본 발명은 전신스트레칭 온열 매트 및 구동방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 사용자 인체의 각 부위에 대응되게 배치된 다수개의 에어백이 별도의 구동수단에 의해 작동되어 상기 각 부위의 피로를 해소해 주는 전신스트레칭 온열 매트 및 구동방법에 관한 것이다.

Description

전신스트레칭 온열 안마매트 및 구동방법
본 발명은 전신스트레칭 온열 안마매트 및 구동방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 사용자 인체의 각 부위에 대응되게 배치된 다수개의 에어백이 별도의 구동수단에 의해 개별 구동되어 사용자의 상기 각 부위의 피로를 해소해 주는 전신스트레칭 온열 안마매트 및 구동방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 마사지용 기구는 구동수단의 작동에 의해 발생된 진동 또는 기구를 통한 물리적 압박이 상기 마사지용 기구와 접촉되는 인체 부위로 전달됨으로써 상기 부위의 근육이완 및 피로회복 등을 위한 마사지가 수행되는 기구이다.
최근에는, 가전분야의 발달로 인해 집이나 사무실과 같은 협소한 공간에서도 간편하게 마사지를 받을 수 있도록 하는 소형 마사지 장치의 개발이 활발하다.
도 1은 종래의 마사지용 기구를 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 1에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 마사지용 기구는 마사지용 기구의 기본 형태를 이루는 본체(2)와, 상기 본체(2)에 수납 또는 입출 가능하게 형성되는 슬라이드 부재(4)를 포함하여 구성된다.
여기서, 상기 본체(2)에는 바닥면을 이루는 베이스(6)와 분리 가능하게 조립되면서 상기 마사지용 기구의 배면을 이루는 배면커버(8)가 구비되고, 상기 배면커버(8)의 양쪽 측면에는 상기 배면커버(8)와 결합되는 측면커버(10)가 구비된다. 그리고, 상기 배면커버(8)의 상측에는 전면커버(12)가 구비됨으로써 상기 마사지용 기구의 외형이 이루어지는데, 이때 상기 전면커버(12)에는 종아리 부분 및 발바닥을 마사지하기 위한 에어백(28) 및 지압판(88) 등의 마사지수단이 더 구비된다.
상세히, 상기 본체(2)의 내부에는 상기 에어백(28) 및 지압판(88)과 연결되어 작동되는 전기모터, 에어펌프 등의 구동수단(미도시)이 내설됨으로써 상기 구동수단(미도시)과 전기적으로 연결된 조작부(미도시)의 조작신호에 따라 상기 에어백(28) 및 상기 지압판(88)이 작동되어 인체의 하체부를 지압하게 된다.
따라서, 상기 마사지용 기구에 상기 인체의 하체부가 상기 에어백(28) 및 지압판(88)에 대응되게 안착되어 조작부(미도시)를 조작하게 되면 상기 조작부(미도시)의 신호에 따라 상기 지압판(88)이 상하운동됨으로써 상기 하체부의 발바닥을 지압하게 되고 이와 동시에 상기 에어백(28)이 팽창 및 수축됨으로써 상기 하체부의 종아리를 지압하게 된다.
그러므로, 이와 같은 상기 에어백(28) 및 상기 지압판(88)의 작동에 의해 하체부의 피로를 풀어주게 된다.
그러나, 상술한 종래의 마사지용 기구는 다음과 같은 문제점이 있었다.
첫째, 상기 마사지용 기구는 상기 하체부에 대해서만 마사지가 이루어지기 때문에 상기 인체에 대한 마사지 영역이 한정되어 즉, 발 및 종아리 부위만 집중적으로 자극되어 상기 마사지가 이루어지므로 인체의 여러 부위에 대해서는 마사지가 이루어지지 않아 마사지 효과가 현저히 떨어진다는 문제점이 있었다.
둘째, 상기 마사지용 기구의 사용시에는 사용자의 앉음자세가 유지되어야 하므로 항상 의자 등과 같은 보조수단이 구비되어야 하고, 보관시에는 상기 마사지용 기구의 형태 그대로 보관되기 때문에 보관을 위한 일정 이상의 공간이 확보되어야 하는 보관상의 문제점이 있었다.
셋째, 상기 마사지용 기구의 작동에 있어서, 사용자의 신체에 물리적으로 가압기구가 직접접촉을 하여 마사지를 수행하는 원리를 가지므로, 과도한 물리적 마찰에 의하여 사용자의 신체에 마사지효과 외에도 피로감을 조성하며, 상기 가압기구와 사용자의 신체 사이에 구비되는 가압기구 커버부재의 손상에 따른 장치 유지 및 보수의 곤란함이 발생하는 문제점이 존재하였다.

상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 인체의 여러 부위가 동시 또는 순차적으로 지압되며, 단순 지압 마사지만을 수행하는데 그치지 않고, 사용자의 신체를 다각도로 스트레칭 시키며, 온열상태를 유지하도록 복합적으로 배치된 에어백 등이 구비되되, 상기 하부 지압장치에 의해 하체부가 지압됨과 동시에 위치 고정되어 상체부의 트위스트 스트레칭 구동이 효과적으로 수행되는 전신스트레칭 온열 안마매트 및 구동방법을 제공하는 것을 해결과제로 한다.

상기의 해결 수단을 통해서, 본 발명의 전신스트레칭 온열 매트 및 구동방법은 다음과 같은 효과를 제공한다.
첫째, 상기 전신스트레칭 온열 매트는 안마 및 스트레칭을 위한 다수의 압박장치가 매트커버의 내외측에 구비되되, 상기 인체의 각 부위에 대응되게 배치되어 구비됨으로써 상기 인체의 다양한 부위가 동시에 안마 및 스트레칭되므로 마사지(안마) 또는 스트레칭의 효율이 극대화될 수 있다.
둘째, 사용자의 마사지(안마) 또는 스트레칭이 수행되는 부위에 대응되는 매트에는 열선이 매립되는 것이 가능하여 온열기능을 부가한 마사지가 가능하며, 추가적으로 안마매트에 의하여 사용자의 마사지가 진행되지 않는 복부 부위에도 마사지벨트 구성을 통한 마사지 및 스트레칭 수행이 가능하다.
셋째, 상기 전신스트레칭 온열 매트가 사용되지 않는 경우 상기 에어 스트레칭 마사지 매트는 매트바디에 구비된 에어백이 수축되어 부피가 축소된 상태로 보관되되, 매트가 폴딩될 수 있도록 스폰지 등의 연질구성으로 구비됨으로써 보관시 상기 안마매트의 부피가 더욱 축소될 수 있으므로 보관이 용이해져 사용자의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
넷째, 상기 에어 스트레칭 마사지 매트는 에어펌프에 의해 발생된 공기가 급배기 조절장치에 의해 조절되어 각각의 에어백으로 공급됨으로써 상기 에어백이 선택적으로 팽창 및 수축되어 개별 구동됨으로써, 제어의 용이성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 일부 실시예들을 예시적인 도면을 통해 상세하게 설명한다. 각 도면의 구성요소들에 참조부호를 부가함에 있어서, 동일한 구성요소들에 대해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의해야 한다. 또한, 본 발명의 실시예를 설명함에 있어, 관련된 공지 구성 또는 기능에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 실시예에 대한 이해를 방해한다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예의 구성 요소를 설명하는 데 있어서, 제 1, 제 2, A, B, (a), (b) 등의 용어를 사용할 수 있다. 이러한 용어는 그 구성 요소를 다른 구성 요소와 구별하기 위한 것일 뿐, 그 용어에 의해 해당 구성 요소의 본질이나 차례 또는 순서 등이 한정되지 않는다. 어떤 구성 요소가 다른 구성요소에 "연결", "결합" 또는 "접속"된다고 기재된 경우, 그 구성 요소는 그 다른 구성요소에 직접적으로 연결되거나 접속될 수 있지만, 각 구성 요소 사이에 또 다른 구성 요소가 "연결", "결합" 또는 "접속"될 수도 있다고 이해되어야 할 것이다.
일반적으로 마사지용 기구는 구동수단의 작동에 의해 발생된 진동 또는 기구를 통한 물리적압박이 상기 마사지용 기구와 접촉되는 인체 부위로 전달됨으로써 상기 부위의 근육이완 및 피로회복 등을 위한 마사지가 수행되는 기구이다.
최근에는, 가전분야의 발달로 인해 집이나 사무실과 같은 협소한 공간에서도 간편하게 마사지를 받을 수 있도록 하는 소형 마사지 장치의 개발이 활발하다.
도 1은 종래의 마사지용 기구를 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 1에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 마사지용 기구는 마사지용 기구의 기본 형태를 이루는 본체(2)와, 상기 본체(2)에 수납 또는 입출 가능하게 형성되는 슬라이드 부재(4)를 포함하여 구성된다.
여기서, 상기 본체(2)에는 바닥면을 이루는 베이스(6)와 분리 가능하게 조립되면서 상기 마사지용 기구의 배면을 이루는 배면커버(8)가 구비되고, 상기 배면커버(8)의 양쪽 측면에는 상기 배면커버(8)와 결합되는 측면커버(10)가 구비된다. 그리고, 상기 배면커버(8)의 상측에는 전면커버(12)가 구비됨으로써 상기 마사지용 기구의 외형이 이루어지는데, 이때 상기 전면커버(12)에는 종아리 부분 및 발바닥을 마사지하기 위한 에어백(28) 및 지압판(88) 등의 마사지수단이 더 구비된다.
상세히, 상기 본체(2)의 내부에는 상기 에어백(28) 및 지압판(88)과 연결되어 작동되는 전기모터, 에어펌프 등의 구동수단(미도시)이 내설됨으로써 상기 구동수단(미도시)과 전기적으로 연결된 조작부(미도시)의 조작신호에 따라 상기 에어백(28) 및 상기 지압판(88)이 작동되어 인체의 하체부를 지압하게 된다.
따라서, 상기 마사지용 기구에 상기 인체의 하체부가 상기 에어백(28) 및 지압판(88)에 대응되게 안착되어 조작부(미도시)를 조작하게 되면 상기 조작부(미도시)의 신호에 따라 상기 지압판(88)이 상하운동됨으로써 상기 하체부의 발바닥을 지압하게 되고 이와 동시에 상기 에어백(28)이 팽창 및 수축됨으로써 상기 하체부의 종아리를 지압하게 된다.
그러므로, 이와 같은 상기 에어백(28) 및 상기 지압판(88)의 작동에 의해 하체부의 피로를 풀어주게 된다.
다만, 전술한 바 있는 이러한 종래기술의 단점에 대한 보완을 실시하여, 본발명은 인체의 여러 부위가 동시 또는 순차적으로 지압되며, 단순 지압 마사지만을 수행하는데 그치지 않고, 사용자의 신체를 다각도로 스트레칭 시키며, 온열상태를 유지하도록 복합적으로 배치된 에어백 등이 구비되되, 상기 하부 지압장치에 의해 하체부가 지압됨과 동시에 위치 고정되어 상체부의 트위스트 스트레칭 구동이 효과적으로 수행되는 전신스트레칭 온열 매트 및 구동방법을 제공 하는 것이 가능하다.
보다 구체적인 본 발명의 특징적인 구동태양은, 도 2 내지 도 14를 참고하여 후술하도록 한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 전체 사시도이다.
본 발명의 대상이 되는 전신스트레칭 온열 매트는, 좌식형태의 고정자세를 유지하며 마사지 또는 안마가 진행되는 기구의 구성을 가지는 것이 아닌, 바닥 또는 침상 등에 누운 자세로 안마, 마사지 또는 스트레칭이 진행되게 되며, 이와 같은 누운 자세로 마사지 또는 스트레칭을 받는 구성을 통하여 사용자가 자세유지를 위하여 허리 또는 하체에 힘을 가하지 않고 자연스러운 자세로 마사지 또는 스트레칭을 수행하는 것이 가능하다.
구체적으로, 사용자의 신체에 직접 접촉하는 면을 구성하는 매트커버(100) 및 다수개의 에어백이 부가되며 상기 매트커버(100)의 내부공간에 인입되는 매트바디(200)로 구성되는 것이 가능하다.
사용자는 상기 매트커버의 상면에 누운 자세로 제어모듈(300)을 조작하여 마사지 및 스트레칭을 통한 신체이완을 진행하는 것이 가능하다.
이를 위하여 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 매트바디(200)가 인입가능한 내부공간을 가지며, 외측면에 다수개의 에어백포켓(110)이 형성된 매트커버(100), 다수개의 팽창가능한 외부에어백(210)이 부착되며 상기 매트커버(100) 내측에 인입되는 매트바디(200)를 포함하며, 상기 매트바디(200)에 부착된 외부에어백(210)은 상기 매트커버(100) 외측면에 형성되어 외부로 돌출된 다수개의 에어백포켓(110)에 삽입되어 상기 에어백포켓(110)과 함께 팽창하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전신스트레칭 온열 매트를 제공할 수 있다.
이 경우, 상기 매트커버(100)에 형성되는 에어백포켓(110)은 상기 매트커버(100)의 길이방향 상측에 위치하여, 다수개의 외부에어백(210)이 삽입되어 팽창함으로써 사용자의 목 부분을 스트레칭 가능한 제1에어백포켓(111), 상기 매트커버(100)의 길이방향 중하부에 위치하여, 다수개의 외부에어백(210)이 삽입되어 팽창함으로써 사용자의 허벅지 부분을 스트레칭 가능한 제2에어백포켓(112) 및 상기 매트커버(100)의 길이방향 하부에 위치하여, 다수개의 외부에어백(210)이 삽입되어 팽창함으로써 사용자의 종아리 부분을 스트레칭 가능한 제3에어백포켓(113)을 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
도 1에서 확인 가능하듯이, 본 발명의 매트커버(100)의 외관은 사용자가 누울 수 있는 세로방향으로 연장되어 형성된 매트커버 표면과 상기 표면에 여러부분으로 나뉘어 돌출된 다수개의 에어백포켓(111, 112 또는 113)이 형성되어 사용자의 대응되는 부위를 압박하고 스트레칭하는 것이 가능하다.
사용자는 제1에어백포켓(111)에 목부위를 위치시키고 누운자세를 취하며, 제2에어백포켓(112) 및 제3에어백포켓(113)에 허벅지와 종아리를 위치시키는 것이 가능하다.
또한, 상기 매트커버(100)는 상기 매트커버(100) 길이방향 중하부에 세로중심선을 따라 소정높이 돌출되어 고정된 무릎분리압박부재(120)를 더 포함하는 것이 가능하고, 사용자의 양측하지 특히, 양측의 무릎 또는 종아리 사이에 쿠션 또는 에어백을 포함하는 무릎분리압박부재(120)를 위치시켜, 양측하지를 분리시키고 완충시킴으로써 하지의 외측에 위치한 제2에어백포켓(112) 및 제3에어백포켓(113)으로 인해 사용자의 무릎 또는 종아리가 상호 압박되어 사용자에게 사용상 불편함을 주지 않도록 구성되는 것이 가능하다.
여기에 더하여, 상기 무릎분리압박부재(120)는 상기 무릎분리압박부재의 내부에서 폭방향으로 팽창가능한 무릎에어백(121)이 삽입되는 것이 바람직하다.
추가적으로, 상기 매트커버(100)는 상기 매트커버(100) 길이방향 하부에 양측으로 소정높이 돌출되어 형성된 돌출고정부재(130)를 더 포함함으로써, 사용자의 하지 단부의 발이 위치하는 부위의 각 양측이 돌출고정부재(130)로 인해 사용자의 하지 단부가 외측으로 돌거나 상기 매트커버의 외부로 벗어나는 것을 방지하는 것이 가능하다.
상기 매트커버의 일측에는, 누운자세로 마사지 또는 스트레칭을 수행하는 사용자의 제어편의성을 위하여 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 부위별 동작을 구분하여 제어하며, 동작시간 및 동작강도 등을 제어가능한 제어모듈(300)이 부가되는 것이 가능하다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 상부를 확대한 사시확대도이고, 도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 하부를 확대한 사시확대도이다.
또한, 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 허벅지 스트레칭 에어백을 확대한 사시확대도이며, 도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 종아리 스트레칭 에어백을 확대한 사시확대도이다.
도 3 내지 도 6을 참고하면, 본 발명의 매트커버의 상세구성을 확인하는 것이 가능하다.
구체적으로, 도 3을 참고하면, 사용자의 목부위를 자극하여 마사지 또는 스트레칭 수행하는 제1에어백포켓(111)이 형성되어 있음을 확인하는 것이 가능하다.
보다 상세하게, 상기 제1에어백포켓(111)의 내부에는 상기 매트바디(200)에 형성된 다수개의 외부에어백이 삽입되어 함께 팽창하는 것이 가능하다.
도 2, 도 8 및 도 11을 참고하면, 상기 매트바디(200)에 부착되어 상기 제1에어백포켓(111)의 내부에 삽입되는 외부에어백은 최하부에 위치하여 팽창시 상측에 구비되는 다수개의 외부에어백의 팽창높이를 상승시키는 높이조절에어백(211) 및 상기 높이조절에어백(211)의 상측에 구비되어 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 목 스트레칭 에어백(212)을 포함되는 구성을 확인하는 것이 가능하다.
구체적으로, 사용자가 제어모듈(300) 등을 통해 목 부위에 스트레칭을 진행할 경우는 상기 높이조절에어백(211)의 팽창을 통해 스트레칭 높이를 조절하고 사용자의 목 부위의 양옆을 마사지 또는 스트레칭을 수행가능한 목 스트레칭 에어백(212)이 팽창하여 사용자의 목 부위 양옆을 마사지 또는 스트레칭을 수행가능하다.
이 경우, 상기 목 스트레칭 에어백(212)은 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치됨으로써, 사용자의 목 부위를 압박하는 것이 가능하며, 좌측 또는 우측의 목 스트레칭 에어백(212)의 팽창비를 상이하게 설정함으로써, 사용자의 목근육을 안마매트의 좌측 또는 우측으로 늘려 스트레칭하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 도 4 내지 도 6, 도 8 및 도 13을 참고하면, 사용자의 신체하부 즉, 하지부위를 마사지하고 스트레칭하는 구성을 확인하는 것이 가능하다.
구체적으로, 상기 매트커버(100)의 길이방향 중하부에 위치하여, 다수개의 외부에어백(210)이 삽입되어 팽창함으로써 사용자의 허벅지 부분을 스트레칭 가능한 제2에어백포켓(112) 및 상기 매트커버(100)의 길이방향 하부에 위치하여, 다수개의 외부에어백(210)이 삽입되어 팽창함으로써 사용자의 종아리 부분을 스트레칭 가능한 제3에어백포켓(113)을 포함하는 것이 가능하며, 상기 매트바디(200)에 부착되어 상기 제2에어백포켓(112)의 내부에 삽입되는 외부에어백은 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 소정간격 이격되어 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 허벅지 스트레칭 에어백(213)을 포함하고, 상기 매트바디(200)에 부착되어 상기 제3에어백포켓(113)의 내부에 삽입되는 외부에어백은 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 소정간격 이격되어 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 종아리 스트레칭 에어백(214)을 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 제2에어백포켓(112) 및 제3에어백포켓(113)은 사용자의 하지를 양측에서 압박할 수 있는 구성으로 구비되는 것이 바람직하되, 다수개의 포켓이 상하로 3겹 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 형상(112a, 112b, 112c, 113a, 113b 또는 113c)으로 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 매트커버(100)는 상기 매트커버(100) 길이방향 중하부에 세로중심선을 따라 소정높이 돌출되어 고정된 무릎분리압박부재(120)를 더 포함하는 것이 가능하고, 사용자의 양측하지 특히, 양측의 무릎 또는 종아리 사이에 쿠션 또는 무릎에어백(121)을 포함하는 무릎분리압박부재(120)를 위치시켜, 양측하지를 분리시키고 완충시킴으로써 하지의 외측에 위치한 제2에어백포켓(112) 및 제3에어백포켓(113)으로 인해 사용자의 무릎 또는 종아리가 상호 압박되어 사용자에게 사용상 불편함을 주지 않도록 구성되는 것이 가능하다. 상기의 무릎분리압박부재(120)가 없는 경우 하지의 외측에 위치한 제2에어백포켓(112) 및 제3에어백포켓(113)이 팽창함에 따라서 양 무릎이 접촉하게 되고, 팽창이 진행됨에 따라서 무릎에 무리한 힘이 가하게 되어 무릎부위에 손상을 줄 수 있고, 이러한 과정 중 한쪽 무릎이 앞으로 튀어 나오게 되는바 이렇게 될 경우 하지를 견고하게 고정시킬 수 없어서 후술하는 상체 트위스트 스트레칭시 하체 고정이 완벽하지 않게 된다.
상기 무릎분리압박부재(120)는 도시된 형상외의 다양한 형상으로 구현 가능하다.
구체적으로, 소정높이 돌출되어 형성되는 무릎분리압박부재의 상측이 사용자의 무릎 또는 종아리측으로 연장되어 사용자의 무릎 또는 종아리 일부를 커버하는 것이 가능하고, 상기 무릎분리압박부재의 내부에 삽입되는 무릎에어백(121)의 팽창을 통해 사용자의 하지고정을 보다 견고하고 안정되게 수행하는 것이 가능하다.
이러한 상기 무릎분리압박부재의 내부에 삽입되는 무릎에어백(121)의 팽창을 통한 사용자의 하지고정을 보다 견고하고 안정되게 수행하는 목적은 후술할 사용자 상체에 수행되는 트위스트 스트레칭을 진행할 경우, 사용자의 하체가 함께 돌아가면서 상체에 수행되는 트위스트 스트레칭 효과의 저감을 방지하는 것이 가능하다.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 매트바디 사시도이며, 도 12는 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 내부 에어백 및 열선을 표현한 사시확대도이다.
도 8 및 도 12를 참고하면, 매트바디(200)에 형성된 다수개의 에어백의 구체적인 형상 및 배치구조를 확인하는 것이 가능하다.
전술한 바와 같은 외부에어백(210)의 구성 뿐 아니라, 매트바디(200)에는 상기 매트커버의 내측에서 팽창되어 사용자의 대응부위를 마사지 및 스트레칭할 수 있는 내부에어백(220)이 부가되는 것이 가능하다.
구체적으로, 상기 매트바디(200)는 상기 매트커버(100) 내측에서 팽창되는 다수개의 내부에어백(220)을 더 포함하며, 상기 매트커버(100) 내측에서 팽창되는 내부에어백(220)은 상기 제1에어백포켓(111)의 위치와 대응되는 매트바디 위치의 길이방향 하측에 위치하여, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 소정간격 이격되어 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 어깨 스트레칭 에어백(221), 상기 어깨 스트레칭 에어백(221)의 길이방향 하측에 위치하여, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 소정간격 이격되어 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 등 스트레칭 에어백(222), 상기 등 스트레칭 에어백(222)의 길이방향 하측에 위치하여, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 중앙에 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 허리 스트레칭 에어백(223) 및 상기 허리 스트레칭 에어백(223)의 길이방향 하측에 위치하여, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 중앙에 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 골반 스트레칭 에어백(224)을 포함하는 것이 가능하다.
전술한 상기 어깨 스트레칭 에어백(221), 등 스트레칭 에어백(222), 허리 스트레칭 에어백(223) 및 골반 스트레칭 에어백(224)은 각각 대응되는 사용자의 신체 부위의 하부에서 대응되는 사용자의 신체 부위를 상측으로 밀어내며 마사지 및 스트레칭하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 어깨 스트레칭 에어백(221), 등 스트레칭 에어백(222), 허리 스트레칭 에어백(223) 및 골반 스트레칭 에어백(224)의 구동은 함께 진행될 수도 있으나, 개별 구동의 제어가 이루어짐에 따라 보다 복합적인 사용자의 신체 스트레칭 기능이 발휘되는 것이 바람직하다.
어깨 스트레칭 에어백(221)과 등 스트레칭 에어백(222)의 좌우 팽창비를 달리하여 트위스트 스트레칭을 수행할 수 있다. 예를들면 양 방향의 허벅지 스트레칭 에어백(213) 및 종아리 스트레칭 에어백(214)을 팽창시킴과 동시에 무릎분리압박부재(120) 내의 무릎에어백(121)을 팽창시킴으로써 하체를 고정시킨 과정을 수행한 후, 좌,우 어느 한쪽의 어깨 스트레칭 에어백(221) 및 등 스트레칭 에어백(222) 모두 또는 이 중 하나를 팽창시키면서 다른 한쪽 방향의 어깨 스트레칭 에어백(221), 등 스트레칭 에어백(222)의 공기를 배출시키면 상체가 한쪽으로 뒤틀리게 되어서 트위스트 스트레칭 운동을 수행할 수 있다.
상기 내부에어백(220)은 전술한 외부에어백(210)의 구성과 마찬가지로, 다층의 겹으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 허리 스트레칭 에어백(223)과 골반 스트레칭 에어백(224) 사이에는 상기 매트바디(200) 상면에 열선에 의해서 발열하는 발열수단(230)을 더 포함하는 것이 가능하다.
여기서, 상기 발열수단(230)은 사용자의 허리 또는 종아리 부위 중 적어도 어느 하나에 위치하는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 도면에는 도시되지 않았지만 추가적으로 목부분에 발열수단을 설치할 수도 있다.
상기 열선의 구성 등을 통하여 사용자의 대응 신체부위를 발열시킴으로써 마사지 및 스트레칭 수행효과를 극대화시키는 것이 가능하다.
도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 매트바디 하부 확대도이며, 도 10은 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 매트바디에 배치된 에어호스를 표현한 상면도이다.
도 9 및 도 10을 참고하면, 상기 매트바디(200)에 부착된 다수개의 외부에어백(210) 및 내부에어백(220) 각각에 개별 에어호스(500)가 연결되어 다수개의 에어백을 손쉽게 개별구동하며 제어용이성을 확보하는 것이 가능하다.
도 9에는, 다수개의 외부에어백(210) 및 내부에어백(220) 각각에 연결되는 에어호스 구성을 확인하는 것이 가능하며, 상기 에어호스에 공기를 공급하는 에어펌프(P) 및 에어의 분배 및 공급정도를 조정하는 별도의 모듈(M)이 구비되는 것이 바람직하다 할 것이다.
구체적으로, 모듈(M)과 연결된 각 에어호스(500)의 단부를 통해, 개별 외부 및 내부에어백(210, 220)으로 공급되는 에어의 양과 주기를 설정하여 다양한 유형의 사용자 신체의 마사지 또는 스트레칭의 구현이 가능하다 할 것이다.
도 14는 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 마사지벨트 상면도이다.
전술한 에어백의 팽창을 통한 사용자의 대응되는 신체 마사지 및 스트레칭과 함께 마시지가 수행되지 않는 부위인 복부부위에 대한 마사지가 추가적으로 수행되기 위하여, 사용자의 복부를 감싸며, 사용자의 복부에 진동을 부가하여 마사지하는 마사지벨트(400)를 더 포함하는 것이 바람직하다 할 것이다.
상기 마사지벨트(400)는 사용자의 복부를 감싸면서 착용되는 것이 바람직하며, 전술한 에어펌프(P) 및 모듈(M)과 연결되어, 온열기능 및 내부 벨트에어백이 팽창하며 사용자의 복부를 마사지하고 스트레칭 시키는 것이 가능하다.
구체적으로는, 복부의 정면 또는 측면 등에 반구형상의 다수개의 돌출부형상을 가진 엠보싱 내부에 작은 크기의 에어백이 각각 위치하여 사용자의 복부를 적정압력으로 다수개의 포인트를 가지고 마사지하며 발열수단을 통해 온열을 유지하는 것이 가능하다.
또한, 전술한 장치 구성외에도, 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 구동방법에 대한 발명의 구성이 존재하는 것이 가능하며, 구체적으로, 다수개의 외부 및 내부에어백(210, 220)이 구비되고, 상기 다수개의 외부 및 내부에어백(210, 220)에 개별적으로 기체를 주입하여 팽창구동을 수행하는 전신스트레칭 온열 매트에 있어서, 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 동작모드 중 자동모드(S110) 또는 수동모드(S120)를 선택하는 모드 선택단계(S100), 안마매트의 동작시간을 설정하는 동작시간 설정단계(S200), 안마매트의 동작강도를 설정하는 동작강도 설정단계(S300) 및 안마매트의 온열여부를 선택하는 온열 선택단계(S400)를 포함하는 전신스트레칭 온열 매트 구동방법이 제공되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 자동모드(S110)는 사용자의 목으로부터 어깨, 등, 허리, 골반, 허벅지 및 종아리 순으로 스트레칭을 진행하는 제1모드(S111), 사용자의 목으로부터 어깨, 등, 허리, 골반, 허벅지 및 종아리 순으로 스트레칭을 우선적으로 진행하며, 사용자의 상반신을 좌우 방향으로 돌리는 트위스트 스트레칭을 추가적으로 진행하는 제2모드(S112) 또는 사용자의 상반신을 좌우 방향으로 돌리는 트위스트 스트레칭을 우선적으로 진행하며, 추가적으로 사용자의 목, 어깨, 등에 대하여 스트레칭을 진행하는 제3모드(S113) 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 소정의 시간동안 자동으로 안마매트를 구동하는 것이 가능하다.
상기 예시로 기재한 제1모드 내지 제3모드의 형태 이외에도 추가적인 모드의 구성이 적용되는 것이 가능하다.
또한, 상기 수동모드(S120)는 사용자의 목, 어깨, 등, 허리 골반, 허벅지 또는 종아리 중 어느 하나의 부위에 대한 선택 후 소정의 시간동안 해당 부위의 안마매트를 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이 가능하고, 상기 제2모드(S112) 및 제3모드(S113)에 있어서, 상기 트위스트 스트레칭은 어깨 스트레칭 에어백과 등 스트레칭 에어백의 좌우 팽창비를 달리하여 사용자의 신체 좌우의 스트레칭 범위를 달리하는 동작인 것을 특징으로 하는 것이 바람직하다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 제어모듈을 나타낸 상면도이다.
전술한 구동방법을 구현하기 위한 수단으로써, 사용자는 매트의 상면에 길이방향으로 누운자세를 취한 후 상기 매트커버의 일측에 구비된 별개의 제어모듈(300)이 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 제어모듈(300)에는 스피커 및 디스플레이부가 형성되는 것이 가능하며, 온열의 가부, 전원여부, 자동 또는 수동모드의 선택, 동작시간의 설정 및 동작강도의 설정이 가능함으로써, 전술한 바와 같은 전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 구동방법에 대한 특징을 구현하는 것이 가능하다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다.
본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 매트바디(200)가 인입가능한 내부공간을 가지며, 외측면에 다수개의 에어백포켓(110)이 형성된 매트커버(100);
    다수개의 팽창가능한 외부에어백(210)이 부착되며 상기 매트커버(100) 내측에 인입되는 매트바디(200);를 포함하되,
    상기 매트바디(200)에 부착된 외부에어백(210)은 상기 매트커버(100) 외측면에 형성되어 외부로 돌출된 다수개의 에어백포켓(110)에 삽입되어 상기 에어백포켓(110)과 함께 팽창하고,
    상기 매트커버(100)에 형성되는 에어백포켓(110)은, 상기 매트커버(100)의 길이방향 상측에 위치하여, 다수개의 외부에어백(210)이 삽입되어 팽창함으로써 사용자의 목 부분을 스트레칭 가능한 제1에어백포켓(111);
    상기 매트커버(100)의 길이방향 중하부에 위치하여, 다수개의 외부에어백(210)이 삽입되어 팽창함으로써 사용자의 허벅지 부분을 스트레칭 가능한 제2에어백포켓(112); 및
    상기 매트커버(100)의 길이방향 하부에 위치하여, 다수개의 외부에어백(210)이 삽입되어 팽창함으로써 사용자의 종아리 부분을 스트레칭 가능한 제3에어백포켓(113);을 포함하고,
    상기 매트바디(200)에 부착되어 상기 제1에어백포켓(111)의 내부에 삽입되는 외부에어백은, 최하부에 위치하여 팽창시 상측에 구비되는 다수개의 외부에어백의 팽창높이를 상승시키는 높이조절에어백(211); 및 상기 높이조절에어백(211)의 상측에 구비되어 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 목 스트레칭 에어백(212);을 포함하며,
    상기 매트커버(100)는, 상기 매트커버(100) 길이방향 중하부에 세로중심선을 따라 길이방향으로 형성되고 소정높이 돌출되어 고정된 무릎분리압박부재(120);를 더 포함하고,
    상기 무릎분리압박부재(120)는, 상기 무릎분리압박부재의 내부에서 폭방향으로 팽창가능한 무릎에어백(121);이 삽입되어 사용자의 하지고정이 보다 안정되고,
    상기 매트바디(200)에 부착되어 상기 제2에어백포켓(112)의 내부에 삽입되는 외부에어백은, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 소정간격 이격되어 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 허벅지 스트레칭 에어백(213);을 포함하며,
    상기 매트바디(200)에 부착되어 상기 제3에어백포켓(113)의 내부에 삽입되는 외부에어백은, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 소정간격 이격되어 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 종아리 스트레칭 에어백(214);을 포함하고,
    상기 매트바디(200)는 상기 매트커버(100) 내측에서 팽창되는 다수개의 내부에어백(220)을 더 포함하며,
    상기 매트커버(100) 내측에서 팽창되는 내부에어백(220)은, 제1에어백포켓(111)의 위치와 대응되는 매트바디 위치의 길이방향 하측에 위치하여, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 소정간격 이격되어 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 어깨 스트레칭 에어백(221); 상기 어깨 스트레칭 에어백(221)의 길이방향 하측에 위치하여, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 소정간격 이격되어 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 등 스트레칭 에어백(222); 상기 등 스트레칭 에어백(222)의 길이방향 하측에 위치하여, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 중앙에 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 허리 스트레칭 에어백(223); 및 상기 허리 스트레칭 에어백(223)의 길이방향 하측에 위치하여, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 중앙에 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 골반 스트레칭 에어백(224);을 포함하고,
    상기 목 스트레칭 에어백(212), 상기 어깨 스트레칭 에어백(221), 상기 등 스트레칭 에어백(222), 상기 허리 스트레칭 에어백(223) 및 상기 골반 스트리칭 에어백(224)의 좌측,우측 에어백 팽창비가 상이하게 설정되어 사용자의 근육을 좌측 또는 우측으로 스트레칭 가능하며,
    상기 매트커버(100)는, 상기 매트커버(100) 길이방향 하부에 양측으로 소정높이 돌출되어 형성된 돌출고정부재(130);를 더 포함하고,
    전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 부위별 동작을 구분하여 제어하며, 동작시간 및 동작강도 등을 제어가능한 제어모듈(300);을 더 포함하고,
    사용자의 복부를 감싸며, 사용자의 복부에 진동을 이용하고 에어백을 부가하여 마사지하는 마사지벨트(400);를 더 포함하며,
    상기 매트바디(200)는, 열선에 의해서 발열하는 발열수단(230);을 더 포함하고, 상기 발열수단(230)은, 사용자의 허리 또는 종아리 부위 중 적어도 어느 하나에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전신스트레칭 온열 매트
  2. 매트바디(200)가 인입가능한 내부공간을 가지며, 외측면에 다수개의 에어백포켓(110)이 형성된 매트커버(100);
    다수개의 팽창가능한 외부에어백(210)이 부착되며 상기 매트커버(100) 내측에 인입되는 매트바디(200);를 포함하되,
    상기 매트바디(200)에 부착된 외부에어백(210)은 상기 매트커버(100) 외측면에 형성되어 외부로 돌출된 다수개의 에어백포켓(110)에 삽입되어 상기 에어백포켓(110)과 함께 팽창하고,
    상기 매트커버(100)에 형성되는 에어백포켓(110)은, 상기 매트커버(100)의 길이방향 상측에 위치하여, 다수개의 외부에어백(210)이 삽입되어 팽창함으로써 사용자의 목 부분을 스트레칭 가능한 제1에어백포켓(111);
    상기 매트커버(100)의 길이방향 중하부에 위치하여, 다수개의 외부에어백(210)이 삽입되어 팽창함으로써 사용자의 허벅지 부분을 스트레칭 가능한 제2에어백포켓(112); 및
    상기 매트커버(100)의 길이방향 하부에 위치하여, 다수개의 외부에어백(210)이 삽입되어 팽창함으로써 사용자의 종아리 부분을 스트레칭 가능한 제3에어백포켓(113);을 포함하고,
    상기 매트바디(200)에 부착되어 상기 제1에어백포켓(111)의 내부에 삽입되는 외부에어백은, 최하부에 위치하여 팽창시 상측에 구비되는 다수개의 외부에어백의 팽창높이를 상승시키는 높이조절에어백(211); 및 상기 높이조절에어백(211)의 상측에 구비되어 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 목 스트레칭 에어백(212);을 포함하며,
    상기 매트커버(100)는, 상기 매트커버(100) 길이방향 중하부에 세로중심선을 따라 길이방향으로 형성되고 소정높이 돌출되어 고정된 무릎분리압박부재(120);를 더 포함하고,
    상기 무릎분리압박부재(120)는, 상기 무릎분리압박부재의 내부에서 폭방향으로 팽창가능한 무릎에어백(121);이 삽입되어 사용자의 하지고정이 보다 안정되고,
    상기 매트바디(200)에 부착되어 상기 제2에어백포켓(112)의 내부에 삽입되는 외부에어백은, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 소정간격 이격되어 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 허벅지 스트레칭 에어백(213);을 포함하며,
    상기 매트바디(200)에 부착되어 상기 제3에어백포켓(113)의 내부에 삽입되는 외부에어백은, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 소정간격 이격되어 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 종아리 스트레칭 에어백(214);을 포함하고,
    상기 매트바디(200)는 상기 매트커버(100) 내측에서 팽창되는 다수개의 내부에어백(220)을 더 포함하며,
    상기 매트커버(100) 내측에서 팽창되는 내부에어백(220)은, 제1에어백포켓(111)의 위치와 대응되는 매트바디 위치의 길이방향 하측에 위치하여, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 소정간격 이격되어 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 어깨 스트레칭 에어백(221); 상기 어깨 스트레칭 에어백(221)의 길이방향 하측에 위치하여, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 좌우로 소정간격 이격되어 각각 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 등 스트레칭 에어백(222); 상기 등 스트레칭 에어백(222)의 길이방향 하측에 위치하여, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 중앙에 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 허리 스트레칭 에어백(223); 및 상기 허리 스트레칭 에어백(223)의 길이방향 하측에 위치하여, 상기 매트바디(200)의 세로중심선을 기준으로 중앙에 2개 이상 중첩되어 배치되는 에어백을 포함하는 골반 스트레칭 에어백(224);을 포함하고,
    상기 목 스트레칭 에어백(212), 상기 어깨 스트레칭 에어백(221), 상기 등 스트레칭 에어백(222), 상기 허리 스트레칭 에어백(223) 및 상기 골반 스트리칭 에어백(224)의 좌측,우측 에어백 팽창비가 상이하게 설정되어 사용자의 근육을 좌측 또는 우측으로 스트레칭 가능하며,
    상기 매트커버(100)는, 상기 매트커버(100) 길이방향 하부에 양측으로 소정높이 돌출되어 형성된 돌출고정부재(130);를 더 포함하고,
    전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 부위별 동작을 구분하여 제어하며, 동작시간 및 동작강도 등을 제어가능한 제어모듈(300);을 더 포함하고,
    사용자의 복부를 감싸며, 사용자의 복부에 진동을 이용하고 에어백을 부가하여 마사지하는 마사지벨트(400);를 더 포함하며,
    상기 매트바디(200)는, 열선에 의해서 발열하는 발열수단(230);을 더 포함하고, 상기 발열수단(230)은, 사용자의 허리 또는 종아리 부위 중 적어도 어느 하나에 위치하는 전신스트레칭 온열 매트에 있어서,
    전신스트레칭 온열 매트의 동작모드 중 자동모드(S110) 또는 수동모드(S120)를 선택하는 모드 선택단계(S100); 안마매트의 동작시간을 설정하는 동작시간 설정단계(S200); 안마매트의 동작강도를 설정하는 동작강도 설정단계(S300); 및 안마매트의 온열여부를 선택하는 온열 선택단계(S400);를 포함하고,
    상기 자동모드(S110)는, 사용자의 목으로부터 어깨, 등, 허리, 골반, 허벅지 및 종아리 순으로 스트레칭을 진행하는 제1모드(S111); 사용자의 목으로부터 어깨, 등, 허리, 골반, 허벅지 및 종아리 순으로 스트레칭을 우선적으로 진행하며, 사용자의 상반신을 좌우 방향으로 돌리는 트위스트 스트레칭을 추가적으로 진행하는 제2모드(S112); 또는 사용자의 상반신을 좌우 방향으로 돌리는 트위스트 스트레칭을 우선적으로 진행하며, 추가적으로 사용자의 목, 어깨, 등에 대하여 스트레칭을 진행하는 제3모드(S113); 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 소정의 시간동안 자동으로 안마매트를 구동하고,
    상기 수동모드(S120)는, 사용자의 목, 어깨, 등, 허리 골반, 허벅지 또는 종아리 중 어느 하나의 부위에 대한 선택 후 소정의 시간동안 해당 부위의 안마매트를 구동하고,
    상기 제2모드(S112) 및 제3모드(S113)에 있어서, 상기 트위스트 스트레칭은, 어깨 스트레칭 에어백과 등 스트레칭 에어백의 좌우 팽창비를 달리하여 사용자의 신체 좌우의 스트레칭 범위를 달리하는 동작인 것을 특징으로 하는 전신스트레칭 온열 매트 구동방법
