一种自行车 技术领域
本实用新型属于交通工具领域,尤其涉及一种自行车。
背景技术
随着人们对绿色生活理念的认知逐渐深入,越来越多的人选择更加绿色环保的出行方式,在近距离出行的情况下,自行车可以满足绿色出行的目的;但是在稍远距离出行,或者在出行路线的上下坡较多的情况下,电动车或电助力车的速度和爬坡的能力及其环保的方式,无疑是满足绿色出行理念的最佳出行工具。电动车或电助力车一般有存放电池的电池仓,现有技术中电动车电池仓的安装一般有以下几种情况:第一、电池仓一般是在车架主体的基础上安装,通过在车上增加一个附属结构或者更改某个局部来容纳电池来实现电池的安装,此种结构会增加车辆本身的重量和制造成本;第二、为了节省空间,电池安装于车架大梁的空槽内,该结构在专利CN203652055U中有详细介绍,但是由于可利用的空间比较小,导致车辆配置的电池容量受到限制,从而限制了车辆的续航里程,该电池安装结构对普及电动车辆的使用形成非常大的壁垒。第三、电池仓嵌入到车身下方内部,对于用户在更换电池时,打开电池仓的操作步骤会复杂很多,无疑会大大降低骑行者的骑行体验。
针对现有技术中常用的电池仓的安装方式,主要存在如下缺陷。
第一、电池仓的位置设置在后轮和车架之间时,电池仓作为车辆的一个新增附属配件,占用太多后轮和车架之间的空间,该处空间的压缩,会使配置后轮的直径受到很大的限制。
第二、电池仓设置在车管中时,满足了空间的高利用率,但是由于车管可容纳电池体积小,造成电池的容量小,续航能力差,更换难度增大的问题。
第三、电池仓无论是安装在后轮上方或固定在车管中,电池仓作为车辆的一个新增附属配件存在,电池仓的稳固性低;并且为了确保该车辆的使用安全性能,该电池体积不能设置过大,从而直接导致车辆续航能力受限。
第四、现有电池有部分采用无仓设置,该设置使电池被损毁的隐患大大提升。
有鉴于此,如何设计一种基于车身一体化电池仓电动自行车,以消除现有技术中的上述缺陷和不足,是业内相关技术人员值得研究的一项课题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的电动自行车上电池仓安装存在的空间利用率低、续航能力低、电池更换难度大、安全性低及美观性差的技术问题,本实用新型提出了一种自行车,实现了车身空间利用率高、续航能力强、安全度高、电池更换简单、车型美观的技术效果。
为了实现上述实用新型的目的,本实用新型公开了一种自行车,包括一车头组件、一车尾组件、一与车身一体化配置的电池仓,所述电池仓包括一电池仓挡板,一电池仓底板,其中,所述电池仓挡板前端固定于所述车头组件,所述电池仓挡板后端固定于所述车尾组件,所述电池仓挡板、所述车头组件及所述车尾组件共同构成自行车车架主体。电池仓、车头组件与车尾组件共同构成车辆车架主体的一部分,既能实现承重的功能,保持车辆的重心,同时一体化的设计也提升了车辆的美观。

第二、电池仓在代替主体车架的承重作用外,同时提高了车身的空间利用率,增加了电池仓的容纳空间,提高了车辆的续航能力。
第三、由于车辆的续航能力提升,因此降低了车辆电池的充电和更换频率,延长了电池的使用寿命,降低用户的使用成本。
第四、电池仓空间的提升,本车辆的续航能力远高于传统电动车的续航能力,更有利于电动车、助力电动车等共享模式的推广。
第五、电池仓作为车辆主体结构的核心,位于车辆的中部,周围没有其它配件阻挡,更换电池操作简便。

图2为本实用新型所提供的电池仓内部基本结构示意图。图中电池仓挡板12固定在车头组件2和车尾组件3两侧,电池仓挡板12形成的空腔内安装有电池仓隔板11,本实施例中,电池仓隔板11的数量为两个,但是其数量不限,根据电池大小选择电池仓隔板11的数量,可以选择一个或者多个,亦或者不设置电池仓隔板11。电池仓挡板12及电池仓隔板11可以保证电池的固定和隔离,提升了电池使用过程中的稳定性及安全性。其中,实施例中电池仓隔板11的结 构为L形,当然,由于电池仓1作为车架的主体结构,因此具有更大的设计空间,电池仓隔板11形状不仅限于L形,也可以设计为三角形、梯形、菱形等形状。能够实现与车头组件、车尾组件共同构成车架主体的结构均在本实用新型公开的技术方案的保护范围之内。
图3为本实用新型公开的电池仓上前方剖视图。电池仓1包括电池仓隔板11、电池仓挡板12及电池仓底板16。其中,电池仓隔板11垂直于电池仓挡板12,用于固定和分隔电池。电池仓隔板11可以与电池仓底板16相交,两者之间的夹角可以根据实际安装电池的需求进行设置。当然,电池仓隔板11的位置不限于上述结构,也即电池仓隔板11与电池仓挡板12垂直设置,不论其与电池仓底板16的相对位置如何设置,能够实现隔离和固定电池作用的结构均在本实用新型的保护之列。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自行车,其特征在于:所述电池仓挡板形状呈L形、三角形、梯形或菱形。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自行车,其特征在于:所述电池仓隔板宽度与所述空腔宽度相匹配。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自行车,其特征在于:所述电池仓隔板垂直于所述电池仓挡板。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的一种自行车,其特征在于:所述电池仓挡板采用高强度合金板材。
