发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种绳带调整装置及组件,以改善现有技术中存在的对于使用者来说,尤其是初学者或者双手使用不便的使用者,在通过绑带来进行固定时,系绑和调整松紧的操作比较复杂,并且浪费时间的技术问题。
本申请提供的一种绳带调节装置,包括:驱动件、绕线件和安装座;
所述驱动件和所述绕线件于同轴设置,所述驱动件与所述绕线件活动连接,且所述驱动件和绕线件均设置在所述安装座中,所述驱动件带动所述绕线件相对于所述安装座顺时针或逆时针转动;
所述绕线件设置有配置成固定绑带的固定部和配置成与所述驱动件连接的弹性部,所述驱动件上设置有配置成与所述弹性部配合的圆环卡位。
进一步地,所述驱动件包括端盖和旋爪;
所述端盖与所述旋爪之间固定连接,所述端盖包括盖体及设置在盖体上的大卡扣、小卡扣及定位柱;
多个所述定位柱、小卡扣及大卡扣均沿所述盖体中心呈圆形分布,且所述定位柱、小卡扣及大卡扣沿所述盖体的直径的方向依次间隔设置。
进一步地,所述旋爪包括主体及设置在主体上的多个定位孔、多个弹臂棘爪、卡扣平位和多个齿槽;
所述定位孔、卡扣平位与齿槽设置在所述主体的两侧面上,所述定位孔及所述卡扣平 位配置成与所述定位柱及所述小卡扣匹配;
所述圆环卡位设置在所述主体的中心,多个所述齿槽沿所述主体的中心呈圆环形地设置在所述主体上,所述齿槽配置成与所述绕线件连接,所述主体外边沿上设有多个配置成与所述弹臂棘爪连接的凸起,且多个所述弹臂棘爪的延伸方向相同,所述弹臂棘爪配置成与所述安装座传动连接。
进一步地,所述绕线件包括装带槽、固定部、环形齿及所述弹性部;
所述固定部设置在所述装带槽内,所述环形齿和所述弹性部设置在所述装带槽的一端,且所述弹性部设置在所述装带槽的中心,多个所述环形齿沿所述装带槽的中心均匀分布,所述环形齿与所述齿槽配合。
进一步地,所述弹性部包括第一半圆形立柱和第二半圆形立柱;
所述第一半圆形立柱和所述第二半圆形立柱对称设置在所述装带槽的中心,且所述第一半圆形立柱和所述第二半圆形立柱间隔设置,所述第一半圆形立柱和所述第二半圆形立柱上分别设置有第一弹性扣和第二弹性扣,所述第一弹性扣和所述第二弹性扣配置成与所述圆环卡位卡接。
进一步地,所述弹性部还包括弹片;
所述弹片可拆卸地设置在所述第一半圆形立柱和所述第二半圆形立柱之间。
进一步地,所述弹片上设置有第一固定孔和第二固定孔,所述第一半圆形立柱靠近所述第二半圆形立柱的一端设置有第一定位凸起,所述第二半圆形立柱靠近所述第一半圆形立柱的一端设置有第二定位凸起,所述第一固定孔和第二固定孔与所述第一定位凸起和第二定位凸起卡接。
进一步地,所述安装座包括底座和固定座;
所述底座上设置有通孔,所述底座上设置有帽檐、内斜齿、小卡脚和大卡脚,所述内斜齿设置在所述底座的内侧壁上,所述帽檐设置在所述底座的一端,所述小卡脚和所述大卡脚设置在所述底座的外壁上;
所述帽檐配置成与所述大卡扣卡接,以限制所述盖体沿所述底座的上下移动,所述内斜齿与所述弹臂棘爪卡接,以使所述旋爪相对于所述底座顺时针或逆时针转动,所述大卡脚和所述小卡脚配置成与所述固定座连接,且所述底座的侧面上还设置有配置成绑带穿过的出绳口。
进一步地,所述固定座上设置有中心柱、大卡槽和小卡槽;
所述绕线件可转动地设置在所述中心柱上,所述大卡槽和所述小卡槽与所述大卡脚和所述小卡脚卡接,以使所述固定座和所述底座连接。
本申请还提供一种绳带调整组件,包括绑带、多个导扣及如上述的绳带调整装置;
多个所述导扣配置成固定在外部物体上,且多个所述导扣间隔设置;所述绑带依次穿过多个所述导扣并固定在所述固定部上。
本申请提供的一种绳带调节装置,包括:驱动件、绕线件和安装座;所述驱动件和所述绕线件于同轴设置,所述驱动件与所述绕线件活动连接,且所述驱动件和绕线件均设置在所述安装座中,所述驱动件带动所述绕线件相对于所述安装座顺时针或逆时针转动;所述绕线件设置有配置成固定绑带的固定部和配置成与所述驱动件连接的弹性部,所述驱动件上设置有配置成与所述弹性部配合的圆环卡位。采用上述的方案,在使用时,驱动件向靠近绕线件的一端移动,使驱动件与绕线件连接,此时绕线件上的弹性部与驱动件上圆环卡位卡接,且驱动件与设置在安装座中,安装座限制驱动件的转动方向,以使驱动件带动绕线件只能够沿顺时针转动或逆时针转动,从而使设置在绕线件上的固定部带动绑带缠绕在绕线件上,使绑带在装置外部的长度逐渐减小,进而拉紧绑带的松紧度。当使用者需要调松绑带时,拉动驱动件使驱动件与绕线件脱离,直接在通过拉出外部的绑带即可将绑带调节到松弛的状态。
由上可知,当使用者在通过绑带来进行固定时,上述绳带调整装置能够避免进行系绑操作,并且只需一只手转动操作驱动件即可使绳带处于拉紧的状态,在通过使驱动件和绕线件脱离,使绳带处于松弛的状态,这样操作简单,并且节省时间,尤其方便了初学者或者双手使用不便的使用者的使用。
本申请提供的绳带调整组件,绳带调整组件包括绑带、多个导扣以及绳带调整装置,其产生的效果与绳带调整装置的效果相同,不再赘述。另外,多个导扣的设置能够令外部物体被绑带绑得更加牢固。

本申请提供的一种绳带调节装置,包括:驱动件1、绕线件2和安装座3;在使用时,驱动件1向靠近绕线件2的一端移动,使驱动件1与绕线件2连接,此时绕线件2上的弹性部21与驱动件1上圆环卡位121卡接,且驱动件1与设置在安装座3中,安装座3限制驱动件1的转动方向,以使驱动件1带动绕线件2只能够沿顺时针转动或逆时针转动,从而使设置在绕线件2上的固定部24带动绑带4缠绕在绕线件2上,使绑带4在装置外部的长度逐渐减小,进而拉紧绑带4的松紧度。当使用者需要调松绑带4时,拉动驱动件1使驱动件1与绕线件2脱离,绕线件2与安装座3脱离,直接在通过拉出外部的绑带4即可将绑带4调节到松弛的状态。
由上可知,当使用者在通过绑带4来进行固定时,上述绳带调整装置能够避免进行系绑操作,并且只需一只手转动操作驱动件1即可使绳带处于拉紧的状态,在通过使驱动件1和绕线件2与安装座3,使绳带处于松弛的状态,这样操作简单,并且节省时间,尤其方便了初学者或者双手使用不便的使用者的使用。
图6为本申请实施例提供的端盖的结构示意图。如图6所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,所述驱动件1包括端盖11和旋爪12;
所述端盖11与所述旋爪12之间固定连接,所述端盖11包括盖体及设置在盖体上的大卡扣111、小卡扣110及定位柱112;
多个所述定位柱112、小卡扣110及大卡扣111均沿所述盖体中心呈圆形分布,且所述定位柱112、小卡扣110及大卡扣111沿所述盖体的直径的方向依次间隔设置。
其中,盖体呈圆形,定位柱112、小卡扣110和大卡扣111均为设置为三个。
本实施例中,端盖11与旋爪12之间固定连接,端盖11转动以带动旋爪12转动,且在绳带需要处于松弛时,旋爪12与绕线件2分离,以便于绳带的松弛;在盖体上设置的定位柱112、小卡扣110和大卡扣111沿盖体直径的方向间隔设置,大卡扣111与安装座3之间卡接,以使配置成限定为盖体在安装座3上的位置,定位柱112及小卡扣110均配置成与旋爪12连接,以使盖体与旋爪12之间卡扣固定连接在一起。
图7为本申请实施例提供的旋爪的结构示意图。如图7所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,所述旋爪12包括主体及设置在主体上的多个定位孔、多个弹臂棘爪122、卡扣平位120和多个齿槽123;
所述定位孔、卡扣平位120与齿槽123设置在所述主体的两侧面上,所述定位孔及所述卡扣平位120配置成与所述定位柱112及所述小卡扣110匹配;
所述圆环卡位121设置在所述主体的中心,多个所述齿槽123沿所述主体的中心呈圆环形地设置在所述主体上,所述齿槽123配置成与所述绕线件2连接,所述主体外边沿上设有多个配置成与所述弹臂棘爪122连接的凸起,且多个所述弹臂棘爪122的延伸方向相同,所述弹臂棘爪122配置成与所述安装座3传动连接。
本实施例中,在主体上设置有配置成与定位柱112配合的定位孔及与小卡扣110配合的卡扣平位120,通过定位孔和卡扣平位120的设置,以使端盖11与旋爪12之间连接;在主体的中心位置上还设置了圆环卡位121,圆环卡位121的周向还设置多个齿槽123,设置在主体边沿的弹臂棘爪122与安装座3连接,弹臂棘爪122与安装座3连接,使弹臂棘爪122只能够沿安装座3的轴线向一个方向转动,这样使端盖11只能够向一个方向转动,转动端盖11即将绳带拉紧,且圆环卡位121和齿槽123均绕线件2连接,绕线件2上的弹性部21与圆环卡位121卡接即使绕线件2与旋爪12连接的状态。
图8为本申请实施例提供的绕线件的结构示意图。如图8所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,所述绕线件2包括装带槽23、固定部24、环形齿22及所述弹性部21;
所述固定部24设置在所述装带槽23内,所述环形齿22和所述弹性部21设置在所述装带槽23的一端,且所述弹性部21设置在所述装带槽23的中心,多个所述环形齿22沿所述装带槽23的中心均匀分布,所述环形齿22与所述齿槽123配合。
本实施例中,固定部24设置在装带槽23中,固定部24配置成与固定绳带,弹性部21设置在装带槽23的中心,并且一端向外延伸,弹性部21与圆环卡位121卡接,环形齿22与设置在旋爪12上的齿槽123配合,以使绕线件2与旋爪12之间连接得更加稳定。
图11为本申请实施例提供的绕线轮设置有弹片爆炸示意图。如图11所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,所述弹性部21包括第一半圆形立柱210和第二半圆形立柱211;
所述第一半圆形立柱210和所述第二半圆形立柱211对称设置在所述装带槽23的中心,且所述第一半圆形立柱210和所述第二半圆形立柱211间隔设置,所述第一半圆形立柱210和所述第二半圆形立柱211上分别设置有第一弹性扣212和第二弹性扣213,所述第一弹性扣212和所述第二弹性扣213配置成与所述圆环卡位121卡接。
进一步地,所述弹性部21还包括弹片214;

本实施例中,底座31呈中空状,即在底座31上设置通孔312,通过处配置成设置绕线件2及驱动件1,且在底座31上设置有帽檐310,帽檐310与大卡扣111卡接,限制盖体在底座31上移动的位置,并且在底座31的内壁上设有与弹臂棘爪122卡接的内斜齿311,由于内斜齿311的设置,弹臂棘爪122只能相对与底座31沿一个方向转动,底座31上设置的大卡脚314和小卡脚313与固定座32上的大卡槽322和小卡槽323连接,以使底座 31和固定座32连接,且在底座31的侧面设置有出绳口315,以使绑带4能够穿过出绳口315与固定部24连接,使绑带4能够缠绕在装带槽23中,同时在固定座32上设置有同于绕线件2转动的中心柱321。
图12为本申请实施例提供的绑带与绕线件、底座以及导扣相配合的结构示意图;图13为本申请实施例提供的绳带调整装置应用在鞋子配合的结构示意图;图14为本申请实施例提供的绳带调整装置应用在医疗护具配合的结构示意图。如图12-14所示,本申请还提供的绳带调整组件,绳带调整组件包括绑带4、多个导扣5以及绳带调整装置,其产生的效果与绳带调整装置的效果相同,不再赘述。另外,多个导扣5的设置能够令外部物体被绑带4绑得更加牢固。
其中,绳带调整组件可以应用在鞋子7上,将绳带调整装置6设置在鞋子7的靠近鞋舌的一端,绳带调整组件还可应用在医疗护臂8上。

  1. 一种绳带调节装置,其特征在于,包括:驱动件、绕线件和安装座;
    所述驱动件和所述绕线件于同轴设置,所述驱动件与所述绕线件活动连接,且所述驱动件和所述绕线件均设置在所述安装座中,所述驱动件带动所述绕线件相对于所述安装座顺时针或逆时针转动;
    所述绕线件设置有配置成固定绑带的固定部和配置成与所述驱动件连接的弹性部,所述驱动件上设置有配置成与所述弹性部配合的圆环卡位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括端盖和旋爪;
    所述端盖与所述旋爪之间固定连接,所述端盖包括盖体及设置在盖体上的大卡扣、小卡扣及定位柱;
    多个所述定位柱、小卡扣及大卡扣均沿所述盖体中心呈圆形分布,且所述定位柱、小卡扣及大卡扣沿所述盖体的直径的方向依次间隔设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述旋爪包括主体及设置在主体上的多个定位孔、多个弹臂棘爪、卡扣平位和多个齿槽;
    所述定位孔、卡扣平位与齿槽设置在所述主体的两侧面上,所述定位孔及所述卡扣平位配置成与所述定位柱及所述小卡扣匹配;
    所述圆环卡位设置在所述主体的中心,多个所述齿槽沿所述主体的中心呈圆环形地设置在所述主体上,所述齿槽配置成与所述绕线件连接,所述主体外边沿上设有多个配置成与所述弹臂棘爪连接的凸起,且多个所述弹臂棘爪的延伸方向相同,所述弹臂棘爪配置成与所述安装座传动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述绕线件包括装带槽、固定部、环形齿及所述弹性部;
    所述固定部设置在所述装带槽内,所述环形齿和所述弹性部设置在所述装带槽的一端,且所述弹性部设置在所述装带槽的中心,多个所述环形齿沿所述装带槽的中心均匀分布,所述环形齿与所述齿槽配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述弹性部包括第一半圆形立柱和第二半圆形立柱;
    所述第一半圆形立柱和所述第二半圆形立柱对称设置在所述装带槽的中心,且所述第一半圆形立柱和所述第二半圆形立柱间隔设置,所述第一半圆形立柱和所述第二半圆形立柱上分别设置有第一弹性扣和第二弹性扣,所述第一弹性扣和所述第二弹性 扣配置成与所述圆环卡位卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述弹性部还包括弹片;
    所述弹片可拆卸地设置在所述第一半圆形立柱和所述第二半圆形立柱之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述弹片上设置有第一固定孔和第二固定孔,所述第一半圆形立柱靠近所述第二半圆形立柱的一端设置有第一定位凸起,所述第二半圆形立柱靠近所述第一半圆形立柱的一端设置有第二定位凸起,所述第一固定孔和第二固定孔与所述第一定位凸起和第二定位凸起卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述安装座包括底座和固定座;
    所述底座上设置有通孔,所述底座上设置有帽檐、内斜齿、小卡脚和大卡脚,所述内斜齿设置在所述底座的内侧壁上,所述帽檐设置在所述底座的一端,所述小卡脚和所述大卡脚设置在所述底座的外壁上;
    所述帽檐配置成与所述大卡扣卡接,以限制所述盖体沿所述底座的上下移动,所述内斜齿与所述弹臂棘爪卡接,以使所述旋爪相对于所述底座顺时针或逆时针转动,所述大卡脚和所述小卡脚配置成与所述固定座连接,且所述底座的侧面上还设置有配置成绑带穿过的出绳口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的绳带调节装置,其特征在于,所述固定座上设置中心柱、大卡槽和小卡槽;
    所述绕线件可转动地设置在所述中心柱上,所述大卡槽和所述小卡槽与所述大卡脚和所述小卡脚卡接,以使所述固定座和所述底座连接。
  10. 一种绳带调整组件,其特征在于,包括绑带、多个导扣及如权利要求1-9任一项所述的绳带调整装置;
    多个所述导扣配置成固定在外部物体上,且多个所述导扣间隔设置;所述绑带依次穿过多个所述导扣并固定在所述固定部上。
