本申请基于申请号为201810331617.X、申请日为2018年4月13日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及空调设备技术领域,特别涉及一种显示装置及空调。
背景技术
目前,空调器室内机采用隐藏显示。当空调运行时,显示部件上的图案能透过面板显现出来,当空调关闭时看不到显示部件。为保证显示模块与显示面板紧密贴合以获取显示均匀清新、光晕少的显示效果,现有技术公开了至少如下方案:

如图4所示为本发明实施例提供的显示装置安装示意图。在一些可选实施例中,显示装置1通过显示盒外侧壁的卡扣槽106与空调面板2上的卡扣201配合,与空调面板2装配在一起,防止显示板的松动。
在一些可选实施例中,显示盒外侧壁上设有翻边107,所述翻边107上设有螺孔108,显示盒通过螺母与空调面板2装配在一起。可选的,在任意对边的侧壁上设有翻边107,以增强显示装置的稳定性。
如图1、2、3a和3b所示为本发明实施例提供的显示装置的具体结构示意图。
在本发明实施例中,显示装置1包括:显示板11和显示盒10。为保 证显示板11和显示盒10之间连接关系的稳定性,显示盒10朝向显示板11的表面上突出设置有两个或两个以上卡扣件101。例如:当面板为三角形的面板时,为保证显示板11稳定设置在显示盒10内,对应三角形面板的各边设置一个卡扣件101;当面板为四边形面板时,在对边的对应位置设置卡扣件101;对应圆形可以根据圆周的长度均匀设置两个或两个以上卡扣件101。优选的,两个或两个以上卡扣件101对称设置于显示盒10中心线的两侧。
其中,卡扣件101包括定位功能件,显示板11侧面设置与卡扣件101数量相当的两个或两个以上定位功能副件,定位功能副件与定位功能件配合实现显示板11的定位。
本发明实施例提供的显示装置,显示盒10朝向显示板的表面上突出设置有两个或两个以上卡扣件,卡扣件的定位功能件与显示板侧面上的定位功能件副件配合将显示板与显示盒组合在一起,显示装置结构组成简单,降低了成本高且安装方便。
在本发明实施例中,显示装置安装时显示板11的表面面向空调面板,以使用户清晰地看清楚显示板11现实的内容。为避免显示装置安装过程中,显示板11与空调面板挤压,造成显示板11损坏,显示板11的表面低于显示盒10的边缘,同时,显示板11的表面低于显示盒10的边缘,能够防止显示板漏光,影像显示屏的显示效果。
在前述实施例中,卡扣件101的长度范围为4-6mm,卡口的宽度范围为2-3mm。卡扣件101的长度与显示板11的厚度有关。卡扣件101的长度的数值小于显示板11的厚度数值。为方便对显示板11的维修,卡扣件101的宽度不宜过大,优选的,卡扣件101的宽度为2mm,2.5mm或3mm。为保证显示板11与显示盒10之间的稳定性,卡扣件101的数量与显示板11横截面的周长相关,显示板11横截面的周长越大,卡扣件101的数量越多。
在本发明实施例中,为实现显示板11的显示,显示板11背面会有突出设置的元件或者连接线,因此显示板11背面与显示盒10底部之间具有间隙。为避免显示装置在运输过程中显示板11晃动与显示盒10底部之间发生碰撞,造成元器件的损坏使得显示板11无法正常显示。在一些可选 实施例中,显示盒10朝向显示板11的表面上突出设置有弹性件102,弹性件102的抵触端与显示板11的背面接触。其中,显示盒10朝向显示板11的表面即显示盒10的底部。通过设置弹性件102,保证在运输过程中显示板11晃动时,显示板11在弹性件102的弹性作用下,避免与显示盒10底部之间发生碰撞,造成元器件的损坏。
其中,弹性件102的数量与显示板11横截面的面积相关。显示板11横截面的面积越大,弹性件102的数量越多。在一些实施例中,当显示板11的面积较小时,可以在对应显示板11的中心位置设置一个弹性件102。优选的,为保证显示板11受力均衡,弹性件102的数量为两个或两个以上。弹性件102均匀分布在显示盒10朝向所述显示板11的表面上。
在前述实施例中,为保证弹性件102的韧性,弹性件102的宽度范围为3-5mm。优选的,弹性件102的宽度为3mm、3.5mm、4mm、4.5mm或5mm。弹性件102宽度过窄,当显示板11发生晃动时,显示板11与弹性件102之间的冲击力过大,弹性件102变形过大,不仅会损坏显示板11,弹性件102也可能会损坏。
在前述实施例中,弹性件102的高度范围为1-1.5mm。优选的,所述弹性件102的高度为1mm或1.5mm。弹性件102的高度由显示板11与显示盒10之间间隙的高度相关。弹性件102的高度小于或等于弹性件102的高度由显示板11与显示盒10之间间隙的高度。
如前述实施例所述,当显示板11发生晃动时,显示板11与弹性件102之间会产生冲击,在冲击力过大弹性件102变形过大的情况下,不仅会损坏显示板11,弹性件102也可能会损坏,为避免弹性件102损坏,在一些可选实施例中,显示盒10朝向所述显示板11的表面上突出设置有一个或多个保护顶柱103保护顶柱103。保护顶柱103的高度小于所述弹性件102的抵触端的高度。保护顶柱103的高度小于所述弹性件102的最高高度可以给弹性装置一定的活动空间,也不会因变形过大而破坏弹性结构。
为保证保护顶柱103对弹性件102起保护作用的有效性。优选的,保护顶柱103设置在每个弹性件102的抵触端周围。保护顶柱103的直径范围为2.5-3mm。优选的,保护顶柱的直径为2.5mm或3mm。保护顶柱103的直径不宜太大,直径太大对注塑提出较高要求,同时会提高成本,直径 太小不能起到良好的保护作用。
如前述实施例所述的弹性件102旨在避免显示板11在垂直显示盒10底面的方向上发生晃动损坏显示板11的发生,在运输过程中显示板11晃动时,在平行显示盒10底面的方向上同样会发生晃动,为避免显示板11在平行显示盒10底面的方向上发生晃动影响显示效果,以及避免显示板11与显示盒10侧壁撞击损坏显示板11的发生,在一些可选实施例中,显示盒10朝向所述显示板11的表面上突出设置有两个或两个以上限位件104,显示板11的背面设置有两个或两个以上与限位件104配合的限位附件,用于限制显示板11在与限位件104垂直方向上即平行显示盒10底面的方向上的位置。其中,为保证限位件104限位功能的有效性,限位件104设置于中心线两侧。
在一些可选实施例中,为避免显示板11安装过程中,左右方向颠倒,显示盒10朝向显示板11的表面边缘位置突出设置有一个或多个导向件105。当有多个导向件105时,多个导向件105错位设置。导向件105错位设置方便显示板11的快速装配。导向件105的位置设计在比较显示盒10底部边缘的位置,一方面可以避免显示电脑版反方向安装,是使装配更简单。
如图3a和图3b为根据本发明一具体实施例示出的显示装置的正视图和X方向剖视图,显示装置的长度为150mm,宽度为100mm。首先定义垂直于长边的方向为X方向,平行于长边的方向为Y方向。
卡扣件101的位置尺寸为K和L,尺寸K的优选尺寸为28-30mm,尺寸L的优选尺寸为7-10mm。保证显示板11可以有效地卡紧。卡扣件101的长度尺寸为R,卡口的宽度尺寸为U。尺寸R的优选尺寸为4-6mm,尺寸U的优选尺寸为2-3mm。
四个弹性件102对称布置,其定位尺寸分别为A和B,尺寸A的优选尺寸为40-45mm,尺寸B的优选尺寸为16-20mm。这使得弹性件102在显示盒10中的分布比较均匀,使得弹性件102提供的向上的对显示板11的作用力作用在显示电脑板上比较均匀,既不会发生应力过于集中,也不会发生作用力不足。弹性件102的宽度为C,尺寸C的优选尺寸为3-5mm。弹性件102宽度过窄,当显示板11发生晃动时,显示板11与弹性件102 之间的冲击力过大,弹性件102变形过大,不仅会损坏显示板11,弹性件102也可能会损坏。弹性件102的长度为F,尺寸F的优选尺寸为13-15mm。两弹性件102在Y方向上的距离为D,尺寸D的优选尺寸为40-45mm。两弹性件102在X方向上的距离为E,尺寸E的优选尺寸为50-60mm。
四个保护顶柱组,每组包括两个保护顶柱103,分别布置于弹性件102抵触端的最高点的两侧,其定位尺寸为H,I和G。尺寸H的优选尺寸为10-13mm。尺寸I的优选尺寸为10-12mm。尺寸G的优选尺寸为40-43mm。保护顶柱103的直径尺寸为P,尺寸P的优选尺寸为3mm左右,其尺寸不宜太大,尺寸太大对注塑提出较高要求,提高成本。尺寸太小不能起到良好的保护作用。保护顶柱103的高度尺寸为S,尺寸S的优选尺寸应小于弹性件102的高度1-1.5mm,可以给弹性装置一定的活动空间,也不会因变形过大而破坏弹性件102。
两限位件104分别布置于X方向的左右两侧。
导向件105的位置尺寸为M和N,尺寸M的优选尺寸为18-22mm,尺寸N的优选尺寸为13-16mm。导向件105的位置设计在显示盒10底部边缘的位置,一方面可以避免显示电脑版反方向安装,使装配更简单。另一方面可以增加显示电脑版的实际使用面积。导向件105的高度尺寸为Q,尺寸Q的优选尺寸为8-10mm,既能起到导向作用,又不会与面板产生干涉。
显示盒10侧边的高度尺寸为V,尺寸Q的优选尺寸为12-14mm。该尺寸既满足了显示盒10内部结构的空间布置,也兼顾了显示板11与面板距离。
本发明实施例还提供一种空调,包括如前述任意一实施例所述的显示装置。
应当理解的是,本发明并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的流程及结构,并且可以在不脱离其范围进行各种修改和改变。本发明的范围仅由所附的权利要求来限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示装置,包括:显示板和显示盒,其特征在于:所述显示盒朝向所述显示板的表面上突出设置有两个或两个以上卡扣件;所述卡扣件包括定位功能件;所述显示板侧面设置两个或两个以上供所述定位功能件定位的定位功能副件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示板的表面低于所述显示盒的边缘。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述两个或两个以上卡扣件对称设置于显示盒中心线的两侧。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示盒朝向所述显示板的表面上突出设置有弹性件,所述弹性件的抵触端与所述显示板的背面接触。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件的数量为两个或两个以上;所述弹性件均匀分布在所述显示盒朝向所述显示板的表面上。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,在所述显示盒朝向所述显示板的表面上突出设置有一个或多个保护顶柱;所述保护顶柱的高度小于所述弹性件的抵触端的高度。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述保护顶柱设置在每个所述弹性件的抵触端周围。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示盒朝向所述显示板的表面上突出设置有两个或两个以上限位件;所述显示板的背面设置有两个或两个以上与所述限位件配合的限位附件,用于限制所述显示板在与所述限位件垂直方向上的位置。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示盒朝向所述显示板的表面边缘位置突出设置有一个或多个导向件。
  10. 一种空调,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的显示装置。
