实践中发现, 在耳机座内增加保护塞或增加结构件虽然可以起到防水作 用, 但是这种方式会导致耳机座的尺寸增加, 不利于电子产品做薄。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷, 本发明实施例提供了一种防水耳机座, 该耳机座自身具 备防水功能。
一种防水耳机座, 包括:
耳机座壳体、 接触端子和挡板;
所述耳机座壳体设置有一贯穿所述耳机座壳体的空间,所述空间用于容纳 耳机插头;
所述挡板位于所述耳机座壳体尾部开口,并且与所述耳机座壳体尾部开口 紧密接触, 将所述耳机座壳体尾部开口密封;
所述接触端子紧贴所述空间内壁, 并从所述挡板上设置的孔穿出; 所述孔 的形状与所述接触端子的截面相匹配, 使得所述孔被所述接触端子阻塞。

本发明实施例提供了一种防水耳机座, 该耳机座自身具备防水功能, 有利 于电子产品做薄。 下面通过具体实施例进行说明。
请参阅图 1~图 2, 图 1为本发明实施例的防水耳机座的俯视图, 图 2为图 1 所示的防水耳机座的一种俯视图。 其中, 本发明实施例提供的防水耳机座 可以包括:
耳机座壳体 1、 接触端子 20和挡板 30;

作为一种可选的实施方式, 本发明实施例提供的防水耳机座中,耳机座壳 体 1上可以设置至少一个固定件,该固定件用于将耳机座壳体 1与电子产品的 机壳固定, 从而提高耳机座壳体 1安装的稳定性。

请一并参阅图 3, 图 3为图 1所示的防水耳机座与电子产品内部的电路板 接触安装的示意图。 如图 3所示, 防水耳机座的接触板 160的上表面 160B、 耳机座壳体 1尾部的上表面位于同一水平面上,防水耳机座与电路板接触安装 后, 紧贴在防水耳机座的接触板 160的下表面 160A的接触端子 20与电路板 信号端连接,而位于电路板一侧的防水耳机座的耳机座壳体 1与电路板的重叠 厚度最大,从而使得防水耳机座与电路板接触安装后, 电路板与防水耳机座的 总厚度最小, 有利于安装了防水耳机座的电子产品做薄。
举例来说, 当接触板 160的上表面 160B低于耳机座壳体 1尾部的上表面 时, 防水耳机座与电路板接触安装后, 防水耳机座与电路板的重叠厚度较小, 从而使得防水耳机座与电路板接触安装后的总厚度较大,不利于安装了防水耳 机座的电子产品做薄。
可见,在不考虑电子产品进一步做薄的情况下,设置在耳机座壳体 1尾部 的接触板 160的上表面 160B也可以低于耳机座壳体 1尾部的上表面, 本发明 实施例不作限定。 因为, 在这种方式下, 防水耳机座自身仍然可以实现防水功 能, 防水耳机座内不需要增加保护塞或增加结构件进行水围堵。
本发明实施例提供的防水耳机座中, 接触端子 20可以包括麦克风端子、 接地端子、 右声道端子、 左声道端子以及开关端子。 其中, 麦克风端子一般布 局在耳机插孔底壁, 而接地端子、 右声道端子、 左声道端子以及开关端子一般 布局在耳机插孔侧壁。 实际应用中, 麦克风端子与耳机插孔开口边缘的距离最 小, 图 1中可以看得见的接触端子即为麦克风端子; 其中, 接地端子与耳机插 孔开口边缘的距离略大于麦克风端子与耳机插孔开口边缘的距离;右声道端子 与耳机插孔开口边缘的距离略大于接地端子与耳机插孔开口边缘的距离;左声 道端子与耳机插孔开口边缘的距离略大于右声道端子与耳机插孔开口边缘的 距离;而开关端子与耳机插孔开口边缘的距离略大于左声道端子与耳机插孔开 口边缘的距离。
作为一种可选的实施方式, 上述的麦克风端子、 接地端子、 右声道端子、 左声道端子以及开关端子从挡板 30上的所述孔穿出的部分可以排成一排, 如 图 2所示。 即上述的麦克风端子、 接地端子、 右声道端子、 左声道端子以及开 关端子从挡板 30上的孔穿出的部分可以排成一排紧贴在耳机座壳体 1尾部设 置的接触版 160的下表面 160A。
作为一种可选的实施方式, 上述的麦克风端子、 接地端子、 右声道端子、 左声道端子以及开关端子从挡板 30上的所述孔穿出的部分也可以排成至少二 排, 如图 4所示, 图 4为图 1所示的防水耳机座的另一种俯视图。 即上述的麦 克风端子、 接地端子、 右声道端子、 左声道端子以及开关端子从挡板 30上的 所述孔穿出的部分可以排成至少二排紧贴耳机座壳体 1尾部设置的接触板 160 的下表面 160A。
作为一种可选的实施方式, 上述的麦克风端子、 接地端子、 右声道端子、 左声道端子以及开关端子从挡板 30上的所述孔穿出的部分也可以采用其他排 列方式紧贴耳机座壳体 1尾部设置的接触板 160的下表面 160A。 本发明实施 例不作限定。
作为一种可选的实施方式,即上述的麦克风端子、接地端子、右声道端子、 左声道端子以及开关端子从挡板 30上的所述孔穿出的部分穿出的部分可以通 过焊接方式或弹接方式与电路板信号端连接。
如图 1所示, 上述的用于容纳耳机插头的空间 10的开口位于耳机座壳体 1头部截面上, 作为一种可选的实施方式, 耳机座壳体 1头部截面可以为水平 端面或弧形端面, 本发明实施例不作限定, 特别地, 当耳机座壳体 1头部截面 为弧形端面时, 可以使耳机座壳体 1头部截面更好地与机壳外形相匹配,使机 壳外形可以实现弧形化应用, 进一步提高机壳外形的美观程度。
本发明实施例提供的防水耳机座中, 耳机插头直径可以为 2.5mm 或 3.5mm, 本发明实施例不作限定。 本发明实施例提供的防水耳机座可以应用于 手机、 电脑、 MID、 掌上电脑、 MP3、 MP4以及其他需要安装耳机座的电子产 品中。
作为一种可选的实施方式,耳机座壳体 1可以由塑胶材料压制而成,从而 可以防止耳机座壳体 1被水或其他液体腐蚀。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供的防水耳机座自身可以实现防水功能, 防水 耳机座内不需要增加保护塞或增加结构件进行水围堵,避免了耳机座的尺寸增 加, 有利于电子产品做薄。
以上对本发明所提供的一种防水耳机座进行了详细介绍,对于本领域的一 般技术人员, 依据本发明实施例的思想, 在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会 有改变之处, 综上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种防水耳机座, 其特征在于, 包括:
耳机座壳体( 1 )、 接触端子( 20 )和挡板( 30 );
所述耳机座壳体( 1 )设置有一贯穿所述耳机座壳体( 1 ) 的空间 ( 10 ), 所述空间 (10 )用于容纳耳机插头;
所述挡板( 30 )位于所述耳机座壳体( 1 )尾部开口, 并且与所述耳机座 壳体( 1 )尾部开口紧密接触, 将所述耳机座壳体( 1 )尾部开口密封;
所述接触端子(20 ) 紧贴所述空间 (10 ) 内壁, 并从所述挡板(30 )上设 置的孔穿出; 所述孔的形状与所述接触端子(20 )的截面相匹配, 使得所述孔 被所述接触端子(20 ) 阻塞。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的防水耳机座, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述耳机座壳体(1 )上设置有至少一个固定件。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的防水耳机座, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述固定件上设置有螺釘孔(60 )。
4、 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的防水耳机座, 其特征在于, 所述耳机座 还包括设置在耳机座壳体( 1 )尾部的接触板( 160 ) , 所述接触端子( 20 )从 所述孔穿出的部分紧贴所述接触板( 160 )的下表面, 所述接触板( 160 )的下 表面为与所述耳机座壳体(1 )尾部开口在同一侧的表面。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的防水耳机座, 其特征在于,
所述接触板( 160 )的上表面、 所述耳机座壳体( 1 )尾部的上表面位于同 一水平面上,所述接触板 160的上表面为与所述接触板 160的下表面相对的表 面。
6、 根据权利要求 1~4任意一项所述的防水耳机座, 其特征在于, 所述接 触端子(20 ) 包括麦克风端子、 接地端子、 右声道端子、 左声道端子以及开关 端子;
其中, 所述麦克风端子、 接地端子、 右声道端子、 左声道端子以及开关端 子从所述孔穿出的部分排成一排;
或者, 所述麦克风端子、 接地端子、 右声道端子、 左声道端子以及开关端 子从所述孔穿出的部分排成至少二排。
7、 根据权利要求 1~6任意一项所述的防水耳机座, 其特征在于, 所述耳 机插孔开口位于所述耳机座壳体( 1 )头部截面上, 所述耳机座壳体( 1 )头部 截面为水平端面或弧形端面。
8、 根据权利要求 1~7任意一项所述的防水耳机座, 其特征在于, 所述耳 机插头直径为 2.5mm或 3.5mm。
9、 根据权利要求 1~8任意一项所述的防水耳机座, 其特征在于, 所述耳 机座壳体(1 ) 由塑胶材料压制而成。
