新型PCB清洗线防静电装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及线路板加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种新型PCB清洗线防静电装置。
背景技术
在传统的清洗线设计及生产中,烘干段的风刀为不锈钢设计,滚轮为PP塑料,PCB板的裸露区域表面的金属多为铜、锡、金,这些金属经过高温烘干及与PP滚轮摩擦会产生静电,尤其是在干燥的冬季,静电现象会更严重,静电会影响收板人员的人身安全及后制程的电子设备的精密度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种新型PCB清洗线防静电装置,结构设计合理,安装简便、适用性强,防静电效果佳,提高收板人员的人身安全和后制程的电子测试设备的灵敏度。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种新型PCB清洗线防静电装置,所述防静电装置安装于清洗机台,所述机台包括玻璃面板、出料口和传送装置,所述玻璃面板位于所述出料口的上方,所述传送装置位于所述出料口的下方;
所述防静电装置包括接地线,所述接地线包括沿玻璃面板宽度方向铺设的第一段导线和连接地面的第二段导线,所述第一段导线的一端与玻璃面板连接且另一端与第二段导线的一端连接,所述第二段导线的另一端连接地面;
所述第一段导线沿其长度方向设有若干PP(高聚物聚丙烯)胶片,若干所述PP胶片无间隙并排而设,所述PP胶片为矩形,所述PP胶片的上端通过铜线与所述第一段导线连接且下端下垂,所述PP胶片的上端与所述出料口相抵且下端与所述传送装置相切;
所述传送装置包括转轴,所述转轴上设有多个滚轮,所述转轴与所述玻璃面板的宽度方向平行,所述滚轮沿转轴的轴向等间隔分布,所述PP胶片的下端与所述滚轮的上端相切。

一、本实用新型的防静电装置安装于清洗机台,在清洗机台的出料口上方的玻璃面板上安装接地线,接地线的第一段导线平铺在机台的玻璃面板上,并包覆有绝缘布,接地线的第二段导线与地面相连,接地线的第一段导线沿其长度方向设有若干PP胶片,PP胶片的高度为25cm且下端与滚轮的上端相切;本实用新型的防静电装置在线路板出料过程中,通过PP胶片将线路板上的静电吸附走,结构设计合理,安装简便、适用性强,防静电效果佳,提高收板人员的人身安全和后制程的电子测试设备的灵敏度;
二、本实用新型的若干PP胶片无间隙并排而设,线路板出料时,竖直排列通过传送装置至出料口,PP胶片无间隙排列,可以除去所有从下方出料的线路板上的静电,确保静电吸附完全无遗漏,故,本设计防静电效果佳;PP胶片设置多个而不采用一整片,避免因pp胶片太重影响线路板正常出料;本实用新型结构设计合理,实用性强,防静电效果佳。

所述第一段导线沿其长度方向设有若干PP(高聚物聚丙烯)胶片6,若干所述PP胶片无间隙并排而设,所述PP胶片为矩形,所述PP胶片与所述玻璃面板平行,所述PP胶片的上端通过铜线7与所述第一段导线连接且下端下垂,所述PP胶片的上端与所述出料口相抵且下端与所述传送装置相切;
所述传送装置3包括转轴31,所述转轴与所述玻璃面板的宽度方向平行,所述转轴上设有多个滚轮32,所述滚轮沿转轴的轴向等间隔分布,所述PP胶片的下端与所述滚轮的上端相切。
所述第一段导线的外周包覆一层绝缘布层。
所述出料口的高度为25cm,所述出料口的宽度为110cm。
所述PP胶片的高度为25cm,所述PP胶片的宽度为3.6-5.5cm。

    所述防静电装置包括接地线,所述接地线包括沿玻璃面板宽度方向铺设的第一段导线(4)和连接地面的第二段导线(5),所述第一段导线的一端与所述玻璃面板连接且另一端与所述第二段导线的一端连接,所述第二段导线的另一端连接地面;
    所述第一段导线沿其长度方向设有若干PP胶片(6),若干所述PP胶片无间隙并排而设,所述PP胶片为矩形,所述PP胶片的上端通过铜线(7)与所述第一段导线连接且下端下垂,所述PP胶片的上端与所述出料口相抵且下端与所述传送装置相切;
    所述传送装置(3)包括转轴(31),所述转轴与所述玻璃面板的宽度方向平行,所述转轴上设有多个滚轮(32),所述滚轮沿转轴的轴向等间隔分布,所述PP胶片的下端与所述滚轮的上端相切。
