现有的终端结构中,将扬声器封装在一个密闭的音腔盒子里,里面的扬声器通过穿过密封盒子的引线连接到电路板上。虽然该方式能够达到较好的音腔密封性,但是,为了避免对终端尺寸厚度的影响,对所封装的扬声器有较大的尺寸限制,然而选用尺寸较小的扬声器,其输出功率就会相对较低,外放的响度也会较小,影响外放效果,而且这种方式的音腔工艺较为复杂,通常需要点胶或者超焊,制造成本较高。
