扬声器模组 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电声产品技术领域, 特别涉及一种扬声器模组。
背景技术
随着电子产业的飞速发展, 便携式电子设备以其携带方便, 功能全面, 能 够满足人们上网、 通信及娱乐等多方面的需求而倍受欢迎。 随着便携式电子设 备的不断发展和普及, 作为电子设备的重要声学部件的扬声器模组也在不断的 进行改进。
现有的扬声器模组包括模组外壳以及收容于模组外壳内的扬声器单体, 扬 声器模组主要通过粘贴工艺固定在便携式电子设备的内部, 这种将扬声器模组 粘贴在便携式电子设备上的固定方式存在以下不足: 即扬声器模组与便携式电 子设备结合的不牢固, 当便携式电子设备受到外力沖击时扬声器模组很容易从 便携式电子设备上脱落, 从而严重的影响了便携式电子设备的使用寿命。
根据以上不足, 本领域技术人员在便携式电子设备中增设了固定结构用以 防止扬声器模组脱落, 故需要一种能够与便携式电子设备中的固定结构相卡接 的扬声器模组, 从而来保证扬声器模组与便携式电子设备结合的牢固度。 实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种扬声器模组, 此扬声器模组可 与便携式电子设备上的固定结构相结合, 从而与便携式电子设备结合牢固, 不 会从便携式电子设备上脱落。
进一步的, 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种扬声器模组, 此扬 声器模组可与便携式电子设备上的固定结构相结合, 且结合方式筒单, 组装操 作方便。
为解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型的技术方案是: 一种扬声器模组, 包括 第一盖壳和第二盖壳, 所述第一盖壳和第二盖壳围成模组内腔, 所述模组内腔 内收容有扬声器单体, 所述扬声器模组还包括与电子设备上的固定结构相卡接 从而将所述扬声器模组固定在所述电子设备上的卡配组件。
其中, 所述卡配组件包括能够做直线往复运动的多个卡扣件, 所述卡扣件 包括设置在所述模组内腔中的卡扣件本体, 所述卡扣件本体上设有穿出所述第 一盖壳顶部的卡扣部, 所述卡扣部的延伸方向与所述卡扣件本体的延伸方向垂 直,所述卡扣部露出所述第一盖壳的端部与所述电子设备上的固定结构相卡接, 所述第一盖壳与所述卡扣部之间留有运动间隙; 所述卡扣件本体的两端分别设 有连接部和按压部, 所述按压部穿出所述第二盖壳; 所述卡配组件还包括与所 述连接部连接的弹簧。
其中, 所述第一盖壳的顶部设有用于所述卡扣部穿过的第一通孔, 所述第 一通孔的边缘与所述卡扣部之间留有所述运动间隙。
其中, 所述连接部与所述按压部的延伸方向均与所述卡扣件本体的延伸方 向一致; 所述第二盖壳的侧壁上对应所述按压部的位置设有第二通孔, 所述按 压部从所述第二通孔处穿过。
其中, 所述卡扣件设有两个, 两个所述卡扣件对称设置; 两个所述卡扣件 的连接部分别连接同一所述弹簧的两端。
其中, 两个所述卡扣件均通过卡扣支架设置在所述第二盖壳内侧。
其中, 所述卡配组件与所述扬声器单体水平并排设置。
由于采用了上述技术方案, 本实用新型的有益效果是: 本实用新型扬声器 模组包括与电子设备上的固定结构相卡接从而将扬声器模组固定在电子设备上 的卡配组件。 卡配组件与电子设备上的固定结构卡接, 这种卡接的方式与现有 技术中的粘贴方式相比结合得更为牢固, 即便电子设备受到外力的沖击扬声器 模组也不会轻易脱落, 可见本实用新型扬声器模组与电子设备结合牢固, 从而 延长了安装本实用新型扬声器模组的电子设备的使用寿命。
由于卡配组件包括能够做直线往复运动的多个卡扣件, 卡扣件包括设置在 模组内腔中的卡扣件本体, 卡扣件本体上设有穿出第一盖壳顶部的卡扣部, 卡 扣部露出第一盖壳的端部与电子设备上的固定结构相卡接, 第一盖壳与卡扣部 之间留有运动间隙; 卡扣件本体的两端分别设有连接部和按压部, 按压部穿出 第二盖壳; 卡配组件还包括与连接部连接的弹簧。 卡配组件的上述结构使得扬 声器模组的固定非常方便, 只需要向压缩弹簧的方向推压卡扣件的按压部, 卡 扣件沿直线移动, 将卡扣件的卡扣部与电子设备上的固定结构对接, 然后撤去 施加给按压部的力, 此时卡扣件将在弹簧的扩张力下复位, 实现与电子设备上 的固定结构的卡接。 从上述操作过程可知, 此结构操作筒单, 可以很方便的将 扬声器模组组装在电子设备上。
由于对称设有两个卡扣件, 且两个卡扣件的连接部分别连接同一弹簧的两 端。 两个卡扣件的对称设置, 进一步的增加了扬声器模组与电子设备结合的牢 固度, 同时也提高了安装扬声器模组时的便利性。
由于卡配组件与扬声器单体水平并排设置, 在保证了扬声器模组原厚度和 声学性能不变的情况下增加了模组与电子设备结合的牢固度, 提高了扬声器模 组的整体性能。
综上所述, 本实用新型扬声器模组解决了现有技术中扬声器模组与电子设 备结合不牢固, 易脱落的技术问题。 本实用新型扬声器模组与电子设备结合牢 固, 且安装方便, 有效的延长了安装有本实用新型扬声器模组的电子设备的使 用寿命。

下面结合附图和实施例, 进一步阐述本实用新型。 如图 1和图 2共同所示, 一种扬声器模组, 包括外壳, 外壳由第一盖壳 10 和第二盖壳 20结合而成,第一盖壳 10和第二盖壳 20围成模组内腔,模组内腔 内收容有扬声器单体 30;模组还包括与电子设备上的固定结构相卡接的卡配组 件, 卡配组件用于将扬声器模组固定在电子设备上, 在下文中将对卡配组件进 行更详细的说明。 卡配组件可以与扬声器单体 30水平并排设置在第二盖壳 20 的内侧, 而不限于此。 卡配组件在不改变模组原有厚度和声学性能的情况下, 增加了模组与电子设备结合的牢固度, 这种卡接的方式与现有技术中的粘贴方 式相比结合得更为牢固, 即便电子设备受到外力的沖击扬声器模组也不会轻易 脱落。

如图 1和图 2共同所示, 第一盖壳 10的顶部分别对应两个卡扣件 42的卡 扣部 424的位置各设有一个第一通孔 12 , 卡扣部 424的端部从第一通孔 12处 穿出, 且第一通孔 12的边缘与卡扣部 424之间留有可供卡扣件 42直线运动时 的移动间隙。第二盖壳 20的相对的两个侧壁上对应按压部 426的位置均设有第 二通孔 22, 按压部 426从第二通孔 22处穿出。
如图 4所示, 在进行扬声器模组安装时, 向内按压在模组两侧露出的按压 部 426,两个卡扣件 42将同时压缩弹簧 44向内运动;将卡扣件 42的卡扣部 424 与电子设备上的固定结构对接, 然后撤去施加给按压部 426的力, 则此时卡扣 件 42将在弹簧 44的扩张力下复位, 实现与电子设备上的固定结构的卡接。 从 上述操作过程可知, 本实用新型扬声器模组安装操作筒单, 可以很方便的将扬 声器模组组装在电子设备上, 且提高了扬声器模组与电子设备结合的牢固度。
本实用新型不局限于上述具体的实施方式, 本领域的普通技术人员从上述 构思出发, 不经过创造性的劳动, 所作出的种种变换, 均落在本实用新型的保 护范围之内。

2. 根据权利要求 1所述的扬声器模组, 其特征在于, 所述卡配组件包括能 够做直线往复运动的多个卡扣件, 所述卡扣件包括设置在所述模组内腔中的卡 扣件本体, 所述卡扣件本体上设有穿出所述第一盖壳顶部的卡扣部, 所述卡扣 部的延伸方向与所述卡扣件本体的延伸方向垂直, 所述卡扣部露出所述第一盖 壳的端部与所述电子设备上的固定结构相卡接, 所述第一盖壳与所述卡扣部之 间留有运动间隙; 所述卡扣件本体的两端分别设有连接部和按压部, 所述按压 部穿出所述第二盖壳; 所述卡配组件还包括与所述连接部连接的弹簧。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的扬声器模组, 其特征在于, 所述第一盖壳的顶部 设有用于所述卡扣部穿过的第一通孔, 所述第一通孔的边缘与所述卡扣部之间 留有所述运动间隙。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的扬声器模组, 其特征在于, 所述连接部与所述按 压部的延伸方向均与所述卡扣件本体的延伸方向一致; 所述第二盖壳的侧壁上 对应所述按压部的位置设有第二通孔, 所述按压部从所述第二通孔处穿过。
5. 根据权利要求 2至 4任一项权利要求所述的扬声器模组, 其特征在于, 所述卡扣件设有两个, 两个所述卡扣件对称设置; 两个所述卡扣件的连接部分 别连接同一所述弹簧的两端。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的扬声器模组, 其特征在于, 两个所述卡扣件均通 过卡扣支架设置在所述第二盖壳内侧。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的扬声器模组, 其特征在于, 所述卡配组件与所述 扬声器单体水平并排设置。
