Description

一种将天花装饰线系统安装于主体结构上的施工方法
本发明属于建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种将天花装饰线系统安装于主体结构上的施工方法。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用预埋方式,设备管线,如弱电电线与强电电线等线缆多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及线缆使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于线缆采用预埋方式,线缆与主体结构形成一体,线缆与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
现有的天花装饰线,如石膏线,是房屋装修材料,用于室内墙面的装饰,可带各种花纹实现美观作用,其具有防火、防潮、保温、隔音、隔热功能,并能起到豪华的装饰效果,但是并没有布线功能,同时,也没有相关的施工工艺及方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种将天花装饰线系统安装于主体结构上的施工方法,旨在解决现有技术中采用预埋方式将电线线路设置于主体结构中所导致的线路维修时损坏主体结构,且维修麻烦,噪音大的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种将天花装饰线系统安装于墙板上的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、制备布线件,于所述布线件上开设或形成贯穿其长度方向的线槽,然后于所述布线件内侧的侧面及顶面位置设置或形成卡扣结构;
S11、制备天花装饰件,于所述天花装饰件上制作出与所述布线件内侧的侧面及顶面的卡扣结构相卡扣的结构;
S12、确定需要的线缆类型,并制备或购买线缆;
S13、将所述布线件、天花装饰件以及线缆运输至施工现场;
S14、将所述线缆从所述线槽的槽口压入线槽内,或者,从所述线槽两端的端口穿入所述线槽内;
S15、将所述天花装饰件盖罩于所述布线件上,并使两者形成卡扣连接,即制作出所述天花装饰线系统;
S16、将所述天花装饰线系统的布线件侧面及顶面对应固定在主体结构的侧面板及顶面板上。
进一步地,所述的步骤S10中,制备布线件包括以下步骤:
预先制备出与所述布线件的形状相配合的金属模具,然后采用木塑复合材料并结合所述金属模具注塑出所述布线件;
所述木塑复合材料所采用的配方按照以下重量份配制:聚乙烯45份,木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份。
进一步地,所述的步骤S10中,制备布线件包括以下步骤:
于一块L形状的型材上切割出线槽,然后于所述型材内侧的侧面及顶面上切割出卡扣结构,即制得所述布线件。

通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

如图1、图6及图7所示,为本发明的较佳实施例,提供了一种将天花装饰线系统100安装于主体结构200上的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、制备布线件10,请参见图2,于布线件10上开设或形成贯穿其长度方向的线槽,当需要安装不同尺寸的线缆时,可以开设不同尺寸的线槽,本实施例中,于布线件10上开设或形成贯穿其长度方向的线槽包括相互隔离且大小不同的第一线槽101以及第二线槽102;然后于布线件10内侧的侧面及顶面位置设置或形成卡扣结构103。
S11、制备天花装饰件13,于天花装饰件13上制作出与布线件10内侧的侧面及顶面的卡扣结构相卡扣的结构131。
S12、根据需要确定线缆类型,制备或购买线缆,本实施例中,线缆包括弱电电线、强电电线中的一种或以上两种电线。
S13、将布线件10、天花装饰件13以及线缆运输至施工现场。
S14、将需要的某种线缆从线槽的槽口压入线槽内,或者,从线槽两端的端口穿入线槽内,当需要两种线缆时,分别将两种线缆压入或穿入与其匹配的线槽内。

S16、将天花装饰线系统的布线件10侧面及顶面对应固定在主体结构200的侧面板及顶面板上。
具体地,上述的步骤S10中,制备布线件10的方法可以采用以下两种方法,其中,方法一:预先制备出与布线件10的形状相配合的金属模具,然后采用木塑复合材料并结合金属模具注塑出上述的布线件10;该木塑复合材料所采用的配方按照以下重量份配制:聚乙烯45份,木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份;上述的木塑复合材料制作的布线件10具有一定的结构强度,有效地保证了布线件10的耐用性和抗老化能力,延长使用寿命,并且其质量较轻,便于生产和安装。方法二:于一块L形的型材上切割出线槽,然后于该型材内侧的侧面及顶面上切割出卡扣结构,即制得上述的布线件10。
为了防止线缆出现松脱现象,上述步骤S10中,开设或形成的线槽的槽口宽度小于槽内空间的宽度。优化地,线槽的槽壁具有弹性,以便线缆能通过按压的方式嵌入于线槽内。
当需要安装两种线缆时,本实施例可以于第一线槽101与第二线槽102内装入弱电电线、强电电线或以上两种电线。
请参见图3,以下为同时装入弱电电线以及强电电线的施工方法:制备或购买线缆包括弱电电线2以及强电电线3,所述步骤S14中,将弱电电线2从第一线槽101的槽口压入第一线槽101内,或者,从第一线槽101两端的端口穿入第一线槽101内。将强电电线3从第二线槽102的槽口压入第二线槽102内,或者,从第二线槽102两端的端口穿入第二线槽102内。
请参见图4,以下为同时装入两种不同类型的弱电电线2的施工方法:制备或购买线缆包括第一类弱电电线21以及第二类弱电电线22,所述步骤S14中,将第一类弱电电线21从第一线槽101的槽口压入第一线槽101内,或者,从第一线槽101两端的端口穿入第一线槽101内;将第二类弱电电线21从第二线槽102的槽口压入第二线槽102内,或者,从第二线槽102两端的端口穿入第二线槽102内。
请参见图5,以下为同时装入两种不同类型的强电电线3的施工方法:制备或购买线缆包括规格不同的第一类强电电线31以及第二类强电电线32,所述步骤S14中,将第一类强电电线31从所述第一线槽101的槽口压入第一线槽101内,或者,从第一线槽101两端的端口穿入第一线槽101内;将第二类强电电线102从所述第二线槽102的槽口压入第二线槽102内,或者,从第二线槽102两端的端口穿入第二线槽102内。
本实施例不限定天花装饰线系统与主体结构的具体固定方式,可以采用粘接、卡扣连接或者螺钉连接的方式。
以下为采用卡扣连接的施工步骤:
请参见图6,将布线件10的底面通过卡扣组件4安装在主体结构200的侧面板及顶面板上。
以下为采用螺钉5连接的施工步骤:
请参见图7,于布线件10上错开线槽的位置开设螺纹孔,将布线件10的侧面及顶面贴紧主体结构200的侧面板及顶面板,最后往所述螺纹孔内拧入螺钉5,使布线件10连同其上嵌置的线缆一起安装于主体结构200的侧面板及顶面板上,最后,将天花装饰件13盖罩于布线件10上。
本实施例的施工方法将线缆、布线件10以及天花装饰件13集合成一个系统,然后再安装于主体结构200上,实现了线路与主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼层板、墙体的弊端,减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种将天花装饰线系统安装于主体结构上的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S10、制备布线件,于所述布线件上开设或形成贯穿其长度方向的线槽,然后于所述布线件内侧的侧面及顶面位置设置或形成卡扣结构;
    S11、制备天花装饰件,于所述天花装饰件上制作出与所述布线件内侧的侧面及顶面的卡扣结构相卡扣的结构;
    S12、确定需要的线缆类型,并制备或购买线缆;
    S13、将所述布线件、天花装饰件以及线缆运输至施工现场;
    S14、将所述线缆从所述线槽的槽口压入线槽内,或者,从所述线槽两端的端口穿入所述线槽内;
    S15、将所述天花装饰件盖罩于所述布线件上,并使两者形成卡扣连接,即制作出所述天花装饰线系统;
    S16、将所述天花装饰线系统的布线件侧面及顶面对应固定在主体结构的侧面板及顶面板上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S10中,制备布线件包括以下步骤:
    预先制备出与所述布线件的形状相配合的金属模具,然后采用木塑复合材料并结合所述金属模具注塑出所述布线件;
    所述木塑复合材料所采用的配方按照以下重量份配制:聚乙烯45份,木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S10中,制备布线件包括以下步骤:
    于一块L形的型材上切割出线槽,然后于所述型材内侧的侧面及顶面上切割出卡扣结构,即制得所述布线件。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10中,于所述布线件上开设或形成贯穿其长度方向的线槽包括相互隔离且大小不同的第一线槽以及第二线槽。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10中,开设或形成的第一线槽和/或第二线槽的槽口宽度小于槽内空间的宽度。
  6. 如权利要求1或5所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S12中,制备或购买线缆包括弱电电线以及强电电线,所述步骤S14中,将所述弱电电线从所述第一线槽的槽口压入第一线槽内,或者,从所述第一线槽两端的端口穿入所述第一线槽内;将所述强电电线从所述第二线槽的槽口压入第二线槽内,或者,从所述第二线槽两端的端口穿入所述第二线槽内。
  7. 如权利要求1或5所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S12中,制备或购买线缆包括第一类弱电电线以及第二类弱电电线,所述步骤S14中,将所述第一类弱电电线从所述第一线槽的槽口压入第一线槽内,或者,从所述第一线槽两端的端口穿入所述第一线槽内;将所述第二类弱电电线从所述第二线槽的槽口压入第二线槽内,或者,从所述第二线槽两端的端口穿入所述第二线槽内。
  8. 如权利要求1或5所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S12中,制备或购买线缆包括规格不同的第一类强电电线以及第二类强电电线,所述步骤S14中,将所述第一类强电电线从所述第一线槽的槽口压入第一线槽内,或者,从所述第一线槽两端的端口穿入所述第一线槽内;将所述第二类强电电线从所述第二线槽的槽口压入第二线槽内,或者,从所述第二线槽两端的端口穿入所述第二线槽内。
  9. 如权利要求1或5所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S16中,将所述布线件的侧面及顶面通过粘贴材料或者卡扣辅助组件对应安装在主体结构的侧面板及顶面板上。
  10. 如权利要求1或5所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S15与S16可替换为以下步骤:
    于所述布线件上错开所述线槽的位置开设螺纹孔,将所述布线件的侧面及顶面贴紧主体结构的侧面板及顶面板,最后往所述螺纹孔内拧入螺钉,使所述布线件连同其上嵌置的线缆一起安装于主体结构的侧面板及顶面板上,最后,将所述天花装饰件盖罩于所述布线件上,并使两者形成卡扣连接。
