Abstract
Description
[梱包装置100の構成]
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る梱包装置100の斜視図である。図2は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る梱包装置100を空気調和機200の室外機150に取り付けた外観図である。図1及び図2を用いて梱包装置100の構成について説明する。梱包装置100は、空気調和機200を梱包する装置であり、筐体51の底板61に重量物を配置している室外機150が載せ置かれる。梱包装置100は、室外機150が上面部10bに載せ置かれる支持台10を有する。また、梱包装置100は、長尺の板状に形成され、支持台10の上面部10bの一部を構成して室外機150の底板61と対向するものであって、一方の端部21aが支持台10に固定され他方の端部21bが上下に移動自在の自由端として構成された第1長尺木片21を有する。また、梱包装置100は、長尺の板状に形成され、支持台10の上面部10bの一部を構成して室外機150の底板61と対向するものであって、一方の端部23aが支持台10に固定され他方の端部23bが上下に移動自在の自由端として構成された第2長尺木片23を有する。さらに、梱包装置100は、第1長尺木片21において自由端側の端部21bの上面部21b1に配置され、室外機150が支持台10に載せられたときに重量物の下方に位置して底板61と当接する第1支持木片21cを有する。また、梱包装置100は、第2長尺木片23において自由端側の端部23bの上面部23b1に配置され、室外機150が支持台10に載せられたときに重量物の下方に位置して底板61と当接する第2支持木片23cを有する。
支持台10は、複数の木片が組み合わされて構成された直方体状の骨組構造である。支持台10は、底部10aに長尺矩形の板状に形成された複数の底板木片11を有する。底板木片11に対する垂直方向からの平面視において、複数の底板木片11はそれぞれ、底板木片11の長手方向が平行となるように、底板木片11の短手方向において、一定の間隔をあけて、同一平面上に並列して配置されている。また、複数の底板木片11はそれぞれ、各側面が同じ方向を向いて配置されている。底板木片11は、長手方向の一方の端部に右側板木片12が固定され、他方の端部に左側板木片13が固定されている。
2つの中間木片15と、中央木片14との上面部には、第1長尺木片21が固定されている。第1長尺木片21は、2つの中間木片15と、中央木片14との上面部に架け渡されている。第1長尺木片21は、長尺矩形の板状に形成されており、底板木片11に対する垂直方向からの平面視において、第1長尺木片21の長手方向が、底板木片11及び上部木片16の長手方向と平行になるように配置されている。また、第1長尺木片21は、底板木片11に対する垂直方向からの平面視において、2つの上部木片16の間に配置されている。第1長尺木片21は、一方の端部21aが、中央木片14と左側板木片13との間に配置された中間木片15に固定されている。第1長尺木片21は、他方の端部21b側が、中央木片14と左側板木片13との間に配置された中間木片15から、右側板木片12に向かって突出している。すなわち、第1長尺木片21の端部21bは、底板木片11に対する垂直方向からの平面視において、中間木片15と、右側板木片12との間に位置する自由端である。第1長尺木片21の端部21bは、上下に移動自在に構成されている。第1長尺木片21は、支持台10の上面部10bの一部を構成して、室外機150の底板61と対向する。
第1長尺木片21において、自由端部側の端部21bの上面部21b1には、第1支持木片21cが配置されている。第1支持木片21cは、直方体状の木片であり、支持台10に室外機150が載せ置かれた際に、室外機150の底板61が当接する。また、第2長尺木片23において、自由端部側の端部23bの上面部23b1には、直方体形状の第2支持木片23cが配置されている。第2支持木片23cは、直方体状の木片であり、支持台10に室外機150が載せ置かれた際に、室外機150の底板61が当接する。なお、上述のように、第2長尺木片23の長手方向の長さは、第1長尺木片21の長手方向の長さよりも長い。そのため、底板木片11に対する垂直方向からの平面視において、第2支持木片23cは、第1支持木片21cと比較して、中間木片15と右側板木片12との間で、右側板木片12に近い位置に配置されている。
図2に示すように、空気調和機200の室外機150は、筐体51を有する。室外機150の筐体51は、室外機150の外郭を構成する。筐体51は、板金製であり、直方体形状に構成されている。筐体51は、円形状の吹出口52aが形成されている前面パネル52を有する。前面パネル52には、吹出口52aを覆って送風機53のプロペラファンを保護するファンガード54が取り付けられている。なお、図2では、室外機150は、2つの送風機53を有するものであるが、室外機150は、1つの送風機53を有するものであっても、3つ以上の送風機53を有するものであってもよい。室外機150は、筐体51の底板61に脚部55を有している。
図5は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る梱包装置100の垂直落下時の、室外機150の変形の概念を示す図である。なお、図5以下の図面で示す記号FSは床面を表し、記号Gは室外機150の落下方向を表す。また、図5以下の図面において、室外機150と梱包装置100との関係を説明するために上部木片16の記載を省略する。次に梱包装置100の作用について説明する。梱包装置100が取り付けられた室外機150が、床面FSに対して垂直に落下した際は、図5に示すように、第1支持木片21cが圧縮機62の足ゴム62aを介して圧縮機62の荷重を支える。第1支持木片21cが圧縮機62の荷重を支えることで、底板61へ加わる力を緩和することができ、例えば脚部55が支点となって底板61が変形することを防止することができる。さらに、第1支持木片21cが配置されている第1長尺木片21の端部21bは、自由端となっているために端部21bは弾力性を有し、図5の破線部A1に示すように微小な撓みを形成することができる。そのため、梱包装置100は、室外機150の落下の衝撃を緩和させる効果を持つ。
[梱包装置110の構成]
図11は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る梱包装置110を示す斜視図である。図1~図10の梱包装置100と同一の構成を有する部位には同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。実施の形態2に係る梱包装置110において特に記述しない項目については、発明の実施の形態1に係る梱包装置100と同様とし、同一の機能及び構成については同一の符号を用いて述べることとする。
梱包装置110は、梱包装置100の第1長尺木片21及び第2長尺木片23の代わりに第1長尺木片21及び第2長尺木片23と同等の作用をもつ第3長尺木片27を有する。2つの中間木片15と、中央木片14との上面部には、第3長尺木片27が固定されている。第3長尺木片27は、2つの中間木片15と、中央木片14との上面部に架け渡されている。第3長尺木片27は、長尺矩形の板状に形成されており、底板木片11に対する垂直方向からの平面視において、第3長尺木片27の長手方向が、底板木片11及び上部木片16の長手方向と平行になるように配置されている。また、第3長尺木片27は、底板木片11に対する垂直方向からの平面視において、2つの上部木片16の間に配置されている。第3長尺木片27は、一方の端部27aが、中央木片14と左側板木片13との間に配置された中間木片15に固定されている。第3長尺木片27は、他方の端部27b側が、中央木片14と左側板木片13との間に配置された中間木片15から、右側板木片12に向かって突出している。すなわち、第3長尺木片27の端部27bは、底板木片11に対する垂直方向からの平面視において、中間木片15と、右側板木片12との間に位置する自由端である。第3長尺木片27の端部27bは、上下に移動自在に構成されている。第3長尺木片27は、支持台10の上面部10bの一部を構成して、室外機150の底板61と対向する。
梱包装置110は、第3長尺木片27において自由端側の端部27bの上面部27b1に配置され、室外機150が支持台10に載せられたときに重量物の下方に位置して底板61と当接する第3支持木片28と、第4支持木片29とを有する。第3支持木片28と、第4支持木片29とは、第3長尺木片27と直交する方向に配置されている。また、第3支持木片28と、第4支持木片29とは、第3長尺木片27の長手方向に配列され、第3支持木片28は左側板木片13側に配置され、第4支持木片29は右側板木片12側に配置されている。

- 筐体の底板に重量物を配置する室外機が載せ置かれる空気調和機の梱包装置であって、
複数の木片が組み合わされて構成された直方体状の骨組構造であり、前記室外機が載せ置かれる支持台と、
長尺の板状に形成され、前記支持台の上面部の一部を構成して前記底板と対向するものであって、一方の端部が前記支持台に固定され他方の端部が上下に移動自在の自由端として構成された長尺木片と、
前記長尺木片において自由端側の前記端部の上面部に配置され、前記室外機が前記支持台に載せられたときに前記重量物の下方に位置して前記底板と当接する支持木片と、を有する空気調和機の梱包装置。 - 前記支持台は、
長尺矩形の板状に形成され、同一平面上に並列して配置された複数の底板木片と、
長尺状の角材であり、前記複数の底板木片の長手方向の両端部において、前記複数の底板木片の上面部に固定された右側板木片及び左側板木片と、
長尺状の角材であり、前記複数の底板木片の上面部において、前記右側板木片と前記左側板木片との間に配置された中央木片と、
長尺状の角材であり、前記複数の底板木片の上面部において、前記右側板木片と前記中央木片との間に配置され、及び、前記左側板木片と前記中央木片との間にそれぞれ配置された中間木片と、
前記右側板木片、前記左側板木片、前記中央木片、前記中間木片の長手方向の両端部において、前記底板木片と対向するように前記右側板木片、前記左側板木片、前記中央木片、前記中間木片の上面部に配置され、前記底板に設けられた脚部が載せ置かれる上部木片と、を有する請求項1に記載の空気調和機の梱包装置。 - 前記支持台は、
長尺矩形の板状に形成され、前記上部木片の間に架け渡され、前記上部木片に載せ置かれる前記脚部に当接して前記支持台上の前記室外機の配置位置を規定する位置規定用木片を更に備える請求項2に記載の空気調和機の梱包装置。 - 前記支持台は、
前記右側板木片と前記左側板木片との間の距離が、前記底板の左右方向の長さよりも大きく、
前記上部木片のそれぞれの間の距離が、前記底板の前後方向の長さよりも大きい請求項2又は3に記載の空気調和機の梱包装置。 - 前記支持台は、
長尺矩形の板状に形成され、2つの前記中間木片と前記中央木片との上面部に架け渡されている横断木片と、
長尺状の角材であり、前記長尺木片と前記横断木片との上面部に架け渡され、前記室外機が前記支持台に載せられたときに前記筐体内を機械室と送風機室とに区画する前記重量物の1つである仕切板の下方に位置し、前記底板と当接する中央支持木片と、を更に有する請求項2~4のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和機の梱包装置。 - 前記長尺木片は、
