技术领域
本申请涉及数据处理技术领域,具体涉及一种优惠券门槛计算方法及装置。本申请同时涉及一种优惠券配置方法及装置,以及两种电子设备。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的不断发展,很多基于互联网的服务应运而生,为了帮助商户的门店进行营销,往往会根据门店在线上服务平台交易产生的门店交易数据,同时结合线上服务平台丰富的行业知识,为门店推荐合适的营销活动。优惠券是营销方案中的一种营销方式,通过配置优惠券,可以拉升用户到店消费的笔单价,最终帮助门店提升营收,做好生意。比如以餐饮行业为例,口碑平台依据餐饮门店在口碑的交易数据以及口碑平台丰富的餐饮行业各个类目的类目信息,为餐饮门店配置优惠券,提升笔单价,以吸引更多的用户群体参与消费。
目前行业为门店配置优惠券,一般是根据行业的经验统一为门店配置,比如95折的优惠券,配置为每满50减5元,优惠券门槛为50元。
然而,这些统一折扣的优惠券门槛并没有考虑到门店自身的经营状况,往往配置不恰当。不同的门店的消费用户群体是不同的,交易情况也是不同的。即使门店位于的区域一致,客户群也基本一致,对应的笔单分布也会有所不同,而笔单价可以反映门店自身的经营状况。不同优惠券门槛的优惠券带来的营销效益不同,如果配置不恰当会带来营销误伤。例如,相同的折扣,低门槛券比高门槛券可使用的用户更多,如果配置不恰当,带来的营销误伤相对较大;在快餐、小吃等餐饮行业,即使是一元或者几元的优惠券门槛差异,如果配置不恰当,带来的营销误伤也会很大。
发明内容
本申请提供一种优惠券门槛计算方法、优惠券配置方法,以解决现有优惠券门槛没有考虑到门店自身的经营状况、配置不恰当的问题。本申请另外提供一种优惠券门槛计算装置、优惠券配置装置,以及两种电子设备。
本申请提供一种优惠券门槛计算方法,包括:
根据客户端提交的优惠券门槛的获取请求,获取所述客户端对应门店的门店类目下的历史订单数据;
根据所述历史订单数据计算所述门店类目下的订单金额均值;
根据所述订单金额均值以及所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率,确定所述门店类目下满足所述优惠券使用条件的优惠券门槛;
将所述优惠券门槛发送至所述客户端。
可选的,所述确定所述门店类目下满足所述优惠券使用条件的优惠券门槛步骤,采用如下方式确定:
计算所述订单金额均值与所述优惠券折扣率的比值,作为所述优惠券门槛。

本申请是在服务端和客户端配合下共同完成的,本申请提供一种优惠券门槛计算方法及装置,一种优惠券配置方法及装置,以及两种电子设备。以下分别结合本申请提供的实施例的附图逐一进行详细说明。
本申请提供的一种优惠券门槛计算方法实施例如下:
本申请实施例的执行主体是服务端,如图1所示,其示出了本申请实施例提供的一种优惠券门槛计算方法的处理流程图,包括以下步骤。
步骤S101,根据客户端提交的优惠券门槛的获取请求,获取所述客户端对应门店的门店类目下的历史订单数据。
本申请需要对门店的优惠券进行合理配置,这其中非常重要的是如何配置合理的优惠券门槛。本申请实施例以餐饮行业为例,对本申请提供的所述优惠券门槛计算方法进行说明。除此之外,所述优惠券门槛计算方法还可以在餐饮行业之外的其他服务行业实施,比如酒店、游戏娱乐、丽人、按摩、运动健身等服务行业。对于这些服务行业的门店而言,同样存在通过发放优惠券和配置优惠券门槛来吸引用户参与消费,从而提升门店营收的目的,参照本申请提供的所述优惠券门槛计算方法实施例即可,此处不再一一赘述。
为门店推荐营销方案的优惠券门槛是基于门店的历史订单数据计算得到的,本步骤用于获取客户端对应门店的门店类目下的历史订单数据。客户端发起优惠券门槛的获取请求,服务端基于该获取请求,获取客户端对应门店的门店类目下的历史订单数据。所述历史订单数据既可以存储在服务端,也可以存储在客户端,本申请不予限定。服务端在接收到客户端发起的优惠券门槛的获取请求之后,既可以从服务端获取存储的历史订单数据,也可以从客户端获取存储的历史订单数据。
优惠券门槛,是指假设优惠券为满x元减y元的优惠券,那么优惠券门槛为x元。同时优惠券面额为y元,优惠券折扣率为1-y/x。一般的,为门店推荐优惠券,需要推荐两个值,优惠券门槛和优惠券折扣率(优惠券面额可以根据优惠券门槛和优惠券折扣率计算)。本申请实施例主要描述优惠券门槛的计算方案,并且假设优惠券折扣率已经给出。
门店类目,是指对门店进行分类的标记,是门店所属的行业,比如火锅、快餐等。一个门店可以对应多个门店类目,也可以对应一个门店类目,一般情况下,一个门店对应一个门店类目。
历史订单数据,门店对应门店类目下用户群体的历史订单数据,包括:订单金额、订单时间、预设时间阈值区间的订单数等。订单金额,针对门店对应门店类目下用户支付过程中的支付金额。订单时间,针对门店对应门店类目下用户支付的时间。
预设时间阈值区间,需要获取的时间阈值区间的历史订单数据对应的时间区间,根据计算需要进行预设设定。预设时间阈值区间的订单数,需要获取的时间阈值区间的历史订单数据的订单数。
以餐饮领域为例,客户端发起快餐类目优惠券门槛的获取请求,服务端基于该快餐类目优惠券门槛的获取请求,获取客户端对应门店的快餐类目下的历史订单数据。即获取客户端对应门店的快餐类目下的,每笔订单的订单金额、每笔订单的下单时间、预计时间阈值区间的订单数等。需要说明的是,此处的历史订单数据,是指用户完成支付的订单数据,不包含用户未完成订单的订单金额、订单时间等,是产生真实交易的数据。

具体的,需要对所述历史订单数据按照订单时间顺序进行排序,从所述历史订单数据中筛选出属于预设时间阈值区间的订单金额。截取历史订单数据不能选取所有的时间区间,需要选取其中的特定的时间区间进行计算。所述预设时间阈值区间需要预先设定,针对本申请实施例的方案,最佳的优选方案是将预设时间阈值区间设置为90天。因为用户在门店的订单数据随着季节周期性会有稍微的变化,进而不同的季度所计算出的结果也会有差别,采用最近90天的 历史订单数据,进而根据之前季度的历史订单数据计算下一个季度适用的优惠券门槛,为门店创造更大的收益。
进一步,需要对所述历史订单数据按照订单金额进行排序,从所述历史订单数据中过滤掉异常的订单金额的数据。最佳的优选方案是,去掉订单金额最高的5%的数据和订单金额最低的5%的数据,去除一些异常的订单金额的数据,从而保证计算用户分群的数据是可信的。
更进一步,需要对所述历史订单数据按照是否使用优惠券进行筛选,从所述历史订单数据中筛选出支付时未使用优惠券产生的订单金额,即所述历史订单数据不包含商家补贴的金额。因为本申请实施例要获取的是门店自身真实的经营状况,所以获取的数据采用交易中祛除商家补贴部分的订单金额,从而保证计算用户分群的数据是可信的。
步骤S102,根据所述历史订单数据计算所述门店类目下的订单金额均值。
本申请实施例是针对门店中与门店类目对应的历史订单数据计算优惠券门槛,而计算优惠券门槛需要先计算与门店类目对应的订单金额均值。
订单金额均值,是指根据用户群体的历史订单数据计算出的针对用户群体的订单金额的均值,反映用户群体的平均消费水平。订单金额均值可以是笔单价,也可以是其它能反映用户群体的平均消费能力的取值,例如客单价等。
优选的,所述根据所述历史订单数据计算所述门店类目下的订单金额均值步骤包括:
计算所述预设时间阈值区间的订单金额的总和,获得所述预设时间阈值区间的总订单金额;
计算所述预设时间阈值区间的总订单金额与所述预设时间阈值区间的订单数的比值,获得所述门店在所述门店类目下的笔单价,作为所述门店类目下的订单金额均值。
本申请实施例中,最佳的优选方案是将门店在门店类目下的笔单价,作为门店类目下的订单金额均值。门店比较关心笔单价,因为门店对应的商户,一般最关注的两个数据其中一个就是笔单价,另外一个是流水(门店的营收)。笔单价反映的是用户群体的平均消费水平,如果笔单价提升了,说明门店的门店类目对应的用户群体的平均消费水平也提升了。门店在做营销活动后,就会关注活动有没有拉升自己的笔单价以及营收有没有提升,通过拉升笔单价,进而帮助门店提升营收。所以在本申请实施例中,笔单价对之后优惠券门槛的设置 来说是一个十分重要的约束。
在门店交易的基础之上,对门店的全量交易取均值即是门店的笔单价。即先计算预设时间阈值区间的订单金额的总和,获得所述预设时间阈值区间的总订单金额。再计算预设时间阈值区间的总订单金额与所述预设时间阈值区间的订单数的比值,得出门店类目下对应用户群体的笔单价,即所述门店类目下的订单金额均值。
以餐饮行业为例,如果门店快餐类目下90天内的总金额为36000元,90天内快餐类目下总共订单数为1000,则门店快餐类目对应的笔单价为36元,说明该门店快餐类目下用户群体的平均消费水平为36元。门店在以后作活动的时候希望尽量使用户群体的平均消费水平大于36元,才能获得更多的营收,针对计算出的笔单价36元为以后配置优惠券时设置合理的优惠券门槛。
步骤S103,根据所述订单金额均值以及所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率,确定所述门店类目下满足所述优惠券使用条件的优惠券门槛。
本申请实施例是针对门店中与门店类目对应的历史订单数据计算优惠券门槛,而计算优惠券门槛需要先计算与门店类目对应的订单金额均值,再根据订单金额均值以及门店类目下优惠券折扣率进行确定。
为了确保门店的门店类目对应的订单金额均值在活动期间不降低,本申请实施例设置的优惠券门槛对应的优惠券,需使用户在使用优惠券进行满减之后的实际支付金额仍然大于或等于订单金额均值。订单金额均值反映用户群体的消费水平,当用户使用有优惠券进行满减之后的实际支付金额大于或等于订单金额均值时,说明提高了或维持了用户群体的消费水平。因此,在此前提下设置优惠券门槛是较为合理的优惠券门槛。不同的门店类目对应的订单金额均值是不相同的,那么推荐的优惠券门槛也是不同的,而且保证了优惠券满减之后支付金额仍然会大于或等于订单金额均值。
用户使用优惠券进行满减之后的实际支付金额为优惠券门槛与优惠券折扣率的乘积。因此可以根据所述订单金额均值以及所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率确定门店类目下的优惠券门槛。优惠券折扣率,是指假设优惠券为满x元(优惠券门槛为x元)减y元(优惠券面额为y元)的优惠券,则优惠券折扣率为1-y/x。优惠券折扣率对于不同的门店的门店类目是不同的,预先对不同的门店类目设置不同的优惠券折扣率。本申请实施例主要描述优惠券门槛的设置方案,假设优惠券折扣率已经给出。
设置优惠券门槛的前提条件可以用下述公式表示:

此处将订单金额均值与优惠券折扣率的比值设置为优惠券门槛,是指门店能承受的优惠券门槛里面的最低值,是为门店提供的最佳优惠券门槛。对应的优惠券为低门槛券,适用的用户群体最大,能带来门店能承受的优惠券门槛里面最好的营收,减少了营销误伤。
本申请实施例提供的另一种优选实施方式中,所述确定所述门店类目下满足所述优惠券使用条件的优惠券门槛,采用如下方式确定:

此处将大于所述订单金额均值与所述优惠券折扣率的比值的任意取值,确定为所述优惠券门槛,是指门店能承受的提高订单金额均值的优惠券门槛,对应的优惠券为低门槛券到高门槛券不等,适用的用户群体更大,能带来更好的营收,减少了营销误伤。
需要说明的是,在本优选实施方案中,低门槛券对应的营收效果比高门槛券的营收效果要好。订单金额均值与优惠券折扣率的比值是门店能承受的优惠券门槛里面的最低值,是为门店提供的最佳优惠券门槛,优惠券门槛越贴近订单金额均值与优惠券折扣率的比值,所带来的营收效果越好。

如图10所示,其示出了本申请实施例提供的另一种电子设备的示意图,包括:
存储器1002和处理器1001;
所述存储器1002用于存储计算机可执行指令,所述处理器1001用于执行所述计算机可执行指令:检测到设置优惠券门槛的控件被触发,向服务端提交优惠券门槛的获取请求;
接收所述服务端发送的当前门店的门店类目下的优惠券门槛;所述优惠券门槛根据按照所述门店类目下历史订单数据计算的订单金额均值和所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率确定;
根据所述优惠券门槛以及所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率,针对所述门店在所述门店类目下的优惠券进行配置。
可选的,所述检测到设置优惠券门槛的控件被触发,向服务端提交优惠券门槛的获取请求指令执行前,执行以下操作:
获取历史订单数据;
生成以订单金额均值为横坐标、订单数为纵坐标确定的订单金额均值-订单数关系曲线图;
在所述设置优惠券门槛的对应界面展示所述订单金额均值-订单数关系曲线图。
可选的,所述接收所述服务端发送的当前门店的门店类目下的优惠券门槛指令执行后,执行以下操作:
将所述优惠券门槛在订单金额均值-订单数关系曲线图中的对应位置进行标记;
在所述订单金额均值-订单数关系曲线图中显示所述标记。
可选的,所述根据所述优惠券门槛以及所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率,针对所述门店在所述门店类目下的优惠券进行配置指令,采用如下方式实现:
获取所述门店对应的优惠起始时间、优惠终止时间、笔单价提升比率;
根据所述优惠券门槛、所述优惠券折扣率、所述优惠起始时间、所述优惠终止时间、所述笔单价提升比率,针对所述门店在所述门店类目下的优惠券进行配置;
根据接收到的优惠券方案的确认指令,生成优惠券;
将所述优惠券方案的确认指令提交至所述服务端。
本申请虽然以较佳实施例公开如上,但其并不是用来限定本申请,任何本领域技术人员在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,都可以做出可能的变动和修改,因此本申请的保护范围应当以本申请权利要求所界定的范围为准。
在一个典型的配置中,计算设备包括一个或多个处理器、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、 静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括非暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
本领域技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种优惠券门槛计算方法,其特征在于,包括:
    根据客户端提交的优惠券门槛的获取请求,获取所述客户端对应门店的门店类目下的历史订单数据;
    根据所述历史订单数据计算所述门店类目下的订单金额均值;
    根据所述订单金额均值以及所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率,确定所述门店类目下满足所述优惠券使用条件的优惠券门槛;
    将所述优惠券门槛发送至所述客户端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的优惠券门槛计算方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述门店类目下满足所述优惠券使用条件的优惠券门槛步骤,采用如下方式确定:
    计算所述订单金额均值与所述优惠券折扣率的比值,作为所述优惠券门槛。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的优惠券门槛计算方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述门店类目下满足所述优惠券使用条件的优惠券门槛步骤,采用如下方式确定:
    计算所述订单金额均值与所述优惠券折扣率的比值,将大于所述订单金额均值与所述优惠券折扣率的比值的任意取值,作为所述优惠券门槛。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的优惠券门槛计算方法,其特征在于,所述门店类目下的历史订单数据包括:
    订单金额、订单时间、预设时间阈值区间的订单数。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的优惠券门槛计算方法,其特征在于,所述根据客户端提交的优惠券门槛的获取请求,获取所述客户端对应门店的门店类目下的历史订单数据步骤之后,所述根据所述历史订单数据计算所述门店类目下的订单金额均值步骤之前,包括:
    根据所述订单时间,从所述历史订单数据中筛选出满足预设时间阈值区间的订单金额;
    按照订单金额排序,从所述历史订单数据中筛选出未包含异常数据的订单金额;
    按照是否使用优惠券进行筛选,从所述历史订单数据中筛选出未使用优惠券支付产生的订单金额。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的优惠券门槛计算方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述历史订单数据计算所述门店类目下的订单金额均值步骤包括:
    计算所述预设时间阈值区间的订单金额的总和,获得所述预设时间阈值区间的总订单金额;
    计算所述预设时间阈值区间的总订单金额与所述预设时间阈值区间的订单数的比值,获得所述门店在所述门店类目下的笔单价,作为所述门店类目下的订单金额均值。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的优惠券门槛计算方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述历史订单数据中包含的订单数,结合所述优惠券门槛,计算所述优惠券门槛的笔单价提升比率;
    向所述客户端发送所述笔单价提升比率。
  8. 一种优惠券门槛计算装置,其特征在于,包括:
    历史订单数据获取单元,用于根据客户端提交的优惠券门槛的获取请求,获取所述客户端对应门店的门店类目下的历史订单数据;
    订单金额均值计算单元,用于根据所述历史订单数据计算所述门店类目下的订单金额均值;
    优惠券门槛确定单元,用于根据所述订单金额均值以及所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率,确定所述门店类目下满足所述优惠券使用条件的优惠券门槛;
    优惠券门槛发送单元,用于将所述优惠券门槛发送至所述客户端。
  9. 一种优惠券配置方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测到设置优惠券门槛的控件被触发,向服务端提交优惠券门槛的获取请求;
    接收所述服务端发送的当前门店的门店类目下的优惠券门槛;所述优惠券门槛根据按照所述门店类目下历史订单数据计算的订单金额均值和所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率确定;
    根据所述优惠券门槛以及所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率,针对所述门店在所述门店类目下的优惠券进行配置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的优惠券配置方法,其特征在于,所述检测到设置优惠券门槛的控件被触发,向服务端提交优惠券门槛的获取请求步骤之前,包括:
    获取历史订单数据;
    生成以订单金额均值为横坐标、订单数为纵坐标确定的订单金额均值-订单数关系曲线图;
    在所述设置优惠券门槛的对应界面展示所述订单金额均值-订单数关系曲线图。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的优惠券配置方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述服务端发送的当前门店的门店类目下的优惠券门槛步骤之后,包括:
    将所述优惠券门槛在订单金额均值-订单数关系曲线图中的对应位置进行标记;
    在所述订单金额均值-订单数关系曲线图中显示所述标记。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的优惠券配置方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述优惠券门槛以及所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率,针对所述门店在所述门店类目下的优惠券进行配置步骤,采用如下方式实现:
    获取所述门店对应的优惠起始时间、优惠终止时间、笔单价提升比率;
    根据所述优惠券门槛、所述优惠券折扣率、所述优惠起始时间、所述优惠终止时间、所述笔单价提升比率,针对所述门店在所述门店类目下的优惠券进行配置;
    根据接收到的优惠券方案的确认指令,生成优惠券;
    将所述优惠券方案的确认指令提交至所述服务端。
  13. 一种优惠券配置装置,其特征在于,包括:
    优惠券门槛获取请求提交单元,用于检测到设置优惠券门槛的控件被触发,向服务端提交优惠券门槛的获取请求;
    优惠券门槛接收单元,用于接收所述服务端发送的当前门店的门店类目下的优惠券门槛;所述优惠券门槛根据按照所述门店类目下历史订单数据计算的订单金额均值和所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率确定;
    优惠券配置单元,用于根据所述优惠券门槛以及所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率,针对所述门店在所述门店类目下的优惠券进行配置。
  14. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器用于存储计算机可执行指令,所述处理器用于执行所述计算机可执行指令:根据客户端提交的优惠券门槛的获取请求,获取所述客户端对应门店的门店类目下的历史订单数据;
    根据所述历史订单数据计算所述门店类目下的订单金额均值;
    根据所述订单金额均值以及所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率,确定所述门店类目下满足所述优惠券使用条件的优惠券门槛;
    将所述优惠券门槛发送至所述客户端。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器用于存储计算机可执行指令,所述处理器用于执行所述计算机可执行指令:检测到设置优惠券门槛的控件被触发,向服务端提交优惠券门槛的获取请求;
    接收所述服务端发送的当前门店的门店类目下的优惠券门槛;所述优惠券门槛根据按照所述门店类目下历史订单数据计算的订单金额均值和所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率确定;
    根据所述优惠券门槛以及所述门店类目下优惠券折扣率,针对所述门店在所述门店类目下的优惠券进行配置。
