显示装置20,显示装置20嵌设在储物槽10的开口上;
显示装置20具有平铺状态(如图1所示的状态)和翻折状态(如图2所示的状态);在平铺状态时,显示装置20遮盖储物槽10的开口,在翻折状态时,显示装置20暴露出储物槽10的至少部分开口。
本公开实施例提供的上述车载显示组件中,通过将显示装置嵌设在储物槽的开口上,该显示装置在平铺状态时,能够遮盖储物槽的开口,从而将储物槽隐藏在显示装置下面,而且该显示装置还能够显示一些交通信息或者娱乐信息,供乘车人观看,该显示装置在翻折状态时,可以暴露出储物槽的至少部分开口,以便乘车人取放物品,因此,该车载显示组件的功能集成度较 高,达到了显示多样化的应用效果,并且体积较小,设计合理,可以有效利用车内空间。
如图1所示,上述显示装置在平铺状态时,可以作为储物槽的盖子,遮盖储物槽的开口,使储物槽隐藏在显示装置之下,可以合理利用空间,在该状态下显示装置可以显示交通信息或者娱乐信息等画面。如图2所示,上述显示装置在翻折状态时,可以暴露储物槽的至少部分开口,以便于乘车人取放物品,在翻折状态下,显示装置可以朝外翻折,也可以朝内翻折,此处不做限定。
在具体实施时,上述车载显示装置可以应用于交通工具中,参照图1,可以将上述车载显示装置设置于汽车的中控台40上,例如可以将上述车载显示装置设置在处于正驾驶座位与副驾驶座位之间的中控台40上,以供驾驶员和乘车人观看显示装置显示的交通信息和娱乐信息,具体地,可以在中控台40上设置作为储物槽的凹槽,以及用于容置显示装置的卡槽,将显示装置固定在卡槽处,从而实现将上述车载显示装置设置在中控台上。此外,也可以设置在其他位置处,例如可以设置在汽车的扶手上等,此处不对车载显示装置的位置进行限定。
具体地,本公开实施例提供的上述车载显示装置中,如图3所示,图3为图1中所示的车载显示组件在虚线L1处的截面图,显示装置,可以包括:柔性显示面板21,以及位于背离柔性显示面板21的显示面一侧,用于支撑柔性显示面板21且能够弯折的支撑层22。
本公开实施例中,由于上述显示装置由柔性显示面板21构成,因而该显示装置易于弯折,从而使显示装置便于在平铺状态和翻折状态之间切换,可以通过弯折该显示装置以漏出储物槽的部分开口,或者通过弯折使该显示装置恢复到平铺状态,以隐藏该储物槽。此外,在柔性显示面板21背离显示面的一侧设置支撑层22,能够对柔性显示面板21起到支撑作用,并且该支撑层22具有能够弯折的性能,因而可以通过弯折支撑层22来带动柔性显示面板21,避免直接弯折柔性显示面板21而造成损伤,从而也可以对柔性显示面板 21起到保护作用。
另外,需要说明的是,本公开中的显示装置也可以采用非柔性显示装置,例如,可以采用两个显示屏拼接的形式,该两个显示屏可以平铺展开或者相互折叠以实现储物盒的关闭和打开。
图4和图5为图3中虚线框A处的局部放大图,如图4和图5所示,本公开实施例提供的上述车载显示组件中,上述支撑层,包括:固定部221,转动部222,以及位于固定部221与转动部222之间的枢转轴223;
固定部221与转动部222通过枢转轴223相枢接;
固定部221相对于储物槽的开口固定,转动部222用于绕枢转轴223转动,以带动柔性显示面板翻折。
在具体实施时,固定部221可以固定在储物槽的开口的边沿处,例如,固定部221与储物槽的开口边沿之间可以通过卡合固定,转动部222可绕枢转轴223转动,因而,柔性显示面板被固定部221所支撑的部分相对于储物槽固定,被转动部222支撑的部分可以在转动部222的带动下翻转,从而实现显示装置的平铺和翻转,结合图1和图2,枢转轴223可以位于图1和图2中的L2如所在的位置处,也可以位于其他位置,此次不做限定。如图4所示,支撑层中的转动部222与固定部221平齐时,柔性显示面板的显示面与储物槽的开口平齐,使显示装置处于平铺状态,如图5所示,支撑层中的转动部222绕枢转轴223转动,从而带动被转动部222支撑的部分柔性显示面板翻折,从而漏出储物槽的开口,使显示装置处于翻折状态。
进一步的,本公开实施例提供的上述车载显示组件中,还可以包括:用于控制转动部转动的控制器(图中未示出)。通过控制器控制转动部的转动,从而便于控制显示装置在平铺状态与翻折状态之间切换,提升车载显示组件的便捷性。当然,也可以采用手动转动支撑层的转动部的方式,控制显示装置处于翻折状态或者平铺状态,此次不做限定。
具体地,本公开实施例提供的上述车载显示组件中,上述控制器用于采用电磁驱动、液压驱动、气压驱动、弹性元件驱动或连杆驱动的驱动方式, 控制转动部转动。本公开仅以连杆驱动为例对控制器的功能进行详细说明,此次不对各驱动方式一一详述,如图6所示,转动部222可以采用连杆50传动,在具体实施时,可以在储物槽10的边沿处设置于连杆50对应的滑轨,连杆50的一端可以固定在转动部222上,另一端可以安装在滑轨上,控制器可以通过控制连杆50的移动,来控制转动部222绕枢转轴223转动,从而控制显示装置在平铺状态与翻折状态之间切换。
此外,为了便于驾驶员或者乘车人控制显示装置的状态切换,本公开实施例中的上述车载显示组件中,还可以包括:用于控制控制器工作的切换开关,从而避免了驾驶员或者乘车人手动翻折显示装置,提升车载显示组件的便利性。
具体地,上述切换开关可以为物理按钮或显示装置中的虚拟按键。如图1、图2和图6所示,可以在储物槽10的边沿处设置物理按钮30,以便于驾驶员或乘车人想取放物品时,可以通过按下物理按钮30的方式控制显示装置20翻折,并在取放物理完毕后,可以通过物理按钮30控制显示装置20恢复平铺状态。在一些场景中,可能该储物槽用来防止驾驶员的私人物品,因而该物理按钮也可以设置在方向盘上,以便于驾驶员使用。此外,也可以将物理按钮设置在其他位置,此次不做限定。另外,还可以将切换开关设置为显示装置中的虚拟按键,驾驶员或者乘车人可以通过触摸显示装置中的虚拟按键,来控制显示装置进行状态切换。
在实际应用中,本公开实施例提供的上述车载显示组件中,如图2所示,显示装置20处于翻折状态时,显示装置20的显示面朝向内侧。也就是,显示装置20一般朝向背离储物槽10的一侧翻折,从而使显示装置20的背面(背离显示面板的一面)朝向外侧,这样可以有效保护屏幕免受利器划伤以及光老化影响,从而可以延长屏幕寿命。
如图1所示,上述显示装置20处于平铺状态时,显示装置20的显示面与储物槽的开口平齐。也就是说,显示装置20的显示面大致与储物槽的边沿对齐,不凸出于储物槽的开口,也不凹陷于储物槽的开口之下,这样,既可 以使显示装置20的显示屏受到良好的保护,又可以使显示装置20与储物槽看起来似一体化,从而符合汽车设计美学,且可以增强科技感。
在实际应用中,本公开实施例提供的上述车载显示组件中,上述显示装置为触控显示装置,以便于驾驶员或者乘车人对显示装置进行触控操作。如图3所示,上述柔性显示面板21可以包括显示面板211以及位于显示面板211出光面一侧的触摸层212,从而使该柔性显示面板21实现触控功能,此外,该显示装置也可以采用内嵌式触控显示面板来实现触控功能,此次不做限定。
基于同一发明构思,本公开实施例还提供了一种交通工具,包括上述车载显示组件,对于该交通工具的其它必不可少的组成部分均为本领域的普通技术人员应该理解具有的,在此不做赘述,也不应作为对本公开的限制。该交通工具的实施可以参见上述车载显示组件的实施例,重复之处不再赘述。
在具体实施时,本公开实施例提供的上述交通工具中,如图1和图2所示,还可以包括:位于主驾驶座位与副驾驶座位之间的中控台40;
车载显示组件设置于中控台上40。
如图1所示,将上述车载显示组件设置在位于主驾驶座位与副驾驶座位之间的中控台40上,驾驶员可以通过显示装置20观看一些交通信息,例如导航或路况新闻等,或者也可以供副驾驶座位的乘车人观看一些娱乐信息。如图2所示,显示装置20呈翻折状态时,可以漏出隐藏的储物槽10,从而可以供驾驶员或者乘车人取放物品。
此外,如图7和图8所示,也可以将上述车载显示组件设置在中控台40的尾部,以便为后排乘客提供显示信息。如图7所示,显示装置处于平铺状态时,与储物槽的开口平齐,从而使显示装置与储物槽的一体化效果更好,如图8所示,可以通过手动或者机械的方式控制显示装置切换到翻折状态,为了保护显示装置的显示屏幕,可以控制显示装置向外翻折,以使显示装置的显示面朝内,具体地,当驾驶员或乘客想要将显示装置切换为翻折状态时,可以按下物理按钮30,以使控制器在物理按钮30的控制信号的控制下,控制支撑层中的转动部转动,以带动柔性显示面板翻折。
在具体实施时,可以将上述车载显示组件嵌设在中控台上,也可以与中控台的主体结构一体化成型。通过将上述车载显示组件应用于交通工具中,实现了显示装置与储物盒的结合,使该车载显示组件兼具显示和储物功能,且顺应汽车内饰轮廓,与车内轮廓浑然一体,占用空间小,具有美感和科技感,实现了显示装置的多样化应用,也能够提高交通工具的便利性。
尽管已描述了本公开的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本公开范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本公开实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本公开实施例的精神和范围。这样,倘若本公开实施例的这些修改和变型属于本公开权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本公开也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种车载显示组件,其中,包括:
    储物槽;
    显示装置,所述显示装置嵌设在所述储物槽的开口上;
    所述显示装置具有平铺状态和翻折状态;在平铺状态时,所述显示装置遮盖所述储物槽的开口,在翻折状态时,所述显示装置暴露出所述储物槽的至少部分开口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车载显示组件,其中,所述显示装置,包括:柔性显示面板,以及位于背离所述柔性显示面板的显示面一侧,用于支撑所述柔性显示面板且能够弯折的支撑层。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车载显示组件,其中,所述支撑层,包括:固定部,转动部,以及位于所述固定部与所述转动部之间的枢转轴;
    所述固定部与所述转动部通过所述枢转轴相枢接;
    所述固定部相对于所述储物槽的开口固定,所述转动部用于绕所述枢转轴转动,以带动所述柔性显示面板翻折。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车载显示组件,其中,还包括:用于控制所述转动部转动的控制器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车载显示组件,其中,所述控制器用于采用电磁驱动、液压驱动、气压驱动、弹性元件驱动或连杆驱动的驱动方式,控制所述转动部转动。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的车载显示组件,其中,还包括:用于控制所述控制器工作的切换开关。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车载显示组件,其中,所述切换开关为物理按钮或所述显示装置中的虚拟按键。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的车载显示组件,其中,所述显示装置处于翻折状态时,所述显示装置的显示面朝向内侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的车载显示组件,其中,所述显示装置处于平铺状态时,所述显示装置的显示面与所述储物槽的开口平齐。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的车载显示组件,其中,所述显示装置为触控显示装置。
  11. 一种交通工具,其中,包括如权利要求1~10任一项所述的车载显示组件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的交通工具,其中,还包括:位于主驾驶座位与副驾驶座位之间的中控台;
    所述车载显示组件设置于所述中控台上。
