本发明涉及塑料袋技术领域。
背景技术
已知的现有塑料袋,比如购物袋、垃圾袋等袋体均是由平面状塑料膜或者管状塑料膜压接构成。
现有技术中,比如中国实用新型专201720791280.1公开的一种方便使用的多层结构一次性环保垃圾袋,采用了套层垃圾袋的技术方案,其垃圾袋从最内层开始使用,每用完一层取出即可,剩余的垃圾袋继续在垃圾桶内接着使用,不必反复套袋,使用非常方便。但是其使用上也存在一定的问题。
201720791280.1-《一种方便使用的多层结构一次性环保垃圾袋》的垃圾袋不是一体式结构,其压接边缘处不平滑,在多层套结时,容易出现褶皱和间隙。褶皱和间隙的层层累积会降低内层垃圾袋的可用容积,并且容易出现破损。另一方面,二次压接结构的垃圾袋在生产过程中会产生边角废料;另外二次压接结构展开为立体容腔时会出现不规则的边角或者折面,也会降低容积利用率。
为了克服二次压接结构的塑料袋的缺点,本发明旨在提出一种一体式塑料袋,而且由一体式塑料袋套层组合而成为一体式塑料袋多层组合体。为了本领域技术人员能够实现本发明,现公开一种能够生产出一体式塑料袋多层组合体的新的生产方法-----“一体式塑料袋多层组合体的生产方法”。
一种一体式塑料袋多层组合体的生产方法,以热塑性塑料片材为原材料,将多层热塑性塑料片材层层堆积,在相邻热塑性塑料片材之间,加入防止热塑性塑料片材发生层间粘接的填充物;消除塑料片材层间的空气;然后对多层热塑性塑料片材层叠而成的片材组合体进行同步携带式热成型,使面状的片材组合体成型为具有袋腔体的一体式塑料袋多层组合体;如图3所示,同步携带式热成型,包括:将片材组合体1与弹性携带垫3进行压紧贴合;将片材组合体1加热至软化状态;通过流体压力,使弹性携带垫3在成型腔体2内弹性膨胀;通过设定弹性携带垫3每处位置的弹性系数,控制弹性携带在成型腔体2内停止膨胀后每处位置的变薄率;利用片材组合体被动跟随弹性携带垫形变,使片材组合体的每处位置一一对应着弹性携带垫的每处位置产生同样的减薄率;通过片材组合体每处位置的变薄拉伸量累积,最终在成型腔体内成型出具有袋腔体的一体式塑料袋多层组合体7;
以同步携带式热成型为原理依据,以一体式塑料袋多层组合体的袋腔体预设的形状和厚度均 匀度为目标,设定弹性携带垫每处位置的弹性系数。
图3中,同步组合体6,是指弹性携带垫3与片材组合体1压紧贴合后的一种组合。
袋腔体是指:袋子的结构中,用于盛放物品的立体的腔体。
流体压力是指:气压或液压。
成型腔体是指:依据一体式塑料袋多层组合体的形状,对应设置的阴模,片材组合体在成型腔体内形成一体式塑料袋多层组合体。
变薄率是指:厚度变化,减小的速度。
变薄拉伸量是指:片材组合体被弹性携带垫携带着拉伸形变,每处位置的总体积没有变,厚度减薄,而表面积增大;变薄拉伸量就是指因为变薄导致的表面积增大量。
弹性携带垫每个位置的弹性系数的设定,可以通过下述两种方式实现。
1、实现弹性携带垫每个位置的弹性系数的设定,通过每个位置的材质的弹性模量设定。
2、实现弹性携带垫每个位置的弹性系数的设定,通过每个位置的材质的厚度设定。
弹性携带垫,本身应该具有的性质:
1、耐热性,其能够承受组合体加热至软化状态的温度。
2、具有较强的弹性形变能力。片材组合体成型的形变量,在其弹性携带垫的弹性形变能力之内。
综上两条,弹性携带垫可以选择硅胶、经过改良的高弹性耐温橡胶等。
正是有了弹性携带垫,主动调控成型过程中片材组合体每处位置的减薄率,才实现了够精确控制一体式塑料袋多层组合体成型厚度均匀度。通过一体式塑料袋多层组合体的形状和厚度均匀度这两个生产前要设定产品参数,可以数学计算出片材组合体成型为一体式塑料袋多层组合体过程中每处位置的减薄拉伸量,根据此减薄拉伸量,就能通过弹性力学、微积分或者计算机仿真软件等现有技术知识,计算出弹性携带垫每处位置的弹性系数。
对于片材组合体而言,相邻热塑性塑料片材之间的填充物,一方面要防止热塑性塑料片材受热软化后粘接,另一方面,还能占据热塑性塑料片材之间的空间,尽可能消除热塑性塑料片材之间的空气。
热塑性塑料片材本身为平面状,热塑性塑料片材可以由吹膜法或者压延法等工艺获得,热塑性塑料片材叠放前或者叠放过程中,加入填充物,防止粘接的填充物可以选择二甲基硅油、氟树脂粉末、滑石粉、云母粉等,本领域技术人员可以根据一体式塑料袋本身的材料以及使用场景去选定。加入填充物后,热塑性塑料片材叠放成片材组合体时,可以对片材组合体进行滚压,将热塑性塑料片材之间的空气压出,并保持热塑性塑料片材间的密封状态。 在填充物为液体的情况下,也可以利用液体自行填充,将空气排出,不再需要滚压。最终形成的片材组合体,层层热塑性塑料片材之间空气近乎排尽,这样在真空吸塑过程中,不会因为气泡的膨胀而造成层间位移,使厚度不均匀。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是针对上述存在的技术不足,提供一种一体式塑料袋多层组合体。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一体式塑料袋多层组合体,包括以套层结构分布的多层一体式塑料袋;每层一体式塑料袋均为一体式结构;每相邻的两层一体式塑料袋之间填充有防止层间粘接的填充物;每相邻的两层一体式塑料袋均同心对齐且贴紧密合。
本发明与传统塑料袋相比,一体式塑料袋多层组合体的技术效果是:
1、一体式塑料袋的一体式结构的技术效果:a、节约原材料:一体式结构没有压接边缘,不产生因为压接边缘造成的边角废料。b、不易破损:一体式结构没有压接边缘,通体平整,不会出现压接边缘撕裂的情况,不易破损。c、容易造型:一体式结构能够实现规则的立体造型而不出现折面。
2、填充物能够防止一体式塑料袋层间粘接,在层间剥离时不会粘接在一起造成撕裂,还能够减小层层剥离的阻力。
3、在单层的一体式塑料袋一体式结构的基础上,每相邻的两层一体式塑料袋同心对齐且贴紧密合,也就是说相对内外层的两层一体式塑料袋的尺寸差恰好合适,既不会产生褶皱也不会产生空隙,这样能够确保内层一体式塑料袋的可用容积、降低使用过程中的破损概率、有助于提升一体式塑料袋多层组合体运输存放的空间利用率。
如果内层相对尺寸小,则导致一体式塑料袋多层组合体出现层间间隙,导致松散的情况,并且层间间隙还会导致在使用时出现破损;如果内层相对尺寸大,则内层会出现褶皱,褶皱在每层中累计,也会导致层间间隙,出现松散破损的问题。另外,褶皱和间隙的存在,会导致内层一体式塑料袋可用容积减小的情况;还会导致一体式塑料袋多层组合体的整体占用体积增加,不利于运输和存放。

如附图1所示,一体式塑料袋8的一体式结构,是指整个塑料袋是一个整体,没有任何拼接。
一体式塑料袋多层组合体7的使用顺序是先用最内层,最内层放入物品后将其取出,依次向外层使用。在依次取出内层一体式塑料袋时,从内层一体式塑料袋的边缘进行剥离。
每相邻的两层一体式塑料袋之间填充有防止层间粘接的填充物。防止粘接的填充物可以选择二甲基硅油、氟树脂粉末、滑石粉、云母粉等,本领域技术人员可以根据一体式塑料袋本身的材料以及使用场景去选定。
