据与预存的电子签名数据进行匹配,配对成功后,交易终端获取电子签名数据,并将所述电子签名数据存储至文件系统中完成认 证。
认证服务器对电子签名图形进行识别,提取出其中包含的电子签名数据。根据电子签名图形类型的不同,从电子签名图形中提取电子签名数据的方式也有所不同。例如,认证服务器对电子签名图形进行识别,提取出其中包含的电子签名数据。根据电子签名图形类型的不同,从电子签名图形中提取电子签名数据的方式也有所不同。例如,如果电子签名图形为由依序排列的电子签名数据的各字符组成的字符图形,采用现有的OCR(Optical Character Recognition,光学字符识别)技术即可从电子签名图形中提取其中包含的电子签名数据。如果电子签名图形为点阵图形,可以先根据点阵图形各像素的色彩或灰度值得到电子签名数据所对应的二进制数据,并根据该二进制数据得到对应的电子签名数据。由于电子签名信息包括有效的信息和无效的、干扰的噪声,例如污点等,因此过滤信息的目的即为滤去无效的、干扰的噪声,本实施例中,采用滤波器对电子签字信息进行过滤,提取出有效的信息,消除无效的、干扰的噪声,以污点为例,由于污点为一圆形区域,与线条差异较大,在进行过滤时,可将污点与线条进行比对,识别出污点区域,从而进行过滤。根据预存的匹配模式将所述待比较电子签名数据与预存的匹配数据进行匹配处理,在处理结果为匹配时,交易终端获取电子签名数据,并将所述电子签名数据存储至文件系统中完成认证。
在一个实施例中,采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存之前还包括:
采集终端通过用户提供的手机号码获取回发的短信验证码来验证用户的身份,如验证通过,则发送电子签名采集指令。
客户利用手机等远程终端工具通过互联网访问业务供应商的签名系统前端页面,通过业务请求入口向业务供应商发出贷款请求。业务供应商处的坐席接收到该客户贷款请求后,通过电销系统调用网络通讯工具以微信、手机短信等方式向发出需求的客户发送验证链接,以便验证客户身份的合法性。客户通过坐席发来的验证链接跳转至供其进行手机校验的校验页面,该页面由HTML5编写,用于通过客户提供手机号码获取回发给其的短信验证码来验证客户的身份; 其中,手机校验是否通过,可由是否可获取手机短信验证码来判断,即在手机短信验证码的有效期内,客户可将该验证码输入反馈至坐席端,即视为校验通过;当校验通过时,“在线签名系统”提供“签名页面”供客户手写签名,并提示客户进行“签名地点拍照”,该“签名地点照片”设置为证明客户在某个时间点做了什么事情,防止客户和坐席的对接过程产生不满而恶意投诉时无法追溯,客户在完成签名地点拍照后将照片上传,该照片存入业务供应商处的影像系统;在完成手写签名步骤后,提示客户提供开户行等基本信息,并提示客户上传身份证正反面照片;当校验失败时,则将失败原因告知客户并提醒客户再次校验,并记录失败次数,当达到失败最大次数时,冻结该客户的访问权限并给出对应提示。手机校验在校验手机短信验证码之前,还涉及了“验证客户的链接是否正确”,“链接是否在有效期内”和“验证客户的状态是否可以进行签名”。
如图2所示,在一个实施例中,采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存之后还包括:
步骤S201,提示用户进行签名地点拍照,采集终端采集用户的签名地点照片并保存,签名地点照片设置为证明用户在某个时间到达某个地点进行了签名;
步骤S202,提示用户输入银行账户信息,采集终端采集用户的银行账户信息并保存;
步骤S203,提示用户上传身份证正反面照片,采集终端采集用户的身份证正反面照片并保存。
当校验通过后,在线签名系统提供“签名页面”供客户手写签名,并提示客户进行“签名地点拍照”,该“签名地点照片”设置为证明客户在某个时间点做了什么事情,防止客户和坐席的对接过程产生不满而恶意投诉时无法追溯,客户在完成签名地点拍照后将照片上传,该照片存入业务供应商处的影像系统;在完成手写签名步骤后,提示客户提供开户行等基本信息,并提示客户上传身份证正反面照片。
在一个实施例中,采集终端为移动终端,所述电子签名信息为文字信息和指纹信息。
移动设备,或称为手持设备、移动终端、移动通信终端等,大多数为口袋 大小的计算设备,包括手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、POS机、车载电脑等。但多数情况下是指具有多种应用功能的智能手机和平板电脑,通常有一个小的显示显示屏,触控输入,通过它可以随时随地访问获得各种信息。采集终端所采集的电子签名信息可包括文字信息和指纹信息,其中,文字信息可以通过采集终端的触摸屏以触摸的方式输入,指纹信息可以通过触摸采集终端的触摸屏的预设位置所产生,例如在采集终端的触摸屏上显示一用于输入指纹的输入界面,当用户在该输入界面上按压指纹后采集该指纹信息,该指纹信息即可作为电子签名信息。指纹一般特指我们识别人所采用各种方式的一个总称,生活中我们需要辨认出周围的每一个人,即使是非常相似的双胞胎,因为辨别是我们进行相互交流的前提。无论是通过名字、长相、声音的辨认,还是通过有技术依据的指纹辨认,目的都只有一个,就是能准确确认对方。指纹的首要用途就是识别个体,当然作为指纹特征,它是可唯一确定的、不容易更改的、方便携带的。另外一个用途是检索,我们需要找哪个用户的时候,也可以把用户的指纹输入电脑,很快就查询到该用户的详细信息。
在一个实施例中,认证服务器采用光学字符识别技术对接收到的电子签名图形进行识别,并采用滤波器对电子签名信息进行过滤,提取其中包含的电子签名数据,将待验证的电子签名数据与预存的电子签名数据进行匹配,配对成功后,交易终端获取电子签名数据,并将所述电子签名数据存储至文件系统中完成认证之后还包括:
交易终端将用户的电子签名添加到用户提交的电子文档模板的签名栏,将用户提供的银行账户信息填入电子文档模板对应栏,将电子签名和电子文档合并;
交易终端根据用户提供的身份证和合并文档确认身份证信息和电子签名是否一致,并根据确认结果进行后续业务处理。
从业务供应商的业务模板库中,根据客户的贷款业务请求提取对应的文档模板,将获取到的电子签名附于该文档模板的签名栏目处,并根据客户提供的开户行等基本信息,填入该文档模板对应处,然后将签名、基本信息和模板合并后的文档回传电销系统供坐席验证。坐席根据客户提供的身份证和回传的合 并文档确认其签名和身份证件信息记录是否一致,并根据确认结果进行后续贷款事宜的跟进处理。
如图3所示,在一个实施例中,提供一种电子签名认证系统,该认证系统包括:
采集单元,设置为采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将所述电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存;
获取单元,设置为交易终端向所述采集终端发送获取电子签名请求,并在接收到采集终端返回的允许响应消息后,获取所述电子签名图片;
发送单元,设置为采集终端将采集到的电子签名图形发送至认证服务器;
认证单元,设置为认证服务器采用光学字符识别技术对接收到的电子签名图形进行识别,并采用滤波器对电子签名信息进行过滤,提取其中包含的电子签名数据,将待验证的电子签名数据与预存的电子签名数据进行匹配,配对成功后,交易终端获取电子签名数据,并将所述电子签名数据存储至文件系统中完成认证。
在一个实施例中,还包括验证单元,设置为在采集单元之前,采集终端通过用户提供的手机号码获取回发的短信验证码来验证用户的身份,如验证通过,则发送电子签名采集指令。
在一个实施例中,所述采集单元还设置为采集终端提示用户进行签名地点拍照,所述采集终端采集用户的签名地点照片并保存,所述签名地点照片设置为证明用户在某个时间到达某个地点进行了签名;提示用户输入银行账户信息,所述采集终端采集用户的银行账户信息并保存;提示用户上传身份证正反面照片,所述采集终端采集用户的身份证正反面照片并保存。
在一个实施例中,所述采集终端为移动终端,所述电子签名信息为文字信息和指纹信息。
在一个实施例中,所述认证单元还设置为交易终端将用户的电子签名添加到用户提交的电子文档模板的签名栏,将用户提供的银行账户信息填入电子文档模板对应栏,将电子签名和电子文档合并;交易终端根据用户提供的身份证和合并文档确认身份证信息和电子签名是否一致,并根据确认结果进行后续业 务处理。
在一个实施例中,提出了一种计算机设备,所述计算机设备包括存储器和处理器,存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现上述各实施例里电子签名认证方法中的步骤。
在一个实施例中,提出了一种存储有计算机可读指令的存储介质,该计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行上述各实施例里电子签名认证方法中的步骤。其中,存储介质可以为非易失性存储介质。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请一些示例性实施例,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子签名认证方法,包括:
    采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将所述电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存;
    交易终端向所述采集终端发送获取电子签名请求,并在接收到采集终端返回的允许响应消息后,获取所述电子签名图片;
    采集终端将采集到的电子签名图形发送至认证服务器;
    认证服务器采用光学字符识别技术对接收到的电子签名图形进行识别,并采用滤波器对电子签名信息进行过滤,提取其中包含的电子签名数据,将待验证的电子签名数据与预存的电子签名数据进行匹配,配对成功后,交易终端获取电子签名数据,并将所述电子签名数据存储至文件系统中完成认证。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子签名认证方法,其中,所述采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将所述电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存之前还包括:
    采集终端通过用户提供的手机号码获取回发的短信验证码来验证用户的身份,如验证通过,则发送电子签名采集指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子签名认证方法,其中,所述采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将所述电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存之后还包括:
    采集终端提示用户进行签名地点拍照,所述采集终端采集用户的签名地点照片并保存,所述签名地点照片设置为证明用户在某个时间到达某个地点进行了签名;提示用户输入银行账户信息,所述采集终端采集用户的银行账户信息并保存;提示用户上传身份证正反面照片,所述采集终端采集用户的身份证正反面照片并保存。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子签名认证方法,其中,所述采集终端为移动终端,所述电子签名信息为文字信息和指纹信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子签名认证方法,其中,所述认证服务器采用光学字符识别技术对接收到的电子签名图形进行识别,并采用滤波器对电子签名信息进行过滤,提取其中包含的电子签名数据,将待验证的电子签名数据与 预存的电子签名数据进行匹配,配对成功后,交易终端获取电子签名数据,并将所述电子签名数据存储至文件系统中完成认证之后还包括:
    交易终端将用户的电子签名添加到用户提交的电子文档模板的签名栏,将用户提供的银行账户信息填入电子文档模板对应栏,将电子签名和电子文档合并;
    交易终端根据用户提供的身份证和合并文档确认身份证信息和电子签名是否一致,并根据确认结果进行后续业务处理。
  6. 一种电子签名认证系统,包括:
    采集单元,设置为采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将所述电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存;
    获取单元,设置为交易终端向所述采集终端发送获取电子签名请求,并在接收到采集终端返回的允许响应消息后,获取所述电子签名图片;
    发送单元,设置为采集终端将采集到的电子签名图形发送至认证服务器;
    认证单元,设置为认证服务器采用光学字符识别技术对接收到的电子签名图形进行识别,并采用滤波器对电子签名信息进行过滤,提取其中包含的电子签名数据,将待验证的电子签名数据与预存的电子签名数据进行匹配,配对成功后,交易终端获取电子签名数据,并将所述电子签名数据存储至文件系统中完成认证。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子签名认证系统,其中,还包括验证单元,设置为在采集单元之前,采集终端通过用户提供的手机号码获取回发的短信验证码来验证用户的身份,如验证通过,则发送电子签名采集指令。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电子签名认证系统,其中,所述采集单元还设置为采集终端提示用户进行签名地点拍照,所述采集终端采集用户的签名地点照片并保存,所述签名地点照片设置为证明用户在某个时间到达某个地点进行了签名;提示用户输入银行账户信息,所述采集终端采集用户的银行账户信息并保存;提示用户上传身份证正反面照片,所述采集终端采集用户的身份证正反面照片并保存。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电子签名认证系统,其中,所述采集终端为移动 终端,所述电子签名信息为文字信息和指纹信息。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的电子签名认证系统,其中,所述认证单元还设置为交易终端将用户的电子签名添加到用户提交的电子文档模板的签名栏,将用户提供的银行账户信息填入电子文档模板对应栏,将电子签名和电子文档合并;交易终端根据用户提供的身份证和合并文档确认身份证信息和电子签名是否一致,并根据确认结果进行后续业务处理。
  11. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将所述电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存;
    交易终端向所述采集终端发送获取电子签名请求,并在接收到采集终端返回的允许响应消息后,获取所述电子签名图片;
    采集终端将采集到的电子签名图形发送至认证服务器;
    认证服务器采用光学字符识别技术对接收到的电子签名图形进行识别,并采用滤波器对电子签名信息进行过滤,提取其中包含的电子签名数据,将待验证的电子签名数据与预存的电子签名数据进行匹配,配对成功后,交易终端获取电子签名数据,并将所述电子签名数据存储至文件系统中完成认证。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其中,所述采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将所述电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存之前,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    采集终端通过用户提供的手机号码获取回发的短信验证码来验证用户的身份,如验证通过,则发送电子签名采集指令。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其中,所述采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将所述电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存之后,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    采集终端提示用户进行签名地点拍照,所述采集终端采集用户的签名地点照片并保存,所述签名地点照片设置为证明用户在某个时间到达某个地点进行 了签名;提示用户输入银行账户信息,所述采集终端采集用户的银行账户信息并保存;提示用户上传身份证正反面照片,所述采集终端采集用户的身份证正反面照片并保存。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其中,所述采集终端为移动终端,所述电子签名信息为文字信息和指纹信息。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其中,所述认证服务器采用光学字符识别技术对接收到的电子签名图形进行识别,并采用滤波器对电子签名信息进行过滤,提取其中包含的电子签名数据,将待验证的电子签名数据与预存的电子签名数据进行匹配,配对成功后,交易终端获取电子签名数据,并将所述电子签名数据存储至文件系统中完成认证之后,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    交易终端将用户的电子签名添加到用户提交的电子文档模板的签名栏,将用户提供的银行账户信息填入电子文档模板对应栏,将电子签名和电子文档合并;交易终端根据用户提供的身份证和合并文档确认身份证信息和电子签名是否一致,并根据确认结果进行后续业务处理。
  16. 一种存储有计算机可读指令的存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将所述电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存;
    交易终端向所述采集终端发送获取电子签名请求,并在接收到采集终端返回的允许响应消息后,获取所述电子签名图片;
    采集终端将采集到的电子签名图形发送至认证服务器;
    认证服务器采用光学字符识别技术对接收到的电子签名图形进行识别,并采用滤波器对电子签名信息进行过滤,提取其中包含的电子签名数据,将待验证的电子签名数据与预存的电子签名数据进行匹配,配对成功后,交易终端获取电子签名数据,并将所述电子签名数据存储至文件系统中完成认证。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其中,所述采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将所述电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存之前,使得 一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    采集终端通过用户提供的手机号码获取回发的短信验证码来验证用户的身份,如验证通过,则发送电子签名采集指令。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其中,所述采集终端采集用户输入的电子签名信息,将所述电子签名信息转换为电子签名图片并保存之后,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    采集终端提示用户进行签名地点拍照,所述采集终端采集用户的签名地点照片并保存,所述签名地点照片设置为证明用户在某个时间到达某个地点进行了签名;提示用户输入银行账户信息,所述采集终端采集用户的银行账户信息并保存;提示用户上传身份证正反面照片,所述采集终端采集用户的身份证正反面照片并保存。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其中,所述采集终端为移动终端,所述电子签名信息为文字信息和指纹信息。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其中,所述认证服务器采用光学字符识别技术对接收到的电子签名图形进行识别,并采用滤波器对电子签名信息进行过滤,提取其中包含的电子签名数据,将待验证的电子签名数据与预存的电子签名数据进行匹配,配对成功后,交易终端获取电子签名数据,并将所述电子签名数据存储至文件系统中完成认证之后,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
