技术领域 本实用新型涉及通讯领域的机械设备, 尤其涉及一种扳手。
背景技术
在通讯设备中, 插箱的集成度越来越高, 为了提高利用空间以及便于维 护, 插箱内部逐渐转向模块化设计, 比如电源模块、 风扇模块等等。 随着通 讯系统处理的信号量的不断增加, 为满足需要, 越来越多的高密度且多针脚 的连接器与母板进行连接, 并且在安装维护过程中, 需要频繁的对这些接口 模块进行插拔操作。
随着设备小型化的发展, 插箱内部的模块集成度也越来越高, 模块上能 够安装扳手的空间非常有限, 而目前普遍釆用的松不脱螺钉锁紧、 扳手插拔 的方式, 占用空间较大, 很难满足目前小型化模块的需求。
发明内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题是提供一种扳手, 结构简单, 能够实现锁紧 和插拔功能。 为解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型提供了一种扳手, 其包括把手 20、 卡 勾 10、 转轴 30和弹簧 40,
所述卡勾 10包括转动台 16; 所述把手 20上设有与所述转动台 16相配 合的装配槽 24; 所述卡勾 10通过所述转轴 30固定在所述把手 20上的所述 装配槽 24中; 所述弹簧 40位于卡勾 10与把手 20之间。
可选地, 所述卡勾 10上设有凸台 12 , 所述凸台 12的内部设有第一弹簧 固定槽 13和第一弹簧固定柱 14;
所述把手 20上设有第二弹簧固定槽 22和第二弹簧固定柱 23 ;
所述弹簧 40穿过所述第一弹簧固定柱 14和第二弹簧固定柱 23 ,其两端 分别卡紧在所述第一弹簧固定槽 13和第二弹簧固定槽 22上; 所述弹簧 40张紧时,所述转动台 16顶在所述装配槽 24中,从而将所述 卡勾 10锁紧在所述把手 20上。
可选地,所述转动台 16上设有第一装配孔 15 ,所述把手 20的装配槽 24 处设有第二装配孔 25; 所述转轴 30分别穿过所述第一装配孔 15和所述第二装配孔 25 ,将所述 转轴 30固定在所述把手 20上。
可选地, 所述第一装配孔 15为偏心孔, 即, 所述第一装配孔的中心到所 述转动台 16的边缘的距离不等, 转动台 16形成了偏心轮。
可选地, 所述偏心轮设计成: 在水平放置时,当所述卡勾 10向上运动时,所述偏心轮的半径逐渐变大, 使得所述卡勾 10顶在所述装配槽 24中, 实现锁紧;
在水平放置时,当所述卡勾 10向下运动时,所述偏心轮的半径逐渐变小, 实现解锁。
可选地, 所述凸台 12设有锯齿状的凸起部分。
可选地, 所述转轴 30尾部具有滚花部分, 实现与所述把手 20间的过盈 配合。
本实用新型提供了一种带锁紧功能, 且可以当做拉手进行插拔的扳手。 与现有技术相比较, 本实用新型简化了扳手的设计, 用一种简单的结构实现 锁紧和插拔功能, 其不同于常规安装在面板上的扳手形式, 特别适用于集成 度高, 空间紧凑的模块, 比如风扇模块, 电源模块等, 是对常规扳手的扩展; 此外, 本实用新型的扳手具有较高的强度, 外形小巧, 结构简单, 同时具有 较好的手感和外观。

本发明的较佳实施方式
下文中将结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式进行详细说明。 需要说明的 是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施方式及实施方式中的特征可以相互 任意组合。 本实用新型实施方式提供一种带锁紧功能的扳手,其釆用以下技术方案: 本实用新型实施方式的扳手, 主要包括把手、 卡勾、 弹簧和转轴。 所述 的卡勾通过转轴过盈配合固定在把手上, 所述的弹簧固定在卡勾与把手的开 槽里。 所述的把手上有螺紋孔, 并且端面有沉孔, 这样, 扳手可以通过沉头 螺钉装配在外壳上。 如图 2所示, 本实用新型实施方式的扳手包括以下结构:
把手 20、 卡勾 10、 转轴 30和弹簧 40。
卡勾 10, 其结构上包括锁紧的卡槽 11 , 解锁的凸台 12, 第一弹簧固定 槽 13和第一弹簧固定柱 14 , 第一装配孔 15和转动台 16。 其中, 凸台 12设 有锯齿状的凸起部分, 以增加扳手的手感。可以转动的转动台 16上具有第一 装配孔 15 , 第一装配孔 15釆用偏心设计, 起到限位的作用。
当卡勾 10与把手 20通过转轴 30装配好后, 转动台 16上的第一装配孔 15的偏心设计的作用是:
当外部施加力时, 偏心轮的半径逐渐减小, 偏心轮可以自然转动进行解 锁; 当没有外部的解锁力时, 在弹簧 40作用下, 偏心轮反向转动, 此时偏心 轮半径逐渐增大, 直至转动台 16顶着装配槽 24, 此时卡勾 10保持初始时的 水平状态。 这主要是给扳手的初始限位, 确保了扳手装配完成后, 卡勾自然 状态是水平状态, 这样, 此时弹簧 40是张紧状态, 这个很重要, 若没有这个 限位,卡勾会在弹簧 40作用下,不会保持水平状态)。若扳手装配在设备上, 这个初始状态也就是对设备的锁紧作用。此外,这个限位提供了弹簧 40初始 的压紧力, 帮助弹簧 40装配, 如果仅仅是靠卡勾和把手的槽来装配弹簧 40 , 则弹簧 40会容易脱落。
把手 20, 其结构上主要包括 2个螺紋孔 21 , 第二弹簧固定槽 22, 第二 弹簧固定柱 23 , 装配槽 24, 以及第二装配孔 25。 装配槽 24用于与卡勾 10 的转动台 16相配合。 把手尾部具有锯齿状的凸起部分, 以增加扳手的手感。
转轴 30, 转轴 30尾部具有滚花部分, 与把手 20装配时, 可以确保二者 间的过盈配合。 本实用新型实施方式的扳手的装配与工作步骤如下:
如图 2所示,卡勾 10通过转轴 30与把手 20的过盈配合进行装配,弹簧
40穿过弹簧固定柱 14和弹簧固定柱 23 ,卡紧在弹簧固定槽 13与弹簧固定槽 23上;
第一装配孔 15的偏心设计, 使得卡勾 10向上运动时, 偏心轮半径越来 越大, 向下运动时偏心轮半径越来越小, 居这个原理, 可以让转动台 16 顶着装配槽 24 , 这样, 卡勾 10的运动方向只有一个, 即向下的解锁。 在凸 台 12上施加外部作用力 (向下压凸台 12 ) 时, 带动卡槽 11一起向下运动, 从而解锁, 图 5是其解锁后的示意图。 如图 6 所示为本实用新型实施方式的扳手的使用示意图, 根据把手 20 上的螺紋孔 21装配在模块上, 模块拔出时, 通过凸台 12进行解锁后, 再进 行模块的插拔。 其中, 这里所说的模块, 是指电子设备上面, 在标准机箱里 的独立单元, 如风扇模块, 电源模块、 硬盘模块等, 但并不局限于列举的这 些模块。 通常, 模块为了维护、 生产等目的, 经常需要在标准机箱里面进行 插拔操作, 因此, 通过本实用新型的实施方式可以实现这些模块在标准机箱 上的锁紧和解锁。
以上仅为本实用新型的优选实施案例而已, 并不用于限制本实用新型, 本实用新型还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情 况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本实用新型做出各种相应的改变和变形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性 本实用新型提供了一种带锁紧功能,且可以当做拉手进行插拔的的扳手。 与现有技术相比较, 本实用新型实施方式简化了扳手的设计, 用一种简单的 结构实现锁紧和插拔功能, 其不同于常规安装在面板上的扳手形式, 特别适 用于集成度高, 空间紧凑的模块, 比如风扇模块, 电源模块等, 是对常规扳 手的扩展; 此外, 本实用新型的扳手具有较高的强度, 外形小巧, 结构简单, 同时具有较好的手感和外观。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种扳手, 其包括把手(20) 、 卡勾 (10)、 转轴(30)和弹簧(40) , 所述卡勾 (10) 包括转动台 (16) ; 所述把手 (20)上设有与所述转动 台 (16)相配合的装配槽(24) ; 所述卡勾 (10)通过所述转轴(30) 固定 在所述把手 ( 20 )上的所述装配槽( 24 )中; 所述弹簧 ( 40 )位于卡勾 ( 10 ) 与把手 (20)之间。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的扳手, 其中,
所述卡勾 (10)上设有凸台 (12) , 所述凸台 (12) 的内部设有第一弹 簧固定槽 (13)和第一弹簧固定柱(14) ;
所述把手(20)上设有第二弹簧固定槽(22)和第二弹簧固定柱(23); 所述弹簧( 40 )穿过所述第一弹簧固定柱( 14 )和第二弹簧固定柱( 23 ) , 其两端分别卡紧在所述第一弹簧固定槽 (13)和第二弹簧固定槽(22)上; 所述弹簧(40) 张紧时, 所述转动台 (16)顶在所述装配槽(24) 中, 从而将所述卡勾 (10)锁紧在所述把手 (20)上。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的扳手, 其中,
所述转动台 (16)上设有第一装配孔(15) , 所述把手 (20) 的装配槽 (24)处设有第二装配孔 (25) ;
所述转轴 ( 30 )分别穿过所述第一装配孔( 15 )和所述第二装配孔 (25), 将所述转轴(30) 固定在所述把手 (20)上。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的扳手, 其中,
所述第一装配孔(15) 为偏心孔, 即, 所述第一装配孔的中心到所述转 动台 (16) 的边缘的距离不等, 转动台 (16)形成了偏心轮。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的扳手, 其中,
所述偏心轮设计成:
在水平放置时, 当所述卡勾 ( 10) 向上运动时, 所述偏心轮的半径逐渐 变大, 使得所述卡勾 (10)顶在所述装配槽(24) 中, 实现锁紧; 在水平放置时, 当所述卡勾 ( 10) 向下运动时, 所述偏心轮的半径逐渐 变小, 实现解锁。
