具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本申请的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本申请,并不用于限制本申请。
请参阅图1,本申请提供一种拇趾外翻矫正器,包括关节连接件2、拇趾支撑件3及角度调节器4,关节连接件2一端纵向铰接于拇趾支撑件3一端,以实现矫正角度调节,角度调节器4包括旋钮机构41及连接绳42,旋钮机构41安装于关节连接件2的外侧面,连接绳42可滑动地穿设于拇趾支撑件3的外表面,连接绳42的两端连接于旋钮机构41,以通过正向拧动旋钮机构41使得连接绳42收紧以带动拇趾支撑件3绕其铰接轴线正向旋转,或者通过反向拧动旋钮机构41使得连接绳42放松以推动拇趾支撑件3绕其铰接轴线反向旋转,从而调节关节连接件2与拇趾支撑件3形成的矫正角度。
本申请提供的拇趾外翻矫正器,通过在关节连接件2及拇趾支撑件3之间连接角度调节器4,角度调节器4通过设置旋钮机构41及连接绳42相配合,通过正向拧动旋钮机构41使得连接绳42收紧,从而带动拇趾支撑件3绕其铰接轴线正向旋转,通过反向拧动旋钮机构41使得连接绳42放松,拇趾支撑件3脱离了连接绳42束缚,通过外力推动拇趾支撑件3绕其铰接轴线反向旋转,这样,通过正反向拧动旋钮机构41便于灵活调节关节连接件2与拇趾支撑件3形成的矫正角度,适应不同程度的拇外翻用户使用。
请参阅图2至图5,本实施例中,旋钮机构41包括固定件411、绕绳件412、活动件413及旋转件414,固定件411固定于关节连接件2的外侧面,绕绳件412可转动安装于固定件411内,连接绳42的两端穿过固定件411并固定于绕绳件412上,以将连接绳42缠绕于绕绳件412外周面。旋转件414可转动安装于固定件411上,活动件413安装于旋转件414与绕绳件412之间,以通过正向拧动旋转件414使得活动件413与绕绳件412相结合以带动绕绳件412转动缠绕连接绳42并将绕绳件412卡持以收紧连接绳42,或者通过反向拧动旋转件414使得活动件413与绕绳件412分离以放松连接绳42。通过外力推动拇趾支撑件3绕其铰接轴线反向旋转,通过拧动旋转件414,可以使得连接绳42收紧或放松,从而调节关节连接件2与拇趾支撑件3之间的矫正角度。
本实施例中,旋转件414包括旋转盖4141、连动部4142及单向转盘4143,连动部4142固定于旋转盖4141以带动活动件413与绕绳件412相结合或分离,旋转盖4141可正反旋转预定角度地安装于单向转盘4143,单向转盘4143外周具有三个棘爪4144,固定件411内周壁设有棘轮4111,每个棘爪4144弹性啮合于棘轮4111上,使得单向转盘4143只能绕棘轮4111单向旋转,通过棘爪4144与棘轮4111的啮合以卡持绕绳件412防止其反转。单向转盘4143的单向旋转方向与正向拧动旋转件414的旋转方向同向。
本实施例中,连动部4142包括固定于旋转盖4141上的板体41421及固定于板体41421上的第一推块41422,第一推块41422与旋转盖4141中心对齐,单向转盘4143上开设有滑槽4145,两个活动件413滑动安装于滑槽4145两端,每个活动件413上设有咬合齿4131,绕绳件412内周壁设有内齿圈4121,第一推块41422可绕旋转盖4141中心轴线旋转地安装于滑槽4145且位于两个活动件413之间,以通过正向拧动旋转件414分别推动两个活动件413向滑槽4145两端滑动,使得每个活动件413的咬合齿4131与内齿圈4121相咬合从而带动绕绳件412旋转缠绕连接绳42。优选地,第一推块41422上可分别与两个活动件413相接触的表面为相互平行的倾斜面,通过两个倾斜面逐渐抵持于两个活动件413,以推开两个活动件413。
本实施例中,连动部4142还包括固定于板体41421上且位于第一推块41422两侧的两个第二推块41423,两个第二推块41423分别与两个活动件413相对应配合,以通过反向拧动旋转件414带动每个第二推块41423旋转,两个第二推块41423分别推动两个活动 件413相靠近,使得活动件413的咬合齿4131脱离内齿圈4121。
本实施例中,单向转盘4143上贴近旋转盖4141的表面具有滑块4146,旋转盖4141内表面设有与滑块4146相滑动配合的弧形槽4147,以将旋转盖4141可正反旋转预定角度地安装于单向转盘4143。当滑块4146抵持于弧形槽4147的端面时,正向拧动旋转盖4141能带动单向转盘4143旋转,单向转盘4143外周的棘爪4144能沿棘轮4111滑动。反向拧动旋转盖4141能带动两个第二推块41423分别推动两个活动件413相靠近。
本实施例中,为了便于装配,旋转盖4141与板体41421通过卡勾相配合卡接,此外,旋转盖4141与板体41421也可一体成型。
本实施例中,拇趾外翻矫正器还包括跖骨支撑件1,支撑件1一端横向铰接关节连接件2另一端,以模拟走路时拇趾关节处的转动。横向铰接轴线与纵向铰接轴线呈垂直布置。
本实施例中,拇趾外翻矫正器还包括拇趾穿戴件5,拇趾穿戴件5连接于拇趾支撑件3,以将大拇趾捆绑于拇趾支撑件3。
本实施例中,拇趾外翻矫正器还包括脚掌穿戴件6,脚掌穿戴件6连接于跖骨支撑件1,以穿戴于脚掌上使得跖骨支撑件1贴合于人脚的跖骨侧。
使用本申请拇趾外翻矫正器时,通过脚掌穿戴件6捆绑于脚掌上,使得跖骨支撑件1贴合于脚掌的跖骨外侧面,关节连接件2贴合于大拇趾与跖骨之间的关节连接处,通过拇趾穿戴件5捆绑于大拇趾上,使得拇趾支撑件3贴合于大拇趾的外侧面。当需要将大拇趾向外侧调节矫正角度时,通过正向拧动旋转盖4141,带动连动部4142及单向转盘4143对应旋转,通过连动部4142的旋转带动活动件413与绕绳件412相结合,即咬合齿4131与内齿圈4121相咬合,单向转盘4143带动两个活动件413绕单向转盘4143的中心轴线旋转,从而带动绕绳件412对应旋转逐渐缠绕连接绳42,这样可以灵活微调矫正角度,适应不同程度的拇外翻用户使用。通过单向转盘4143外周的三个棘爪4144与固定件411内周壁的棘轮4111相啮合以卡持绕绳件412防止其反转,从而保持连接绳42的收紧状态。当大拇趾向外侧调节的矫正角度过大而造成不适时,可以反向拧动旋转盖4141,连动部4142上的两个第二推块41423分别推动两个活动件413相靠近,使得活动件413的咬合齿4131脱离内齿圈4121,绕绳件412脱离了咬合齿4131的卡持束缚,通过外力或依靠大拇趾自身的拉力带动拇趾支撑件3向大拇趾的内侧旋转,绕绳件412上缠绕的连接绳42被拉出, 大拇趾的矫正角度减小。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示重要性;词语“底面”和“顶面”、“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何方向。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种拇趾外翻矫正器,其特征在于,包括关节连接件(2)、拇趾支撑件(3)及角度调节器(4),关节连接件(2)一端纵向铰接于拇趾支撑件(3)一端,以实现矫正角度调节,角度调节器(4)包括旋钮机构(41)及连接绳(42),旋钮机构(41)安装于关节连接件(2)的外侧面,连接绳(42)可滑动地穿设于拇趾支撑件(3)的外表面,连接绳(42)的两端连接于旋钮机构(41),以通过正向拧动旋钮机构(41)使得连接绳(42)收紧以带动拇趾支撑件(3)绕其铰接轴线正向旋转,或者通过反向拧动旋钮机构(41)使得连接绳(42)放松以推动拇趾支撑件(3)绕其铰接轴线反向旋转,从而调节关节连接件(2)与拇趾支撑件(3)形成的矫正角度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拇趾外翻矫正器,其特征在于,所述旋钮机构(41)包括固定件(411)及绕绳件(412),固定件(411)固定于关节连接件(2)的外侧面,绕绳件(412)可转动安装于固定件(411)内,连接绳(42)的两端穿过固定件(411)并固定于绕绳件(412)上,以将连接绳(42)缠绕于绕绳件(412)外周面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拇趾外翻矫正器,其特征在于,所述旋钮机构(41)还包括活动件(413)及旋转件(414),旋转件(414)可转动安装于固定件(411)上,活动件(413)安装于旋转件(414)与绕绳件(412)之间,以通过正向拧动旋转件(414)使得活动件(413)与绕绳件(412)相结合以带动绕绳件(412)转动缠绕连接绳(42)并将绕绳件(412)卡持以收紧连接绳(42),或者通过反向拧动旋转件(414)使得活动件(413)与绕绳件(412)分离以放松连接绳(42)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的拇趾外翻矫正器,其特征在于,所述旋转件(414)包括旋转盖(4141)、连动部(4142)及单向转盘(4143),连动部(4142)固定于旋转盖(4141)以带动活动件(413)与绕绳件(412)相结合或分离,旋转盖(4141)可正反旋转地安装于单向转盘(4143),单向转盘(4143)外周具有棘爪(4144),固定件(411)内周壁设有棘轮(4111),棘爪(4144)弹性啮合于棘轮(4111)上,使得单向转盘(4143)只能绕棘轮(4111)单向旋转,单向转盘(4143)的单向旋转方向与正向拧动旋转件(414)的旋转方向同向。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的拇趾外翻矫正器,其特征在于,所述连动部(4142)包括固定于旋转盖(4141)上的板体(41421)及固定于板体(41421)上的第一推块(41422),第一推块(41422)与旋转盖(4141)中心对齐,单向转盘(4143)上开设有滑槽(4145),两个活动件(413) 滑动安装于滑槽(4145)两端,每个活动件(413)上设有咬合齿(4131),绕绳件(412)内周壁设有内齿圈(4121),第一推块(41422)可绕旋转盖(4141)中心轴线旋转地安装于滑槽(4145)且位于两个活动件(413)之间,以通过正向拧动旋转件(414)分别推动两个活动件(413)向滑槽(4145)两端滑动,使得每个活动件(413)的咬合齿(4131)与内齿圈(4121)相咬合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的拇趾外翻矫正器,其特征在于,所述连动部(4142)还包括固定于板体(41421)上且位于第一推块(41422)两侧的两个第二推块(41423),两个第二推块(41423)分别与两个活动件(413)相对应配合,以通过反向拧动旋转件(414)带动第二推块(41423)推动活动件(413)使得咬合齿(4131)脱离内齿圈(4121)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的拇趾外翻矫正器,其特征在于,所述单向转盘(4143)上贴近旋转盖(4141)的表面具有滑块(4146),旋转盖(4141)内表面设有与滑块(4146)相滑动配合的弧形槽(4147),以将旋转盖(4141)可正反旋转地安装于单向转盘(4143)。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的拇趾外翻矫正器,其特征在于,包括拇趾穿戴件(5),拇趾穿戴件(5)连接于拇趾支撑件(3),以将大拇趾捆绑于拇趾支撑件(3)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的拇趾外翻矫正器,其特征在于,包括跖骨支撑件(1),支撑件(1)一端横向铰接关节连接件(2)另一端,以模拟走路时拇趾关节处的转动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的拇趾外翻矫正器,其特征在于,包括脚掌穿戴件(6),脚掌穿戴件(6)连接于跖骨支撑件(1),以穿戴于脚掌上使得跖骨支撑件(1)贴合于人脚的跖骨侧。
