前述的集成式车载香氛总成,其中所述香氛模块主体还包括壳体,所述壳体内设置推进装置,所述推进装置由所述控制器控制,所述各香料盒均设置于所述壳体内,所述各香料盒内分别设置一推杆,所述推杆一端固定有进风口挡板、另一端固定有排风口挡板,所述壳体上靠近各所述排风口的位置分别开有一推杆孔,所述各推杆带有排风口挡板的一端分别伸入一推杆孔内,所述壳体上设置有使所述各推杆复位的复位装置,在所述控制器控制下所述推进装置推动所述推杆由进风口向出风口移动,使一个所述香料盒的进风口、出风口开启,所述推进装置停止推进,在所述复位装置作用下,所述推杆复位,所述进风口挡板、排风口挡板分别将所述进风口、出风口关闭。
前述的集成式车载香氛总成,其中所述推进装置为安装于所述壳体上的蜗杆曲柄机构,所述蜗杆曲柄机构由伺服电机驱动,所述伺服电机连接控制器,所述控制器控制所述伺服电机的转动角度。
前述的集成式车载香氛总成,其中所述复位装置为多个弹簧,各所述弹簧一端均固定于所述壳体上,各所述弹簧的另一端分别抵靠在一个所述推杆的排风口挡板上,各所述推杆分别从一个所述弹簧的弹簧孔内穿过。
前述的集成式车载香氛总成,其中所述不同香味的香料分别放置于一个香料瓶内,各所述香料盒上均开有一用于安装所述香料瓶的安装孔,各所述香料瓶分别安装于一个所述香料盒的安装孔内,各所述香料瓶外壁均设置有能缩回香料瓶外壁内的卡固装置,所述卡固装置卡在所述安装孔壁上。
前述的集成式车载香氛总成,其中所述壳体内靠近各所述香料盒的位置安装有风力加速装置,所述风力加速装置由所述控制器控制,用于加快香味散发速度。
前述的集成式车载香氛总成,其中所述风力加速设备为安装于靠近各所述香料盒的进风口一侧的鼓风机。
前述的集成式车载香氛总成,其中所述控制器为安装于所述壳体内的控制芯片。
前述的集成式车载香氛总成,其中各所述香料瓶内分别设置电阻值不同的导电片,各所述香料盒内分别设置有与所述控制芯片电连接的导电条,各所述香料瓶放置于各香料盒内后,各导电片分别与一导电条接触,控制芯片将不同电阻值转化为相应的香料名称在显示屏显示。
借由上述技术方案,本发明至少具有下列优点及有益效果:
(1)本发明集成式车载香氛总成,包括控制器、香氛模块主体及香氛风道,香氛模块主体及香氛风道均设置于车辆的中央通道内,所述控制器控制香氛模块主体在需要时散发香味,使香氛系统与整车集成,香氛系统与整车造型统一,实现整车级别多功能联动。
(2)本发明集成式车载香氛总成,香氛模块主体包括多个香料盒,各所述香料盒内分别放置不同香味的香料,控制器根据用户指令使相应的香料盒的进风口、排风口开启后关闭,或相应的香料盒的进风口、排风口持续开启,满足不同用户的个性化需求。
(3)本发明集成式车载香氛总成,壳体内安装有风力加速装置,加快香味散发速度。
(4)本发明集成式车载香氛总成,不同香味的香料分别放置于一个香料瓶内,各香料瓶外壁均设置有能缩回香料瓶外壁内的卡固装置,通过插拔即可实现香料瓶更换,轻松方便。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的集成式车载香氛总成的具体实施方式、特征及其效果,详细说明如后。
请参阅图1,本发明一种集成式车载香氛总成,包括控制器、香氛模块主体20、香氛风道30,
控制器用于接收用户指令并根据指令控制香氛模块主体20,香氛模块主体20在控制器的控制下根据需要散发香味,在整车生产线上,将香氛模块主体20、香氛风道30均安装于车辆的中央通道内,并完成线束对接,中央通道设置于中央扶手内,香氛风道30一端与香氛模块主体20连通,另一端与车辆出风口连通,车辆出风口设置在仪表板中央大屏两侧,香氛模块主体20散发的香味经香氛风道30到达车辆出风口,从而到达乘客舱内。用户通过车内大屏幕或手机输入香氛系统开关指令,控制器接收用户指令并根据用户指令控制香氛模块主体20,使香氛模块主体20发出香味。
在一种实施例中,香氛模块主体20包括多个香料盒21,各香料盒21内分别放置不同香味的香料,各香料盒21上分别开有进风口22、排风口23,用户通过车内大屏幕或手机输入香氛系统开关指令,同时选择香型,控制器根据用户指令所选香型使装有上述香型的香料盒21的进风口、排风口开启,从而使用户所选香型的香味从香料盒散出,经香氛风道30进入乘客舱,满足用户多元化的需求。同时,用户还可选择香味浓度,当用户所选香味 较浓时,控制器根据用户指令使装有用户所选香型的香料盒21的进风口、排风口持续开启,加大香味浓度,当用户所选香味较淡时,控制器根据用户指令使装有用户所选香型的香料盒21的进风口、排风口间歇性开启,香味浓度较淡。
在一种实施例中,当车辆主控制系统检测到驾驶员处于疲劳驾驶状态时,车辆主控制系统自动选择清爽香味的香氛,并将这一指令传输至控制器,控制器控制装有清爽香味的香料的香料盒打开,为用户提神。
在一种实施例中,香氛模块主体20还包括壳体24,壳体24内设置推进装置,推进装置由控制器控制,各香料盒21均设置于壳体24内,如图1、图5所示,各香料盒内分别设置一推杆25,推杆25一端固定有进风口挡板26、另一端固定有排风口挡板27,如图2、图3所示,壳体24上靠近各排风口的位置分别开有一推杆孔,各推杆25带有排风口挡板27的一端分别伸入一推杆孔内,壳体24上还设置有使各推杆复位的复位装置,控制器根据用户指令控制推进装置,使推进装置推动一推杆25由香料盒的进风口向排风口移动,使一个香料盒的进风口、排风口开启,气流进入该香料盒21,香料盒21内散发出用户所选择的香味,推进装置停止推进,在复位装置作用下,推杆25复位,进风口挡板、排风口挡板分别将该香料盒的进风口、排风口关闭,如图4所示。当用户选择其他香味时,控制器按照上述方法控制推进装置推动装有用户所选香味的香料的香料盒21的推杆25。具体的,如图1、图3所示,推进装置为安装于壳体21上的蜗杆曲柄机构28,蜗杆曲柄机构28由伺服电机29驱动,伺服电机29连接控制器,控制器根据用户指令所选香型控制伺服电机29的转动角度,从而使蜗杆曲柄机构28推动相应的香料盒21内的推杆。例如,用户选择玫瑰香型香味时,伺服电机29带动驱动蜗杆曲柄机构28转动某一角度,使蜗杆曲柄机构28推动装有玫瑰香型香味香料的香料盒21内的推杆25,装有玫瑰香型香味香料的香料盒21的进风口、排风口打开,气流进入该香料盒内带出玫瑰香型香味。作为替代,推进装置还可选用除蜗杆曲柄机构28外的其他的设备。
在一种实施例中,复位装置为多个弹簧40,如图1、图3所示,各弹簧40一端均固定于壳体24上,各弹簧24的另一端分别抵靠在一个推杆25的排风口挡板27上,各推杆25分别从一个弹簧40的弹簧孔内穿过。另外,弹簧40还可安装于壳体24上靠近进风口的一端。作为替代,复位装置还可选择除弹簧外的其他装置。
在一种实施例中,壳体24内安装有风力加速装置,风力加速装置由控制器控制,加快香味散发速度。具体的,风力加速设备为安装于靠近各香料盒21的进风口一侧的鼓风机50,如图1、图2所示,鼓风机50由控制器控制,在控制器控制下,某香料盒21的进风口、排风口打开后,鼓风机50打 开,加快香味散发速度。作为替代,风力加速设备还可选用安装于壳体24内靠近各香料盒21的排风口一侧的排气扇。
在一种实施例中,不同香味的香料分别放置于一个香料瓶60内,如图5、图6所示,各香料盒21上均开有一用于安装香料瓶60的安装孔,各香料瓶60分别安装于一个香料盒21的安装孔内,各香料瓶60外壁均设置有卡固装置61,卡固装置61卡在安装孔壁上,卡固装置61能缩回香料瓶60外壁内,安装、拆除香料瓶60时,卡固装置61缩回香料瓶60外壁内,通过插拔即可实现香料瓶更换,轻松方便。
在一种实施例中,控制器为安装于壳体内的控制芯片10,作为替代,控制器还可采用其他自动控制设备。
在一种实施例中,如图7所示,各香料瓶60内分别设置电阻值不同的导电片,各香料盒内分别设置有与控制芯片10电连接的导电条,香料瓶60放置于各香料盒21内后,各导电片分别与一导电条接触,控制芯片10将不同电阻值转化为相应的香料名称在大屏幕显示,具体的,电阻值不同的导电片采用设置于瓶盖62内的尺寸不同的金属片63,金属片63还可设置于香料瓶60的其他位置,电阻值不同的导电片还可采用电阻值不同的其他导电材料,导电条采用导电金属条。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种集成式车载香氛总成,其特征在于:包括
    香氛模块主体,所述香氛模块主体设置于车辆的中央通道内,所述香氛模块主体由控制器控制在需要时散发香味,
    香氛风道,所述香氛风道设置于所述车辆的中央通道内,所述香氛风道一端与所述香氛模块主体连通,另一端与车辆出风口连通,
    控制器,所述控制器用于接收用户指令并根据所述指令控制所述香氛模块主体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的集成式车载香氛总成,其特征在于:
    所述香氛模块主体包括多个香料盒,各所述香料盒内分别放置不同香味的香料,各所述香料盒上分别开有进风口、排风口,所述控制器根据用户指令使与所选香型相对应的香料盒的进风口、排风口开启或关闭。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的集成式车载香氛总成,其特征在于:
    所述香氛模块主体包括多个香料盒,各所述香料盒内分别放置不同香味的香料,各所述香料盒上分别开有进风口、排风口,所述控制器根据用户指令使与所选香型相对应的香料盒的进风口、排风口持续开启。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的集成式车载香氛总成,其特征在于:
    所述香氛模块主体包括多个香料盒,各所述香料盒内分别放置不同香味的香料,各所述香料盒上分别开有进风口、排风口,所述控制器根据用户指令使与所选香型相对应的香料盒的进风口、排风口间歇性开启。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的集成式车载香氛总成,其特征在于:所述香氛模块主体还包括壳体,所述壳体内设置推进装置,所述推进装置由所述控制器控制,所述各香料盒均设置于所述壳体内,所述各香料盒内分别设置一推杆,所述推杆一端固定有进风口挡板、另一端固定有排风口挡板,所述壳体上靠近各所述排风口的位置分别开有一推杆孔,所述各推杆带有排风口挡板的一端分别伸入一推杆孔内,所述壳体上设置有使所述各推杆复位的复位装置,在所述控制器控制下所述推进装置推动所述推杆由进风口向出风口移动,使一个所述香料盒的进风口、出风口开启,所述推进装置停止推进,在所述复位装置作用下,所述推杆复位,所述进风口挡板、排风口挡板分别将所述进风口、出风口关闭。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的集成式车载香氛总成,其特征在于:
    所述推进装置为安装于所述壳体上的蜗杆曲柄机构,所述蜗杆曲柄机构由伺服电机驱动,所述伺服电机连接控制器,所述控制器控制所述伺服电机的转动角度。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的集成式车载香氛总成,其特征在于:
    所述复位装置为多个弹簧,各所述弹簧一端均固定于所述壳体上,各所述弹簧的另一端分别抵靠在一个所述推杆的排风口挡板上,各所述推杆分别从一个所述弹簧的弹簧孔内穿过。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的集成式车载香氛总成,其特征在于:
    所述不同香味的香料分别放置于一个香料瓶内,各所述香料盒上均开有一用于安装所述香料瓶的安装孔,各所述香料瓶分别安装于一个所述香料盒的安装孔内,各所述香料瓶外壁均设置有能缩回香料瓶外壁内的卡固装置,所述卡固装置卡在所述安装孔壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的集成式车载香氛总成,其特征在于:
    所述壳体内靠近各所述香料盒的位置安装有风力加速装置,所述风力加速装置由所述控制器控制,用于加快香味散发速度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的集成式车载香氛总成,其特征在于:
    所述风力加速设备为安装于靠近各所述香料盒的进风口一侧的鼓风机。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的集成式车载香氛总成,其特征在于:
    所述控制器为安装于所述壳体内的控制芯片。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的集成式车载香氛总成,其特征在于:
    各所述香料瓶内分别设置电阻值不同的导电片,各所述香料盒内分别设置有与所述控制芯片电连接的导电条,各所述香料瓶放置于各香料盒内后,各导电片分别与一导电条接触,控制芯片将不同电阻值转化为相应的香料名称在显示屏显示。
