一种振动挤压式滚筒洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机制造领域,具体是一种振动挤压式滚筒洗衣机。
背景技术
市场上现有的滚筒式洗衣机,主要是通过滚筒壁上设置的提升筋来将衣物提升到一定高度再落下,对衣物形成摔打及摩擦的方式达到洗涤目的,这种方式存在的缺点是耗时多,洗涤效果也不太好,为此,新型结构的滚筒洗衣机就成为洗衣机技术领域研究的热点之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有的问题,提供一种结构简单、合理的振动挤压式滚筒洗衣机结构,采用了挤压结合振动的洗涤的方式。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种振动挤压式滚筒洗衣机,包括外壳、外桶、滚筒、机门、振动挤压装置、挤压装置翻转机构、机械振动器、挤压装置位置传感器、滚筒电机、滚筒驱动装置、进水阀、排水阀和控制系统。其特征是,在机门的内侧设置有振动挤压装置,且藏于机门观察窗的凹槽内。
优选地,振动挤压装置通过翻转机构与机门进行连接,通过翻转机构使得振动挤压装置可以相对机门实现90度的上下翻转;
当处于上翻位置时,振动挤压装置轴线与机门平行;
当处于下翻位置时,振动挤压装置轴线与机门呈90度直角,振动挤压装置伸入到滚筒内的下方。
优选地,翻转机构包括电机、蜗杆和蜗轮,蜗杆和蜗轮连接,电机与蜗杆连接,蜗轮与振动装置连接,电机转动使振动挤压装置实现翻转。
优选地,振动挤压装置通过弹性件与蜗轮连接;使得振动挤压装置遇到较大阻力时可以有实现弹性摆动。
机门上设置有振动挤压装置位置传感器,位置传感器的电平信号输入到控制系统相应的输入端;其作用是准确感应振动挤压装置的翻转状态。

振动挤压式滚筒洗衣机的进水、排水、水位控制、衣物重量参数和脱水平衡调节等其它配置与现有产品滚筒洗衣机大致一样。
振动挤压式滚筒洗衣机的洗衣流程与现有产品滚筒洗衣机有所不同。衣物的洗涤功能主要由伸入滚筒内的振动挤压装置完成,滚筒的转动主要作用是在于洗涤和漂清流程中对衣物进行翻转,及最后的脱水流程中的脱水。
只有当振动挤压装置处于上翻竖直位置时,滚筒才能转动,只有滚筒完全停止转动后,振动挤压装置才下翻伸入到滚筒内,正是振动挤压装置下翻伸入到滚筒内形成对衣物的振动和挤压来实现衣物的洗涤。
振动挤压装置对水中衣物进行一次振动挤压洗涤后,振动挤压装置会自动上翻,振动挤压装置上翻到位后,滚筒低速转动数圈,实现衣物的翻转。
转动数圈后的滚筒停止转动,振动挤压装置再次下翻和振动……,循环多次(依据程序选择所定),完成对衣物的洗涤流程。
完成洗涤流程后,洗衣机进行多次的排水、注水、滚筒多次间隙转动、振动挤压装也多次的间隙下翻和振动,完成对衣物的漂清流程。
完成漂清流程后,振动挤压装置保持在上翻位置,滚筒高速转动,对衣物进行脱水。
完成脱水流程后,洗衣机发出程序结束鸣叫提示,打开机门取出洗好的衣物。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明一种振动挤压式滚筒洗衣机,提高了滚筒洗衣机的洗净度,缩短了洗衣机运行时间,耗电减少,与现有的滚筒式洗衣机相比,具有更好的洗涤度和更加节能的效果。
(2)现今的滚筒式洗衣机是由内桶旋转将衣物提升到一定高度再摔下达到的洗衣效果,只有滚筒的直径足够大才能将衣物提升要求的高度。而本发明这种振动挤压式滚筒洗衣机结构主要是靠对衣物的振动挤压来达到洗涤效果,因此这种动挤压式滚筒洗衣机可以将滚筒的直径尺寸减小一些,使得滚筒洗衣机的整体体积得到减小,整体的重量得也得到减轻。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1至图3所示:一种振动挤压式滚筒洗衣机,包括外壳1、外桶2、滚筒3、机门4、振动挤压装置5、翻转机构6、机械振动器7、位置传感器8和9、主电机10、滚筒驱动装置11、进水阀12、排水阀13和控制系统14。其特征是,振动挤压装置5安装在机门4的内侧,且藏于机门4的观察窗的凹槽内。振动挤压装置通过翻转机构6与机门4进行连接,翻转机构6使得振动挤压装置5可以相对机门实现90度的上下翻转,见图1、图2和图3。
翻转机构6由电机6-1、蜗杆6-2和蜗轮6-3构成,蜗轮6-3与蜗杆6-2连接,电机6-1与蜗杆6-2连接,振动挤压装置5与蜗轮6-3连接,当电机6-1朝一个方向或朝相反方向转动时,通过蜗杆6-2和蜗轮6-3的传动作用,使得振动挤压装置5实现向上或向下的翻转,见图2和图3。
翻转机构6除了采用蜗轮蜗杆的机构外,还可以采用减速步进电机或减速伺服电机,将减速步进电机或减速伺服电机转轴直接与振动挤压装置5的转轴连接即可。
振动挤压装置5还包括多个凸起的振动头5-1;与衣物接触时,提高振动和挤压的效果。
振动挤压装置通过弹性件6-4与蜗轮6-3连接;使得振动挤压装置5遇到较大阻力时可以有实现弹性摆动,见图2和图3。
机门上设置有振动挤压装置位置传感器8和9,位置传感器的电平信号输入到控制装置14相应的输入端;其作用是准确感应振动挤压装置的翻转状态。
振动挤压装置5的内腔中安装有机械振动器7;机械振动器的电源接通与断开由洗衣机的控制系统14所控制;振动挤压装置既可以是为洗衣机专门设计的振动器;也可以采用通用的工业用振动器。
