Abstract

一种用户行为激励方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质,包括下述步骤:获取提示状态信息,所述提示状态信息为表征用户终端提示任务的当前状态的信息(S1100);将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件(S1200);当所述提示状态信息达成所述奖励条件时,向达成所述奖励条件的目标终端发送预设奖励(S1300)。通过检测用户终端上传的提示状态信息,当状态信息中终端任务的状态达成奖励条件时,向用户终端发送相应的奖励,能够从主观性上激励用户执行相应的提示任务,进一步的提高提示任务的成功率。

Description

用户行为激励方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质 技术领域
本申请要求于2018年4月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810391962.2,发明名称为“用户行为激励方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请实施例涉及智能提示领域,尤其是一种用户行为激励方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质。
背景技术
随着现代技术的发展,智能终端成为人类必不可少的工具和娱乐伙伴。日常生活中用户为应对繁忙的事物,会将未来某时间段内的生活或工作安排通过智能终端的闹铃、日程和备忘录等应用程序加以记录,上述应用程序会在设定的时间段内通过响铃或文字提示的方式提醒用户该时间段需要进行何种行为。
发明人意识到现有技术中的定时提醒功能中,终端在预设的提醒时间内,通过响铃的方式对用户进行提醒,但是通过机械的响铃方式对用户进行提醒时,提醒功能可能被用户随手关闭,提醒功能无法起到预想的提醒目的。
被发明创造的发明人在研究中发现,现有技术中的定时提醒方法,对用户进行机械的时间信息提示,往往会由于用户的个体因素,导致提醒任务失效,提醒效果不明显的问题。
技术问题
本申请实施例提供一种通过验证用户终端提示任务状态对用户进行奖励的用户行为激励方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本申请创造的实施例采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用户行为激励方法,包括下述步骤:
获取提示状态信息,所述提示状态信息为表征用户终端提示任务的当前状态的信息;将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件;当所述提示状态信息达成所述奖励条件时,向达成所述奖励条件的目标终端发送预设奖励,所述目标终端为所述用户终端提示任务中被指示的用户终端中的任意用户终端。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例还提供一种用户行为激励装置,所述用户行为激励装置包括:获取模块,用于获取提示状态信息,所述提示状态信息为表征用户终端提示任务的当前状态的信息;处理模块,用于将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件;执行模块,用于当所述提示状态信息达成所述奖励条件时,向达成所述奖励条件的目标终端发送预设奖励,所述目标终端为所述用户终端提示任务中被指示的用户终端中的任意用户终端。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例还提供一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行一种用户行为激励方法,所述用户行为激励方法包括以下步骤:获取提示状态信息,所述提示状态信息为表征用户终端提示任务的当前状态的信息;将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件;当所述提示状态信息达成所述奖励条件时,向达成所述奖励条件的目标终端发送预设奖励,所述目标终端为所述用户终端提示任务中被指示的用户终端中的任意用户终端。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例还提供一种存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行一种用户行为激励方法,所述用户行为激励方法包括以下步骤:获取提示状态信息,所述提示状态信息为表征用户终端提示任务的当前状态的信息;将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件;当所述提示状态信息达成所述奖励条件时,向达成所述奖励条件的目标终端发送预设奖励,所述目标终端为所述用户终端提示任务中被指示的用户终端中的任意用户终端。
有益效果
本申请提供了一种用户行为激励方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质,通过检测用户终端上传的提示状态信息,当状态信息中终端任务的状态达成奖励条件时,用户终端发送相应的奖励,能够从主观性上激励用户执行相应的提示任务,进一步的提高提示任务的成功率。

本技术领域技术人员可以理解,这里所使用的“终端”、“终端设备”既包括无线信号接收器的设备,其仅具备无发射能力的无线信号接收器的设备,又包括接收和发射硬件的设备,其具有能够在双向通信链路上,执行双向通信的接收和发射硬件的设备。这种设备可以包括:蜂窝或其他通信设备,其具有单线路显示器或多线路显示器或没有多线路显示器的蜂窝或其他通信设备;PCS(Personal Communications Service,个人通信系统),其可以组合语音、数据处理、传真和/或数据通信能力;PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理),其可以包括射频接收器、寻呼机、互联网/内联网访问、网络浏览器、记事本、日历和/或GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)接收器;常规膝上型和/或掌上型计算机或其他设备,其具有和/或包括射频接收器的常规膝上型和/或掌上型计算机或其他设备。这里所使用的“终端”、“终端设备”可以是便携式、可运输、安装在交通工具(航空、海运和/或陆地)中的,或者适合于和/或配置为在本地运行,和/或以分布形式,运行在地球和/或空间的任何其他位置运行。这里所使用的“终端”、“终端设备”还可以是通信终端、上网终端、音乐/视频播放终端,例如可以是PDA、MID(Mobile Internet Device,移动互联网设备)和/或具有音乐/视频播放功能的移动电话,也可以是智能电视、机顶盒等设备。
本实施方式中的用户终端即为上述的终端。
具体地,请参阅图1,图1为本实施例用户行为激励方法的基本流程示意图。
如图1所示,用户行为激励方法包括下述步骤:
S1100、获取提示状态信息,所述提示状态信息为表征用户终端提示任务的当前状态的信息;
本实施方式中,用户终端的提示任务执行通过提示铃声的方式进行,即用户端通过响铃的方式对用户进行提示。但不局限于此,根据应用场景的不同,在一些实施方式中,用户终端还能够通过震动或文字提示的方式进行。
以响铃提示为例,用户终端通过监听AlarmManagerServie服务程序,该服务程序才是真正提供闹铃服务的,它主要维护应用程序注册下来的各类闹铃并适时的设置即将触发的闹铃给闹铃设备并且一直监听闹铃设备,一旦有闹铃触发或者是闹铃事件发生,AlarmManagerServie服务程序就会遍历闹铃列 表找到相应的注册闹铃并发出广播。该服务程序在系统启动时被系统服务程序system_service启动并初始化闹铃设备(/dev/alarm)。通过监听的方式,用户终端能够获取终端预设的提示任务是否进行,在获得对应的提示任务的状态信息时,通过调用不同类型提示任务所对应的接口,就能够获知提示任务的具体执行状态。
提示终端在获取到提示铃声的状态信息后,该状态信息包括:提示铃声是否启动。提示终端将该提示铃声的状态信息写入的提示状态信息的字符段内,例如字符段指定位置的“00”表示提示终端的提示铃声被关闭,“01”则表示提示终端的提示铃声在开启状态。
在一些实施方式中,提示状态信息中不仅包括提示铃声的状态信息,还包括:用户的位置坐标、位置路径变化信息、用户的语音信息和用户终端计步器内的行走数据。
提示终端根据提示铃声的状态信息生成提示状态信息,并将该提示状态信息发送至与关联终端的连接的服务器端。
S1200、将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件;
服务器端在获取用户终端上传的提示状态信息,在约定的信息读取位置读取用户终端的响铃状态,并将该提示状态信息中的奖励规则进行比对,以验证提示状态信息是否达成奖励规则设定的奖励条件。
具体地,奖励规则包括:奖励条件和奖励内容。其中,奖励条件能够根据具体的应用场景需要进行设定。在一些应用场景中,为了防止用户在提示闹铃响起后,用户对提示闹铃不予理睬,导致提示闹铃在设定响铃时间后自动停止。奖励的条件为:在设定的响铃时间内(例如3分钟)用户是否关闭了提示响铃,提示闹铃状态显示为结束时,表示用户接受并自主关闭了提示闹铃。因此,奖励条件为用户是否在预设的时间内关闭了提示铃声。
但奖励条件不局限于此,根据具体应用场景的不同,达成奖励条件的要求不尽相同。例如,当关闭提示响铃的条件为:用户朗读的预设文字信息,并记录用户的语音信息以验证用户的朗读是否准确时,达成奖励条件为:用户的语音信息是否准确。当用户需要通过前往某个具体的位置,才能够关闭提示铃声时,达成奖励的条件则为:用户的坐标位置是否在预设的坐标区域内。当用户需要通过行走的方式才能够关闭提示铃声时,达成奖励的条件则为:用户是否在预设的时间内(例如3分钟)客户终端的计步器达到预设的步数(例如50步)。
具体地,方式为用户在设置提示任务时,需要向服务器端的资金账户中预存储部分货币,服务器记录该货币数额及对应的账号,在进行任务提示时,用户超过提示时间未接收行为提示时,服务器端扣除该部分货币作为对用户的处罚。当用户按预设时间接收行为提示时,服务器端对该关联终端的账号发放该货币作为奖励。
在一些实施方式中,奖励规则为:根据用户接收提示时间的长短对用户进行奖励,如用户在提示铃声开启一分钟内关闭提示闹铃接收提示时,服务器端奖励用户三个单位的预设货币;在两分钟内关闭则为两个单位的预设货币,依次类推超过三分钟则取消货币奖励。
在一些实施方式中,奖励为平台开发者直接提供,通过现金、电子货币或电子奖券等方式对符合奖励条件的用户进行奖励。
S1300、当所述提示状态信息达成所述奖励条件时,向达成所述奖励条件的目标终端发送预设奖励,所述目标终端为所述用户终端提示任务中被指示的用户终端中的任意用户终端。
当服务器端通过比对确认客户端的提示任务状态符合预设的奖励规则时,即向该客户端发放设定的奖励金额。
目标终端具体为上传提示状态信息的用户终端。在一些实施方式中,同一个用户提示任务的参与者不局限于一个,当有多个用户终端参与同一个用户提示任务时,根据设定只有率先达到奖励条件的一个用户终端或在一定排名范围内的多个用户终端能够得到相应的奖励,此时目标终端指达成奖励条件的一个用户终端或在一定排名范围内的多个用户终端。
在一些实施方式中,与步骤S2300并列的步骤还包括S2400。
S2400、当所述提示状态信息未达成所述奖励条件时,向所述用户终端发送预设的第一状态指令,以使所述用户终端持续进行用户行为提示。
当检测结果为客户端的提示任务的状态符合预设的奖励规则时,例如:未在规定时间内关闭提示铃声、未朗读设定的文字信息、朗读的文字不准确、未行进至规定的坐标位置、行进轨迹未唯一的指向预设的坐标出或未按预设的规则进行行走等。服务器端会向客户端发送预设的第一状态指令,以使用户终端持续进行用户行为提示。
预设第一状态指令,该第一状态指令用于指示用户终端继续进行提示响铃,直至用户主动关闭该提示响铃或者服务器端发送关闭响铃指示后停止响铃。
上述实施方式通过检测用户终端上传的提示状态信息,提示状态信息中包括用户终端提示任务执行的具体情况信息,服务器端在接收到该提示状态信息后,将该提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,当状态信息中终端任务的状态达成奖励条件时,用户终端发送相应的奖励,能够从主观性上激励用户执行相应的提示任务,进一步的提高提示任务的成功率。
在一些实施方式中,提示状态信息包括用于关闭用户终端提示任务的语音信息,奖励规则包括预设的文字模板。用户关闭提示响铃的条件为:用户朗读的预设文字信息,并记录用户的语音信息以验证用户的朗读是否准确时,需要对用户的语音进行识别并将其与预设的文字模板进行比对。具体请参阅图2,图2为本实施例通过语音识别比对进行验证的方法流程图。
如图2所示,步骤S1200具体包括下述步骤:
S1201、获取所述语音信息;
本实施方式中,用户在设定行为提示任务时,服务器端向客户终端发送设定的文字模板,文字模板具体为由汉字组成的文本文件,但不限于次,根据用户的语言掌握情况,能够是用户能够识别的任何语言的文本文件。
用户终端在接收到该文字模板后,在提示任务触发后,读取并显示该文字模板的内容并提示用户进行朗读,同时调用用户终端的收音接口,对用户的朗读进行录音。在一些实施方式中,文字模板中的内容为用户提示内容中记录的事项,例如,用户设定提示任务的目的在于,提示其在预定的时间前往某处参加会议,用户以备忘录的方式对上述事项进行了详细的记录。为了加深用户的印象,将用户记录的内容转化为文本模板,在提示任务进行时,供用户朗读。
S1202、将所述语音信息转化为对应的文字信息;
通过语音转化技术活模型将用户终端上传的语音信息进行转化,获取语音信息对应文字信息。服务器端能够通过科大讯飞或Microsoft Office语音识别插件等持有的技术,对语音信息进行文字转化。
S1203、将所述文字信息与所述文字模板进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件。
将转化得到的文字信息和文字模板进行比对,并根据比对结果验证提示状态信息是否达成奖励规则设定的奖励条件。
本实施例的达成奖励条件为:经过用户语音信息转化后的文字信息与文字模板内的内容相同或相似。
具体地,本实施方式中,通过计算文字信息与文字模板的汉明距离,对文字信息与文字模板相似度进行比较。具体请参阅图3,图3为本实施例文字信息与文字模板相似度检测的具体流程示意图。
如图3所示,步骤1202之后还包括下述步骤:
S1204、计算所述文字信息与文字模板的汉明距离;
比对时将文字信息中的文字根据(不限于)ASCII编码、GB2312编码或BIG5编码等编码资料转化为一个二进制字符串,字符串对应文字信息的文字内容。同时将文字模板的文本内容同样采用(不限于)ASCII编码、GB2312编码或BIG5编码等编码资料转化为一个二进制字符串。
然后,根据汉明距离的计算规则,计算两个字符串之间的汉明距离。当两个字符串之间的距离为0时,表明两个字符串完全相同。在一些实施方式中,为避免可能出现的误差现象,对两个字符串之间相似的判断需要一定的容错率,具体方式为,设定汉明距离的第一阈值,第一阈值的设定根据具体应用场景中对与准确性的要求成反比,准确率要求越高,则第一阈值越小,否则,第一阈值越大。在一些实施方式中,第一阈值的设定是根据文本模板的文本内容设定的,文本内容越长,则第一阈值越大,否则,则第一阈值越小。
S1205、当所述文字信息与文字模板的汉明距离小于等于预设第一距离阈值时,向用户终端发送预设奖励。
当文字信息与文字模板的汉明距离小于等于预设第一距离阈值时,向用户终端发送预设奖励;否则,向用户终端发送预设的第一状态指令,以使用户终端持续进行用户行为提示。
在一些实施方式中,提示状态信息包括用户的位置坐标,奖励规则包括预设的坐标阈值。当用户需要通过前往某个具体的位置,才能够关闭提示铃声时,达成奖励的条件则为:用户的坐标位置是否在预设的坐标区域内。具体请参阅图4,图4为本实施例通过位置比对进行验证的方法流程图。
如图4所示,步骤S1200具体还包括下述步骤:
S1211、获取所述位置坐标信息;
获取提示状态信息中的位置信息,通过用户终端的位置坐标来确定用户是否达成奖励。
在本实施方式中,用户通过备忘录的形式设置提示任务内容,提示内容为在预定的时间出发前往某处,服务器端根据预设的关键词数据库,在用户记录的提示内容中获取用户需要达到的目的地名称。其中关键字数据库为用于比对识别提示内容中是否存在位置名词的数据库。服务器端在获取到提示内容中的地址信息后,向进行地址坐标定位的业务服务器发送请求,获取该地址信息的坐标,并将该坐标设定为坐标阈值。但不限于此,根据具体应用场景的不同,在一些实施方式中,坐标阈值为以目的地坐标为中心的一定范围内的坐标区域,例如以目的地坐标为中心500米范围内的坐标区域。
用户终端的上传的坐标信息为用户终端定时上传或者实时上传的位置坐标。
S1212、将所述位置坐标信息与所述坐标阈值进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件。
将用户终端上传的坐标信息与用户设定的目的地的坐标阈值进行比对,当坐标信息与坐标阈值表征的坐标完全相同,或坐标信息表征的坐标在坐标阈值所限定的区域内时,则表示提示状态信息达成了奖励条件;当坐标信息与坐标阈值表征的坐标不相同,或坐标信息表征的坐标不在坐标阈值所限定的区域内时,则表示提示状态信息未达成奖励条件。
在一些实施方式中,用户在向目的地行进时,若路程较长,期间提示铃声一直处于响铃状态,或无法及时向用户终端发放奖励,导致用户终端需要持续与服务器端进行信息交流,浪费用户终端的数据流量和电能,同时对服务器端造成数据压力,占用服务器端的处理能力。因此,需要提前预测并发放奖励。具体请参阅图5,图5为本实施例通过预测轨迹对提示任务状态进行检测的方法流程示意图。
如图5所示,步骤S1211之后还包括下述步骤:
S1221、根据所述位置轨迹信息的持续变化趋势预测所述用户终端的行进路线,并获取所述行进路线的坐标;
位置信息中包括用户终端在提示任务开启后用户运动的轨迹,该运动轨迹沿时间线转化为坐标信息变化后,形成用户终端的位置轨迹信息。
在前往目的地之前,用户终端从出发地到目的地之间的路程在电子导航地图上已经选定,当用户沿设定的路线进行行进时,其前半段的行进路线沿设定路线行走时,那么后面的路程也随设定路线前进则为一个大概率事件。此时,服务器端预测用户终端的行进路线依然随设定路线前行;否则,用户一开始就未随设定路线前行,则后续的时间内,用户按照设定的路线进行行进的几率则为一个小概率事件,此时服务器端放弃对用户路线的预测,直至用户在后续时间内重新按设定路线前行(重新执行步骤S221),或者通过其他路线到达目的地坐标(执行步骤S1211)。
在一些实施方式中,出发地前往目的地的路线有且仅有一条时,用户终端随该路线前行时,服务器端预测该用户终端的行进路线唯一,且能够读取路线的坐标区域,该坐标区域就构成了用户终端的行进路线。
S1222、当所述行进路线的坐标覆盖所述坐标阈值时,向所述用户终端发送预设奖励。
确定用户的行进路线后,向位置坐标业务服务器获取路线的坐标区域,并通过比对的方式检测该进路线的坐标覆盖坐标阈值时,向用户终端发送预设奖励。
通过对用户终端的行进路线进行预测,能够提前将确定的奖励进行发放,终止服务器端与用户终端的信息传递,节约了能源,同时缓解了服务器端的业务压力。
在一些实施方式中,关闭用户终端的提示任务,需要用户在提示任务启动后进行运动。用户终端读取主控器集成的计步器内的计步数量,并将该计步数量上传至服务器端,服务器端在接收到该计步数量后,将其与预设的运动阈值(例如,设定运动阈值为行走50步)进行比较,当用户终端在规定的时间内(例如3分钟),计步器中的计步数量大于运动阈值时,服务器端认定用户终端达成奖励条件,对其进行奖励,否则,则向用户终端发送第一状态指令,使用户终端继续进行响铃提示。
在一些实施方式中,服务器端的形成用户行为提示任务之前,需要在服务器端创建一个延时任务,以使服务器端在进行用户行为提示任务处理之前启动该任务。具体请参阅图6,图6为本实施例设置用户行为任务的方法流程示意图。
如图6所示,步骤S2100之前还包括上述步骤:
S1010获取用户终端发送的建立用户行为提示任务的请求信息,所述请求信息包括任务时间;
服务器端在生成用户行为关联提示任务之前,需要用户终端向服务器端发送建立用户行为任务的请求信息。
请求信息包括:用户行为提示任务的启动时间和用户的账户信息。其中,账户信息中包括:用户终端的IP地址或MAC地址、用户名等信息。
用户提示任务的启动时间即设定的提示闹铃的启动时间。在一些实施方式中。
S1020、根据所述请求信息创建一个以任务时间为启动时间的延时提示任务。
服务器端在接收到用户行为提示任务后,根据请求信息中的提示任务的启动时间设定延时任务,该任务用于接收并比对用户终端上传的提示状态信息,并在比对结果确定后,向用户终端发送相应的控制指令或奖励。
为解决上述技术问题本申请实施例还提供一种用户行为激励装置。具体请参阅图7,图7为本实施例用户行为激励装置基本结构框图。
如图7所示,一种用户行为激励装置,用户行为激励装置包括:获取模块2100、处理模块2200和执行模块2300。其中,获取模块2100用于获取提示状态信息,提示状态信息为表征用户终端提示任务的状态信息;处理模块2200用于将提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,以验证提示状态信息是否达成奖励规则设定的奖励条件;执行模块2300用于当提示状态信息达成奖励条件时,向用户终端发送预设奖励。
用户行为激励装置通过检测用户终端上传的提示状态信息,提示状态信息中包括用户终端提示任务执行的具体情况信息,服务器端在接收到该提示状态信息后,将该提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,当状态信息中终端任务的状态达成奖励条件时,用户终端发送相应的奖励,能够从主观性上激励用户执行相应的提示任务,进一步的提高提示任务的成功率。
在一些实施方式中,用户行为激励装置还包括:第一获取子模块、第一识别子模块和第一比对子模块。其中,第一获取子模块用于获取语音信息;第一识别子模块用于将语音信息进行进行语音转化获取表征语音信息的文字信息;第一比对子模块用于将文字信息与文字模板进行比对,以验证提示状态信息是否达成奖励规则设定的奖励条件。
在一些实施方式中,用户行为激励装置还包括:第一计算子模块和第一处理子模块。其中,第一计算子模块用于计算所述文字信息与文字模板的汉明距离;第一处理子模块用于当所述文字信息与文字模板的汉明距离小于等于预设第一距离阈值时,向用户终端发送预设奖励。
在一些实施方式中,用户行为激励装置还包括:第二获取子模块和第二比对子模块。其中,第二获取子模块用于获取位置坐标信息;第二比对子模块用于将位置坐标信息与坐标阈值进行比对,以验证提示状态信息是否达成奖励规则设定的奖励条件。
在一些实施方式中,用户行为激励装置还包括:第一预测子模块和第二执行子模块。其中,第一预测子模块用于根据位置轨迹信息的持续变化趋势预测用户终端的行进路线,并获取行进路线的坐标;第二执行子模块用于当行进路线的坐标覆盖坐标阈值时,向用户终端发送预设奖励。
在一些实施方式中,用户行为激励装置还包括:第三获取子模块和第三执行子模块。其中,第三获取子模块用于获取用户终端发送的建立用户行为提示任务的请求信息,请求信息包括任务时间;第三执行子模块用于根据请求信息创建一个以任务时间为启动时间的延时提示任务。
在一些实施方式中,用户行为激励装置还包括:第四执行子模块,用于当提示状态信息未达成奖励条件时,向用户终端发送预设的第一状态指令,以使用户终端持续进行用户行为提示。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例还提供计算机设备。具体请参阅图8,图8为本实施例计算机设备基本结构框图。
如图8所示,计算机设备的内部结构示意图。如图8所示,该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、非易失性存储介质、存储器和网络接口。其中,该计算机设备的非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、数据库和计算机可读指令,数据库中可存储有控件信息序列,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器实现一种用户行为激励方法。该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个计算机设备的运行。该计算机设备的存储器中可存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器执行一种用户行为激励方法。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与终端连接通信。本领域技术人员可以理解,图8中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
本实施方式中处理器用于执行图7中获取模块2100、处理模块2200和执行模块2300的具体内容,存储器存储有执行上述模块所需的程序代码和各类数据。网络接口用于向用户终端或服务器之间的数据传输。本实施方式中的存储器存储有用户行为激励装置中执行所有子模块所需的程序代码及数据,服务器能够调用服务器的程序代码及数据执行所有子模块的功能。
计算机设备通过检测用户终端上传的提示状态信息,提示状态信息中包括用户终端提示任务执行的具体情况信息,服务器端在接收到该提示状态信息后,将该提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,当状态信息中终端任务的状态达成奖励条件时,用户终端发送相应的奖励,能够从主观性上激励用户执行相应的提示任务,进一步的提高提示任务的成功率。
本申请还提供一种存储有计算机可读指令的存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行上述任一实施例所述用户行为激励方法的步骤。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,前述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)等非易失性存储介质,或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种用户行为激励方法,包括下述步骤:
    获取提示状态信息,所述提示状态信息为表征用户终端提示任务的当前状态的信息;
    将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件;
    当所述提示状态信息达成所述奖励条件时,向达成所述奖励条件的目标终端发送预设奖励,所述目标终端为所述用户终端提示任务中被指示的用户终端中的任意用户终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用户行为激励方法,所述提示状态信息包括用于关闭用户终端提示任务的语音信息,所述奖励规则包括预设的文字模板;
    所述将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对的步骤,具体包括下述步骤:
    获取所述语音信息;
    将所述语音信息转化为对应的文字信息;
    将所述文字信息与所述文字模板进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用户行为激励方法,将所述文字信息与所述文字模板进行比对包括:
    计算所述文字信息与文字模板的汉明距离;
    当所述提示状态信息达成所述奖励条件时,向用户终端发送预设奖励包括:
    当所述文字信息与文字模板的汉明距离小于等于预设第一距离阈值时,向用户终端发送预设奖励。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用户行为激励方法,所述提示状态信息包括用于关闭所述用户终端提示任务的位置坐标信息,所述奖励规则包括预设的坐标阈值;
    所述将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对的步骤,具体包括下述步骤:
    获取所述位置坐标信息;
    将所述位置坐标信息与所述坐标阈值进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用户行为激励方法,所述位置坐标信息包括位置坐标轨迹信息;
    所述获取所述位置坐标信息的步骤之后,具体包括下述步骤:
    根据所述位置坐标轨迹信息的持续变化趋势预测所述用户终端的行进路线,并获取所述行进路线的坐标;
    当所述行进路线的坐标覆盖所述坐标阈值时,向所述用户终端发送预设奖励。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用户行为激励方法,所述获取提示状态信息的步骤之前,还包括下述步骤:
    获取用户终端发送的建立用户行为提示任务的请求信息,所述请求信息包括任务时间;
    根据所述请求信息创建一个以任务时间为启动时间的延时提示任务。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6 任意一项所述的用户行为激励方法,所述将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对的步骤之后,还包括下述步骤:
    当所述提示状态信息未达成所述奖励条件时,向所述用户终端发送预设的第一状态指令,以使所述用户终端持续进行用户行为提示。
  8. 一种用户行为激励装置,所述用户行为激励装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取提示状态信息,所述提示状态信息为表征用户终端提示任务的当前状态的信息;
    处理模块,用于将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件;
    执行模块,用于当所述提示状态信息达成所述奖励条件时,向达成所述奖励条件的目标终端发送预设奖励,所述目标终端为所述用户终端提示任务中被指示的用户终端中的任意用户终端。
  9. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行一种用户行为激励方法,所述用户行为激励方法包括以下步骤:
    获取提示状态信息,所述提示状态信息为表征用户终端提示任务的当前状态的信息;
    将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件;
    当所述提示状态信息达成所述奖励条件时,向达成所述奖励条件的目标终端发送预设奖励,所述目标终端为所述用户终端提示任务中被指示的用户终端中的任意用户终端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,所述提示状态信息包括用于关闭用户终端提示任务的语音信息,所述奖励规则包括预设的文字模板;
    所述将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对的步骤,具体包括下述步骤:
    获取所述语音信息;
    将所述语音信息转化为对应的文字信息;
    将所述文字信息与所述文字模板进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,将所述文字信息与所述文字模板进行比对包括:
    计算所述文字信息与文字模板的汉明距离;
    当所述提示状态信息达成所述奖励条件时,向用户终端发送预设奖励包括:
    当所述文字信息与文字模板的汉明距离小于等于预设第一距离阈值时,向用户终端发送预设奖励。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,所述提示状态信息包括用于关闭所述用户终端提示任务的位置坐标信息,所述奖励规则包括预设的坐标阈值;
    所述将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对的步骤,具体包括下述步骤:
    获取所述位置坐标信息;
    将所述位置坐标信息与所述坐标阈值进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的计算机设备,所述位置坐标信息包括位置坐标轨迹信息;
    所述获取所述位置坐标信息的步骤之后,具体包括下述步骤:
    根据所述位置坐标轨迹信息的持续变化趋势预测所述用户终端的行进路线,并获取所述行进路线的坐标;
    当所述行进路线的坐标覆盖所述坐标阈值时,向所述用户终端发送预设奖励。
  14. 一种存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行一种用户行为激励方法,所述用户行为激励方法包括以下步骤:
    获取提示状态信息,所述提示状态信息为表征用户终端提示任务的当前状态的信息;
    将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件;
    当所述提示状态信息达成所述奖励条件时,向达成所述奖励条件的目标终端发送预设奖励,所述目标终端为所述用户终端提示任务中被指示的用户终端中的任意用户终端。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的非易失性存储介质,所述提示状态信息包括用于关闭用户终端提示任务的语音信息,所述奖励规则包括预设的文字模板;
    所述将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对的步骤,具体包括下述步骤:
    获取所述语音信息;
    将所述语音信息转化为对应的文字信息;
    将所述文字信息与所述文字模板进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的非易失性存储介质,将所述文字信息与所述文字模板进行比对包括:
    计算所述文字信息与文字模板的汉明距离;
    当所述提示状态信息达成所述奖励条件时,向用户终端发送预设奖励包括:
    当所述文字信息与文字模板的汉明距离小于等于预设第一距离阈值时,向用户终端发送预设奖励。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的非易失性存储介质,所述提示状态信息包括用于关闭所述用户终端提示任务的位置坐标信息,所述奖励规则包括预设的坐标阈值;
    所述将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对的步骤,具体包括下述步骤:
    获取所述位置坐标信息;
    将所述位置坐标信息与所述坐标阈值进行比对,以验证所述提示状态信息是否达成所述奖励规则设定的奖励条件。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的非易失性存储介质,所述位置坐标信息包括位置坐标轨迹信息;
    所述获取所述位置坐标信息的步骤之后,具体包括下述步骤:
    根据所述位置坐标轨迹信息的持续变化趋势预测所述用户终端的行进路线,并获取所述行进路线的坐标;
    当所述行进路线的坐标覆盖所述坐标阈值时,向所述用户终端发送预设奖励。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的非易失性存储介质,所述获取提示状态信息的步骤之前,还包括下述步骤:
    获取用户终端发送的建立用户行为提示任务的请求信息,所述请求信息包括任务时间;

  20. 根据权利要求14-19 任意一项所述的非易失性存储介质,所述将所述提示状态信息与预设的奖励规则进行比对的步骤之后,还包括下述步骤:
