由于本发明是向上燃放冷焰火,所以该冷焰火喷花机必须水平放置使用,这就需要设计得中心稳定而且达到一种平衡状态才能实现稳定地燃放,基于此,所述冷焰火喷花机中,所述储料单元由于需要装冷焰火原料,开始的重量是最重的,因此所述储料单元设置于中央位置,储料单元的两侧设置动力单元和喷发单元,下端设置点燃单元,由此达到平衡的效果。
进一步,为了保证冷焰火原料基本被燃放,所述动力单元由电机带动推动机构实现,储料单元由储料仓实现,所述储料仓内装有冷焰火原料,如复合钛粉等金属粉末或其它的颗粒;所述动力单元具有一推动机构,所述推动机构伸入到储料仓中,并能够从储料仓伸出一部分,以推出储料仓中的冷焰火原料;点燃单元由燃烧管和缠绕在燃烧管上的加热线圈实现。
更进一步,所述推动机构连接于一电机的输出轴,推动机构的动力由电机的输出轴输出,且推动机构呈水平设置,并设置于储料仓的底部,以能够基本上将冷焰火原料依次推出于储料仓。
更进一步,所述储料仓对应于推动机构的水平位置设置有推动机构装设口,且所述推动机构装设口与推动机构密封设计,以避免冷焰火原料泄露。
更进一步,所述储料仓对应于推动机构的水平方向的另一端具有出料口,便于使推动机构将冷焰火原料推入到点燃单元中,所述出料口接于点燃单元。
更进一步,所述推动机构为丝杆。
更进一步,所述丝杆的外表面具有螺纹结构,以便于推动冷焰火原料。
进一步,所述点燃单元,包括有连接管、燃烧管、加热线圈、保温层和燃烧推动机构,所述连接管上端连接于所述储料仓底部,下端连接于所述燃烧管,以收拢推出的冷焰火原料,使冷焰火原料能够被有效点燃。所述燃烧管水平设置,一端连接于连接管,另一端连接于喷发管,所述加热线圈缠绕于燃烧管外,且所述保温层包裹在加热线圈外部,以具有较少热量的散失;所述燃烧推动机构设置于燃烧管内,以能够将冷焰火原料依次推出于燃烧管。
更进一步,所述点燃单元的连接管垂直设置,以便于冷焰火原料的掉落。
进一步,所述燃烧推动机构动力由一电机的输出轴带动,呈水平设置,且所述燃烧推动机构设置于燃烧管的中心。
更进一步,所述电机设置在机架的底部,其上方设置有燃烧单元,燃烧单元的上方则设置有储料单元,所述电机的一侧设置有齿轮组件,齿轮组件分别带动推动机构及燃烧推动机构工作。
更进一步,所述连接管对应于燃烧推动机构的水平位置设置有燃烧推动机构装设口,且所述燃烧推动机构装设口与燃烧推动机构密封设计,以避免冷焰火原料泄露。
更进一步,所述燃烧管对应于燃烧推动机构的水平方向的另一端具有燃烧管出料口,便于使燃烧推动机构将冷焰火原料推入到喷发单元中,所述燃烧管出料口接于喷发单元。
更进一步,所述燃烧推动机构为丝杆,且所述丝杆的外表面具有螺纹结构,以便于推动冷焰火原料。
所述喷发单元,包括有风机和喷发管,所述风机设置在机架的底部,风机的上部连接于喷发管,所述喷发管接于燃烧管,燃烧管点燃的冷焰火原料输送到喷发管,并被风机吹出的风进行加速,然后从喷发管喷出,形成焰火喷放的效果。
进一步,所述风机具有一个,通过一个出口直接接于喷发管,以便于形成良好的喷发作用。
更进一步,所述喷发管,为圆形结构,同时风机的风能完全吹入喷发管,能够促进点燃的冷焰火原料喷发。
本发明通过几个简单的机架、喷发单元、储料单元、点燃单元和动力单元等部件组合在一起即可实现焰火向上喷发的效果,具有构造结构简单、易于实现、体积小、操控性好的特点,且上述简单的构造便于运输及安装使用,在使用过程中也不会占用过多的空间,便于设置。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1、图2所示,为本发明所实现的小型冷焰火喷花机,图中所示,所述冷焰火喷花机包括有机架1、喷发单元、风机4、点燃单元6、动力单元及储料单元2,其中,动力单元包括有电机5、推动机构21及齿轮组件7;喷发单元由喷发管3和风机4构成;储料单元2存储用以燃放的冷焰火原料,所述储料单元2设置在机架1上部的中间位置,所述动力单元的电机5设置在机架1的下部,通过齿轮组件7连接于推动机构21,推动机构21伸入到所述储料单元2,储料单元2的一侧设置有喷发单元3;储料单元2的下方设置有点燃单元6,且 所述储料单元2连接于点燃单元6,电机5通过推动机构21将储料单元2内的冷焰火原料传输给点燃单元6,点燃单元6将冷焰火原料进行点燃,点燃后输送给喷发管3,由喷发管3在风机4的作用下向上加速喷发,从而形成冷焰火燃放的效果。
由于本发明是向上燃放冷焰火,所以该冷焰火喷花机必须水平放置使用,这就需要设计得中心稳定而且达到一种平衡状态才能实现稳定地燃放,基于此,所述冷焰火喷花机中,所述储料单元2由于需要装冷焰火原料,开始的重量是最重的,因此所述储料单元2设置于机架1上部的中央位置,储料单元2的一侧设置有喷发管3和风机4,另一侧设置有齿轮组件7,储料单元2的下部设置有点燃单元6和电机5,由此达到平衡的效果。
结合图3所示,为了保证冷焰火原料基本被燃放,动力单元由电机5带动推动机构21实现,储料单元2由储料仓实现,所述储料仓2内装有冷焰火原料,如复合钛粉等金属粉末或其它的颗粒;所述推动机构21伸入到储料仓2中,并能够从储料仓2伸出一部分,以推出储料仓2中的冷焰火原料。
所述推动机构21通过齿轮组件7连接于电机5的输出轴,推动机构21的动力由电机5的输出轴输出,且推动机构21呈水平设置,并设置于储料仓2的底部,以能够基本上将冷焰火原料依次推出于储料仓2。
储料仓2的底部一侧对应于推动机构21的水平位置设置有推动机构装设口24,且所述推动机构装设口24与推动机构21呈密封设计,以避免冷焰火原料泄露。
同时,所述储料仓2底部对应于推动机构21的水平方向的另一端具有出料口23,出料口23便于使推动机构21将冷焰火原料推入到点燃单元6中,所述出料口23接于点燃单元6。
通常情况下,推动机构21为丝杆,所述丝杆21的外表面具有螺纹结构25,以便于推动冷焰火原料。
储料仓2中部的一侧则设置有突出部分22,突出部分22以便于将储料仓2 固定在机架1上。
结合图4、图5所示,所述点燃单元6包括有连接管61、燃烧管64、加热线圈65、保温层63和燃烧推动机构62。所述储料单元与所述点燃单元之间设置有一个连接管61,所述连接管61上端连接于所述储料仓2底部,下端连接于所述燃烧管64,以收拢推出的冷焰火原料,使冷焰火原料能够被有效点燃。所述燃烧管64水平设置,一端连接于连接管61,另一端连接于喷发管3,所述加热线圈65缠绕于燃烧管64外,且有一保温层63包裹在加热线圈65外部,以具有较少热量的散失;所述燃烧推动机构62设置于燃烧管64内,以能够将冷焰火原料依次推出于燃烧管64。
所述点燃单元的连接管61垂直设置,以便于冷焰火原料的掉落。所述燃烧管64水平设置。
所述燃烧推动机构62的动力由电机5的输出轴通过齿轮组件7带动,且燃烧推动机构62呈水平设置,同时,燃烧推动机构62设置于燃烧管64的中心。
结合图2所示,所述电机5设置在机架1的底部,其上方设置有燃烧单元6,燃烧单元6的上方则设置有储料单元2,所述电机5的一侧设置有齿轮组件7,齿轮组件7包括有多个齿轮,多个齿轮形成齿轮组件7,齿轮组件7被电机5带动,齿轮组件7又分别带动推动机构21及燃烧推动机构62工作。
再结合图5所示,所述连接管61对应于燃烧推动机构62的水平位置设置有燃烧推动机构装设口66,且所述燃烧推动机构装设口66与燃烧推动机构62呈密封设计,以避免冷焰火原料泄露。
所述燃烧管64对应于燃烧推动机构的水平方向的另一端具有燃烧管出料口68,便于使燃烧推动机构62将冷焰火原料推入到喷发管3中,所述燃烧管出料口68接于喷发管3。
通常情况下,与推动机构21一样,所述燃烧推动机构62为丝杆,且所述丝杆62的外表面具有螺纹结构67,以便于推动冷焰火原料。
结合图6所示,所述喷发单元包括有风机4和喷发管3,所述风机4设置 在机架1的底部,风机4的上部连接于喷发管3,所述喷发管3的侧壁则接于燃烧管64,燃烧管64点燃的冷焰火原料输送到喷发管3,并被风机4吹出的风进行加速,然后从喷发管3喷出,形成焰火喷放的效果。
风机4通常情况下具有一个,通过一个出口直接接于喷发管3,以便于形成良好的喷发作用。
所述喷发管3通常为圆形结构,同时风机4的风口从喷发管3的底部接于喷发管3,使风能完全吹入喷发管3,能够促进点燃的冷焰火原料喷发。
喷发管3的侧壁上设置有燃料入口32,燃料入口32接于燃烧管64,以点燃的冷焰火原料输送到喷发管3,喷发管3的上部则设置突出的凸缘31,结合图1所示,机架1的上部对应于喷发管3的位置具有卡扣11,通过卡扣11将喷发管3固定在机架1上,凸缘31则是避免喷发管3脱离机架,增加固定的稳定性。
因此,本发明通过几个简单的机架、喷发单元、储料单元、点燃单元和动力单元等部件组合在一起即可实现焰火向上喷发的效果,具有构造结构简单、易于实现、体积小、操控性好的特点,且上述简单的构造便于运输及安装使用,在使用过程中也不会占用过多的空间,便于设置。例如轻松地放置于舞台,配合表演进行焰火喷放,增加舞台的演出效果;也可以依据具体要求放置于合适的场所。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种小型冷焰火喷花机,其特征在于所述冷焰火喷花机包括有机架、喷发单元、点燃单元、动力单元及储料单元,储料单元存储用以燃放的冷焰火原料,所述储料单元设置在机架上部的中间位置,所述动力单元连接于所述储料单元,储料单元的两侧设置有动力单元和喷发单元;储料单元的下方设置有点燃单元,且所述储料单元连接于点燃单元,动力单元将储料单元内的冷焰火原料传输给点燃单元,点燃单元将冷焰火原料进行点燃,点燃后输送给喷发单元,由喷发单元进行向上加速喷发,从而形成冷焰火燃放的效果。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的小型冷焰火喷花机,其特征在于所述储料单元设置于中央位置,储料单元的两侧设置动力单元和喷发单元,下端设置点燃单元。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的小型冷焰火喷花机,其特征在所述于所述动力单元由电机带动推动机构实现,储料单元由储料仓实现,所述储料仓内装有冷焰火原料,如复合钛粉等金属粉末或其它的颗粒;所述动力单元具有一推动机构,所述推动机构伸入到储料仓中,并能够从储料仓伸出一部分,以推出储料仓中的冷焰火原料;点燃单元由燃烧管和缠绕在燃烧管上的加热线圈实现。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的小型冷焰火喷花机,其特征在于所述推动机构连接于一电机的输出轴,推动机构的动力由电机的输出轴输出,且推动机构呈水平设置,并设置于储料仓的底部。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的小型冷焰火喷花机,其特征在于所述储料仓对应于推动机构的水平位置设置有推动机构装设口,且所述推动机构装设口与推动机构密封设计;所述储料仓对应于推动机构的水平方向的另一端具有出料口,便于使推动机构将冷焰火原料推入到点燃单元中,所述出料口接于点燃单元。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的小型冷焰火喷花机,其特征在于所述推动机构为丝杆,所述丝杆的外表面具有螺纹结构。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的小型冷焰火喷花机,其特征在于所述点燃单元,包括有连接管、燃烧管、加热线圈、保温层和燃烧推动机构,所述连接管上端连 接于所述储料仓底部,下端连接于所述燃烧管;所述燃烧管水平设置,一端连接于连接管,另一端连接于喷发管,所述加热线圈缠绕于燃烧管外,且所述保温层包裹在加热线圈外部;所述燃烧推动机构设置于燃烧管内,以能够将冷焰火原料依次推出于燃烧管。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的小型冷焰火喷花机,其特征在于所述点燃单元的连接管垂直设置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的小型冷焰火喷花机,其特征在于所述燃烧推动机构动力由一电机的输出轴带动,呈水平设置,且所述燃烧推动机构设置于燃烧管的中心;所述电机设置在机架的底部,其上方设置有燃烧单元,燃烧单元的上方则设置有储料单元,所述电机的一侧设置有齿轮组件,齿轮组件分别带动推动机构及燃烧推动机构工作。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的小型冷焰火喷花机,其特征在于所述喷发单元,包括有风机和喷发管,所述风机设置在机架的底部,风机的上部连接于喷发管,所述喷发管接于燃烧管,燃烧管点燃的冷焰火原料输送到喷发管,并被风机吹出的风进行加速,然后从喷发管喷出,形成焰火喷放的效果。
