一种用于嵌置在楼层板凹槽内的强电布线件,包括底座(1)以及盖板(2),底座(1)的外轮廓与楼层板底面的凹槽的形状相匹配,底座(1)上设置有用于嵌置强电电线的若干线槽(11),若干线槽(11)沿底座(1)的长度方向布设,底座(1)上设置有若干弹性扣件(12),相邻的两个弹性扣件(12)之间的空间形成一个线槽(11),盖板(2)设置有与线槽(11)的槽口相互卡扣的卡凸(21),盖板(2)通过卡凸(21)封盖线槽(11)的槽口。该强电布线件克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼层板的弊端,实现了线路与主体结构分离,减少了对结构主体的破坏,增加了房屋的安全可靠性、耐久性。
Description
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于嵌置在楼层板凹槽内的强电布线件。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内电线施工多采用预埋方式设置管线,如强电电线(例如,火线、零线、地线等电力线缆)通常预埋于主体结构墙板和楼层板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统电线预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于电线采用预埋方式,电线与主体结构形成一体,电线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
楼层板是用于分隔承重的构件,它将房屋垂直方向分隔为若干层。然而,现有的楼层板结构通常为预埋强电电线的楼层板,由于强电电线采用预埋方式预埋于楼层板内,强电电线与楼层板形成一体,因此强电电线与楼层板不便分离,不便于电线维修。针对上述情况,可以在楼层板成型过程中形成凹槽,从而可以将强电电线嵌置于凹槽内,但是由于强电电线有规范不能直接外露,因此,需要设计一种强电布线件,用于收纳以及固定强电电线。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于嵌置在楼层板凹槽内的强电布线件,旨在解决现有技术中采用预埋方式将强电电线设置于楼层板中所导致的线路维修时会损坏楼层板的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种用于嵌置在墙板凹槽内的强电布线件,该强电布线件用于布设强电电线,其包括底座以及盖板,所述底座的外轮廓与楼层板底面的凹槽的形状相匹配,所述底座上设置有用于嵌置强电电线的若干线槽,所述的若干线槽沿所述底座的长度方向布设,所述底座上设置有若干弹性扣件,相邻的两个所述弹性扣件之间的空间形成一个所述线槽,所述盖板设置有卡凸,所述盖板通过所述卡凸封盖所述线槽的槽口。
进一步地,所述线槽的槽口宽度小于线槽槽内宽度。
进一步地,所述底座和盖板的材质均为木塑复合材料,所述木塑复合材料所采用的配方按照以下重量份配制:聚乙烯45份,木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份。
进一步地,所述底座上设置有用于与楼层板固定的连接部。
进一步地,所述底座的中部位置设置安装槽,所述安装槽的底部开设有安装孔,所述底座通过螺丝穿过所述安装孔固定于所述楼层板凹槽内。
进一步地,所述安装槽的两侧均设置有所述线槽。
进一步地,所述的若干线槽相互间隔布设。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的强电布线件,其底座上设置有能嵌入强电电线的线槽,因此,可以将强电电线集中收纳于强电布线件内,克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了电线与楼层板分离;能减少对楼层板的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过电线与楼层板采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图4所示,为本发明的较佳实施例,提供了一种用于嵌置在楼层板凹槽内的强电布线件,该强电布线件用于布设强电电线,其包括底座1以及盖板2,底座1的外轮廓与楼层板底面的凹槽的形状相匹配,底座1上设置有用于嵌置强电电线的若干线槽11,该若干线槽沿底座的长度方向布设。底座1上设置有若干弹性扣件12,相邻的两个弹性扣件12之间构成的空间形成一个线槽11,盖板2设置有与线槽11的槽口110相互卡扣的卡凸21,盖板2通过卡凸21封盖线槽11的槽口110,并且线槽11的槽口宽度小于线槽11槽内宽度,保证强电电线能稳定地嵌置于线槽11内,并且能保证各个线槽11的封闭。在本实施例中,为了节约材料和方便拆卸强电电线,若干的线槽11相互间隔布设,如图2所示。
上述的强电电线一般指交流电电压在 24V以上的输电导线,该强电电线包括火线3、零线4、地线5等。在安装槽13的两侧均设置线槽11,在本实施例中,底座1的中部位置设置安装槽13,安装槽13的底部开设有用于与楼层板凹槽固定的安装孔,通过于安装孔内拧入螺钉6,将底座1固定在楼层板的凹槽内,从而使强电布线件可拆卸地安装于楼层板的凹槽内。为了使强电布线件与三孔插座对接,在底座1上设置有可以用于嵌置火线3、零线4、地线5的线槽11,其中,火线3位于一侧,地线5与零线4共同位于另一侧。如果强电电线的规格不一样,底座1的多个线槽11可以是不同尺寸的线槽11。为了便于制作以及造型,本实施例中的底座1和盖板2均由木塑复合材料通过注塑成型,该木塑复合材料所采用的配方按照以下重量份配制:聚乙烯45份,木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份;在其他实施方式中,底座1和盖板2也可以为铝合金或镀锌钢等金属材质。
底座1上设置有用于与楼层板固定的连接部,该连接部可以通过粘接材料与楼层板的凹槽固定,该连接部也可以设计成卡扣结构与固定于楼层板的凹槽内的卡扣结构进行卡扣连接。
本实施例的强电布线件,其底座1上设置有能嵌入强电电线的线槽11,因此,可以将强电电线收纳于强电布线件内,实现了电线与楼层板的分离;克服了传统预埋电线在维修时需开凿楼层板的弊端,从而能减少对主体结构的损坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

- 一种用于嵌置于在楼层板凹槽内的强电布线件,用于布设强电电线,其特征在于,所述强电布线件包括底座以及盖板,所述底座的外轮廓与楼层板底面的凹槽的形状相匹配,所述底座上设置有用于嵌置强电电线的若干线槽,所述的若干线槽沿所述底座的长度方向布设,所述底座上设置有若干弹性扣件,相邻的两个所述弹性扣件之间的空间形成一个所述线槽,所述盖板设置有卡凸,所述盖板通过所述卡凸封盖所述线槽的槽口。
- 如权利要求1所述的强电布线件,其特征在于,所述线槽的槽口宽度小于线槽槽内宽度。
- 如权利要求1所述的强电布线件,其特征在于,所述底座和盖板的材质均为木塑复合材料,所述木塑复合材料所采用的配方按照以下重量份配制:聚乙烯45份,木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份。
- 如权利要求1所述的强电布线件,其特征在于,所述底座上设置有用于与楼层板固定的连接部。
- 如权利要求1所述的强电布线件,其特征在于,所述底座的中部位置设置安装槽,所述安装槽的底部开设有安装孔,所述底座通过螺丝穿过所述安装孔固定于所述楼层板凹槽内。
- 如权利要求1所述的强电布线件,其特征在于,所述安装槽的两侧均设置有所述线槽。
- 如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的强电布线件,其特征在于,所述的若干线槽相互间隔布设。
