Description

一种双封口中药颗粒调配机 技术领域
本发明涉及医药生产技术领域,尤其是一种双封口中药颗粒调配机。
背景技术
目前,国内外对中药颗粒化研究主要表现在两个方面。一是中药煮散,即把中药饮片粉碎成具有一定粒度的颗粒,以提高煎出效率,增加疗效,节约中药资源。二是单味或复方浓缩浸膏颗粒,即用现代科学技术,结合炮制、药剂、植物化学和近代其他科研成果,将单味中药或传统经典复方直接提取、浓缩成浸膏,再加工成颗粒剂,供患者直接服用。
现有的中药生产过程已经实现了规范化和标准化,对于中药的终端销售,目前也能够通过配药设备进行自动配药,如申请号为201610500966.0的中国发明专利,公开一种中药处方全自动配药系统,包括下盒装置、药盒传送计量装置、机械手精准取药下药装置、覆膜封口装置、控制整个系统动作的计算机控制装置、药盒转角拨动装置和药盒升降装置。能自动准确地将中药处方中的药物配齐,并封装送出;有效降低配药护理人员的劳动强度,提高药物剂量的准确性。该中药处方全自动配药系统自动化程度高,配药过程无需人工参与,配药速度快,适于配药量多的医院使用。但该系统成本高,占地面积大且系统复杂,维护不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑、制造成本较低且维护方便的双封口中药颗粒调配机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种双封口中药颗粒调配机,包括工作台、送盒装置、下药驱动装置、覆膜封口装置和控制整个系统动作的计算机控制装置,所述工作台由箱式台架和台面构成,其特征在于:在所述台面中心开设有一组调剂孔位,在所述调剂孔位的两侧各设有取放盒孔位,每个调剂孔位对应安装有一个所述下药驱动装置;所述送盒装置、覆膜封口装置分别安装在所述箱式台架内;所述送盒装置包括移位机构和旋转机构,所述移位机构包括导轨和可在导轨上移动的电动移位箱,在导轨的两端各设置有一限位开关,在电动移位箱上安装有一横梁架;在横梁架的两端各设有一套所述旋转机构,所述旋转机构包括药盒承载盘和电机,在所述药盒承载盘上均布开设有一圈药盒放置孔,所述药盒承载盘通过轴承安装在所述横梁架上,所述电机固定安装在横梁架上且能驱动药盒转动;所述旋转机构能在移位机构的驱动下停在取放盒孔位或者调剂孔位下方;所述覆膜封口 装置包括基座、覆膜压头、压头驱动组件和送膜组件,所述基座固定安装在所述箱架内,在基座上设有覆膜工位,所述覆膜压头安装在所述压头驱动组件上且位于覆膜工位正上方,压头驱动组件安装在基座上且能驱动覆膜压头上下移动;所述覆膜封口装置设有两套且分别安装在台面下方左右两侧,所述送盒装置能将药盒送至对应的覆膜工位上。
进一步地,所述药盒承载盘的底面上设有一带轮,所述电机的输出轴上设有一主动轮,主动轮与带轮之间通过同步带连接;在所述药盒承载盘上设有多个定位磁块,所述横梁架上设有检测磁极信号的定位检测开关。在每个所述药盒放置孔内还设有放入药盒的监测开关。
进一步地,所述工作台上还开设有一供药瓶放入的称重口,在称重口下方设有有一与所述计算机控制装置相连的电子称重装置。
进一步地,所述计算机控制装置还连接有一热敏打印机和一条码扫描仪,所述热敏打印机和条码扫描仪安装在所述工作台前侧面上。
进一步地,所述下药驱动装置包括轴承安装座、轴承、下料驱动环、伺服电机、药瓶定位环、RFID识别读取器和固定在药瓶定位环上的环形顶壳,下料驱动环通过轴承安装在轴承安装座上,下料驱动环与伺服电机之间通过齿带相连接,所述环形顶壳和药瓶定位环之间形成一腔室,所述RFID识别读取器固定设置在所述腔室内,所述RFID识别读取器与所述药瓶定位环之间设有一绝缘环。具体的,所述绝缘环由环本体和设置在环本体的安装柱构成,所述环本体和安装柱一体注塑成型,所述环本体固定在所述药瓶定位环上,所述RFID识别读取器固定在所述安装柱上。
进一步地,所述送膜组件包括送膜支架、包装膜托架、送膜辊和驱动送膜辊转动的送膜电机,所述送膜支架固定在所述基座上,所述包装膜托架底部通过导杆及支撑弹簧安装在送膜支架上,所述送膜辊安装在送膜支架上部且与包装膜托架的表面之间形成进膜通道,在所述基座上还安装有一检测包装膜到位的第一检测开关。
所述包装膜托架前端还安装有一送膜导槽。在箱式台架的下部还安装有一卷膜支架和多根膜导杆。
在所述进膜通道出口处、进口处分别设有用于检测是否有包装膜的第二检测开关、第三检测开关。
所述压头驱动组件包括升降框架、升降驱动电机和固定在升降框架上的压头安装板,所述升降框架活动安装在所述基座一侧,所述升降驱动电机安装在所述基座内,在升降驱动电机的输出轴上安装有一凸轮,凸轮与升降框架底部通过曲柄相连接,在所述基座上安 装有检测升降框架极限位置的上限位开关和下限位开关,所述覆膜压头固定在所述压头安装板上;在所述压头安装板上还设有一切刀。
进一步地,所述计算机控制装置的主机放置在所述箱式台架内,显示屏及输入设备放置在所述台面上,在台面的前侧面上还设有一调剂按钮开关和两个放盒按钮开关。
本发明的有益效果是:结构紧凑,制造成本较低,占用空间较小且维护方便。具有如下特点:
1.采用旋转式送盒机构,药盒承载盘的运行轨迹为圆形,下料驱动装置和覆膜封口装置与药盒承载盘相配合,能够使整体的结构更紧凑,应用时能够使整机的体积较小;另外,通过设置两套旋转机构,能够在一套旋转机构在接受下药时,另一套可进行取放盒,能快速完成下料及封口等工序。
2.通过在下药驱动装置上设置了RFID识别读取器,能读取内置在药瓶上的RFID标签,在下药时能够校验插入的药瓶是否为处方所需要的药瓶,确保所配药物的准确性。进一步通过设置药瓶插入标示缺口,在配药时,能够方便配药工作人员快速准确的将药瓶插入。
3.在覆膜封口装置中,通过送膜辊与包装膜托架配合,送膜辊转动时,能够通过摩擦力驱动包装膜前行,当第一检测开关检测到包装膜到位时,则驱动覆膜压头向下压,实现覆膜。而覆膜压头的下压和上升位置由上、下限位开关监测,到位准确,能够保证包装膜与药盒边缘准确热熔在一起。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明一种双封口中药颗粒调配机,包括工作台1、送盒装置2、下药驱动装置3、覆膜封口装置4和控制整个系统动作的单片计算机控制装置。所述工作台1包括箱式台架11和台面12,箱式台架11内设有一安装隔板13,台面12后侧边通过合页与箱式台架11一侧边连接,台面12左右侧边的中部分别通过一液压伸缩杆14与箱式台架11相连接。在所述箱式台架11的上部安装有一隔板13,所述送盒装置、覆膜封口装置分别安装在隔板13上。
在所述台面12中心开设有一组调剂孔位121,在所述调剂孔位121的两侧各设有一取放盒孔位122、123。在台面12上还开设有和称重孔位124,在称重口124下方设有有一与所述计算机控制装置相连的电子称重装置50,通过设置电子称重装置50,能够称量下药前后药瓶的重量,与处方所需要的下药量进行对比,校验下药量是否相适应。能够保证下药量的精准度。本实施例中,所述调剂孔位121设有7个,呈圆形分布设置,每个调剂孔位121对应安装有一个所述下药驱动装置3,每个调剂口独立工作。下药时,通过7个调剂孔有7个RFID,当瓶子插入RFID检测药品名称,将其发送给上位机,上位机根据药品所需克重把数据发给主控芯片发命令,主控芯片给对应的驱动器发指令,电机带动调剂转动指定步数,完成单次调剂)
所述计算机控制装置的主机及音箱放置在箱式台架11内,显示屏51及输入设备52放置在所述台面12上。计算机控制装置的主机还连接有一热敏打印机53和一条码扫描仪54,所述热敏打印机53和条码扫描仪54安装在所述工作台前侧面上。通过设置条码扫描仪54,能够扫描中药颗粒大包装上的条形码,在药瓶药量不足时,能够在加药时验证使用,避免出现加错药的情况。而通过热敏打印机53,能够打印处方信息和/或服药的注意事项等。
如图2-5所示,所述送盒装置2包括移位机构201和旋转机构202,所述移位机构201包括导轨2011和可在导轨上移动的电动移位箱2012,在导轨2011的两端分别设置有左限位开关2013、右限位开关2014。在电动移位箱2012上安装有一横梁架203;在横梁架203的两端各设有一套所述旋转机构202。实际应用时,所述移位机构1可采用专利号为ZL201620673394.1所公开的一种传送导轨装置的具体结构。
所述旋转机构202包括药盒承载盘21和电机22,在所述药盒承载盘21上均布开设 有一圈药盒放置孔23,药盒放置孔23沿着药盒承载盘圆周边缘设置。所述药盒承载盘23通过轴承安装在支架29上,支架29固定安装在所述工作台1内的安装隔板13上。所述电机22为步进电机,固定安装在支架28上。在药盒承载盘21的底面上还设有一带轮24,所述电机22的输出轴上设有一主动轮25,主动轮25与带轮24之间通过同步带26相连接。工作时,电机22启动能带动药盒承载盘23转动。
在药盒承载盘21上设有多个定位磁块27,所述支架29上设有检测磁极信号的定位检测开关28。电机旋转时,可通过定位检测开关28检测定位磁块27的位置确定是否已旋转到位。在每个所述药盒放置孔23内还设有放入药盒的监测开关。通过该监测开关可判定是否已放入药盒,保证在下药时已放入药盒,否则报警提示。
另外,在每个所述药盒放置孔23内还设有放入药盒的监测开关。监测开关可以是光电传感器,在药盒放入时,能检测到药盒已放入的信号,避免出现空盒的情况。
在台面的前侧面上还设有一调剂按钮开关1211和两个放盒按钮开关1221、1231。在台面12的右上角设有电源指示灯2015和运行状态指示灯2016。运行状态指示灯2016通过亮起不同的颜色显示不同的状态。
如图6-8所示,所示下药驱动装置3包括轴承安装座31、轴承、齿带32、下料驱动环33、伺服电机34、药瓶定位环35、RFID识别读取器36和固定在药瓶定位环上的环形顶壳37。其中,药瓶定位环35上设有第一卡槽351;下料驱动环33包括环本体、第二卡槽331和设置在环本体外侧壁上的凸齿,第二卡槽331设置在环本体内壁上。下料驱动环33通过轴承安装在轴承安装座31上,在伺服电机34的输出轴上安装有一主动齿轮38,下料驱动环33上的凸齿与主动齿轮38之间通过齿带32相连接。
所述药瓶定位环35固定在所述轴承安装座31上,所述环形顶壳37和药瓶定位环35之间形成一腔室。所述RFID识别读取器36固定设置在所述腔室内。具体的安装方式是:在腔室内设有一绝缘环39,该绝缘环39由环本体391和设置在环本体的安装柱392构成。所述环本体391和安装柱392一体注塑成型。所述环本体391固定在所述药瓶定位环35上,所述RFID识别读取器6固定在所述安装柱392上。如此设计,通过安装柱392的支撑,可将RFID识别读取器36置于腔室的中心,能够将RFID识别读取器36的电路部分进行绝缘,且有利于电路元件的散热,延长元器件的使用寿命。
在所述环形顶壳37上设有一药瓶插入标示缺口371。在所述药瓶定位环35上设有连通所述腔室的供导线穿过的槽孔352。使用时,通过该药瓶插入标示缺口371,配药工作人员能够快速将药瓶6插入,使下料装置的固定盖部分与第一卡槽351卡紧,下料驱动盖部分 与第二卡槽331卡紧;通过伺服电机34带动下料驱动盖转动下料。药瓶6内置有存储有中药信息的RFID标签,能够被RFID识别读取器6所识别,保证下药时放入的药瓶为正确的,否则报警,提示更换。
如图9-13所示,所述覆膜封口装置4包括基座41、覆膜压头42、压头驱动组件43和送膜组件44,在基座41顶面上设有覆膜工位411。
所述压头驱动组件43包括升降框架431、升降驱动电机432和固定在升降框架上的压头安装板433。所述升降框架431活动安装在基座1一侧;所述升降驱动电机432安装在所述基座41内,在升降驱动电机432的输出轴上安装有一凸轮434,凸轮434与升降框架431底部通过曲柄435相连接,在所述基座41上安装有检测升降框架极限位置的上限位开关436和下限位开关437,所述覆膜压头42固定在所述压头安装板433上,位于覆膜工位411正上方。在所述压头安装板433上还设有一切刀438。工作时,升降驱动电机432能驱动升降框架431上下移动,即带动覆膜压头42上下移动。
具体的,所述升降框架431的两侧各设有一安装限位槽4311,在基座41两侧各固定有一限位杆4312,限位杆4312的端部设有插入安装限位槽4311内的限位插柱4313,在基座41上固定安装有两根升降导杆4314,两根升降导杆4314分别位于曲柄435两侧。在所述升降框架431上位于所述安装限位槽处还设有安装限位耳4315,通过安装限位耳4315。在升降框架431的底部上安装有与升降导杆4314配合的衬套439,安装后衬套439套装在导杆4314上。
所述送膜组件44包括送膜支架441、包装膜托架442、送膜辊443和驱动送膜辊转动的送膜电机444,所述送膜支架441固定在所述基座41上,所述包装膜托架442底部通过导杆及支撑弹簧445安装在送膜支架441上。送膜辊443安装在送膜支架441上部,安装后的送膜辊443与包装膜托架442的表面之间形成进膜通道。送膜电机444安装在送膜支架441上且输出轴通过齿轮组446与送膜辊443相连。在所述包装膜托架442前端还安装有一送膜导槽445。在基座41上还安装有一检测包装膜到位的第一检测开关447;在进膜通道出口处还设有一检测是否有包装膜的第二检测开关448。在所述进膜通道进口处也可以设有一检测是否有包装膜的第三检测开关449;通过设置第三检测开关7,在箱式台架的下部还安装有一卷膜支架45和多根膜导杆451。安装时,整卷的包装膜套装在卷膜支架45上,并使包装膜8的悬空端通过膜导杆451的导向经送膜导槽445后,再穿过进膜通道,完成包装膜的初次安装。进行覆膜时,当药盒被送至覆膜工位上且系统检测到第三检测开关449、第二检测开关448同时有信号时,送膜电机44启动,驱动包装膜移动,直至第一检测开关447 检测到膜信号时停止。若第三检测开关449、第二检测开关448中两个或任意一个没信号时,则判定为无膜,报警提示更换包装膜。
本发明的工作过程是:
1.通过计算机装置录入处方;从取放盒孔位122处放入药盒7(一次最多放入5个药盒,然后按一下放盒按钮开关1221,药盒承载盘21旋转5个药盒位,再次放入药盒,重复3次可将药盒全部放完)。放盒完成后,系统控制电动移位箱2012带动横梁架203往右移动,使刚放盒完成的药盒承载盘移动到调剂孔位下方,可开始调剂下药。另一个药盒承载盘则移动至取放盒孔位123下方,可进行取放盒操作。
2.药盒7放置好后,开始从外置药柜上取药瓶7先由称重孔位124放入,经电子称重装置50称量后再插入调剂孔位中,语音自动播报药名。如果药名正确会提示请按调剂按钮开关1211开始调剂,如果药名不正确会提示更换药瓶。每插入一个药瓶需按语音提示按下调剂按钮开关1211,调剂口开始工作。每个调剂口调剂完后,会有语音提示请取下药瓶,并将取出的药瓶放到电子称重装置5上进行重量校验。当全部药都调剂完后,药盒承载盘21会自动旋转至初始位置。
3.下药完成后,系统控制电动移位箱2012带动横梁架203往左移动,使刚下药完成的药盒承载盘移动到取放盒孔位下方,可开始覆膜。另一个药盒承载盘则移动至调剂孔位下方,可重复步骤2进行下药操作。
覆膜时的具体流程为:覆膜封口装置依次对药盒承载盘21进行封口,每完成一个药盒的封口,药盒承载盘21则旋转一个药盒位,当所有药盒均封口完成后,依次从取放盒孔位122处取出药盒7,完成该次调剂。若还需继续调剂的,则继续放入空药盒,重复1的操作。直到处方全部调剂完成。最后通过热敏打印机53打印处方信息和服药的注意事项。

    所述送盒装置包括移位机构和旋转机构,所述移位机构包括导轨和可在导轨上移动的电动移位箱,在导轨的两端各设置有一限位开关,在电动移位箱上安装有一横梁架;在横梁架的两端各设有一套所述旋转机构,所述旋转机构包括药盒承载盘和电机,在所述药盒承载盘上均布开设有一圈药盒放置孔,所述药盒承载盘通过轴承安装在所述横梁架上,所述电机固定安装在横梁架上且能驱动药盒转动;所述旋转机构能在移位机构的驱动下停在取放盒孔位或者调剂孔位下方;
    所述覆膜封口装置包括基座、覆膜压头、压头驱动组件和送膜组件,所述基座固定安装在所述箱架内,在基座上设有覆膜工位,所述覆膜压头安装在所述压头驱动组件上且位于覆膜工位正上方,压头驱动组件安装在基座上且能驱动覆膜压头上下移动;所述覆膜封口装置设有两套且分别安装在台面下方左右两侧,所述送盒装置能将药盒送至对应的覆膜工位上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双封口中药颗粒调配机,其特征在于:所述药盒承载盘的底面上设有一带轮,所述电机的输出轴上设有一主动轮,主动轮与带轮之间通过同步带连接;在所述药盒承载盘上设有多个定位磁块,所述横梁架上设有检测磁极信号的定位检测开关。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的双封口中药颗粒调配机,其特征在于:所述计算机控制装置还连接有一热敏打印机和一条码扫描仪,所述热敏打印机和条码扫描仪安装在所述工作台前侧面上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的双封口中药颗粒调配机,其特征在于:所述下药驱动装置包括轴承安装座、轴承、下料驱动环、伺服电机、药瓶定位环、RFID识别读取器和固定在药瓶定位环上的环形顶壳,下料驱动环通过轴承安装在轴承安装座上,下料驱动环与伺服电机之间通过齿带相连接,所述环形顶壳和药瓶定位环之间形成一腔室,所述RFID识别读取器固定设置在所述腔室内,所述RFID识别读取器与所述药瓶定位环之间设有一绝缘环。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的双封口中药颗粒调配机,其特征在于:所述送膜组件包括送膜支架、包装膜托架、送膜辊和驱动送膜辊转动的送膜电机,所述送膜支架固定在所述基座上, 所述包装膜托架底部通过导杆及支撑弹簧安装在送膜支架上,所述送膜辊安装在送膜支架上部且与包装膜托架的表面之间形成进膜通道,在所述基座上还安装有一检测包装膜到位的第一检测开关。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的双封口中药颗粒调配机,其特征在于:所述包装膜托架前端还安装有一送膜导槽,在箱式台架的下部还安装有一卷膜支架和多根膜导杆。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的双封口中药颗粒调配机,其特征在于:在所述进膜通道出口处、进口处分别设有用于检测是否有包装膜的第二检测开关、第三检测开关。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的双封口中药颗粒调配机,其特征在于:所述压头驱动组件包括升降框架、升降驱动电机和固定在升降框架上的压头安装板,所述升降框架活动安装在所述基座一侧,所述升降驱动电机安装在所述基座内,在升降驱动电机的输出轴上安装有一凸轮,凸轮与升降框架底部通过曲柄相连接,在所述基座上安装有检测升降框架极限位置的上限位开关和下限位开关,所述覆膜压头固定在所述压头安装板上;在所述压头安装板上还设有一切刀。
  10. 根据权利要求1-10任一项权利要求所述的双封口中药颗粒调配机,其特征在于:所述计算机控制装置的主机放置在所述箱式台架内,显示屏及输入设备放置在所述台面上,在台面的前侧面上还设有一调剂按钮开关和两个放盒按钮开关。
