Description

一种安装于主体结构上的天花装饰件
本发明属于建筑技术领域，尤其涉及一种安装于主体结构上的天花装饰件。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变，必须要摆脱传统建造的模式，寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前，国内电线施工多采用预埋方式进行，如电线多预埋于主体结构中，然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右，在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换，导致多次破坏主体结构，降低房屋使用寿命。另外，在进行内装修改时，也需要破坏主体结构，重新铺设电线，降低了房屋耐久性。
现有的石膏线是房屋装修材料，用于室内装饰，可带各种花纹实现美观作用，其用于粘接在主体结构上起到装饰效果，然而，该石膏线与主体结构构成的空间内并没有布线功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有布线功能的安装于主体结构上的天花装饰件。
本发明实施例是这样实现的，提供一种安装于主体结构上的天花装饰件，主体结构包括相接的墙板与楼层板；所述天花装饰件包括用于安装电线的装饰主体和用于装饰室内环境的石膏线，所述装饰主体可拆卸地安装在墙板与楼层板的交接处，所述石膏线粘接于墙板与楼层板上，并封盖所述装饰主体。
进一步地，所述装饰主体的侧部和顶部开设有安装孔，所述装饰主体通过连接件穿过所述安装孔固定于墙板和楼层板上。
进一步地，所述装饰主体包括布线体和线槽盖板，所述布线体上设置有用于布设电线的线槽，所述线槽盖板可拆卸地盖封所述线槽，所述安装孔开设于所述布线体上。
进一步地，所述装饰主体还包括线槽盖板，所述线槽盖板可拆卸地盖封所述布线体上的线槽。
进一步地，所述布线体的横截面呈倒L形。
进一步地，所述装饰主体的材质为木塑复合材料，所述木塑复合材料所采用的配方按照以下重量份配制：聚乙烯45份，木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份。
进一步地，所述石膏线的横截面呈曲形状。
本发明与现有技术相比，有益效果在于：本发明的天花装饰件包括装饰主体和石膏线，装饰主体用于安装电线，将装饰主体通过螺丝或卡扣方式可拆卸地安装于主体结构的墙板与楼层板交接处，然后通过石膏线粘接于墙板与楼层板上，并封盖所述装饰主体，一方面能够对室内起到装饰作用，另一方面实现了线路与主体结构的分离，使得安装在装饰主体内的电线线路损坏时及户型线路改装时只需要拆除更换石膏线、拆卸与安装装饰主体即可方便维修和改装，克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼层板、墙体的弊端，减少对主体结构的破坏，大大增加了房屋安全可靠性。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示，是本发明实施例提供的一种安装于主体结构上的天花装饰件。主体结构包括相接的墙板3与楼层板4，天花装饰件包括用于安装电线的装饰主体1和用于装饰室内环境的石膏线2，装饰主体1通过螺丝5或卡扣方式可拆卸地安装在主体结构的墙板3与楼层板4的交接处，石膏线2粘接于墙板3与楼层板4上，并封盖装饰主体1。
请一同参阅图2所示，为本实施例一提供的装饰主体1，该装饰主体1包括布线件11。该布线体11的横截面呈倒L形，在装饰主体1的布线体11侧部和顶部开设有安装孔（图中未示出），该布线体11通过螺丝5穿过该安装孔打紧固定于墙板3和楼层板4上。在布线体11上设置有用于布设电线的线槽111，从而可将电线布设于线槽111内，然后将石膏线2粘接于墙板3与楼层板4上，盖封布线体11，使得在线路维修时，只需拆除石膏线2即可看到电线的状况进行方便维修。
请一同参阅图3所示，为本实施例二提供的装饰主体，该装饰主体1包括布线体11和线槽盖板12。在装饰主体1的布线体11侧部和顶部开设有安装孔，该布线体11通过螺丝5穿过该安装孔打紧固定于墙板3和楼层板4上。在布线体11上设置有用于布设电线的线槽111，从而可将电线布设于线槽111内，并通过线槽盖板12可拆卸地盖封线槽111，从而能够很好地防止电线松脱出线槽111和防止漏电造成安全隐患。
在本实施例中，石膏线2的横截面呈曲形状，使装饰效果美观，装饰主体1的材质优选为木塑复合材料，该木塑复合材料所采用的配方按照以下重量份配制：聚乙烯45份，木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份。在其他实施方式中，装饰主体1也可以为铝合金或镀锌钢等金属材质。
综上所述，将装饰主体1通过螺丝或卡扣方式可拆卸地安装于主体结构的墙板3与楼层板4交接处，然后通过石膏线2粘接于墙板3与楼层板4上，并封盖装饰主体1，一方面能够对室内起到装饰作用，另一方面实现了线路与主体结构的分离，使得安装在装饰主体1内的电线线路损坏时及户型线路改装时只需要拆除更换石膏线2、安拆装饰主体1即可方便维修和改装，克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼层板、墙体的弊端，减少对主体结构的破坏，大大增加了房屋安全可靠性。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种安装于主体结构上的天花装饰件，主体结构包括相接的墙板与楼层板；其特征在于，所述天花装饰件包括用于安装电线的装饰主体和用于装饰室内环境的石膏线，所述装饰主体可拆卸地安装在墙板与楼层板的交接处，所述石膏线粘接于墙板与楼层板上，并封盖所述装饰主体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的安装于主体结构上的天花装饰件，其特征在于，所述装饰主体的侧部和顶部开设有安装孔，所述装饰主体通过连接件穿过所述安装孔固定于墙板和楼层板上。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的安装于主体结构上的天花装饰件，其特征在于，所述装饰主体包括布线体，所述布线体上设置有用于布设电线的线槽，所述安装孔开设于所述布线体上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的安装于主体结构上的天花装饰件，其特征在于，所述装饰主体还包括线槽盖板，所述线槽盖板可拆卸地盖封所述布线体上的线槽。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的安装于主体结构上的天花装饰件，其特征在于，所述布线体的横截面呈倒L形。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的安装于主体结构上的天花装饰件，其特征在于，所述装饰主体的材质为木塑复合材料，所述木塑复合材料所采用的配方按照以下重量份配制：聚乙烯45份，木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的安装于主体结构上的天花装饰件，其特征在于，所述石膏线的横截面呈曲形状。
