Description
Impedanzgrenzstandsensor
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Impedanzgrenz
standsensor gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
Impedanzgrenzstandsensoren sind grundsätzlich aus dem Stand der Technik, bspw. zur Messung von Grenz- oder Füllständen be kannt. Typische Anwendungen für die Erfassung einer vordefi nierten Füllhöhe sind Prozessbehältnisse, wie beispielsweise Prozesstanks, Lagertanks, Silos oder Rohrleitungen in der Pro zessindustrie. Impedanzgrenzstandsensoren, werden dabei häufig als sog. Grenzschalter, d.h. zur Bestimmung, ob ein Füllmedium eine bestimmte Füllhöhe, den sog. Grenzstand, über- oder un terschreitet, in unterschiedlichen Flüssigkeiten, sowie granu lierten und pulverförmigen Schüttgütern eingesetzt.
Es sind auch andere Arten von Grenzschaltern bzw. Grenz standsensoren bekannt, die je nach Einsatzgebiet, Prozessbe dingungen und Eigenschaften des Füllmediums ausgewählt werden. Neben Impedanzgrenzstandsensoren kommen Sensoren, die nach dem TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) Prinzip arbeiten, oder Vibra tionsgrenzstandsensoren oder kapazitiv arbeitende Sensoren zum Einsatz. Ein Schaltbefehl des Grenzschalters kann beispiels weise Befülleinrichtungen oder Entleereinrichtungen starten oder stoppen um entsprechend ein Überlaufen oder Leerlaufen des jeweiligen Prozessbehältnisses zu vermeiden.
In der vorliegenden Anmeldung werden an Stelle des Begriffs Impedanzgrenzstandsensor der Einfachheit halber auch die Be griffe Impedanzsensor, Grenzschalter und Grenzstandmelder gleichwertig benutzt.
Ein bekannter Impedanzsensor 100 ist in Figur 1 gezeigt.
Figur 1 zeigt ein vereinfachtes Schnittbild mit Schaltungsblö cken eines Impedanzsensor 100 gemäß dem Stand der Technik. Im Wesentlichen besteht der Impedanzsensor 100, gemäß dem Stand der Technik aus einer Elektronikeinheit 101 und einer Messson de 102. Die Messsonde 102, ist im vorliegenden Ausführungsbei spiel als Serienschwingkreis ausgebildet. Zwischen einer Mes selektrode 106 und einer Bezugselektrode 108 bildet sich eine Messkapazität 110 aus, welche mit einer diskreten Induktivität 109 zu dem als Serienschwingkreis ausgebildeten Messschwing kreis verschaltet ist.
Die Messelektrode 106 ist rotationssymmetrisch zu einer Längs achse L des Impedanzsensors 100 ausgebildet und über einer Isolierung 107 von einem Prozessraum 90 getrennt. Die Be zugselektrode 108 ist bei dem vorliegenden Impedanzsensor 100 ebenfalls rotationssymmetrisch zu der Längsachse L ausgebil det. Die Bezugselektrode 108 ist dafür im vorliegenden Ausfüh rungsbeispiel als Rohr ausgebildet, das gleichzeitig einen Teil eines Sensorgehäuse bildet. Die Messelektrode 106 ist in Richtung der Längsachse L gesehen vor dem Rohr angeordnet und von der an dem Rohr angeordneten Isolierung 107 umgeben. Die Isolierung 107 bildet gleichzeitig einen vorderseitigen Ab schluss des Gehäuses.
Vorteilhafterweise wird die diskrete Induktivität 109 so ge wählt, dass sich eine Resonanzfrequenz fres des Schwingkreises für unterschiedlichste Medien bzw. Bedeckungszustände (leer, voll und verschmutzt) zwischen 100 MHz und 200 MHz einstellt.
Ein Betrag einer sich über die Frequenz ändernden komplexwer tigen Impedanz | Z | dieses Messschwingkreises wird vorteilhaf terweise zwischen 100 MHz und 200 MHz analysiert, d.h. der Messschwingkreis wird mittels eines Frequenzgenerators 103 mit
einem Frequenzsweep mit Frequenzen zwischen 100 MHz und 200 MHz angeregt und ein AntwortSignal (Frequenzantwort) des Mess schwingkreises mit einem Frequenzdetektor 104 detektiert. Be findet sich ein Medium im Bereich der Messsonde 102, ändert sich das Impedanzverhalten des Messschwingkreises, d.h. insbe sondere verschiebt sich dessen Resonanzfrequenz fres, an der sich ein Minimum der Impedanz ausbildet.
Unter einem Frequenzsweep wird die sequenzielle Anregung mit einer Mehrzahl von aufeinander folgenden Frequenzen innerhalb eines Frequenzbereichs verstanden, wobei der Frequenzbereich idealerweise sämtliche möglichen Resonanzfrequenzen des Mess schwingkreises enthalten sollte.
Die Änderung der Impedanz des Messschwingkreises wird für eine Auswertung in einer Auswerte- und Steuereinheit 105 herangezo gen. Konkret wird die Frequenzantwort hinsichtlich einer Fre quenzänderung Af und einer Änderung der Amplitude eines Mini mums der Impedanz Z, auch als Amplitudenänderung bezeichnet, ausgewertet und daraus ein Schaltbefehl generiert. Alternativ könnte die Auswertung aber auch bei einem Maximum der Impedanz Z erfolgen.
In Figur 2 sind beispielhaft für das Medium Ketchup die Fre quenzantworten des Impedanzsensors 100 nach dem Stand der Technik aufgeführt.
Eine erste Kurve 200 zeigt das Resonanzverhalten einer saube ren Messsonde 102. Dargestellt ist der Betrag der Impedanz Z über der Frequenz f.
Das Verhalten einer mit Anhaftungen von Ketchup verschmutzten Messsonde 102 ist in einer zweiten Kurve 201 und das einer
komplett mit Ketchup bedeckten Messsonde 102 in einer Kurve 202 gezeigt.
Schaltbefehle (leer, voll) werden von der Auswerte- und Steu ereinheit 105 realisiert, wobei gemäß dem Stand der Technik ausschließlich die Minima der Resonanzkurven für die Auswer tung herangezogen werden. Diese werden bezüglich einer Fre quenzänderung Af und Amplitudenänderung DZ ausgewertet. Befin det sich das Minimum der Resonanzkurve in einem ersten Bereich I, so gibt die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit 105 den Schaltbe fehl „leer" aus. Befindet sich das Minimum jedoch in einem zweiten Bereich II so wird der Schaltbefehl „voll" ausgegeben. Die beiden definierten Schaltbereiche I, II können ab Werk fest in den Impedanzsensor 100 einprogrammiert oder durch ei nen Kundenabgleich eingestellt und verändert werden. Idealer weise sollten die Bereiche so definiert werden, dass für mög lichst viele unterschiedliche Medien die Standardeinstellungen ausreichend sind, da ein kundenseitiger Abgleich zeitaufwendig und daher unerwünscht ist.
Bei den aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Impedanzsensoren 100 wurde der in Figur 3 dargestellte Effekt beobachtet, dass die Position und der Wert der Resonanzstelle stark von der Einbausituation abhängig sind. Besonders stark tritt dieser Effekt bei nicht metallischen Messbehältern auf, wobei sich in dieser Situation die Resonanzstelle im Übergang von der Messspitze (erste Berührung mit dem Medium, Kurve 300) zum Ge häuse (Kontakt des Mediums mit der Bezugselektrode, Kurve 302) nicht sauber ausbildet. Es sind in diesem für die Messung sehr ausschlaggebenden Bereich mehrere Minima und Maxima (Kurve 301) zu beobachten, die Fehlschaltungen verursachen können.
Dieses Verhalten ist insbesondere in nichtmetallischen Messbe hältern zu beobachten und wenn der Impedanzsensor von oben her in den Messbehälter eingebaut ist.
Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung einen Impedanz grenzstandsensor anzugeben, der in allen Einbaulagen und in allen Messbehältern zuverlässig Messwerte liefert.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Impedanzgrenzstandsensor mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Wei tebildungen sind Gegenstand abhängiger Patentansprüche.
Ein erfindungsgemäßer Impedanzgrenzstandsensor mit einer Mess sonde, die durch ein die Messsonde umgebendes Medium in einer Messkapazität beeinflussbar ist, wobei die Messsonde eine Mes selektrode und eine von der Messelektrode isolierte Be
zugselektrode aufweist, zwischen denen sich die Messkapazität ausbildet, weist einen Messschwingkreis, in dem die Messsonde als kapazitätsbestimmendes Element angeordnet ist und eine Elektronikeinheit mit einem Signalgenerator zur Anregung des Messschwingkreises und einem Signaldetektor zur Ermittlung eins AntwortSignals des Messschwingkreises auf, wobei eine Signalverarbeitungseinheit zur Erzeugung eines Messsignals, die mit der Elektronikeinheit verbunden ist, und zeichnet sich dadurch aus, die Messelektrode und die Bezugselektrode derart ausgebildete und angeordnet sind, dass ein steigender Füll stand des Mediums die Bezugselektrode früher als die Mes selektrode oder gleichzeitig erreicht.
Die obige Ausgestaltung von Messelektrode und Bezugselektrode bedeutet insbesondere, dass ein steigender Füllstand die Be zugselektrode in jeder Einbaulage vor der Messelektrode oder zumindest gleichzeitig mit dieser erreicht.
Erreichen bedeutet in diesem Zusammenhang, dass der Füllstand eine Höhe, in der die jeweilige Elektrode angeordnet ist, er reicht. Es bedeutet dabei insbesondere nicht, dass die jewei lige Elektrode zwangsläufig mit dem Füllmedium in Kontakt kom men muss.
Dadurch, dass das Füllmedium gleichzeitig oder bevor ein Füll stand das Niveau der Messelektrode erreicht mit der Be
zugselektrode in Kontakt ist, wird eine definierte Beeinflus sung der Messkapazität erreicht, sodass sich die Minima und Maxima definiert und unabhängig von der Einbaulage und dem um gebenden Messbehälter ausbilden.
In einer Ausgestaltungsform kann die Bezugselektrode eine Ver längerung in Richtung der Messelektrode aufweisen. Eine solche Verlängerung hat den Vorteil, dass die Bezugselektrode und die Messelektrode so ausgebildet sein können, dass diese bspw. bei einem Einbau in den Messbehälter von oben her auf einer iden tischen Höhe angeordnet sind, oder die Bezugselektrode sogar weiter in den Behälter ragt, als die Messelektrode, d.h. dass die Messelektrode und die Bezugselektrode von einem steigenden Füllstand gleichzeitig erreicht werden, oder die Bezugselekt rode vor der Messelektrode erreicht wird.
Die Verlängerung kann wenigstens abschnittsweise stiftförmig ausgebildet sein, wobei die Verlängerung die Messelektrode in Axialrichtung vorderseitig überragt. Eine stiftförmig ausge bildete Verlängerung hat den Vorteil, dass sie einfach her stellbar ist, und auch keinerlei Rücksprünge oder Kanten ver ursacht, die bspw. bei einem Einsatz des Sensors in der Le bensmittelindustrie negativ zu bewerten wären.
In Axialrichtung gibt in der vorliegenden Anmeldung die Rich tung einer Längsachse des Impedanzsensors an. Die Axialrich tung fällt dabei insbesondere mit einer Symmetrieachse der Messelektrode, die rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildet ist, zu sammen. Die Messelektrode kann auf diese Weise bswp. als Dreh teil ausgebildet sein, was eine einfach und kostengünstige Fertigung ermöglicht.
Die Stiftförmige Verlängerung kann mit der Bezugselektrode bspw. verschraubt, verschweißt oder einstückig ausgebildet sein .
In einer Ausgestaltungsvariante ist die Verlängerung abgewin kelt ausgebildet, wobei ein erster Abschnitt an der Be
zugselektrode angeordnet oder befestigt ist und sich ein zwei ter Abschnitt in Axialrichtung erstreckt. Auf diese Weise kann die Verlängerung an der Bezugselektrode in Radialrichtung an setzten und ist damit nur an einem Punkt und nicht linienför mig mit der Bezugselektrode verbunden. Die Verlängerung kann dazu beispielsweise um 90° abgewinkelt als gebogenes Drahtteil ausgebildet sein.
Alternativ kann die Verlängerung als ein die Messelektrode in Axialrichtung übergreifendes Rohr ausgebildet sein. Ein sol ches Rohr hat den Vorteil, dass es umlaufend mit der Be zugselektrode in Verbindung ist und die Messelektrode eben falls umlaufen umgibt, sodass der rotationssymmetrische Aufbau erhalten bleibt.
Das Rohr kann mit der Bezugselektrode mechanisch lösbar und elektrisch leitend verbunden sein, bspw. über eine Schraubver bindung, eine Steckverbindung oder der dergleichen. Somit kann die Verlängerung nur dann angebracht werden, wenn die
Einbausituation und/oder der Messbehälter und/oder andere Randbedingungen dies zur Erzielung zuverlässiger Messergebnis se erfordern.
Um einen guten Zulauf und Ablauf des Füllmediums zu gewähr leisten kann das Rohr wenigstens an einem bezugselektrodensei tigen Ende eine Mehrzahl von Öffnungen aufweisen. Auf diese Weise wird verhindert, dass sich bei einem senkrechten Einbau von Oben her ein Luftpolster in dem Rohr bildet und ein weite res Zuströmen des Mediums von unten her verhindert, oder dass sich bei einem senkrechten Einbau von unten her das Medium in dem Rohr ansammelt und nicht mehr abläuft.
In einer besonders unauffälligen und kompakten Variante ist die Verlängerung als eine sich in Axialrichtung erstreckende Metallisierung ausgebildet. Typischerweise ist die Messelekt rode von einem Isolator umgeben und dadurch von der Be
zugselektrode und dem Prozessraum isoliert. Auf diesem Isola tor kann eine Metallisierung aufgebracht und rückseitig mit der Bezugselektrode verbunden sein. Auf diese Weise kann eine Verlängerung der Bezugselektrode ohne zusätzliche Anbauteile realisiert werden.
Die Metallisierung darf nicht vollflächig ausgebildet werden sondern sollte nur einen Teil der Isolierung bedecken. Ansons ten würde sie die Ausbildung der Messkapazität verhindern.
Die Metallisierung kann bspw. streifenförmig ausgebildet sein. Auf diese Weise kann mit einem oder zwei Streifen, die an der Bezugselektrode ansetzen, über eine Ebene der Messelektrode hinausreichen und wieder zur Bezugselektrode zurückreichen ei ne Metallisierung erreicht werden.
Die Metallisierung kann dabei so dünn aufgebracht oder derart in einer Vertiefung angeordnet sein, dass mit einem die Metal lisierung umgebenden Material eine diskontinuitätenfreie Ober fläche entsteht. Unter einer diskontinuitätenfreien Oberfläche soll vorliegend eine Oberfläche ohne Spalte und Kanten ver standen werden, sodass ein Einsatz auch in Anwendungen der Le bensmittelindustrie weiterhin möglich ist.
Die vorliegende Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von Ausfüh rungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Figuren eingehend erläutert. Es zeigen:
Figur 1 ein vereinfachtes Schnittbild eines Impedanzsensor gemäß dem Stand der Technik (schon behandelt) ,
Figur 2 das gewünschte Impedanzverhalten des Impedanzsensors gemäß Figur 1 (schon behandelt) ,
Figur 3 das Impedanzverhalten des Impedanzsensors gemäß Fi gur 1 in einem Kunststofftank (schon behandelt) ,
Figur 4 ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Impedanzsensors gemäß der vorliegenden Anmeldung,
Figur 5 ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel eines Impedanzsensors gemäß der vorliegenden Anmeldung und
Figur 6 ein drittes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Impedanzsensors gemäß der vorliegenden Anmeldung.
In den Figuren bezeichnen - soweit nicht anders angegeben - gleiche Bezugszeichen gleiche Komponenten mit gleicher Funkti on .
Zur Vereinfachung der Darstellung sind in den Figuren 4 bis 6 eine Elektronikeinheit 101 und eine Signalverarbeitungseinheit 105 nicht dargestellt. Diese sind aber - wie auch im Stand der Technik - in sämtlichen Ausführungsbeispielen enthalten.
Figur 4 zeigt ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Impedanz grenzstandsensors 100 gemäß der vorliegenden Anmeldung. Der Impedanzgrenzstandsensor 100 ist in dem gezeigten Ausführungs beispiel in einer vereinfachten Schnittdarstellung, wie diese auch in Bezug auf den Stand der Technik verwendet wurde, dar gestellt .
Der Impedanzsensor 100 gemäß Figur 4 weist eine Messsonde 102 auf, die im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel aus einer in Axi alrichtung A ausgerichteten und rotationssymmetrisch ausgebil deten Messelektrode 106 sowie einer ebenfalls in Axialrichtung A ausgerichteten und rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildeten Be zugselektrode 108 zwischen denen sich eine Messkapazität 110 ausbildet sowie einer diskreten Induktivität 109 gebildet ist. Die Bezugselektrode 108 ist im vorliegenden Ausführungsbei spiel als rohrförmig ausgebildetes Gehäuse des Impedanzgrenz standsensors 100 ausgebildet, wobei dieses Gehäuse eine rohr förmige Verlängerung 112 aufweist. Die Verlängerung 112 ist im Ausführungsbeispiel der Figur 4 als Rohr 118 ausgebildet, dass einstückig mit der Bezugselektrode 108 ausgebildet ist. Die Messelektrode 106 ist von der Bezugselektrode 108 sowie von einem Prozessraum 90 durch eine Isolierung 107 abgetrennt und elektrisch isoliert.
An einem der Bezugselektrode 108 zugewandten Ende der Verlän gerung 112 weist das Rohr 118 mindest eine Öffnung 120 oder eine Mehrzahl von in Radialrichtung verlaufenden Öffnungen 120
auf, die bei einer Montage des Impedanzgrenzstandsensors 100 in einem Behälter senkrecht von oben verhindern, dass in dem zwischen der Verlängerung 112 und der Isolierung 107 gebilde ten Hohlraum Luft eingeschlossen wird, die dann verhindert, dass das Prozessmedium in diesem Hohlraum eindringt. Bei einer Montage des Impedanzgrenzstandsensors 100 in einem Behälter senkrecht von unten her kann in dem Hohlraum angesammeltes Me dium durch die Öffnungen 120 abfließen, sodass auch hier Mess fehler vermieden werden.
Eine Messkapazität 110, die zur Impedanzmessung in einem Se rienschwingkreis aus der Induktivität 109 und der Messkapazi tät 110 angeordnet ist bildet sich in dem in Figur 4 darge stellten Ausführungsbeispiel im Wesentlichen zwischen dem Rohr 118, das elektrisch leitend mit der Bezugselektrode 108 ver bunden ist und der Messelektrode 106 aus. Ein in den Zwischen raum zwischen Bezugselektrode 108 und Messelektrode 106 ein dringendes Medium wirkt als Dielektrikum und verändert einen Wert der Messkapazität 110.
Ausschlaggebend für die positiven Effekte bei der Messung mit dem vorliegend dargestellten Impedanzgrenzstandsensor 100 ist, dass die Verlängerung 112 respektive das Rohr 118 so ausge staltet und angeordnet ist, dass ein Füllstand eines zu mes senden Mediums in dem Prozessraum 90 die Bezugselektrode 108 bzw. die Verlängerung 118 in jeder Einbaulage vor der Mes selektrode 106 erreicht.
In Figur 5 ist eine alternative Ausgestaltungsform eines Impe danzgrenzstandsensors 100 mit einer Verlängerung 112 darge stellt. Der Impedanzgrenzstandsensor 100 gemäß Figur 5 unter scheidet sich von dem Impedanzgrenzstandsensor 100 der Figur 4 lediglich in der Ausgestaltung in der Verlängerung 112, sodass
auf den sonstigen Einbau an dieser Stelle nicht näher einge gangen wird.
Die Verlängerung 112 ist im Ausführungsbeispiel der Figur 4 als eine stiftförmig ausgebildete Verlängerung 112 der Be zugselektrode 108 ausgestaltet. Ein erster Abschnitt 114 der Verlängerung 112 setzt an der Bezugselektrode 108 in Radial richtung an und ist mit dieser beispielsweise verschweißt. Ein zweiter Abschnitt 116 der Verlängerung 112 ist einstückig mit dem ersten Abschnitt 114 ausgebildet und erstreckt sich in Axialrichtung A. Der zweite Abschnitt 116 ist dabei so lang ausgebildet, dass die Verlängerung 112 die Messelektrode 106 in Axialrichtung vorderseitig überragt, sodass damit sicherge stellt ist, dass ein in der vorliegend dargestellten Einbaupo sition steigender Füllstand zunächst mit der Verlängerung 112 der Bezugselektrode 108 in Berührung kommt und der Füllstand die Messelektrode 106 erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt er reicht .
Auch in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel bildet sich ein maßgebli cher Teil der Messkapazität 110 zwischen der Verlängerung 112, vorliegend maßgeblich dem zweiten Abschnitt 116 der Verlänge rung 112, und der Messelektrode 106 aus. Ein zweiter Anteil der Messkapazität 110 wird sich aber auch zwischen der Mes selektrode 106 und der Bezugselektrode 108 ausbilden.
Ein Vorteil des in Figur 5 dargestellten Aufbaus liegt in ei ner geringeren Anzahl an hinteren Schnitten und Kanten, sodass für diesen Aufbau ein Einsatz in der Lebensmittelindustrie möglich ist.
In Figur 6 ist ein drittes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Impedanz grenzstandsensors 100 gemäß der vorliegenden Anmeldung ge-
zeigt. Der Impedanzgrenzstandsensor 100 ist in perspektivi scher Darstellung gezeigt, wobei der Impedanzgrenzstandsensor 100 in der vorliegenden Darstellung von schräg vorne gezeigt ist. Aus der vorliegenden Darstellung geht besonders gut der rotationssymmetrische Aufbau des Impedanzgrenzstandsensors 100 hervor .
In dem in Figur 6 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Verlängerung 112 der Bezugselektrode 108 als ein auf die Iso lierung 107 aufgebrachte Streifen L-förmige Metallisierung 130 ausgeführt. Die Metallisierung 130 ist in dem gezeigten Aus führungsbeispiel als ein schmaler Streifen einer Breite von etwa 0,5 bis 10 mm ausgeführt. Die gezeigte Ausführungsform kommt damit ohne zusätzliche Anbauteile aus, sodass eine be sonders kompakte und durch die Metallisierung auch sehr kos tengünstige Realisierung einer Verlängerung 112 der Be
zugselektrode 108 realisiert werden kann. Im vorliegenden Aus führungsbeispiel weist die Metallisierung 130 eine Dicke von 5-1000 pm auf.
Auch durch den Figur 6 gezeigte Ausgestaltung wird sicherge stellt, dass unabhängig von einer Einbaulage des Impedanz grenzstandsensors 101 steigender Füllstand immer zuerst die Bezugselektrode 108 oder die mit dieser elektrisch verbundene Verlängerung 112 erreicht.
Die Metallisierung 130 kann beispielsweise auch in einer Nut der Isolierung 107 angeordnet sein, sodass zwischen der Iso lierung 107 und der Metallisierung 130 keine Stufe entsteht.

Claims
1. Impedanzgrenzstandsensor (100) mit
- einer Messsonde (102), die durch ein die Messsonde (102) umgebendes Medium in einer Messkapazität (110) beeinfluss bar ist, wobei die Messsonde (102) eine Messelektrode (106) und eine von der Messelektrode (106) isolierte Be zugselektrode (108) aufweist, zwischen denen sich die Messkapazität (110) ausbildet,
- einem Messschwingkreis, in dem die Messsonde (102) als kapazitätsbestimmendes Element angeordnet ist,
- einer Elektronikeinheit (101) mit einem Signalgenerator (103) zur Anregung des Messschwingkreises und einem Sig naldetektor (104) zur Ermittlung eins AntwortSignals des MessSchwingkreises ,
- einer Signalverarbeitungseinheit (105) zur Erzeugung ei nes Messsignals, die mit der Elektronikeinheit (101) ver bunden ist und
d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass
die Messelektrode (106) und die Bezugselektrode (108) der art ausgebildete und angeordnet sind, dass ein steigender Füllstand des Mediums die Bezugselektrode (108) früher als die Messelektrode (106) oder gleichzeitig erreicht.
2. Impedanzgrenzstandsensor (100) gemäß Anspruch 1,
d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass
die Bezugselektrode (108) ein Verlängerung (112) in Rich tung der Messelektrode aufweist.
3. Impedanzgrenzstandsensor (100) gemäß Anspruch 2,

die Verlängerung (112) wenigstens abschnittsweise stift förmig ausgebildet ist, wobei die Verlängerung (112) die
Messelektrode (106) in Axialrichtung (A) gesehen vorder seitig überragt.
4. Impedanzgrenzstandsensor (100) gemäß Anspruch 3,
d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass
die Verlängerung (112) abgewinkelt ausgebildet ist, wobei ein erster Abschnitt (114) an der Bezugselektrode (108) angeordnet oder befestigt ist und sich ein zweiter Ab schnitt (116) in Axialrichtung (A) erstreckt.
5. Impedanzgrenzstandsensor (100) gemäß Anspruch 2,
d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass
die Verlängerung (112) als die Messelektrode in Axialrich tung (A) übergreifendes Rohr (118) ausgebildet ist.
6. Impedanzgrenzstandsensor (100) gemäß Anspruch 5,
d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass
das Rohr mit der Bezugselektrode (108) lösbar verbunden ist .
7. Impedanzgrenzstandsensor (100) gemäß Anspruch 5 oder 6, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass
das Rohr (118) wenigstens an einem bezugselektrodenseiti gen Ende eine oder eine Mehrzahl von Öffnungen (120) auf weist.
8. Impedanzgrenzstandsensor (100) gemäß Anspruch 2,
d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass
die Verlängerung (112) als eine sich in Axialrichtung (A) erstreckende Metallisierung (130) ausgebildet ist.
9. Impedanzgrenzstandsensor (100) gemäß Anspruch 2,
d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass
die Metallisierung (130) streifenförmig ausgebildet ist.
10. Impedanzgrenzstandsensor (100) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 9,
d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass
die Metallisierung (130) derart in einer Vertiefung ange ordnet ist, dass mit einem die Metallisierung (130) umge benden Material eine diskontinuitätenfreie Oberfläche ent steht .
