Abstract
본 발명은 계면 접착성과 신축성 및 고방수성인, 유·무기복합 탄성도막 방수제 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유·무기복합 탄성도막 방수제 조성물은 폴리비닐아세테이트(Polyvinyl Acetate, PVAc)를 기재로 하여 개질 PVAc와 폴리비닐 부티랄이 포함된 복합 폴리비닐계 폴리머와 천연고무 라텍스로 구성되는 액체 부분과 무기질 분체 재료를 혼합하여 제조된다. 특히, 본 발명에 의해 제조된 조성물은 방수도막의 탄성, 부착강도 및 경도를 향상시키고, 우수한 항장력, 인장강도, 및 내마모성 등을 가지며, 산소차단성, 강인성, 고탄성이 우수하다. 따라서, 탄성도막 방수제 재료로 사용시 우수한 마감특성을 보이고, 콘크리트, 철골 및 목재 구조물의 방수성능, 및 지진에 대한 추종성을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있다.
