Abstract
動圧軸受8は、酸化物皮膜12を形成可能な金属粉末を主成分として含む原料粉末Mの圧粉体10と、圧粉体10の表面のうち被支持部2a1との間に軸受隙間を形成する領域8aに設けられた動圧発生部A1,A2と、金属粉末の粒子11間に形成された酸化物皮膜12とを備え、150MPa以上の圧環強度を示す。ここで金属粉末は、金属粉末全体に占める100μm以上の金属粉末の割合が30wt%以上で、かつ累積50%径が50μm以上でかつ100μm以下である粒度分布を示す。
