- 一种集尘盒,其特征在于,包括盒体、可拆卸地设置在所述盒体的第一盖、过滤件和设置在所述第一盖的过滤件防漏装装置,所述过滤件防漏装装置包括活动件,在所述过滤件未装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述活动件与所述盒体发生干涉以使所述第一盖与所述盒体无法闭合;在所述过滤件装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述过滤件防漏装装置与所述过滤件发生干涉而消除所述活动件与所述盒体的干涉,以使所述第一盖与所述盒体闭合。
- 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述过滤件防漏装装置包括可转动连接所述第一盖的转动部,所述转动部包括所述活动件和驱动件,在所述过滤件未装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述驱动件的末端悬空并伸入所述盒体内;在所述过滤件装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述驱动件的末端与所述过滤件发生干涉以使所述驱动件带动所述转动部转动以消除所述活动件与所述盒体的干涉。
- 如权利要求2所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述转动部包括连接部,所述驱动件和所述活动件连接在所述连接部的两侧,所述连接部与所述第一盖可转动连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述第一盖底面设置有安装结构,所述安装结构开设有安装孔,所述连接部包括第一转轴,所述第一转轴可转动地设置在所述安装孔。
- 如权利要求2所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述过滤件防漏装装置包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件抵接所述第一盖和所述转动部,所述第一弹性件被配置成在所述驱动件与所述过滤件发生干涉时驱动所述活动件转动以消除所述活动件与所述盒体的干涉。
- 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括设置于所述盒体内的过滤支架和用于阻挡灰尘的分离结构,所述盒体形成有进风口和出风口,所述过滤支架的侧面形成有孔洞,所述分离结构设置于所述盒体内并位于所述孔洞的进风侧,当所述过滤件设置在所述盒体时,所述过滤件设置于所述过滤支架并位于所述孔洞的出风侧。
- 如权利要求6所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述过滤支架包括底板和侧板,所述侧 板连接所述底板并与所述底板共同形成容置空间,所述过滤件至少部分地位于所述容置空间,所述底板包括与所述进风口相对的斜面,所述斜面形成所述分离结构,所述孔洞的进风侧背向所述进风口。
- 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述盒体的底部形成有排尘口,所述集尘盒包括第二盖,所述第二盖可转动连接所述盒体并用于打开或关闭所述排尘口。
- 如权利要求8所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述第二盖包括相背的第一侧部和第二侧部,所述第一侧部与所述盒体转动地连接,在所述第二盖关闭所述排尘口时,所述第二侧部通过卡扣结构与所述盒体扣合连接。
- 如权利要求9所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括按钮,所述按钮包括第二转轴,所述按钮通过所述第二转轴转动地设置在所述盒体上,所述卡扣结构包括形成在所述按钮一端的卡勾和形成在所述第二侧部的卡扣部,所述按钮可相对于所述盒体在第一位置和第二位置之间摆动,在所述第一位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡扣部扣合以使所述第二盖关闭所述排尘口,在所述第二位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡扣部脱离以使所述第二盖打开所述排尘口。
- 一种扫地机器人,其特征在于,包括:机身;和集尘盒,所述集尘盒设置在所述机身;所述集尘盒包括盒体、可拆卸地设置在所述盒体的第一盖、过滤件和设置在所述第一盖的过滤件防漏装装置,所述过滤件防漏装装置包括活动件,在所述过滤件未装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述活动件与所述盒体发生干涉以使所述第一盖与所述盒体无法闭合;在所述过滤件装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述过滤件防漏装装置与所述过滤件发生干涉而消除所述活动件与所述盒体的干涉,以使所述第一盖与所述盒体闭合。
- 如权利要求11所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述过滤件防漏装装置包括可转动连接所述第一盖的转动部,所述转动部包括所述活动件和驱动件,在所述过滤件未装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述驱动件的末端悬空并伸入所述盒体内;在所述过滤件装入所述盒体且所述第一盖设置在所述盒体时,所述驱动件的末端与所述过滤件发生干涉以使所述驱动件带动所述转动部转动以消除所述活动件与所述盒体的干涉。
- 如权利要求12所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述转动部包括连接部,所述驱动件和所述活动件连接在所述连接部的两侧,所述连接部与所述第一盖可转动连接。
- 如权利要求13所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述第一盖底面设置有安装结构,所述安装结构开设有安装孔,所述连接部包括第一转轴,所述第一转轴可转动地设置在所述安装孔。
- 如权利要求12所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述过滤件防漏装装置包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件抵接所述第一盖和所述转动部,所述第一弹性件被配置成在所述驱动件与所述过滤件发生干涉时驱动所述活动件转动以消除所述活动件与所述盒体的干涉。
- 如权利要求11所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括设置于所述盒体内的过滤支架和用于阻挡灰尘的分离结构,所述盒体形成有进风口和出风口,所述过滤支架的侧面形成有孔洞,所述分离结构设置于所述盒体内并位于所述孔洞的进风侧,当所述过滤件设置在所述盒体时,所述过滤件设置于所述过滤支架并位于所述孔洞的出风侧。
- 如权利要求16所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述过滤支架包括底板和侧板,所述侧板连接所述底板并与所述底板共同形成容置空间,所述过滤件至少部分地位于所述容置空间,所述底板包括与所述进风口相对的斜面,所述斜面形成所述分离结构,所述孔洞的进风侧背向所述进风口。
- 如权利要求11所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述盒体的底部形成有排尘口,所述集尘盒包括第二盖,所述第二盖可转动连接所述盒体并用于打开或关闭所述排尘口。
- 如权利要求18所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述第二盖包括相背的第一侧部和第二侧部,所述第一侧部与所述盒体转动地连接,在所述第二盖关闭所述排尘口时,所述第二侧部通过卡扣结构与所述盒体扣合连接。
- 如权利要求19所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括按钮,所述按钮 包括第二转轴,所述按钮通过所述第二转轴转动地设置在所述盒体上,所述卡扣结构包括形成在所述按钮一端的卡勾和形成在所述第二侧部的卡扣部,所述按钮可相对于所述盒体在第一位置和第二位置之间摆动,在所述第一位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡扣部扣合以使所述第二盖关闭所述排尘口,在所述第二位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡扣部脱离以使所述第二盖打开所述排尘口。
