本申请涉及家电技术领域,特别涉及一种集尘盒及扫地机器人。
背景技术
目前的扫地机器人中,过滤件通常是采用活动式的安装方式,即过滤件可以从扫地机器人的集尘盒内取出,以便用户更换过滤件。但在实际使用中,许多用户经常会因为粗心而忘记将过滤件装入到集尘盒内,未带有过滤件的集尘盒安装至扫地机器人时,会导致空气未经过滤直接进入吸尘电机内,其中大部分灰尘会随空气排出,造成二次污染。另外,进入吸尘电机内的灰尘也会影响电机的寿命。
发明内容
本申请的实施方式提供了一种集尘盒及扫地机器人。
本申请实施方式的集尘盒,包括盒体、可拆卸地设置在所述盒体的第一盖、过滤件和设置在所述第一盖的过滤件防漏装装置,所述过滤件防漏装装置包括活动件,
在所述过滤件未装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述活动件与所述盒体发生干涉以使所述第一盖与所述盒体无法闭合;
在所述过滤件装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述过滤件防漏装装置与所述过滤件发生干涉而消除所述活动件与所述盒体的干涉,以使所述第一盖与所述盒体闭合。
本申请实施方式的集尘盒,当未在盒体内安装过滤件时,利用过滤件防漏装装置使第一盖与盒体无法闭合,如此,有效地防止用户漏装过滤件,从而避免了空气未经过滤就排出,同时,也避免了灰尘影响吸尘电机的寿命。

本申请实施方式的集尘盒100,当未在盒体102内安装过滤件106时,利用过滤件防漏装装置108使第一盖104与盒体102无法闭合,如此,有效地防止用户漏装过滤件106,从而避免了空气未经过滤就排出,同时,也避免了灰尘影响吸尘电机的寿命。
可以理解,集尘盒100通常在盒体102内设置有过滤件106用于过滤灰尘。本申请利用过滤件防漏装装置108的活动件110与盒体102的干涉来防止用户漏装过滤件106。在过滤件106未装入盒体102且第一盖104设置在盒体102时,活动件110与盒体102会发生干涉,第一盖104与盒体102无法顺利闭合。在过滤件106装入盒体102且第一盖104设置在盒体102时,过滤件防漏装装置108与过滤件106发生干涉,使得活动件110与盒体102的干涉消除,第一盖104与盒体102可以顺利闭合。活动件110与盒体102的干涉可通过活动件110的转动或伸缩来消除。例如,当通过伸缩来消除活动件110与盒体102的干涉时,过滤件防漏装装置108可包括抵压组件,抵压组件包括抵压部和可伸缩的活动件110,活动件可设置成卡块,抵压部连接活动件。在过滤件106未装入盒体102且第一盖104设置在盒体102时,活动件持在在盒体102的上边缘上,第一盖104与盒体102无法顺利闭合。在过滤件106装入盒体102且第一盖104设置在盒体102时,抵压部与过滤件106接触受力,从而驱动活动件缩进以使卡块脱离盒体102,第一盖104与盒体102可以顺利闭合。
下面将具体展开通过以转动方式来消除活动件110与盒体102的干涉的具体实施方式。
请参阅图1至图7,在本实施方式中,过滤件防漏装装置108包括可转动连接第一盖104的转动部112。转动部112包括活动件110和驱动件114。在过滤件106未装入盒体102且第一盖104设置在盒体102时,驱动件114的末端悬空并伸入盒体102内。在过滤件106装入盒体102且第一盖104设置在盒体102时,驱动件114的末端与过滤件106发生干涉以使驱动件114带动转动部112转动以消除活动件110与盒体102的干涉。
可以理解,过滤件防漏装装置108设置在第一盖104。在过滤件106未装入盒体102且第一盖104设置在盒体102时,驱动件114的末端悬空并伸入盒体102内,驱动件114不受力,活动件110抵触盒体102的上边缘即活动件110与盒体102发生干涉,第一盖104与盒体102无法顺利闭合。在过滤件106装入盒体102且第一盖104设置在盒体102时,驱动件114的末端与过滤件106接触受力,驱动件114带动转动部112转动使活动件110沿图1和图2所示的顺时针转动,从而消除活动件110与盒体102的干涉,第一盖104与盒体102可以顺利闭合。
在本实施方式中,转动部112包括连接部116。驱动件114和活动件110连接在连接部116的两侧。连接部116与第一盖104可转动连接。
如此,可通过驱动件114带动转动部112转动使活动件110脱离盒体102以消除活动件 110与盒体102的干涉。
具体地,请参阅图6,第一盖104底面设置有安装结构118。安装结构118开设有安装孔120,连接部116包括第一转轴122,第一转轴122可转动地设置在安装孔120,如图6所示。
如此,通过第一转轴122与安装孔120的配合以使转动部112可转动地连接第一盖104。
在本实施方式中,过滤件防漏装装置108包括第一弹性件124。第一弹性件124抵接第一盖104和转动部112。第一弹性件124被配置成在驱动件114与过滤件106发生干涉时驱动活动件110转动以消除活动件110与盒体102的干涉。
可以理解,第一弹性件124抵接第一盖104和转动部112,在过滤件106装入盒体102且第一盖104设置在盒体102时,驱动件114的末端与过滤件106接触受力,驱动件114受到的力通过第一弹性件124的传递使活动件110转动,从而使活动件110脱离盒体102以消除活动件110与盒体102的干涉。较佳地,第一弹性件124为扭转弹簧,扭转弹簧套设在第一转轴122上,扭转弹簧的两端分别抵接第一盖104和驱动件114。
请参阅图8至图10,在某些实施方式中,集尘盒100包括设置于盒体102内的过滤支架126和用于阻挡灰尘的分离结构128。盒体102形成有进风口130和出风口132。过滤支架126的侧面形成有孔洞134。分离结构128设置于盒体102内并位于孔洞134的进风侧。当过滤件106设置在盒体102时,过滤件106设置于过滤支架126并位于孔洞134的出风侧。
可以理解,可先通过分离结构128阻挡大部分灰尘,然后空气经孔洞134进入过滤件106,空气再经过滤件106分离空气和少量灰尘,使得排出的空气得到有效净化。具体地,扫地机器人1000工作时,机器内部形成真空,在内外压差的作用下,灰尘随空气通过进风口130被吸入到盒体102内。灰尘随空气进入到盒体102后,大部分灰尘,尤其是较大颗粒的灰尘被分离结构128阻挡掉落在盒体102的底部,只有少量的细小的灰尘可以随空气通过孔洞134到达过滤件106。此时灰尘被过滤件106过滤,空气与灰尘得到有效分离,排出的空气得到有效净化。如此,避免从集尘盒100中排出的空气质量差而造成二次污染。在图9中,集尘盒100中带箭头的直线表示空气气流。分离结构128位于孔洞134的进风侧,也即是说,分离结构128可以位于空气气流进入孔洞134之前的任意位置,或者说,相对于分离结构128,孔洞134处于集尘盒100内空气流动方向的下游。这样可保证空气进入孔洞134前,会先遇到分离结构128。
另外,由于只有少量灰尘能够到达过滤件106,因此,这样延长了过滤件106的使用寿命,用户也无需频繁更换或清洁过滤件106,给用户使用带来便利。
在本实施方式中,分离结构128为过滤支架126的底部斜面142。
可以理解,分离结构128为过滤支架126的底部斜面142,即分离结构128与过滤支架 126同体。如此,避免占用盒体102过多的空间。分离结构128可为朝向盒体102底部的斜面142,斜面142与进风口130相对,对带灰尘的空气气流有一个导向作用,可以让灰尘掉落到盒体102的底部。当然,分离结构128也可以不与过滤支架126同体,可以在盒体102内的其它位置另设一个分离结构128。分离结构128可为具有斜面142、球形面、非球面等导向面的结构件。
在本实施方式中,过滤件106包括过滤海帕、过滤海绵和活性炭过滤网中的任意一种或多种。
可以理解,过滤海帕、过滤海绵和活性炭过滤网均可以用于过滤灰尘。过滤件106可以是过滤海帕、过滤海绵或活性炭过滤网。当然,过滤件106也可以是过滤海帕和过滤海绵的组合、过滤海帕和活性炭过滤网的组合或过滤海绵和活性炭过滤网的组合。过滤件106还可以是过滤海帕、过滤海绵和活性炭过滤网的组合。过滤件106可以是一个,也可以是多个,可以根据过滤需求选择。
请一并参阅图11-图15,在某些实施方式中,过滤支架126包括底板136和侧板138。侧板138连接在底板136并与底板136共同形成容置空间140。过滤件106至少部分地位于容置空间140。底板136包括与进风口130相对的斜面142。斜面142形成分离结构128,孔洞134的进风侧背向进风口130。
可以理解,与进风口130相对的斜面142形成分离结构128,利于分离结构128阻挡随空气进入盒体102的大部分灰尘,同时,也减少集尘盒100内部的结构件,使得集尘盒100内收集灰尘的空间更大化。孔洞134的进风侧背向进风口130,分离结构128位于孔洞134的进风侧。如此,孔洞134尽量远离进风口130,带灰尘的空气气流先经过分离结构128使得分离结构128阻挡大部分灰尘,然后空气气流通过孔洞134再经过滤件106使得过滤件106分离空气和少量灰尘,从而使得空气与灰尘得到进一步有效分离,排出的空气得到进一步有效净化。
在本实施方式中,过滤件106基本位于容置空间140内,也就是说,过滤件106的顶面与过滤支架126的顶面基本齐平,这样可减少过滤件106和过滤支架126的整体厚度,保证集尘盒100的集尘空间时,也利于保持集尘盒100的小型化。在其它实施方式中,过滤件106部分地位于容置空间140,也就是说,过滤件106可相对于过滤支架126的顶面凸出,在这样的实施方式中,容置空间140的深度可设计得较小,或凸出的过滤件106的部位还可用于定位安装在过滤件106或过滤支架126上的其它部件。
可以理解,为了保证过滤效果,当过滤件106收容在容置空间140时,允许过滤件106有一定的变形使过滤件106更好地固定在过滤支架126。当然,也可利用辅助的连接件,如扣件,螺钉等将过滤件106固定在过滤支架126。
在本实施方式中,过滤支架126包括支撑板144。支撑板144位于容置空间140并连接底板136和侧板138,过滤件106支撑在支撑板144上。
如此,支撑板144支撑过滤件106,使得过滤件106设置在过滤支架126上时位置相对稳定,不容易发生偏移,更有效过滤通过孔洞134的空气气流,有效分离灰尘和空气。
本实施方式中,支撑板144的数量是多个,多个支撑板144间隔设置在容置空间140,这样可对过滤件106更有效的支撑,避免过滤件106因受力不均匀而导致位置发生偏移,影响过滤效果。
在本实施方式中,请参阅图9和图10,进风口130和出风口132设置于盒体102的同一侧面,进风口130位于出风口132的下方。
如此,在扫地机器人1000工作时,进风口130和出风口132之间形成气流,灰尘随着气流从进风口130进入盒体102内,经过过滤后,灰尘被阻挡向出风口132流动而留在盒体102中,过滤后的空气经出风口132排出。当然,进风口130和出风口132可以设置于盒体102的不同侧面。当进风口130和出风口132设置于盒体102的同一侧面,也可以是出风口132位于进风口130的下方。
请参阅图16,在某些实施方式中,盒体102的底部形成有排尘口146。集尘盒100包括第二盖148,第二盖148可转动连接盒体102并用于打开或关闭排尘口146。
可以理解,通过第二盖148打开或关闭盒体102的底部的排尘口146,方便将清除盒体102内的灰尘。
在某些实施方式中,第二盖148包括相背的第一侧部150和第二侧部152。第一侧部150与盒体102转动地连接,在第二盖148关闭排尘口146时,第二侧部152通过卡扣结构154与盒体102扣合连接。
可以理解,卡扣结构154方便第二盖148打开或关闭排尘口146。在第二盖148关闭排尘口146时,第二侧部152通过卡扣结构154与盒体102扣合连接更可靠。具体地,在清除扫地机器人1000内的灰尘时,先将集尘盒100从扫地机器人1000内取出,然后解除第二盖148和盒体102之间的扣合关系,使得第二盖148可以转动后打开排尘口146,从而使得承载在第二盖148上的灰尘随着第二盖148的转动流出至盒体102外,这样在清除灰尘时,无需取出盒体102内的过滤件106和过滤支架126,清洁过程方便。
进一步地,第一侧部150与盒体102转动地连接可以通过以下方式实现:例如,第一侧部150设置有转动轴,盒体102上形成有转接孔,转动轴收容于转接孔中从而使得第一侧部150与盒体102转动地连接。
需要指出的是,底部方向为图中所示向下的方向,顶部方向为图中所示向上的方向。
在某些实施方式中,集尘盒100包括按钮156。按钮156包括第二转轴158,按钮156 通过第二转轴158转动地设置在盒体102上。卡扣结构154包括形成在按钮156一端的卡勾160和形成在第二侧部152的卡扣部162。按钮156可相对于盒体102在第一位置和第二位置之间摆动。在第一位置时,卡勾160与卡扣部162扣合以使第二盖148关闭排尘口146。在第二位置时,卡勾160与卡扣部162脱离以使第二盖148打开排尘口146。
如此,在按下按钮156后,卡勾160和卡扣部162脱离,使得第二盖148转动打开排尘口146以将灰尘排出,排尘方式简单。具体地,卡勾160包括朝向上的卡合面164,卡扣部162包括卡条166,在第一位置时,卡条166抵持卡合面164,如图9所示。
在本实施方式中,按钮156包括按板168,第二转轴158固定在按板168的中间部位。按板168包括分别位于第二转轴158相背的两侧的第一摆动端170和第二摆动端172。卡勾160形成于第一摆动端170,第一摆动端170向远离盒体102的方向摆动,第二摆动端172向靠近盒体102的方向摆动。盒体102形成有供第二摆动端172摆动的避让空间。当第一摆动端170向远离盒体102的方向摆动时,卡勾160与卡条166脱离,进而打开第二盖148。
如此,避让空间可以防止按钮156在转动的过程与盒体102干涉。
另外,在按板168与盒体102相对的表面上设置有第二弹性件174,在常规状态下,第二弹性件174可与盒体102的表面接触或不接触。接触时,第二弹性件174可不产生弹力或可产生的弹力。在有弹力产生时,所产生的弹力将第二摆动端172向远离盒体102的方式驱动,如此,使得卡勾160与第二盖148的扣合更紧密。
当第二摆动端172被外力压向盒体102时,第二弹性件174被压缩,第一摆动端170向远离盒体102方向摆动,使得卡勾160与卡条166脱离,第二盖148得以打开。当外力撤消时,第二弹性件174驱动第二摆动端172向远离盒体102方向摆动,而使得第一摆动端170复位。
在本实施方式中,第二弹性件174为按板168上的弹性板。在其它实施方式中,第二弹性件174可以为弹簧、弹性块等其它弹性件。
在某些实施方式中,集尘盒100包括密封件176,密封件176设置于集尘盒100的部件连接处。
可以理解,集尘盒100内的部件连接处气密性较差,在部件连接处设置密封件176可以保证集尘盒100的气密性,从而利于扫地机器人1000吸尘。密封件176可以是密封圈或密封条。具体地,在本申请的实施方式中,第一盖104与盒体102顶部之间设置有一密封圈,过滤支架126与盒体102内壁之间设置有一密封圈,第二盖148与盒体102底部之间设置有一密封圈。
请参阅图17,本申请实施方式的扫地机器人1000,包括机身200和上述任一实施方式的集尘盒100,集尘盒100设置在机身200。
本申请实施方式的扫地机器人1000,当未在集尘盒100的盒体102内安装过滤件106时,利用过滤件防漏装装置108使第一盖104与盒体102无法闭合,如此,有效地防止用户漏装过滤件106,从而避免了空气未经过滤就排出,同时,也避免了灰尘影响吸尘电机的寿命。
较佳地,集尘盒100可拆卸地设置在机身200,例如通过卡扣、螺钉、粘合等的方式可拆卸地设置在机身200。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种集尘盒,其特征在于,包括盒体、可拆卸地设置在所述盒体的第一盖、过滤件和设置在所述第一盖的过滤件防漏装装置,所述过滤件防漏装装置包括活动件,
    在所述过滤件未装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述活动件与所述盒体发生干涉以使所述第一盖与所述盒体无法闭合;
    在所述过滤件装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述过滤件防漏装装置与所述过滤件发生干涉而消除所述活动件与所述盒体的干涉,以使所述第一盖与所述盒体闭合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述过滤件防漏装装置包括可转动连接所述第一盖的转动部,所述转动部包括所述活动件和驱动件,在所述过滤件未装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述驱动件的末端悬空并伸入所述盒体内;
    在所述过滤件装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述驱动件的末端与所述过滤件发生干涉以使所述驱动件带动所述转动部转动以消除所述活动件与所述盒体的干涉。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述转动部包括连接部,所述驱动件和所述活动件连接在所述连接部的两侧,所述连接部与所述第一盖可转动连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述第一盖底面设置有安装结构,所述安装结构开设有安装孔,所述连接部包括第一转轴,所述第一转轴可转动地设置在所述安装孔。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述过滤件防漏装装置包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件抵接所述第一盖和所述转动部,所述第一弹性件被配置成在所述驱动件与所述过滤件发生干涉时驱动所述活动件转动以消除所述活动件与所述盒体的干涉。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括设置于所述盒体内的过滤支架和用于阻挡灰尘的分离结构,所述盒体形成有进风口和出风口,所述过滤支架的侧面形成有孔洞,所述分离结构设置于所述盒体内并位于所述孔洞的进风侧,当所述过滤件设置在所述盒体时,所述过滤件设置于所述过滤支架并位于所述孔洞的出风侧。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述过滤支架包括底板和侧板,所述侧 板连接所述底板并与所述底板共同形成容置空间,所述过滤件至少部分地位于所述容置空间,所述底板包括与所述进风口相对的斜面,所述斜面形成所述分离结构,所述孔洞的进风侧背向所述进风口。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述盒体的底部形成有排尘口,所述集尘盒包括第二盖,所述第二盖可转动连接所述盒体并用于打开或关闭所述排尘口。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述第二盖包括相背的第一侧部和第二侧部,所述第一侧部与所述盒体转动地连接,在所述第二盖关闭所述排尘口时,所述第二侧部通过卡扣结构与所述盒体扣合连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括按钮,所述按钮包括第二转轴,所述按钮通过所述第二转轴转动地设置在所述盒体上,所述卡扣结构包括形成在所述按钮一端的卡勾和形成在所述第二侧部的卡扣部,所述按钮可相对于所述盒体在第一位置和第二位置之间摆动,在所述第一位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡扣部扣合以使所述第二盖关闭所述排尘口,在所述第二位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡扣部脱离以使所述第二盖打开所述排尘口。
  11. 一种扫地机器人,其特征在于,包括:
    机身;和
    集尘盒,所述集尘盒设置在所述机身;所述集尘盒包括盒体、可拆卸地设置在所述盒体的第一盖、过滤件和设置在所述第一盖的过滤件防漏装装置,所述过滤件防漏装装置包括活动件,
    在所述过滤件未装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述活动件与所述盒体发生干涉以使所述第一盖与所述盒体无法闭合;
    在所述过滤件装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述过滤件防漏装装置与所述过滤件发生干涉而消除所述活动件与所述盒体的干涉,以使所述第一盖与所述盒体闭合。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述过滤件防漏装装置包括可转动连接所述第一盖的转动部,所述转动部包括所述活动件和驱动件,在所述过滤件未装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述驱动件的末端悬空并伸入所述盒体内;
    在所述过滤件装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述驱动件的末端与所述过滤件发生干涉以使所述驱动件带动所述转动部转动以消除所述活动件与所述盒体的干涉。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述转动部包括连接部,所述驱动件和所述活动件连接在所述连接部的两侧,所述连接部与所述第一盖可转动连接。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述第一盖底面设置有安装结构,所述安装结构开设有安装孔,所述连接部包括第一转轴,所述第一转轴可转动地设置在所述安装孔。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述过滤件防漏装装置包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件抵接所述第一盖和所述转动部,所述第一弹性件被配置成在所述驱动件与所述过滤件发生干涉时驱动所述活动件转动以消除所述活动件与所述盒体的干涉。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括设置于所述盒体内的过滤支架和用于阻挡灰尘的分离结构,所述盒体形成有进风口和出风口,所述过滤支架的侧面形成有孔洞,所述分离结构设置于所述盒体内并位于所述孔洞的进风侧,当所述过滤件设置在所述盒体时,所述过滤件设置于所述过滤支架并位于所述孔洞的出风侧。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述过滤支架包括底板和侧板,所述侧板连接所述底板并与所述底板共同形成容置空间,所述过滤件至少部分地位于所述容置空间,所述底板包括与所述进风口相对的斜面,所述斜面形成所述分离结构,所述孔洞的进风侧背向所述进风口。
  18. 如权利要求11所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述盒体的底部形成有排尘口,所述集尘盒包括第二盖,所述第二盖可转动连接所述盒体并用于打开或关闭所述排尘口。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述第二盖包括相背的第一侧部和第二侧部,所述第一侧部与所述盒体转动地连接,在所述第二盖关闭所述排尘口时,所述第二侧部通过卡扣结构与所述盒体扣合连接。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括按钮,所述按钮 包括第二转轴,所述按钮通过所述第二转轴转动地设置在所述盒体上,所述卡扣结构包括形成在所述按钮一端的卡勾和形成在所述第二侧部的卡扣部,所述按钮可相对于所述盒体在第一位置和第二位置之间摆动,在所述第一位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡扣部扣合以使所述第二盖关闭所述排尘口,在所述第二位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡扣部脱离以使所述第二盖打开所述排尘口。
