技术领域
本申请涉及一种制度学习记录生成方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。
背景技术
随着计算机技术的发展,越来越多的业务信息都是通过计算机来处理。随着业务种类越来越多,信息量也越来越多,需要对数据进行各种操作。
然而,发明人意识到,目前传统的制度的学习信息的处理,都是有线下人工计算通过开展制度培训会议来促进员工对制度的学习,从而通过签到表对员工的学习情况进行监督,从而生成制度学习信息,导致制度学习信息的生成效率低下。
发明内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种制度学习记录生成方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。
一种制度学习记录生成方法,包括:
获取处于发布状态的制度名称;
根据所述制度名称生成制度学习通知;
将所述制度学习通知发送至以所述制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端;
接收所述终端根据所述制度学习通知返回的制度文件学习请求;
根据所述制度文件学习请求向所述终端返回制度文件;
获取所述终端展示所述制度文件的展示时长;及
根据获取到的展示时长生成与所述员工账号对应的制度学习记录。
一种制度学习记录生成装置,包括:
制度名称获取模块,用于获取处于发布状态的制度名称;
学习通知生成模块,用于根据所述制度名称生成制度学习通知;
学习通知发送模块,用于将所述制度学习通知发送至以所述制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端;
学习请求接收模块,用于接收所述终端根据所述制度学习通知返回的制度文件学习请求;
制度文件返回模块,用于根据所述制度文件学习请求向所述终端返回制度文件;
展示时长获取模块,用于获取所述终端展示所述制度文件的展示时长;及
学习记录生成模块,用于根据获取到的展示时长生成与所述员工账号对应的制度学习记录。
一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
获取处于发布状态的制度名称;
根据所述制度名称生成制度学习通知;
将所述制度学习通知发送至以所述制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端;
接收所述终端根据所述制度学习通知返回的制度文件学习请求;
根据所述制度文件学习请求向所述终端返回制度文件;
获取所述终端展示所述制度文件的展示时长;及

为了使本申请的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请提供的制度学习记录生成方法,可以应用于如图1所示的应用环境中。终端102通过网络与服务器104通过网络进行通信。终端102可以但不限于是各种个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑和便携式可穿戴设备,服务器104可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,提供了一种制度学习记录生成方法,以该方法应用于图1中的服务器为例进行说明,包括以下步骤:
S202,获取处于发布状态的制度名称。
具体地,服务器中存储着制度名称,以及制度名称对应的状态信息和制度文件,每个制度名称存储着对应的状态。服务器查询发布状态对应的制度名称,获取查询到的制度名称。
S204,根据制度名称生成制度学习通知。
具体地,服务器在获取到处于发布状态的制度名称,对制度名称进行封装,通过封装生成制度学习通知。制度学习通知用于通知员工对制度名称对应的制度文件进行学习的通知信息。
S206,将制度学习通知发送至以制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端。
具体地,服务器查询与制度名称对应的部门标识,提取与查询到的部门标识对应的员工账号。服务器获取与提取到的员工账号对应的终端地址,根据获取到的终端地址将制度学习通知发送至以提取到的员工账号登录的终端。
在一些实施例中,S206具体包括以下内容:查询制度名称对应的部门标识;获取与部门标识对应的员工账号列表;将制度学习通知发送至以员工账号列表中各员工账号登录的各终端。
具体地,服务器中存储着制度名称对应的部门标识和各部门标识对应的员工账号列 表,部门标识为需要对制度名称对应的部门单位需要对制度名称对应的制度文件进行学习。服务器将生成的制度学习通知后,查询与制度名称对应的部门标识,获取与部门鄙视对应的员工账号列表,从员工账号列表中读取员工账号,根据读取到的员工账号将制度学习通知发送至以终端。
S208,接收终端根据制度学习通知返回的制度文件学习请求。
具体地,终端在接收到制度学习通知后,提取制度学习通知中的制度名称,将提取到的制度名称展示制度管理页面中。终端在检测到制度管理页面中的制度名称被点击时,获取被点击的制度名称,根据获取的制度名称生成制度文件学习请求,将制度文件学习请求发送至服务器。服务器接收终端发送的制度文件学习请求。
S210,根据制度文件学习请求向终端返回制度文件。
具体地,服务器在接收到制度文件学习请求后,对制度文件学习请求进行解析,通过解析提取制度学习文件请求中的制度名称,从制度文件库中查询与提取到的制度名称对应的制度文件,将查询到的制度文件返回至终端。
在一些实施例中,S210具体还包括以下内容:提取制度文件学习请求中的制度名称;查询与制度名称对应的制度文件和制度关联文件;将制度文件和制度关联文件发送至终端。
具体地,服务器在接收到制度文件学习请求后,提取制度文件学习请求中的制度名称,查询是否存在与提取到的制度名称对应的制度关联文件,若存在,根据提取到的制度名称从制度文件库中获取制度文件和制度关联文件,将获取到的制度文件和制度关联文件返回至终端;若不存在,则根据提取到的制度名称从制度文件库中获取制度文件,将获取到的制度文件发送至终端。
S212,获取终端展示制度文件的展示时长。
具体地,终端在接收到服务器返回的制度文件后,将制度文件展示在制度管理页面中,并开始计时;终端在检测到制度管理页面展示的制度文件被关闭时,停止计时,将所计时长作为展示时长发送至服务器。
在一些实施例中,服务器在将获取到的制度文件发送至终端时,获取当前时间,以当前时间作为终端展示制度文件的展示开始时间点,并将展示开始时间点与获取到的制度文件的制度名称对应存储。终端接收到服务器发送的制度文件时,将制度文件展示在制度管理页面中,终端在检测到展示的制度文件被关闭时,提取被关闭的制度文件的制度名称和展示结束时间点,根据提取到的制度名称和展示结束时间点生成文件展示结束通知,将文件展示结束通知发送至服务器。服务器接收到文件展示结束通知后,提取文件展示结束通知中的制度名称和展示结束时间点,查询制度名称对应的展示开始时间点,将展示结束时间点减去展示开始时间点得到制度名称对应的制度文件的展示时长。
S214,根据获取到的展示时长生成与终端中登录的员工账号对应的制度学习记录。
具体地,服务器根据获取到的展示时长和制度名称与终端中登录的员工账号对应存 储,以获取到的展示时长作为员工账号对应的学习时长,生成员工账号对应的制度学习记录。
本实施例中,获取处于发布状态的制度名称,根据制度名称生成制度学习通知,将制度学习通知发送至以制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端,以通知员工对发布的制度进行学习。在接收到终端根据制度学习通知返回的制度文件学习请求,根据制度文件学习请求向终端返回制度文件,获取终端展示制度文件的展示时长,根据获取到的展示时长生成员工账号对应的制度学习记录。无需线下组织相应的培训,直接根据终端的对制度文件展示时长生成制度学习记录,提高了制度学习记录的生成效率。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,制度学习记录生成方法具体还包括查询废止文件的步骤,该步骤具体包括以下内容:
S302,定期获取各制度名称对应的状态。
具体地,服务器定期获取各制度名称,并根据各制度名称查询制度基本信息,在查询到的基本信息中提取状态,得到各制度名称对应的状态。状体可以包括有效状态、废止状态和即将过期状态。
S304,根据获取到的状态从各制度名称中,提取处于废止状态的制度名称。
具体地,服务器在获取到各制度名称对应的状态后,根据获取到的状态从各制度名称中提取处于废止状态的制度名称。
S306,将提取到的制度名称存储至废止制度库。
具体地,服务器中设置有废止制度库,废止制度库用于存储处于废止状态的制度名称,还可以存储处于废止状态的制度名称所对应的制度文件。服务器在提取到的制度名称后,将提取到的制度名称存储至废止制度库中。
在一些实施例中,服务器在提取到的制度名称后,根据提取到的制度名称从制度文件库中查询制度文件,将查询到的制度文件和提取到的制度名称对应存储在废止制度库中。
S308,接收终端发送的废止制度库访问请求。
具体地,终端在检测到制度管理页面中的废止制度查询按钮被点击时,获取终端中登录的员工账号和废止制度库标识,根据获取到的员工账号和废止制度库标识生成废止制度库访问请求,将废止制度库访问请求发送至服务器。服务器接收终端发送的废止制度访问请求。
S310,获取废止制度库中各制度名称对应的制度信息。
具体地,废止制度库中还包括与各制度名称对应的制度信息,制度信息包括发布单位、承办人、有效期限和状态中的至少一种。服务器接收到制度库访问请求后,提取制度库访问请求中的员工账号和废止制度库标识。服务器对提取到员工账号进行验证,验证提取到的员工账号是否对废止制度库标识对应的废止制度库有访问权限。在验证到提取到的员工账号对废止制度库标识对应的废止制度库有访问权限时,服务器获取废止制度库中各 制度名称和各制度名称对应的制度信息。
S312,根据各制度名称和获取到的制度信息生成废止制度列表。
具体地,服务器在获取到各制度名称对应的制度信息后,将获取到的制度信息对应于制度名称添加到列表中,生成废止制度列表。
S314,将废止制度列表发送至终端。
具体地,服务器在生成废止制度列表后,将废止制度列表发送至终端。终端在接收到废止制度列表后,将废止制度列表展示在制度管理页面中。
本实施例中,通过设置废止制度库,将废止状态的制度名称存储在废止制度库中,以便在需要对已经废止的制度进行查阅时,直接从废止制度库中查询废止状态的制度,提高了废止制度的查询效率。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,制度学习记录生成方法具体还包括确定即将过期制度的步骤,该步骤具体包括以下内容:
S402,定期获取各制度名称对应的过期时间。
具体地,每个制度名称对应的制度文件都要过期时间,过期时间为制度文件的生效截止时间。超过过期时间的制度文件为失效的制度文件。服务器定期获取各制度名称对应的过期时间。
S404,根据获取到的过期时间和当前时间确定各制度名称对应的过期时间差。
具体地,过期时间差为制度名称对应的制度文件距离过期时间的时长。服务器根据获取到的过期时间与当前时间相减得到过期时间差。
S406,根据过期时间差确定即将过期的制度对应的制度名称。
具体地,服务器在获取到各个制度名称对应的过期时间差后,将每个制度名称对应的过期时间差与预设时间差进行比较,从制度名称中选取过期时间差小于等于预设时间差的制度名称,选取的制度名称为即将过期的制度对应的制度名称。
S408,将确定的制度名称存储至即将过期库。
具体地,服务器在确定即将过期的制度对应的制度名称时,将确定的制度名称存储至即将过期库中。
在一些实施例中,服务器还可以根据确定的制度名称在制度文件库中查询制度文件,将查询到的制度文件相应的制度名称对应存储至即将过期库中。
本实施例中,在确定即将过期的制度对应的制度名称,将制度名称直接存储在即将过期库中,通过即将过期库对即将过期的制度进行管理,从而提高即将过期制度的管理效率。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,S408之后具体还包括访问即将过期库的步骤,该步骤具体包括以下内容:
S502,接收终端发送的即将过期制度查询请求。
具体地,终端检测到制度管理页面中的过期制度查询按钮被点击时,获取输入的关 键词,根据获取到的关键词生成即将过期制度查询请求,将即将过期制度查询请求发送至服务器。服务器接收终端发送的即将过期制度查询请求。
S504,提取即将过期制度查询请求中的关键词。
具体地,服务器在接收到终端发送的即将过期制度查询请求后,对即将过期制度查询请求进行解析,通过解析提取即将过期制度查询请求中的关键词。
S506,在即将过期库中的制度文件中查询与提取到的关键词匹配的制度名称。
具体地,服务器在提取到即将过期制度查询请求中的关键词后,在即将过期库中的制度文件中,查询与提取到的关键词匹配的制度文件,获取查询到的制度文件的制度名称。
S508,根据查询到的制度名称对应的制度信息生成即将过期制度列表。
具体地,服务器在查询到制度名称后,在即将过期库中查询与查询到的制度信息对应的制度信息,将制度名称和制度信息对应添加到列表中,生成即将过期制度列表。
S510,将即将过期制度列表返回至终端。
具体地,服务器在生成即将过期制度列表后,将即将过期制度列表发送至终端。终端将接收到的即将过期制度列表展示在制度管理页面。
本实施例中,在接收到终端发送的即将过期制度查询请求后,根据即将过期制度查询请求中的关键词,查询匹配的制度文件对应的制度名称和制度信息,根据制度名称和制度信息生成即将过期制度列表,将即将过期制度列表发送至终端,提高了即将过期制度的查询准确率。
应该理解的是,虽然图2-5的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图2-5中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。

在一些实施例中,制度文件返回模块610还用于提取制度文件学习请求中的制度名称;查询与制度名称对应的制度文件和制度关联文件;将制度文件和制度关联文件发送至终端。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,制度学习记录生成装置600具体还包括以下内容:废止制度存储模块616和废止制度访问模块618。
废止制度存储模块616,用于定期获取各制度名称对应的状态;根据获取到的状态从各制度名称中,提取处于废止状态的制度名称;将提取到的制度名称存储至废止制度库。
废止制度访问模块618,用于接收终端发送的废止制度库访问请求;获取废止制度库中各制度名称对应的制度信息;根据各制度名称和获取到的制度信息生成废止制度列表;将废止制度列表发送至终端。

即将过期库访问模块622,用于接收终端发送的即将过期制度查询请求;提取即将过期制度查询请求中的关键词;在即将过期库中的制度文件中查询与提取到的关键词匹配的制度名称;根据查询到的制度名称对应的制度信息生成即将过期制度列表;将即将过期制度列表返回至终端。
本实施例中,在确定即将过期的制度对应的制度名称,将制度名称直接存储在即将过期库中,通过即将过期库对即将过期的制度进行管理,从而提高即将过期制度的管理效率。在接收到终端发送的即将过期制度查询请求后,根据即将过期制度查询请求中的关键词,查询匹配的制度文件对应的制度名称和制度信息,根据制度名称和制度信息生成即将过期制度列表,将即将过期制度列表发送至终端,提高了即将过期制度的查询准确率。
关于制度学习记录生成装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于制度学习记录生成方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述制度学习记录生成装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
在一些实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是服务器,其内部结构图可以如图9所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口和数据库。该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性计算机可读存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性计算机可读存储介质存储有操作系统、计算机可读指令和数据库。该内存储器为非易失性计算机可读存储介质中的操作系统和计算机可读指令的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的数据库用于存储制度学习数据、制度文件和制度信息。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时以实现一种制度学习记录生成方法。

在一些实施例中,将制度学习通知发送至以制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端,包括:查询制度名称对应的部门标识;获取与部门标识对应的员工账号列表;将制度学习通知发送至以员工账号列表中各员工账号登录的各终端。
在一些实施例中,根据制度文件学习请求向终端返回制度文件,包括:提取制度文件学习请求中的制度名称;查询与制度名称对应的制度文件和制度关联文件;将制度文件和制度关联文件发送至终端。
在一些实施例中,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:定期获取各制度名 称对应的状态;根据获取到的状态从各制度名称中,提取处于废止状态的制度名称;将提取到的制度名称存储至废止制度库。
在一些实施例中,将提取到的制度名称存储至废止制度库之后,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:接收终端发送的废止制度库访问请求;获取废止制度库中各制度名称对应的制度信息;根据各制度名称和获取到的制度信息生成废止制度列表;将废止制度列表发送至终端。
在一些实施例中,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:定期获取各制度名称对应的过期时间;根据获取到的过期时间和当前时间确定各制度名称对应的过期时间差;根据过期时间差确定即将过期的制度对应的制度名称;将确定的制度名称存储至即将过期库。
在一些实施例中,将确定的制度名称存储至即将过期库之后,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:接收终端发送的即将过期制度查询请求;提取即将过期制度查询请求中的关键词;在即将过期库中的制度文件中查询与提取到的关键词匹配的制度名称;根据查询到的制度名称对应的制度信息生成即将过期制度列表;将即将过期制度列表返回至终端。
本实施例中,获取处于发布状态的制度名称,根据制度名称生成制度学习通知,将制度学习通知发送至以制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端,以通知员工对发布的制度进行学习。在接收到终端根据制度学习通知返回的制度文件学习请求,根据制度文件学习请求向终端返回制度文件,获取终端展示制度文件的展示时长,根据获取到的展示时长生成员工账号对应的制度学习记录。无需线下组织相应的培训,直接根据终端的对制度文件展示时长生成制度学习记录,提高了制度学习记录的生成效率。
一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:获取处于发布状态的制度名称;根据制度名称生成制度学习通知;将制度学习通知发送至以制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端;接收终端根据制度学习通知返回的制度文件学习请求;根据制度文件学习请求向终端返回制度文件;获取终端展示制度文件的展示时长;根据获取到的展示时长生成与员工账号对应的制度学习记录。
在一些实施例中,将制度学习通知发送至以制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端,包括:查询制度名称对应的部门标识;获取与部门标识对应的员工账号列表;将制度学习通知发送至以员工账号列表中各员工账号登录的各终端。
在一些实施例中,根据制度文件学习请求向终端返回制度文件,包括:提取制度文件学习请求中的制度名称;查询与制度名称对应的制度文件和制度关联文件;将制度文件和制度关联文件发送至终端。
在一些实施例中,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:定期获取各制度 名称对应的状态;根据获取到的状态从各制度名称中,提取处于废止状态的制度名称;将提取到的制度名称存储至废止制度库。
在一些实施例中,将提取到的制度名称存储至废止制度库之后,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:接收终端发送的废止制度库访问请求;获取废止制度库中各制度名称对应的制度信息;根据各制度名称和获取到的制度信息生成废止制度列表;将废止制度列表发送至终端。
在一些实施例中,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:定期获取各制度名称对应的过期时间;根据获取到的过期时间和当前时间确定各制度名称对应的过期时间差;根据过期时间差确定即将过期的制度对应的制度名称;将确定的制度名称存储至即将过期库。
在一些实施例中,将确定的制度名称存储至即将过期库之后,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:接收终端发送的即将过期制度查询请求;提取即将过期制度查询请求中的关键词;在即将过期库中的制度文件中查询与提取到的关键词匹配的制度名称;根据查询到的制度名称对应的制度信息生成即将过期制度列表;将即将过期制度列表返回至终端。
本实施例中,获取处于发布状态的制度名称,根据制度名称生成制度学习通知,将制度学习通知发送至以制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端,以通知员工对发布的制度进行学习。在接收到终端根据制度学习通知返回的制度文件学习请求,根据制度文件学习请求向终端返回制度文件,获取终端展示制度文件的展示时长,根据获取到的展示时长生成员工账号对应的制度学习记录。无需线下组织相应的培训,直接根据终端的对制度文件展示时长生成制度学习记录,提高了制度学习记录的生成效率。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机可读指令来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机可读指令可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该计算机可读指令在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。本申请所提供的各实施例中所使用的对存储器、存储、数据库或其它介质的任何引用,均可包括非易失性和/或易失性存储器。非易失性存储器可包括只读存储器(ROM)、可编程ROM(PROM)、电可编程ROM(EPROM)、电可擦除可编程ROM(EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可包括随机存取存储器(RAM)或者外部高速缓冲存储器。作为说明而非局限,RAM以多种形式可得,诸如静态RAM(SRAM)、动态RAM(DRAM)、同步DRAM(SDRAM)、双数据率SDRAM(DDRSDRAM)、增强型SDRAM(ESDRAM)、同步链路(Synchlink)DRAM(SLDRAM)、存储器总线(Rambus)直接RAM(RDRAM)、直接存储器总线动态RAM(DRDRAM)、以及存储器总线动态RAM(RDRAM)等。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾, 都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种制度学习记录生成方法,包括:
    获取处于发布状态的制度名称;
    根据所述制度名称生成制度学习通知;
    将所述制度学习通知发送至以所述制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端;
    接收所述终端根据所述制度学习通知返回的制度文件学习请求;
    根据所述制度文件学习请求向所述终端返回制度文件;
    获取所述终端展示所述制度文件的展示时长;及
    根据获取到的展示时长生成与所述员工账号对应的制度学习记录。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述制度学习通知发送至以所述制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端,包括:
    查询所述制度名称对应的部门标识;
    获取与所述部门标识对应的员工账号列表;及
    将所述制度学习通知发送至以员工账号列表中各员工账号登录的各终端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述制度文件学习请求向所述终端返回制度文件,包括:
    提取所述制度文件学习请求中的制度名称;
    查询与所述制度名称对应的制度文件和制度关联文件;及
    将所述制度文件和所述制度关联文件发送至终端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    定期获取各制度名称对应的状态;
    根据获取到的状态从所述各制度名称中,提取处于废止状态的制度名称;及
    将提取到的制度名称存储至废止制度库。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将提取到的制度名称存储至废止制度库之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述终端发送的废止制度库访问请求;
    获取所述废止制度库中各制度名称对应的制度信息;
    根据所述各制度名称和获取到的制度信息生成废止制度列表;及
    将所述废止制度列表发送至所述终端。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    定期获取各制度名称对应的过期时间;
    根据获取到的过期时间和当前时间确定所述各制度名称对应的过期时间差;
    根据所述过期时间差确定即将过期的制度对应的制度名称;及
    将确定的制度名称存储至即将过期库。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将确定的制度名称存储至即将过 期库之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述终端发送的即将过期制度查询请求;
    提取所述即将过期制度查询请求中的关键词;
    在所述即将过期库中的制度文件中查询与提取到的关键词匹配的制度名称;
    根据查询到的制度名称对应的制度信息生成即将过期制度列表;及
    将所述即将过期制度列表返回至所述终端。
  8. 一种制度学习记录生成装置,包括:
    制度名称获取模块,用于获取处于发布状态的制度名称;
    学习通知生成模块,用于根据所述制度名称生成制度学习通知;
    学习通知发送模块,用于将所述制度学习通知发送至以所述制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端;
    学习请求接收模块,用于接收所述终端根据所述制度学习通知返回的制度文件学习请求;
    制度文件返回模块,用于根据所述制度文件学习请求向所述终端返回制度文件;
    展示时长获取模块,用于获取所述终端展示所述制度文件的展示时长;及
    学习记录生成模块,用于根据获取到的展示时长生成与所述员工账号对应的制度学习记录。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述学习通知发送模块还用于查询所述制度名称对应的部门标识;获取与所述部门标识对应的员工账号列表;及将所述制度学习通知发送至以员工账号列表中各员工账号登录的各终端。
  10. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取处于发布状态的制度名称;
    根据所述制度名称生成制度学习通知;
    将所述制度学习通知发送至以所述制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端;
    接收所述终端根据所述制度学习通知返回的制度文件学习请求;
    根据所述制度文件学习请求向所述终端返回制度文件;
    获取所述终端展示所述制度文件的展示时长;及
    根据获取到的展示时长生成与所述员工账号对应的制度学习记录。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述将所述制度学习通知发送至以所述制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端,包括:
    查询所述制度名称对应的部门标识;
    获取与所述部门标识对应的员工账号列表;及
    将所述制度学习通知发送至以员工账号列表中各员工账号登录的各终端。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述制度文件学习请求向所述终端返回制度文件,包括:
    提取所述制度文件学习请求中的制度名称;
    查询与所述制度名称对应的制度文件和制度关联文件;及
    将所述制度文件和所述制度关联文件发送至终端。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    定期获取各制度名称对应的状态;
    根据获取到的状态从所述各制度名称中,提取处于废止状态的制度名称;及
    将提取到的制度名称存储至废止制度库。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    接收所述终端发送的废止制度库访问请求;
    获取所述废止制度库中各制度名称对应的制度信息;
    根据所述各制度名称和获取到的制度信息生成废止制度列表;及
    将所述废止制度列表发送至所述终端。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    定期获取各制度名称对应的过期时间;
    根据获取到的过期时间和当前时间确定所述各制度名称对应的过期时间差;
    根据所述过期时间差确定即将过期的制度对应的制度名称;及
    将确定的制度名称存储至即将过期库。
  16. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取处于发布状态的制度名称;
    根据所述制度名称生成制度学习通知;
    将所述制度学习通知发送至以所述制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端;
    接收所述终端根据所述制度学习通知返回的制度文件学习请求;
    根据所述制度文件学习请求向所述终端返回制度文件;
    获取所述终端展示所述制度文件的展示时长;及
    根据获取到的展示时长生成与所述员工账号对应的制度学习记录。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述将所述制度学习通知发送 至以所述制度名称对应的员工账号登录的终端,包括:
    查询所述制度名称对应的部门标识;
    获取与所述部门标识对应的员工账号列表;及
    将所述制度学习通知发送至以员工账号列表中各员工账号登录的各终端。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述制度文件学习请求向所述终端返回制度文件,包括:
    提取所述制度文件学习请求中的制度名称;
    查询与所述制度名称对应的制度文件和制度关联文件;及
    将所述制度文件和所述制度关联文件发送至终端。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:
    定期获取各制度名称对应的状态;
    根据获取到的状态从所述各制度名称中,提取处于废止状态的制度名称;及
    将提取到的制度名称存储至废止制度库。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:
    接收所述终端发送的废止制度库访问请求;
    获取所述废止制度库中各制度名称对应的制度信息;
    根据所述各制度名称和获取到的制度信息生成废止制度列表;及
    将所述废止制度列表发送至所述终端。
