Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fonctionnement d'un dispositif de contrôle d'écoulement de laitier liquide doté de fonctions de remplacement rapide et de gestion des accidents. Quand un segment de tuyau rectiligne (37) d'un tuyau de chute de laitier doit être remplacé en cours de fonctionnement, une tête de tige d'arrêt (18) est étroitement ajustée au moyen d'un dispositif pousseur de tige d'arrêt (17), et une gorge de guidage d'écoulement accidentel (16) est également poussée au-dessus du segment de tuyau rectiligne (37) du tuyau de chute de laitier au moyen d'un dispositif pousseur de gorge de guidage d'écoulement accidentel (15), pour empêcher ainsi le laitier fondu de pénétrer dans le segment de tuyau rectiligne (37) du tuyau de chute de laitier par un orifice de dosage (19).
