技术领域
本申请涉及一种制度立项信息处理方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。
背景技术
随着计算机技术的发展,越来越多的业务信息都是通过计算机来处理。随着业务种类越来越多,信息量也越来越多,需要对数据进行各种操作。
然而,发明人意识到,目前传统的制度立项信息,都是由人工通过邮件或线下开会进行协调和分配,而随着公司各种制度的立项需求越来越多,传统的制度立项信息处理方式并不能满足较多的制度立项需求,导致制度立项信息处理效率较低。
发明内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种制度立项信息处理方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。
一种制度立项信息处理方法,包括:
接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求;
从所述制度立项请求中提取制度名称和制度起草计划;
根据所述制度起草计划中的制度章节标识和与所述章节标识对应的起草人员账号,生成所述起草人员账号对应的制度起草任务;
将所述制度起草任务发送至以所述起草人员账号登录的第二终端;
接收各第二终端根据所述制度起草任务返回的部分制度起草内容;及
对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与所述制度名称对应的制度草案文件。
一种制度立项信息处理装置,包括:
立项请求接收模块,用于接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求;
立项请求解析模块,用于从所述制度立项请求中提取制度名称和制度起草计划;
起草任务生成模块,用于根据所述制度起草计划中的制度章节标识和与所述章节标识对应的起草人员账号,生成所述起草人员账号对应的制度起草任务;
起草任务发送模块,用于将所述制度起草任务发送至以所述起草人员账号登录的第二终端;
起草内容接收模块,用于接收各第二终端根据所述制度起草任务返回的部分制度起草内容;及
草案文件得到模块,用于对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与所述制度名称对应的制度草案文件。
一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求;
从所述制度立项请求中提取制度名称和制度起草计划;
根据所述制度起草计划中的制度章节标识和与所述章节标识对应的起草人员账号,生成所述起草人员账号对应的制度起草任务;
将所述制度起草任务发送至以所述起草人员账号登录的第二终端;
接收各第二终端根据所述制度起草任务返回的部分制度起草内容;及
对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与所述制度名称对应的制度草案文件。
一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求;
从所述制度立项请求中提取制度名称和制度起草计划;
根据所述制度起草计划中的制度章节标识和与所述章节标识对应的起草人员账号,生成所述起草人员账号对应的制度起草任务;
将所述制度起草任务发送至以所述起草人员账号登录的第二终端;
接收各第二终端根据所述制度起草任务返回的部分制度起草内容;及
对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与所述制度名称对应的制度草案文件。

为了使本申请的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请提供的制度立项信息处理方法,可以应用于如图1所示的应用环境中。终端102、终端104和终端106通过网络与服务器108通过网络进行通信。终端102、终端104和终端106可以但不限于是各种个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑和便携式可穿戴设备,服务器108可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,提供了一种制度立项信息处理方法,以该方法应用于图1中的服务器为例进行说明,包括以下步骤:
S202,接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求。
具体地,第一终端检测登录页面中的登录请求被点击时,获取登录页面中输入制度管理员账号和密码,根据获取到的制度管理员账号和密码生成登录请求,将登录请求发送至服务器。
服务器在接收到第一终端发送的登录请求后,提取登录请求中的制度管理员账号和密码,验证提取到的制度管理员账号和密码是否匹配,若匹配,服务器向第一终端返回制度管理页面数据。
第一终端在接收到制度管理页面数据后,根据制度管理页面数据展示制度管理页面。第一终端检测获取制度管理页面中输入的制度名称和制度起草计划,根据获取到的制度名称和制度起草计划生成制度立项请求,将制度立项请求发送至服务器。其中,制度起草计划为用于对制度草案进行起草所依据的计划信息。
S204,从制度立项请求中提取制度名称和制度起草计划。
具体地,服务器在接收到第一终端发送的制度立项请求后,对制度立项请求进行解析,通过解析提取制度立项请求中的制度名称和制度起草计划。制度名称为待立项的制度的唯一标识。
S206,根据制度起草计划中的制度章节标识和与制度章节标识对应的起草人员账号,生成起草人员账号对应的制度起草任务。
具体地,制度起草计划中包括制度章节标识和起草人员账号,还可包括制度起草截止时间、关联制度文件名称、立项目的、制度摘要、制度起草部门标识和制度起草开始时间中的至少一种。服务器提取制度起草计划中的各制度章节标识和各制度章节标识分别对应的起草人员账号,根据每个起草人员账号和对应的制度章节标识生成制度起草任务。
S208,将制度起草任务发送至以起草人员账号登录的第二终端。
具体地,服务器在生成每个起草人员账号对应的制度起草任务后,获取每个起草人员账号对应的终端地址,根据终端地址将每个起草人员账号对应的制度起草任务分别发送至以每个起草人员账号登录的第二终端。
在一些实施例中,服务器将生成的制度起草任务后添加到任务发送列表中,从任务发送列表中读取制度起草任务,从读取到的制度起草任务中提取起草人员账号,查询以提取到的起草人员账号登录的第二终端的终端地址,根据查询到的终端地址将读取到的制度起草任务发送至第二终端。
S210,接收各第二终端根据制度起草任务返回的部分制度起草内容。
具体地,以起草人员账号登录的各第二终端在接收到制度起草任务后,对制度起草任务进行解析,通过解析提取制度起草任务中制度起草信息,将制度起草信息展示在制度起草页面中。第二终端检测到制度起草页面中的起草内容递交按钮被点击时,获取制度起草页面中输入的与制度起草信息中制度章节标识对应的部门制度起草内容,将获取到的部门制度起草内容发送至服务器。服务器接收各第二终端返回的部分制度起草内容。
S212,对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与制度名称对应的制度草案文件。
具体地,服务器在接收到各第二终端发送的各部门制度起草内容,确定各部门制度起草内容分别对应的制度章节标识,根据各部门制度起草内容分别对应的制度章节标识的顺序对各部分制度起草内容进行排序,通过排序得到与制度名称对应的完整的制度草案文件。
本实施例中,在接收到以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求,根据制度立项请求中的制度名称和制度起草计划生成制度起草任务,将生成的制度起草任务进行分配,保证各起草人员根据通过第二终端接收到制度起草任务快速进行制度起草,根据各第二终端返回的部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到完整的制度草案文件,减少了人工线下操作,提高了制度起草任务的分配速度和制度草案文件的生成速度,从而提高了制度 立项信息的处理效率。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,S202具体包括生成制度立项请求的步骤,该步骤具体包括以下内容:
S302,接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的新增立项请求。
具体地,第一终端检测到制度管理页面中检测到新增立项按钮被点击时,触发与新增立项按钮对应的新增立项请求,将触发的新增立项请求发送至服务器。服务器接收第一终端发送的新增立项请求。
S304,根据新增立项请求向第一终端返回信息录入页面数据,使第一终端根据信息录入页面数据展示制度信息录入页面。
具体地,服务器在接收到新增立项请求后,根据新增立项请求查询信息录入页面数据,将信息录入页面数据发送至第一终端。第一终端接收服务器返回的信息录入页面数据,根据信息录入页面数据展示制度信息录入页面。
S306,接收第一终端根据发送的关联单位查询请求;关联单位查询请求为第一终端在制度信息录入页面中,检测到关联单位录入按钮被点击时触发的。
具体地,第一终端在展示信息录入页面后,检测到信息录入页面中的管理单位录入按钮被点击时,触发关联单位查询请求,将触发的关联单位查询请求发送至服务器。服务器接收第一终端发送的关联单位查询请求。
S308,根据关联单位查询请求向第一终端返回单位名称列表,使第一终端根据触发的选择指令从单位名称列表中选择的单位名称录入制度信息录入页面。
具体地,服务器在接收到关联单位查询请求后,查询单位名称列表,提取关联单位查询请求中的终端地址,根据提取到的终端地址将查询到的查询单位名称列表发送至第一终端。第一终端将接收到的单位名称列表,将单位名称列表展示在制度信息录入页面,检测展示的单位名称列表中的选择的单位名称,将选择的单位名称录入制度信息录入页面中输入框中。
S310,接收第一终端根据制度信息录入页面中录入的制度基本信息生成的制度立项请求。
具体地,第一终端在检测到制度信息录入页面中的信息提交按钮被点击时,获取制度信息录入页面中录入的制度基本信息,根据制度基本信息生成制度立项请求,将制度立项请求发送至服务器。
其中,制度基本信息包括起草人员账号和制度起草计划。
本实施例中,在接收到第一终端发送的新增立项请求后,将信息录入页面数据发送至第一终端,使第一终端根据信息录入页面数据展示信息录入页面,保证信息录入的准确性。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,S212之后具体还包括发送制度文件的步骤,该步骤具体还包括以下内容:
S402,接收第一终端的草案查询请求。
具体地,服务器对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与制度名称对应的制度草案文件后,将制度草案文件存储到制度文件库中。第一终端检测到制度管理页面中的草案查询按钮被点击时,获取草案查询按钮对应的制度名称,根据获取到的制度名称生成草案查询请求,将草案查询请求发送至服务器。其中,草案查询请求用于从制度文件库中查询制度文件的请求。
S404,根据草案查询请求中的制度名称查询关联文件名称。
具体地,服务器在接收到草案查询请求中,对草案查询请求进行解析,通过解析提取草案查询请求中的制度名称,根据制度文件之间的关联关系查询与提取到的制度名称对应的关联文件名称。
S406,根据制度名称和关联文件名称,从制度文件库中查询相应的制度草案文件和关联制度文件。
具体地,服务器根据制度名称从制度文件库中查询制度草案文件,根据关联文件名称从制度文件库中查询与关联文件名称对应的关联制度文件。其中,关联制度文件为与制度草案文件存在引用关系的制度文件。
S408,将查询到的制度草案文件和关联制度文件发送至第一终端。
具体地,服务器在查询到制度草案文件和关联制度文件后,提取草案查询请求中的终端地址,根据提取到的终端地址将制度草案文件和关联制度文件发送至第一终端。
S410,接收第一终端根据制度草案文件返回的草案修改请求。
具体地,第一终端将接收到制度草案文件和关联制度文件后,在制度管理页面中展示制度草案文件的制度名称和关联制度文件的关联文件名称,第一终端在检测到制度管理页面中制度名称和关联文件名称被点击时,在制度管理页面中展示制度草案文件和关联制度文件。第一终端检测到制度管理页面中的草案修改按钮被点击时,获取输入的草案修改内容和制度名称,根据获取到的修改内容和制度名称生成草案修改请求,将草案修改请求发送至服务器。服务器接收第一终端发送的草案修改请求。
S412,提取草案修改请求中制度名称和草案修改内容。
具体地,服务器在接收到草案修改请求后,对草案修改请求进行解析,通过解析从草案修改请求中提取制度名称和草案修改内容。其中,草案修改内容为制度管理员对制度草案文件和制度信息进行修改后的内容。
S414,根据草案修改内容对制度名称对应的制度草案文件进行修改,并生成草案修改记录。
具体地,服务器根据制度名称查询制度草案文件,根据草案修改内容对查询到的制度草案文件进行修改,将修改后的制度草案文件与制度名称对应存储。服务器提取草案修改请求中的制度管理员账号、修改内容和制度草案名称,记录修改时间,根据修改时间、提取到的制度管理员账号、修改内容和制度草案名称生成草案修改记录并存储。
本实施例中,在接收到第一终端的草案查询请求后,根据草案查询请求将制度草案文件和关联制度文件发送至第一终端,以便制度管理员通过第一终端对制度草案文件进行修改。在接收到第一终端返回的草案修改请求,根据草案修改请求中的草案修改内容对制度草案文件进行修改,提高了制度草案文件的修改效率。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,S212之后具体还包括分发制度文件的步骤,该步骤具体包括以下内容:
S502,接收第一终端的制度草案分发请求。
具体地,第一终端在制度管理页面展示制度名称,检测到展示的制度名称被点击时,展示制度名称对应的分发信息录入页面。第一终端在检测到分发信息录入页面中的分发信息提交按钮被点击时,获取分发信息录入页面中录入的制度名称和分发账号,根据获取到的制度名称和分发账号生成制度草案分发请求。其中,分发账号是指将制度名称发送至目的终端所登录的账号。
S504,提取制度草案分发请求中制度名称和分发账号。
具体地,服务器接收第一终端发送的制度草案分发请求,对制度草案分发请求进行解析,通过解析从制度草案分发请求中提取制度名称和分发账号。
S506,从制度文件库查询与提取到的制度名称对应的制度草案文件。
具体地,服务器在提取到制度名称后,在制度文件库中查询与提取到的制度名称对应的制度草案文件。
S508,将提取到的制度草案文件发送至以分发账号登录的第三终端。
具体地,服务器中存储着以分发账号登录的第三终端的终端地址,其中终端地址与分发账号对应存储。服务器在存储的终端地址中查询与提取到的分发账号对应的终端地址,根据查询到的终端地址将提取到的制度草案文件发送至第三终端。分发账号对应的人员可以通过第三终端对制度草案文件进行学习或查看。
本实施例中,接收到第一终端的制度草案分发请求,可直接根据制度草案分发请求中的分发账号,将制度草案文件发送至以分发账号登录的第三终端,避免了线下分发的步骤,提高了制度草案文件的分发效率。
应该理解的是,虽然图2-5的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图2-5中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。
在一些实施例中,如图6所示,提供了一种制度立项信息处理装置600,包括:立项 请求接收模块602、立项请求解析模块604、起草任务生成模块606、起草任务发送模块608、起草内容接收模块610和草案文件得到模块612,其中:
立项请求接收模块602,用于接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求。
立项请求解析模块604,用于从制度立项请求中提取制度名称和制度起草计划。
起草任务生成模块606,用于根据制度起草计划中的制度章节标识和与章节标识对应的起草人员账号,生成起草人员账号对应的制度起草任务。
起草任务发送模块608,用于将制度起草任务发送至以起草人员账号登录的第二终端。
起草内容接收模块610,用于接收各第二终端根据制度起草任务返回的部分制度起草内容。
草案文件得到模块612,用于对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与制度名称对应的制度草案文件。
本实施例中,在接收到以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求,根据制度立项请求中的制度名称和制度起草计划生成制度起草任务,将生成的制度起草任务进行分配,保证各起草人员根据通过第二终端接收到制度起草任务快速进行制度起草,根据各第二终端返回的部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到完整的制度草案文件,减少了人工线下操作,提高了制度起草任务的分配速度和制度草案文件的生成速度,从而提高了制度立项信息的处理效率。
在一些实施例中,立项请求接收模块602还用于接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的新增立项请求;根据新增立项请求向第一终端返回信息录入页面数据,使第一终端根据信息录入页面数据展示制度信息录入页面;接收第一终端根据制度信息录入页面中录入的制度基本信息生成的制度立项请求。
在一些实施例中,立项请求接收模块602还用于接收第一终端根据发送的关联单位查询请求;关联单位查询请求为第一终端在制度信息录入页面中,检测到关联单位录入按钮被点击时触发的;根据关联单位查询请求向第一终端返回单位名称列表,使第一终端根据触发的选择指令从单位名称列表中选择的单位名称录入制度信息录入页面。
本实施例中,在接收到第一终端发送的新增立项请求后,将信息录入页面数据发送至第一终端,使第一终端根据信息录入页面数据展示信息录入页面,保证信息录入的准确性。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,制度立项信息处理装置600具体还包括:查询请求接收模块614、文件名称查询模块616、制度文件查询模块618、制度文件发送模块620、修改请求接收模块622、修改内容提取模块624和草案文件修改模块626。
查询请求接收模块614,用于接收第一终端的草案查询请求。
文件名称查询模块616,用于根据草案查询请求中的制度名称查询关联文件名称。
制度文件查询模块618,用于根据制度名称和关联文件名称,从制度文件库中查询相应的制度草案文件和关联制度文件。
制度文件发送模块620,用于将查询到的制度草案文件和关联制度文件发送至第一终端。
修改请求接收模块622,用于接收第一终端根据制度草案文件返回的草案修改请求。
修改内容提取模块624,用于提取草案修改请求中制度名称和草案修改内容。
草案文件修改模块626,用于根据草案修改内容对制度名称对应的制度草案文件进行修改,并生成草案修改记录。
本实施例中,在接收到第一终端的草案查询请求后,根据草案查询请求将制度草案文件和关联制度文件发送至第一终端,以便制度管理员通过第一终端对制度草案文件进行修改。在接收到第一终端返回的草案修改请求,根据草案修改请求中的草案修改内容对制度草案文件进行修改,提高了制度草案文件的修改效率。
在一些实施例中,如图8所示,制度立项信息处理装置600具体还包括:分发请求接收模块628、分发账号提取模块630、草案文件查询模块632和草案文件分发模块634。
分发请求接收模块628,用于接收第一终端的制度草案分发请求。
分发账号提取模块630,用于提取制度草案分发请求中制度名称和分发账号。
草案文件查询模块632,用于从制度文件库查询与提取到的制度名称对应的制度草案文件。
草案文件分发模块634,用于将提取到的制度草案文件发送至以分发账号登录的第三终端。
本实施例中,接收到第一终端的制度草案分发请求,可直接根据制度草案分发请求中的分发账号,将制度草案文件发送至以分发账号登录的第三终端,避免了线下分发的步骤,提高了制度草案文件的分发效率。
关于制度立项信息处理装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于制度立项信息处理方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述制度立项信息处理装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
在一些实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是服务器,其内部结构图可以如图9所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口和数据库。该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性计算机可读存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性计算机可读存储介质存储有操作系统、计算机可读指令和数据库。该内存储器为非易失性计算机可读存储介质中的操作系统和计算机可读指令的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的数据库用于存储制度立项信息。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机可读指令被处理器执 行时以实现一种制度立项信息处理方法。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图9中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。

在一些实施例中,根据新增立项请求向第一终端返回信息录入页面数据,使第一终端根据信息录入页面数据展示制度信息录入页面之后,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:接收第一终端根据发送的关联单位查询请求;关联单位查询请求为第一终端在制度信息录入页面中,检测到关联单位录入按钮被点击时触发的;根据关联单位查询请求向第一终端返回单位名称列表,使第一终端根据触发的选择指令从单位名称列表中选择的单位名称录入制度信息录入页面。
在一些实施例中,对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与制度名称对应的制度草案文件之后,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:接收第一终端的草案查询请求;根据草案查询请求中的制度名称查询关联文件名称;根据制度名称和关联文件名称,从制度文件库中查询相应的制度草案文件和关联制度文件;将查询到的制度草案文件和关联制度文件发送至第一终端。
在一些实施例中,将查询到的制度草案文件和关联制度文件发送至第一终端之后,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:接收第一终端根据制度草案文件返回的草案修改请求;提取草案修改请求中制度名称和草案修改内容;根据草案修改内容对制度名称对应的制度草案文件进行修改,并生成草案修改记录。
在一些实施例中,对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与制度名称对应的制度草案文件之后,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:接收第一终端的制度草案分发请求;提取制度草案分发请求中制度名称和分发账号;从制度文件库查询与提取到的制度名称对应的制度草案文件;将提取到的制度草案文件发送至以分发账号登录的 第三终端。
本实施例中,在接收到以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求,根据制度立项请求中的制度名称和制度起草计划生成制度起草任务,将生成的制度起草任务进行分配,保证各起草人员根据通过第二终端接收到制度起草任务快速进行制度起草,根据各第二终端返回的部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到完整的制度草案文件,减少了人工线下操作,提高了制度起草任务的分配速度和制度草案文件的生成速度,从而提高了制度立项信息的处理效率。
在一些实施例中,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求;从制度立项请求中提取制度名称和制度起草计划;根据制度起草计划中的制度章节标识和与章节标识对应的起草人员账号,生成起草人员账号对应的制度起草任务;将制度起草任务发送至以起草人员账号登录的第二终端;接收各第二终端根据制度起草任务返回的部分制度起草内容;对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与制度名称对应的制度草案文件。
在一些实施例中,接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求,包括:接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的新增立项请求;根据新增立项请求向第一终端返回信息录入页面数据,使第一终端根据信息录入页面数据展示制度信息录入页面;接收第一终端根据制度信息录入页面中录入的制度基本信息生成的制度立项请求。
在一些实施例中,根据新增立项请求向第一终端返回信息录入页面数据,使第一终端根据信息录入页面数据展示制度信息录入页面之后,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:接收第一终端根据发送的关联单位查询请求;关联单位查询请求为第一终端在制度信息录入页面中,检测到关联单位录入按钮被点击时触发的;根据关联单位查询请求向第一终端返回单位名称列表,使第一终端根据触发的选择指令从单位名称列表中选择的单位名称录入制度信息录入页面。
在一些实施例中,对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与制度名称对应的制度草案文件之后,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:接收第一终端的草案查询请求;根据草案查询请求中的制度名称查询关联文件名称;根据制度名称和关联文件名称,从制度文件库中查询相应的制度草案文件和关联制度文件;将查询到的制度草案文件和关联制度文件发送至第一终端。
在一些实施例中,将查询到的制度草案文件和关联制度文件发送至第一终端之后,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:接收第一终端根据制度草案文件返回的草案修改请求;提取草案修改请求中制度名称和草案修改内容;根据草案修改内容对制度名称对应的制度草案文件进行修改,并生成草案修改记录。
在一些实施例中,对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与制度名称对应 的制度草案文件之后,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:接收第一终端的制度草案分发请求;提取制度草案分发请求中制度名称和分发账号;从制度文件库查询与提取到的制度名称对应的制度草案文件;将提取到的制度草案文件发送至以分发账号登录的第三终端。
本实施例中,在接收到以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求,根据制度立项请求中的制度名称和制度起草计划生成制度起草任务,将生成的制度起草任务进行分配,保证各起草人员根据通过第二终端接收到制度起草任务快速进行制度起草,根据各第二终端返回的部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到完整的制度草案文件,减少了人工线下操作,提高了制度起草任务的分配速度和制度草案文件的生成速度,从而提高了制度立项信息的处理效率。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机可读指令来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机可读指令可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该计算机可读指令在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,本申请所提供的各实施例中所使用的对存储器、存储、数据库或其它介质的任何引用,均可包括非易失性和/或易失性存储器。非易失性存储器可包括只读存储器(ROM)、可编程ROM(PROM)、电可编程ROM(EPROM)、电可擦除可编程ROM(EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可包括随机存取存储器(RAM)或者外部高速缓冲存储器。作为说明而非局限,RAM以多种形式可得,诸如静态RAM(SRAM)、动态RAM(DRAM)、同步DRAM(SDRAM)、双数据率SDRAM(DDRSDRAM)、增强型SDRAM(ESDRAM)、同步链路(Synchlink)DRAM(SLDRAM)、存储器总线(Rambus)直接RAM(RDRAM)、直接存储器总线动态RAM(DRDRAM)、以及存储器总线动态RAM(RDRAM)等。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种制度立项信息处理方法,包括:
    接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求;
    从所述制度立项请求中提取制度名称和制度起草计划;
    根据所述制度起草计划中的制度章节标识和与所述章节标识对应的起草人员账号,生成所述起草人员账号对应的制度起草任务;
    将所述制度起草任务发送至以所述起草人员账号登录的第二终端;
    接收各第二终端根据所述制度起草任务返回的部分制度起草内容;及
    对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与所述制度名称对应的制度草案文件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求,包括:
    接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的新增立项请求;
    根据所述新增立项请求向所述第一终端返回信息录入页面数据,使所述第一终端根据所述信息录入页面数据展示制度信息录入页面;及
    接收所述第一终端根据所述制度信息录入页面中录入的制度基本信息生成的制度立项请求。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述新增立项请求向所述第一终端返回信息录入页面数据,使所述第一终端根据所述信息录入页面数据展示制度信息录入页面之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第一终端根据发送的关联单位查询请求;所述关联单位查询请求为所述第一终端在所述制度信息录入页面中,检测到关联单位录入按钮被点击时触发的;及
    根据所述关联单位查询请求向所述第一终端返回单位名称列表,使所述第一终端根据触发的选择指令从所述单位名称列表中选择的单位名称录入所述制度信息录入页面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与所述制度名称对应的制度草案文件之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第一终端的草案查询请求;
    根据所述草案查询请求中的制度名称查询关联文件名称;
    根据所述制度名称和所述关联文件名称,从制度文件库中查询相应的制度草案文件和关联制度文件;及
    将查询到的制度草案文件和关联制度文件发送至所述第一终端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将查询到的制度草案文件和关联制度文件发送至所述第一终端之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第一终端根据所述制度草案文件返回的草案修改请求;
    提取所述草案修改请求中制度名称和草案修改内容;及
    根据所述草案修改内容对所述制度名称对应的制度草案文件进行修改,并生成草案修改记录。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与所述制度名称对应的制度草案文件之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第一终端的制度草案分发请求;
    提取所述制度草案分发请求中制度名称和分发账号;
    从制度文件库查询与提取到的制度名称对应的制度草案文件;及
    将提取到的制度草案文件发送至以分发账号登录的第三终端。
  7. 一种制度立项信息处理装置,包括:
    立项请求接收模块,用于接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求;
    立项请求解析模块,用于从所述制度立项请求中提取制度名称和制度起草计划;
    起草任务生成模块,用于根据所述制度起草计划中的制度章节标识和与所述章节标识对应的起草人员账号,生成所述起草人员账号对应的制度起草任务;
    起草任务发送模块,用于将所述制度起草任务发送至以所述起草人员账号登录的第二终端;
    起草内容接收模块,用于接收各第二终端根据所述制度起草任务返回的部分制度起草内容;及
    草案文件得到模块,用于对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与所述制度名称对应的制度草案文件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述立项请求接收模块还用于接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的新增立项请求;根据所述新增立项请求向所述第一终端返回信息录入页面数据,使所述第一终端根据所述信息录入页面数据展示制度信息录入页面;接收所述第一终端根据所述制度信息录入页面中录入的制度基本信息生成的制度立项请求。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述立项请求接收模块还用于接收所述第一终端根据发送的关联单位查询请求;所述关联单位查询请求为所述第一终端在所述制度信息录入页面中,检测到关联单位录入按钮被点击时触发的;根据所述关联单位查询请求向所述第一终端返回单位名称列表,使所述第一终端根据触发的选择指令从所述单位名称列表中选择的单位名称录入所述制度信息录入页面。
  10. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求;
    从所述制度立项请求中提取制度名称和制度起草计划;
    根据所述制度起草计划中的制度章节标识和与所述章节标识对应的起草人员账号,生成所述起草人员账号对应的制度起草任务;
    将所述制度起草任务发送至以所述起草人员账号登录的第二终端;
    接收各第二终端根据所述制度起草任务返回的部分制度起草内容;及
    对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与所述制度名称对应的制度草案文件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求,包括:
    接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的新增立项请求;
    根据所述新增立项请求向所述第一终端返回信息录入页面数据,使所述第一终端根据所述信息录入页面数据展示制度信息录入页面;及
    接收所述第一终端根据所述制度信息录入页面中录入的制度基本信息生成的制度立项请求。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    接收所述第一终端根据发送的关联单位查询请求;所述关联单位查询请求为所述第一终端在所述制度信息录入页面中,检测到关联单位录入按钮被点击时触发的;及
    根据所述关联单位查询请求向所述第一终端返回单位名称列表,使所述第一终端根据触发的选择指令从所述单位名称列表中选择的单位名称录入所述制度信息录入页面。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    接收所述第一终端的草案查询请求;
    根据所述草案查询请求中的制度名称查询关联文件名称;
    根据所述制度名称和所述关联文件名称,从制度文件库中查询相应的制度草案文件和关联制度文件;及
    将查询到的制度草案文件和关联制度文件发送至所述第一终端。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    接收所述第一终端根据所述制度草案文件返回的草案修改请求;
    提取所述草案修改请求中制度名称和草案修改内容;及
    根据所述草案修改内容对所述制度名称对应的制度草案文件进行修改,并生成草案修改记录。
  15. 根据权利要求10-14任一项所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所 述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    接收所述第一终端的制度草案分发请求;
    提取所述制度草案分发请求中制度名称和分发账号;
    从制度文件库查询与提取到的制度名称对应的制度草案文件;及
    将提取到的制度草案文件发送至以分发账号登录的第三终端。
  16. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求;
    从所述制度立项请求中提取制度名称和制度起草计划;
    根据所述制度起草计划中的制度章节标识和与所述章节标识对应的起草人员账号,生成所述起草人员账号对应的制度起草任务;
    将所述制度起草任务发送至以所述起草人员账号登录的第二终端;
    接收各第二终端根据所述制度起草任务返回的部分制度起草内容;及
    对接收到的各部分制度起草内容进行整合,得到与所述制度名称对应的制度草案文件。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度立项请求,包括:
    接收以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的新增立项请求;
    根据所述新增立项请求向所述第一终端返回信息录入页面数据,使所述第一终端根据所述信息录入页面数据展示制度信息录入页面;及
    接收所述第一终端根据所述制度信息录入页面中录入的制度基本信息生成的制度立项请求。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    接收所述第一终端根据发送的关联单位查询请求;所述关联单位查询请求为所述第一终端在所述制度信息录入页面中,检测到关联单位录入按钮被点击时触发的;及
    根据所述关联单位查询请求向所述第一终端返回单位名称列表,使所述第一终端根据触发的选择指令从所述单位名称列表中选择的单位名称录入所述制度信息录入页面。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    接收所述第一终端的草案查询请求;
    根据所述草案查询请求中的制度名称查询关联文件名称;
    根据所述制度名称和所述关联文件名称,从制度文件库中查询相应的制度草案文件和关联制度文件;及
    将查询到的制度草案文件和关联制度文件发送至所述第一终端。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    接收所述第一终端根据所述制度草案文件返回的草案修改请求;
    提取所述草案修改请求中制度名称和草案修改内容;及
    根据所述草案修改内容对所述制度名称对应的制度草案文件进行修改,并生成草案修改记录。
