本申请涉及一种报批信息处理方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。
背景技术
随着计算机技术的发展,越来越多的业务信息都是通过计算机来处理。随着业务种类越来越多,信息量也越来越多,需要对数据进行各种操作。
然而,发明人意识到,目前传统的制度报批信息的处理,都是通过线下人工制作报批文件,由人工拿着报批文件去找各个领导进行签字进行审批。而在找领导审批过程中,很容易造成找不到领导的情况,使得审批周期较长,从而导制度发布效率较低。
发明内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种报批信息处理方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。
一种报批信息处理方法,包括:
获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度报批请求;
提取所述制度报批请求中的审批流程信息和审批内容信息;
根据所述审批内容信息生成审批文件;
将所述审批文件发送至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号;
当接收到所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号;及
将根据所述审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端。
一种报批信息处理装置,包括:
报批请求获取模块,用于获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度报批请求;
报批请求解析模块,用于提取所述制度报批请求中的审批流程信息和审批内容信息;
审批文件生成模块,用于根据所述审批内容信息生成审批文件;
审批文件发送模块,用于将所述审批文件发送至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号;
审批信息接收模块,用于当接收到所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号;及
发布通知生成模块,用于将根据所述审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端。
一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度报批请求;
提取所述制度报批请求中的审批流程信息和审批内容信息;
根据所述审批内容信息生成审批文件;
将所述审批文件发送至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号;
当接收到所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号;及
将根据所述审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端。
一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度报批请求;
提取所述制度报批请求中的审批流程信息和审批内容信息;
根据所述审批内容信息生成审批文件;
将所述审批文件发送至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号;
当接收到所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号;及
将根据所述审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端。

为了使本申请的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请提供的报批信息处理方法,可以应用于如图1所示的应用环境中。第一终端102、第二终端104和第三终端106通过网络与服务器108通过网络进行通信。第一终端102、第二中终端104和第三终端106可以但不限于是各种个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑和便携式可穿戴设备,服务器108可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。
将本申请提供的报批信息处理方法,应用于如图1所示的应用环境,具体内容如下:以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端102检测到制度管理页面中制度报批按钮被点击时,获取制度管理页面中输入的审批流程信息和审批内容信息,根据获取到的审批流程信息和审批内容信息生成制度报批请求,将制度报批请求发送至服务器108。服务器108提取制度报批请求中的审批流程信息和审批内容信息,根据审批内容信息生成审批文件,将审批文件发送至登录有根据审批流程信息确定的审批员账号的第二终端104。第二终端104根据审批文件生成审批通过信息,将审批通过信息发送至服务器108。服务器108当接收到第二终端104根据审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号,将根据审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端106。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,提供了一种报批信息处理方法,以该方法应用于图1 中的服务器为例进行说明,包括以下步骤:
S202,获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度报批请求。
具体地,制度报批请求为用于对制度文件进行审核批准的请求。以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端检测到制度管理页面中制度报批按钮被点击时,获取制度管理页面中输入的审批流程信息和审批内容信息,根据获取到的审批流程信息和审批内容信息生成制度报批请求,将制度报批请求发送至服务器。服务器接收第一终端发送的制度报批请求。
在一些实施例中,制度管理员通过在第一终端输入制度管理员账号登录到制度管理页面,在制度管理页面中输入审批流程信息和审批内容信息。审批流程信息为制度管理员选择的审批链信息,还可以包括审批链中各节点对应的审批员账号。审批内容信息包括审批文件的内容,包括审批文件概要和审批文件内容。
S204,提取制度报批请求中的审批流程信息和审批内容信息。
具体地,服务器在接收到第一终端发送的制度报批请求后,对制度报批请求进行解析,通过解析从制度报批请求中提取审批流程信息和审批内容信息。
S206,根据审批内容信息生成审批文件。
具体地,服务器在提取到审批内容信息后,获取审批文件模板,提取审批内容信息中审批文件标题和审批文件内容,将提取到的审批文件标题和审批文件内容添加到审批文件模板中,生成审批文件。
在一些实施例中,S206具体包括以下内容:提取审批内容信息中的审批文件类型和文件录入信息;查询与提取到的审批文件类型匹配的审批文件模板;将提取到的文件录入信息录入到查询到的审批文件模板,生成审批文件。
具体地,服务器从审批内容信息中提取审批文件类型和文件录入信息,查询与提取到的审批文件类型匹配的审批文件模板,将提取到的文件录入信息录入到审批文件模板中,生成审批文件。审批文件类型包括红头文件类型和工作通知类型,服务器中存储着分别与红头文件类型和工作类型通知类型对应审批文件模板。
S208,将审批文件发送至第二终端,第二终端中登录有根据审批流程信息确定的审批员账号。
具体地,服务器在生成审批文件后,从审批流程信息中提取审批员账号,查询审批员账号对应的终端地址,根据终端地址将审批文件发送至第二终端。
在一些实施例中,服务器根据审批流程信息确定审批类型,根据确定的审批类型获取相应的审批员账号,将审批文件发送至以获取到的审批员账号登录的第二终端。
举例说明,服务器确定的审批类型为顺序审批类型,则获取审批链中各节点对应的审批员账号,先将审批文件发送审批链第一节点对应的审批员账号登录的第二终端,在接收到第一节点对应的审批员账号登录的第二终端返回的审批通过信息后,再将审批通过信息和审批文件发送至第二节点对应的审批员账号登录的第二终端进行审批。
服务器确定的审批类型为并行审批类型,则获取审批链对应的各审批员账号,将审 批文件同时发送至以获取到各审批员账号分别登录的各第二终端进行审批。
在一些实施例中,S208具体包括以下内容:提取审批流程信息中的审批方式和审批链;根据审批方式和审批链确定审批员账号;将审批文件发送至以确定的审批员账号对应的第二终端。
具体地,服务器对审批流程信息进行解析,通过解析提取审批流程信息中的审批方式和审批链,审批方式为审批员对审批文件进行审批的方式,审批链用于表示对审批文件进行审批的各节点的审批顺序。服务器根据审批方式和审批链确定审批员账号,将审批文件发送至以确定的审批员账号对应的第二终端。
S210,当接收到第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与审批内容信息中报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号。
在本实施例中,当接收到第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,基于审批内容信息查询部门员工账号,其中,部门员工账号与审批内容信息中的报批制度文件相对应。
具体地,第二终端在接收到审批文件后,将审批文件展示在制度管理页面中,第二终端在检测到制度管理页面中的审批通过按钮被点击时,获取制度管理页面中输入的审核通过信息,将审核通过信息发送至服务器。服务器在接收到第二终端发送的审核通过信息后,提取审批内容信息中的报批制度文件,查询与报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号。查询到的部门员工账号为需要对报批制度文件学习的部门员工的部门员工账号。
在一些实施例中,S210具体包括以下内容:接收第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批通过信息;将接收到的审批通过信息与审批链中的节点对应存储,得到审批历史信息;提取审批内容信息中报批制度文件对应的部门标识;查询与提取到的部门标识对应的部门员工账号。
具体地,第二终端在接收到服务器发送的审批文件后,将审批文件展示在制度管理页面,第二终端在检测到制度管理页面中的审批通过按钮被点击时,获取制度管理页面中输入的审核通过信息,将审核通过信息发送至服务器。服务器将接收到的审批通过信息与审批链中的节点对应存储,根据审批链中各节点对应的审批通过信息生成审批历史信息。服务器提取审批内容信息中报批制度文件对应的部门标识,查询与部门标识对应的部门员工账号。
S212,将根据审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端。
具体地,服务器在查询到部门员工账号后,提取审批通过信息中的报批制度文件名称,根据提取到的报批制度文件名称生成制度发布通知,将生成的制度发布通知发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端。
本实施例中,在获取到制度管理员通过第一终端发送的制度报批请求后,根据制度报批请求中的审批内容信息生成审批文件,将审批文件直接发送至登录有审批员账号的第 二终端进行审批。避免了线下找领导进行签字审批的过程,缩短了制度审批周期。在第二终端返回审批通过信息时,查询与审批内容信息中报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号,将根据审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端,从而提高了制度发布的效率。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,S202之前具体还包括修订制度文件的步骤,该步骤具体包括以下内容:
S302,获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送制度文件修订请求。
具体地,以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端在检测到制度管理页面中的制度修改按钮被点击时,获取制度管理页面中输入的修订信息和制度文件标识,根据获取到的修订信息和制度文件标识生成制度文件修订请求,将生成的制度文件修订请求发送至服务器。服务器获取第一终端发送的制度文件修订请求。
S304,提取制度文件修订请求中的制度文件标识和修订信息。
具体地,服务器在获取到制度文件修订请求后,对制度文件修订请求进行解析,通过解析提取制度文件修订请求中的制度文件标识和修订信息。修订信息中包括制度文件章节标识和与制度文件章节标识对应的修改内容。
S306,从制度文件库中查询与提取到的制度文件标识对应的制度文件。
具体地,服务器中设置有制度文件库,制度文件库用于存储制度文件。服务器在提取到的制度文件标识后,从制度文件库中查询与提取到的制度文件标识对应的制度文件。
S308,根据提取到的修订信息对查询到的制度文件进行修订并存储。
具体地,服务器获取查询到的制度文件后,根据提取到的修订信息中的制度文件章节标识在制度文件中查询对应的制度内容,根据提取到的修订信息中的修订内容对查询到的制度内容进行修订,将修订后的制度文件存储到制度文件库中。
本实施例中,在获取到以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送制度文件修订请求后,根据制度文件修订请求对相关的制度文件进行修订,提高了对制度文件的修订内容,通过对制度文件进行修订,保证了制度文件的正确性。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,S208之后具体还包括修改制度文件的步骤,该步骤具体包括以下内容:
S402,当接收到第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批未通过信息时,从审批未通过信息中提取未通过原因信息。
具体地,第二终端在接收到审批文件后,将审批文件展示在制度管理页面中,检测到制度管理页面中的审核未通过按钮被点击时,获取制度管理页面中输入的审核未通过信息,将获取到的审核未通过信息发送至服务器。服务器接收到第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批未通过信息,从审批未通过信息中提取未通过原因信息。
S404,将提取到的未通过原因信息发送至第一终端。
具体地,服务器在提取到未通过原因信息后,将提取到的未通过原因信息发送至第 一终端。
S406,接收到第一终端根据提取到的未通过原因信息返回的修改完成通知。
具体地,第一终端接收到未通过原因信息时,将未通过原因信息展示在制度管理页面中。第一终端中灯具的制度管理员账号对应的制度管理员,根据展示的制度管理页面中这是你还的未通过原因信息对审批文件进行修改,输入修改内容,第一终端在检测到制度管理页面中的修改完成按钮被点击时,将修改后审批文件存储至制度文件库,并向服务器发送修改完成通知。
S408,将审批文件发送至第二终端,第二终端中登录有根据审批流程信息确定的审批员账号。
具体地,服务器接收到修改完成通知后,获取修改后的审批文件,将获取到的审批文件发送至再次发送至第二终端进行审批。
本实施例中,在接收到第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批未通过信息时,将审批未通过信息中的未通过原因信息发送至第一终端,使制度管理员对根据为通过原因信息对审批文件进行修改,将修改后的审批文件再次发送至第二终端使审批员进行审批,提高了审批文件的正确性。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,S212之后具体还包括发送制度文件的步骤,该步骤具体包括以下内容:
S502,接收第三终端根据制度发布通知发送的制度学习请求。
具体地,第三终端在接收到制度发布通知后,提取制度发布通知中制度文件标识,根据第三终端中登录部门员工账号和提取到的制度文件标识生成制度学习请求,将制度学习请求发送至服务器。服务器接收以部门员工账号登录的第三终端发送的制度学习请求。
S504,提取制度学习请求中的制度文件标识。
具体地,服务器在接收到制度学习请求后,对制度学习请求进行解析,通过解析提取制度文件标识。制度文件标识为制度文件的唯一标识。
S506,在制度文件库中查询与制度文件标识对应制度文件和制度关联文件。
具体地,服务器的制度文件库中存储着与制度文件标识对应的制度文件和制度关联文件,制度关联文件为与制度文件存在关联关系的文件。服务器在提取到制度文件标识后,从制度文件库中查询与提取到的制度文件标识对应的制度文件和制度关联文件。
S508,将查询到的制度文件和制度关联文件发送至第三终端。
具体地,服务器在从制度文件库中查询与提取到的制度文件标识对应的制度文件和制度关联文件后,将提取到的制度文件和制度关联文件发送至第三终端。
本实施例中,根据第三终端发送至制度学习请求后,根据制度学习请求中的制度文件标识,查询制度文件和制度关联文件,将查询到的制度文件和制度关联发送至第三终端,使第三终端中登录的部门员工账号对应的部门员工对制度文件和制度关联文件进行学习,提高了制度文件的学习质量。
应该理解的是,虽然图2-5的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图2-5中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。

报批请求解析模块604,用于提取制度报批请求中的审批流程信息和审批内容信息。

在一些实施例中,如图7所示,报批信息处理装置600具体还包括:制度修订模块614和制度学习模块616。
制度修订模块614,用于获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送制度文件修订请求;提取制度文件修订请求中的制度文件标识和修订信息;从制度文件库中查询与提取到的制度文件标识对应的制度文件;根据提取到的修订信息对查询到的制度文件进行修订并存储。
制度学习模块616,用于接收第三终端根据制度发布通知发送的制度学习请求;提取制度学习请求中的制度文件标识;在制度文件库中查询与制度文件标识对应制度文件和制 度关联文件;将查询到的制度文件和制度关联文件发送至第三终端。
本实施例中,在获取到以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送制度文件修订请求后,根据制度文件修订请求对相关的制度文件进行修订,提高了对制度文件的修订内容,通过对制度文件进行修订,保证了制度文件的正确性。根据第三终端发送至制度学习请求后,根据制度学习请求中的制度文件标识,查询制度文件和制度关联文件,将查询到的制度文件和制度关联发送至第三终端,使第三终端中登录的部门员工账号对应的部门员工对制度文件和制度关联文件进行学习,提高了制度文件的学习质量。
在一些实施例中,审批文件生成模块606还用于提取审批内容信息中的审批文件类型和文件录入信息;查询与提取到的审批文件类型匹配的审批文件模板;将提取到的文件录入信息录入到查询到的审批文件模板,生成审批文件。
在一些实施例中,审批文件发送模块608还用于提取审批流程信息中的审批方式和审批链;根据审批方式和审批链确定审批员账号;将审批文件发送至以确定的审批员账号对应的第二终端。
在一些实施例中,审批信息接收模块610还用于接收第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批通过信息;将接收到的审批通过信息与审批链中的节点对应存储,得到审批历史信息;提取审批内容信息中报批制度文件对应的部门标识;查询与提取到的部门标识对应的部门员工账号。
在一些实施例中,审批信息接收模块610还用于当接收到第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批未通过信息时,从审批未通过信息中提取未通过原因信息;将提取到的未通过原因信息发送至第一终端;接收到第一终端根据提取到的未通过原因信息返回的修改完成通知。
本实施例中,在接收到第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批未通过信息时,将审批未通过信息中的未通过原因信息发送至第一终端,使制度管理员对根据为通过原因信息对审批文件进行修改,将修改后的审批文件再次发送至第二终端使审批员进行审批,提高了审批文件的正确性。
关于报批信息处理装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于报批信息处理方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述报批信息处理装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
在一些实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是服务器,其内部结构图可以如图8所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口和数据库。其中,该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性计算机可读存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性计算机可读存储介质存储有操作系统、计算机可读指令和数据库。该内存储器为非易失性计算机可读存储介质中的操 作系统和计算机可读指令的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的数据库用于存储制度文件、审批文件和审批信息。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时以实现一种报批信息处理方法。

在一些实施例中,获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度报批请求之前,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送制度文件修订请求;提取制度文件修订请求中的制度文件标识和修订信息;从制度文件库中查询与提取到的制度文件标识对应的制度文件;根据提取到的修订信息对查询到的制度文件进行修订并存储。

在一些实施例中,将审批文件发送至第二终端,第二终端中登录有根据审批流程信息确定的审批员账号,包括:提取审批流程信息中的审批方式和审批链;根据审批方式和审批链确定审批员账号;将审批文件发送至以确定的审批员账号对应的第二终端。
在一些实施例中,当接收到第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号,包括:接收第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批通过信息;将接收到的审批通过信息与审批链中的节点对应存储,得到审批历史信息;提取审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门标识;查询与提取到的部门标识对应的部门员工账号。
在一些实施例中,将审批文件发送至第二终端,第二终端中登录有根据审批流程信息确定的审批员账号之后,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:当接收到第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批未通过信息时,从审批未通过信息中提取未通过原因信息;将提取到的未通过原因信息发送至第一终端;接收到第一终端根据提取到的未通过原因信息返回的修改完成通知;执行将审批文件发送至第二终端,第二终端中登录有根据审批流 程信息确定的审批员账号的步骤。
在一些实施例中,将根据审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端之后,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还实现以下步骤:接收第三终端根据制度发布通知发送的制度学习请求;提取制度学习请求中的制度文件标识;在制度文件库中查询与制度文件标识对应制度文件和制度关联文件;将查询到的制度文件和制度关联文件发送至第三终端。
本实施例中,在获取到制度管理员通过第一终端发送的制度报批请求后,根据制度报批请求中的审批内容信息生成审批文件,将审批文件直接发送至登录有审批员账号的第二终端进行审批。避免了线下找领导进行签字审批的过程,缩短了制度审批周期。在第二终端返回审批通过信息时,查询与审批内容信息中报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号,将根据审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端,从而提高了制度发布的效率。
在一些实施例中,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度报批请求;提取制度报批请求中的审批流程信息和审批内容信息;根据审批内容信息生成审批文件;将审批文件发送至第二终端,第二终端中登录有根据审批流程信息确定的审批员账号;当接收到第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号;将根据审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端。
在一些实施例中,获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度报批请求之前,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送制度文件修订请求;提取制度文件修订请求中的制度文件标识和修订信息;从制度文件库中查询与提取到的制度文件标识对应的制度文件;根据提取到的修订信息对查询到的制度文件进行修订并存储。
在一些实施例中,根据审批内容信息生成审批文件,包括:提取审批内容信息中的审批文件类型和文件录入信息;查询与提取到的审批文件类型匹配的审批文件模板;将提取到的文件录入信息录入到查询到的审批文件模板,生成审批文件。
在一些实施例中,将审批文件发送至第二终端,第二终端中登录有根据审批流程信息确定的审批员账号,包括:提取审批流程信息中的审批方式和审批链;根据审批方式和审批链确定审批员账号;将审批文件发送至以确定的审批员账号对应的第二终端。
在一些实施例中,当接收到第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号,包括:接收第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批通过信息;将接收到的审批通过信息与审批链中的节点对应存储,得到审批历史信息;提取审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门标识;查询与提取到的部门标识 对应的部门员工账号。
在一些实施例中,将审批文件发送至第二终端,第二终端中登录有根据审批流程信息确定的审批员账号之后,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:当接收到第二终端根据审批文件返回的审批未通过信息时,从审批未通过信息中提取未通过原因信息;将提取到的未通过原因信息发送至第一终端;接收到第一终端根据提取到的未通过原因信息返回的修改完成通知;重新执行将审批文件发送至第二终端,第二终端中登录有根据审批流程信息确定的审批员账号的步骤。
在一些实施例中,将根据审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端之后,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:接收第三终端根据制度发布通知发送的制度学习请求;提取制度学习请求中的制度文件标识;在制度文件库中查询与制度文件标识对应制度文件和制度关联文件;将查询到的制度文件和制度关联文件发送至第三终端。
本实施例中,在获取到制度管理员通过第一终端发送的制度报批请求后,根据制度报批请求中的审批内容信息生成审批文件,将审批文件直接发送至登录有审批员账号的第二终端进行审批。避免了线下找领导进行签字审批的过程,缩短了制度审批周期。在第二终端返回审批通过信息时,查询与审批内容信息中报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号,将根据审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端,从而提高了制度发布的效率。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机可读指令来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机可读指令可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该计算机可读指令在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,本申请所提供的各实施例中所使用的对存储器、存储、数据库或其它介质的任何引用,均可包括非易失性和/或易失性存储器。非易失性存储器可包括只读存储器(ROM)、可编程ROM(PROM)、电可编程ROM(EPROM)、电可擦除可编程ROM(EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可包括随机存取存储器(RAM)或者外部高速缓冲存储器。作为说明而非局限,RAM以多种形式可得,诸如静态RAM(SRAM)、动态RAM(DRAM)、同步DRAM(SDRAM)、双数据率SDRAM(DDRSDRAM)、增强型SDRAM(ESDRAM)、同步链路(Synchlink)DRAM(SLDRAM)、存储器总线(Rambus)直接RAM(RDRAM)、直接存储器总线动态RAM(DRDRAM)、以及存储器总线动态RAM(RDRAM)等。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种报批信息处理方法,包括:
    获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度报批请求;
    提取所述制度报批请求中的审批流程信息和审批内容信息;
    根据所述审批内容信息生成审批文件;
    将所述审批文件发送至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号;
    当接收到所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号;及
    将根据所述审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度报批请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送制度文件修订请求;
    提取所述制度文件修订请求中的制度文件标识和修订信息;
    从制度文件库中查询与提取到的制度文件标识对应的制度文件;及
    根据提取到的修订信息对查询到的制度文件进行修订并存储。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述审批内容信息生成审批文件,包括:
    提取所述审批内容信息中的审批文件类型和文件录入信息;
    查询与提取到的审批文件类型匹配的审批文件模板;及
    将提取到的文件录入信息录入到查询到的审批文件模板,生成审批文件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述审批文件发送至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号,包括:
    提取所述审批流程信息中的审批方式和审批链;
    根据所述审批方式和审批链确定审批员账号;及
    将所述审批文件发送至以确定的审批员账号对应的第二终端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当接收到所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号,包括:
    接收所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息;
    将接收到的审批通过信息与所述审批链中的节点对应存储,得到审批历史信息;
    提取所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门标识;及
    查询与提取到的部门标识对应的部门员工账号。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述审批文件发送 至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号之后,所述方法还包括:
    当接收到所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批未通过信息时,从所述审批未通过信息中提取未通过原因信息;
    将提取到的未通过原因信息发送至所述第一终端;
    接收到所述第一终端根据所述提取到的未通过原因信息返回的修改完成通知;及
    执行所述将所述审批文件发送至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号的步骤。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将根据所述审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第三终端根据所述制度发布通知发送的制度学习请求;
    提取所述制度学习请求中的制度文件标识;
    在制度文件库中查询与制度文件标识对应制度文件和制度关联文件;及
    将查询到的制度文件和制度关联文件发送至所述第三终端。
  8. 一种报批信息处理装置,包括:
    报批请求获取模块,用于获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度报批请求;
    报批请求解析模块,用于提取所述制度报批请求中的审批流程信息和审批内容信息;
    审批文件生成模块,用于根据所述审批内容信息生成审批文件;
    审批文件发送模块,用于将所述审批文件发送至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号;
    审批信息接收模块,用于当接收到所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号;及
    发布通知生成模块,用于将根据所述审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    制度修订模块,用于获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送制度文件修订请求;提取所述制度文件修订请求中的制度文件标识和修订信息;从制度文件库中查询与提取到的制度文件标识对应的制度文件;及根据提取到的修订信息对查询到的制度文件进行修订并存储。
  10. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处 理器执行以下步骤:
    获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度报批请求;
    提取所述制度报批请求中的审批流程信息和审批内容信息;
    根据所述审批内容信息生成审批文件;
    将所述审批文件发送至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号;
    当接收到所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号;及
    将根据所述审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送制度文件修订请求;
    提取所述制度文件修订请求中的制度文件标识和修订信息;
    从制度文件库中查询与提取到的制度文件标识对应的制度文件;及
    根据提取到的修订信息对查询到的制度文件进行修订并存储。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述审批内容信息生成审批文件,包括:
    提取所述审批内容信息中的审批文件类型和文件录入信息;
    查询与提取到的审批文件类型匹配的审批文件模板;及
    将提取到的文件录入信息录入到查询到的审批文件模板,生成审批文件。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述将所述审批文件发送至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号,包括:
    提取所述审批流程信息中的审批方式和审批链;
    根据所述审批方式和审批链确定审批员账号;及
    将所述审批文件发送至以确定的审批员账号对应的第二终端。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述当接收到所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号,包括:
    接收所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息;
    将接收到的审批通过信息与所述审批链中的节点对应存储,得到审批历史信息;
    提取所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门标识;及
    查询与提取到的部门标识对应的部门员工账号。
  15. 根据权利要求10-14任一项所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    当接收到所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批未通过信息时,从所述审批未通过信息中提取未通过原因信息;
    将提取到的未通过原因信息发送至所述第一终端;
    接收到所述第一终端根据所述提取到的未通过原因信息返回的修改完成通知;及
    执行所述将所述审批文件发送至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号的步骤。
  16. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送的制度报批请求;
    提取所述制度报批请求中的审批流程信息和审批内容信息;
    根据所述审批内容信息生成审批文件;
    将所述审批文件发送至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号;
    当接收到所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号;及
    将根据所述审批通过信息生成的制度发布通知,发送至以查询到的部门员工账号登录的第三终端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    获取以制度管理员账号登录的第一终端发送制度文件修订请求;
    提取所述制度文件修订请求中的制度文件标识和修订信息;
    从制度文件库中查询与提取到的制度文件标识对应的制度文件;及
    根据提取到的修订信息对查询到的制度文件进行修订并存储。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述审批内容信息生成审批文件,包括:
    提取所述审批内容信息中的审批文件类型和文件录入信息;
    查询与提取到的审批文件类型匹配的审批文件模板;及
    将提取到的文件录入信息录入到查询到的审批文件模板,生成审批文件。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述将所述审批文件发送至第二终端,所述第二终端中登录有根据所述审批流程信息确定的审批员账号,包括:
    提取所述审批流程信息中的审批方式和审批链;
    根据所述审批方式和审批链确定审批员账号;及
    将所述审批文件发送至以确定的审批员账号对应的第二终端。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述当接收到所述第二终端根 据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息时,查询与所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门员工账号,包括:
    接收所述第二终端根据所述审批文件返回的审批通过信息;
    将接收到的审批通过信息与所述审批链中的节点对应存储,得到审批历史信息;
    提取所述审批内容信息中的报批制度文件对应的部门标识;及
    查询与提取到的部门标识对应的部门员工账号。
