需要说明的是,本发明为一种用于机器人零件板打磨设备,具体操作时,将零件放置在夹具台11上,转动调节旋钮,让夹具台11顶部的四个边角处的第一夹板17夹紧打磨零件,为了保护零件不被第一夹板17夹坏,在第一夹板17的一端套设软绵垫,再调节伸缩端的长度,让第二夹板14夹紧零件的顶部,让零件在打磨的时候不会发生松动,为了加固对零件的固定,在第二夹板14的底端设有的吸盘18可以紧紧的吸住零件,通过转动摇杆10,打开电机控制按钮,电机7转子带动磨砂轮9对零件的表面进行打磨,打磨完毕后,将第二夹板14松开,旋转夹具台11再用第二夹板14固定,即可继续打磨零件的其它面,这样可以不用重复对零件进行装夹,增加了工作效率,由于在打磨的过程中,会产生大量的热量,温度传感器19会将温度信号传给PLC,PLC控制高压水泵12喷出水对零件进行冷却,高压水泵12的喷头置于箱体1的内部,对准打磨工件,且所处位置不会影响到其他工件的工作,完成零件打磨的工作后,在箱体1的底部开设有的出水口,会将冷却水排出,不会在箱体内造成积水。
