Description

发声装置 技术领域
本发明属于电声转换装置技术领域,具体地,本发明涉及一种发声装置。
背景技术
发声装置是电子产品中重要的发声部件,用于将电信号转变成声音。
现有技术中,通常是根据发声装置的形状在电子产品壳体内设计与发声装置形状相匹配的安装部件以将发声装置组装在电子产品中。也就是说,现有技术中需要针对不同形状的发声装置来设计电子产品内部的安装结构,并且一旦产品更新时,还需重新进行设计,这无疑增大了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提高发声装置的通用性,以降低生产成本。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种发声装置,包括:发声单体和固定组件;
所述固定组件包括第一固定板和第二固定板;
所述第一固定板设置在所述发声单体的第一端面上,所述第二固定板设置在所述发声单体的第二端面上;所述第一端面和所述第二端面为两相对端面;
所述第一固定板的第一相对两侧设有朝所述第二固定板方向延伸的第一延伸部;所述第一延伸部的端部与所述第二固定板连接以形成非封闭固 定空间;所述发声单体位于所述非封闭固定空间内;

本发明实施例提供的技术方案中,通过第一固定板和第二固定板夹持发声单体,且通过第一固定板和/或第二固定板上的第一固定孔可方便与外 部设备进行固定。与现有技术相比,发声装置的固定结构简单、灵活,不仅提高了发声装置的通用性使得整机组装更加灵活,还降低了生产成本。
需要补充说明的是,由于现有技术中发声装置与外部设备组装难度大,导致发声装置与电子产品必须由整机厂完成组装,组装之后进行售卖。也就是说,消费者无法根据自己的需要进行灵活组装和设计。采用本发明实施例提供的发声装置,消费者可根据通过购买零部件,进行自己组装和设计。
在一具体结构中,第一固定板2包括对应于发声单体1的第一部分和自第一部分一体延伸超出发声单体1侧面的第二部分;第二部分上开设有至少两个第一固定孔22。如图1所示,第二部分可位于第一固定板2未设置第一延伸部21的一侧。当将发声装置安置在外部设备中时,可通过第一固定孔中填充热熔胶以将发声装置固定在外部设备中;或者,在外部设备中预先设置多个固定柱,通过固定柱穿过第一固定孔22设置以将发声装置固定在外部设备中。
在本实施例,设置多个第一固定孔的目的在于,为后续与外部设备进行组装时,提供多种备用选择,使得组装更加灵活。在实际组装时,可只选取其中两个第一固定孔22进行固定即可。如图1所示,第一固定孔22的数量为4个。
上述第一延伸部21的端部可与第二固定板3边缘通过激光固定连接或通过扣合结构扣合连接。
进一步的,如图1所示,第二固定板3的第二相对两侧设有朝第一固定板2方向延伸的第二延伸部31;第一延伸部21的端部与第二延伸部31连接。通过第一延伸部21的端部与第二延伸部31的连接可将发声单体1夹持在第一固定板2和第二固定板3之间。第一延伸部21的端部与第二延伸部31可通过激光固定连接或通过扣合结构扣合连接。

在另一种可实现的方案中,第一延伸部21的端部设置有第一扣合结 构;第二延伸部31上设置有配合第一扣合结构使用的第二扣合结构。通过第一扣合结构和第二扣合结构的扣合实现第一固定板2和第二固定板3的连接。具体地,如图1所示,第一扣合结构包括自第一延伸部21的端部朝远离发声单体1方向弯折延伸的卡钩211;第二扣合结构包括第二延伸部31上设置的配合卡钩211使用的卡孔311;卡钩211和卡孔311卡合设置。
通常,发声单体的一端面上会设置有出声孔。当出声孔所在端面为上述第一端面或第二端面时,则第一端面或第二端面对应的固定板上需要对应开设通孔以避免对出声孔的堵塞。
在一具体结构中,如图1和图2所示,发声单体1的第一端面设有出声孔100;第一固定板2正对出声孔100的位置处开设有第一通孔200。
在实际生产中,机械误差是难以避免的,也就是说通过连接的第一固定板2和第二固定板3很难恰好夹持住发声单体1,即第一固定板2与发声单体1之间或第二固定板3与发声单体1之间会存在缝隙。为了避免发声单体1在非封闭固定空间内晃动,可在第一固定板2与发声单体1的第一端面之间设置第一弹垫4,第一弹垫4正对出声孔100的位置处开设有第二通孔400;第一通孔200与第二通孔400连通。由于第一弹垫4的体积可压缩性,可将发声单体1能够很好地固定在第一固定板2和第二固定板3之间。第一弹垫4包括但不限于海绵、橡胶、硅胶。
为了将发声装置很好地固定在外壳体(即外部设备的壳体)内部,可在第一固定板2或第二固定板3远离发声单体的一侧贴设第二弹垫。由于第二弹垫的体积可压缩性,可将发声装置很好地固定在外壳体的相对壳壁之间。具体地,如图1所示,第一固定板2远离发声单体1的一侧贴设有第二弹垫5;第二弹垫5正对第一通孔200的位置处开设有第三通孔500。
为了防止发声装置的出声孔处进入灰尘影响发声装置的声学性能,可在第一固定板2的第一通孔200处覆盖防护膜。具体地,如图1所示,第三通孔500处覆盖有防护膜6,防护膜6位于第二弹垫5远离发声单体1的一侧。如图2和图4所示,防护膜6的一侧边缘处延伸超出发声单体1侧面的手撕部61,以方便用户撕下防护膜。
通常,发声单体的一端面上会设置有至少一个后声孔,通过后声孔与由外壳体(即外部设备的壳体)形成的后腔连通。如图1和图4所示,当发声单体1的第二端面上设置有至少一个后声孔12,第二固定板2正对至少一个后声孔12的位置处设置有缺口33。设置该缺口的目的在于避免第二固定板堵住发声单体1上的后声孔12,保证后声孔12与由外壳体形成的后腔的连通性。
进一步的,上述发声装置还包括:电连接件7;电连接件7包括内连接部和自内连接部延伸出的用于与外部设备电连接的外连接部;发声单体1的第二端面上设有至少一个导电端13;内连接部固定于第二固定板3与发声单体1的第二端面之间;内连接部上的至少一个第一焊盘(未图示)分别与至少一个导电端13接触设置。导电端13包括但不限于弹片、电接触点。通过电连接件7可很方便地与外部电路进行电连接。外连接部上可设置有至少一个供外部电路连接的第二焊盘72。需要说明的是,若导电端13为弹片,则当内连接部固定于第二固定板3与发声单体1的第二端面之间时,弹片处于压缩状态。
电连接件7可通过粘贴或扣合方式固定在第二固定板3或发声单体1的第二端面上。在一种可实现的结构中,如图1所示,内连接部上设有至少一个第二固定孔71;第二固定板3设有分别与至少一个第二固定孔71连通的至少一个第三固定孔32;连通的第二固定孔71和第三固定孔32中填充有热熔胶,以固定电连接件7。
如图2和图3所示,发声单体1的第一侧壁上设置有定位凸块14;第一固定板2的第一相对两侧中正对第一侧壁的一侧设置有两个延伸部21;两个延伸部21之间的缝隙形成与定位凸块14配合使用的定位槽210。通过定位凸块和定位槽实现对发声单体的定位。
虽然已经通过示例对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上示例仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求 来限定。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种发声装置,其特征在于,包括:发声单体和固定组件;
    所述固定组件包括第一固定板和第二固定板;
    所述第一固定板设置在所述发声单体的第一端面上,所述第二固定板设置在所述发声单体的第二端面上;所述第一端面和所述第二端面为两相对端面;
    所述第一固定板的第一相对两侧设有朝所述第二固定板方向延伸的第一延伸部;所述第一延伸部的端部与所述第二固定板连接以形成非封闭固定空间;所述发声单体位于所述非封闭固定空间内;
    所述第一固定板和/或所述第二固定板上设置有用于将所述发声装置固定到外部设备中的第一固定孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述第一固定板包括对应于所述发声单体的第一部分和自所述第一部分一体延伸超出所述发声单体侧面的第二部分;
    所述第二部分上开设有至少两个所述第一固定孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述第二固定板的第二相对两侧设有朝所述第一固定板方向延伸的第二延伸部;
    所述第一延伸部的端部与所述第二延伸部连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述第一延伸部的端部与所述第二延伸部的端部通过激光固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述第一延伸部的端部设置有第一扣合结构;
    所述第二延伸部上设置有配合所述第一扣合结构使用的第二扣合结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述发声单体的第一端面设有出声孔;
    所述第一固定板正对所述出声孔的位置处开设有第一通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述第一固定板与所述发声单体的第一端面之间设有第一弹垫;
    所述第一弹垫正对所述出声孔的位置处开设有第二通孔;
    所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔连通。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述第一固定板远离所述发声单体的一侧贴设有第二弹垫;
    所述第二弹垫正对所述第一通孔的位置处开设有第三通孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述第三通孔处覆盖有防护膜,所述防护膜位于所述第二弹垫远离所述发声单体的一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述发声单体的第二端面上开设有至少一个后声孔;
    所述第二固定板正对所述至少一个后声孔的位置处设置有缺口。
  11. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,还包括:电连接件;
    所述电连接件包括内连接部和自所述内连接部延伸出的用于与外部设备电连接的外连接部;
    所述发声单体的第二端面上设有至少一个导电端;
    所述内连接部固定于所述第二固定板与所述发声单体的第二端面之间;
    所述内连接部上的至少一个第一焊盘分别与所述至少一个导电端接触设置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的发声单体,其特征在于,所述内连接部上设有至少一个第二固定孔;
    所述第二固定板设有分别与所述至少一个第二固定孔连通的至少一个第三固定孔;
    连通的所述第二固定孔和所述第三固定孔中填充有热熔胶,以固定所述电连接件。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述外连接部上设置有至少一个供外部电路连接的第二焊盘。
  14. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述发声单体的第一侧壁上设置有定位凸块;
    所述第一固定板的第一相对两侧中正对所述第一侧壁的一侧设置有两个所述延伸部;
    所述两个延伸部之间的缝隙形成与所述定位凸块配合使用的定位槽。
