现有的冷焰火喷发设备大都具有结构复杂、设备笨重,自动化程度低,使 用成本高等缺点,有些虽然在连续供料及均匀送料上有所提升,提高了整个机器的自动化水平,但是,其下料装置结构复杂,不易控制,由于其下料、落料装置结构上的限制,一般只能向上喷发冷焰火,大大限制了冷焰火的使用自由度,给舞美设计人员的舞台效果设计方案造成了诸多不便。

如图1、5-8所示,所述储料仓1的出料端和所述下料装置4的出料口被设置在同一条轴线A(未显示)上,所述落料通孔413的轴线B(未显示)垂直于所述旋转杆41的轴线,当所述轴线A与所述轴线B重合时,达到最大下料速度,当所述轴线A与所述轴线B垂直时,下料停止。所述旋转杆41上可设有旋转盘12,所述旋转盘12上可相应设有用于感应开关13进行定位或限位感应控制的通孔或其他类似能被感应的特征,通过控制系统对旋转杆41的转动角度进行控制,进而对下料进行控制。如此,便可控制储料仓1中金属粉末的供给量,防止了落料仓2中因累积过多的金属粉末而产生拥堵,进而造成送料不畅的问题。
所述输料装置3包括与所述落料仓2的出料端连通的输料管道31,该输料管道31中设置有用于输送物料的螺旋辊32,所述螺旋辊32上设有容纳物料的螺旋槽,所述螺旋辊32在电机二10的驱动下通过连续旋转进行均匀输送金属粉末。
所述输料装置3外侧设有加热装置33,所述加热装置33外围设有保温装置34,以使防止加热的金属粉末热量散失,在所述金属粉末到达喷发装置前加温到其燃点。
所述加热装置33和所述保温装置34上设有连通所述输料管道31与外界的透气孔35,该透气孔用于给输料管道内加热的金属粉末输送氧气,促使其达到燃点后进行燃烧。
如图1、2所示,所述输料管道31的周壁上设有与所述落料仓2的出料端连通的三个成径向角度间隔的进料口36,所述三个进料口36的角度间隔依次为 90度、90度和180度,这样可以使整个下料机构(包括储料仓1、下料装置4、电机一5等)在所述输料装置3径向的不同角度位置上与所述输料装置3连通进行送料,极大地拓展了整个喷发机结构布置的自由度。
当然,上述进料口36的数量也可以为两个或者多于三个(一个进料口比较常见),其角度间隔也可以根据实际需要进行设置。一般情况下,多个进料口36只是提供了可选择的设置位置,并非同时使用多个进料口。因为上述下料机构下料需要利用物料本身(金属粉末)的重力,因此,无论所述下料机构被安装在什么角度的位置,其工作时均应使出料端朝下的方向布置,则会因为下料机构安装角度位置的不同,喷发口的喷发朝向随之调整。
如图3所示,所述进料口36上设有封盖37,该封盖37用于密封未处于使用状态的进料口36或者用于封闭未处于使用状态的落料仓2。在上述整个下料机构还包括落料仓2的情况下,则上述封盖37便应设计为封闭进料口36的,否则上述封盖37应设计为封闭落料仓2的。
所述冷焰火喷发机落料装置的工作过程为:在储料仓1中放入足够量的金属粉末,在重力的作用下,所述金属粉末通过储料仓1底部的出料端供给金属粉末到储料仓1与落料仓2连通的连通通道中,所述下料装置4的旋转杆41在电机一5的驱动下在上述连通通道中做旋转运动,当所述旋转杆41上的落料通孔413同时与所述储料仓1底部的出料端和所述落料仓2的进料端连通时,则进行下料,当所述旋转杆41上的落料通孔413不与所述储料仓1底部的出料端和所述落料仓2的进料端连通时,则停止下料,所以控制电机输出转速并控制旋转杆的旋转角度便可控制下料速度,包括可控制下料的进行或完全停止。所述金属粉末通过落料仓2输入所述输料装置3的输料管道31中,电机二10驱 动螺旋辊32将所述金属粉末均匀连续地输送到所述喷发装置8中,在该输送过程中,加热装置33对金属粉末进行加热,所述金属粉末在到达喷发装置前达到燃点并开始燃烧,在所述风机9吹出的强风作用下,被点燃的金属粉末以冷焰火的方式通过喷发装置8的喷发口喷发出去,形成冷焰火喷发的效果。
在所述旋转杆41上设置旋转盘12及能被感应开关13感应的通孔或类似能被感应的特征,则可通过控制系统对所述旋转杆41的旋转状态及速度进行控制,从而达到控制下料的目的。
如图3、4所示,本实用新型的另一种实施例提供一种采用如上文所述的冷焰火喷发机落料装置的喷发机,其还包括与所述输料装置3连通的喷发装置8及与所述喷发装置8连接的风机9,所述风机9的出风口与所述喷发装置8的进风口连通,所述风机9通过连接法兰套81与喷发装置8连接成为一个整体,该整体能以与所述喷发装置8连接的所述输料管道31为转轴进行旋转,这样就拓展了该喷发机喷发冷焰火的角度范围,使喷发冷焰火的方向可根据实际需要进行自由地调整,令该种冷焰火喷发设备的功能得到很大地提高,同时也拓宽了使用场合及增加了使用方式。
如图4所示,所述喷发装置8的喷发口可以通过绕所述输料管道31旋转的方式在180度的角度范围内进行方向调节,基本满足了横向、竖向、斜向的全方位方向的喷发需求,另外,该冷焰火喷发机除了能放置在地面平台上进行工作外,还可以采取悬挂的方式使喷发口向下喷发冷焰火,达到全方位无死角地喷发方向的自由调节。
上述实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案,不应认为是对实用新型保护范围的限制,本实用新型除用于冷焰火喷发技术领域外,也可应用于其他任 何相近领域。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冷焰火喷发机落料装置,包括储料仓和下料装置,其特征在于,所述下料装置的进料端与所述储料仓的出料端连通,所述下料装置的出料口用于与落料仓连通,在所述下料装置的进料端与所述下料装置的出料口之间交叉连通有开关通道,在所述开关通道中设有能进行旋转运动的旋转杆,该旋转杆包括驱动端和开关端,所述开关端设有能与所述储料仓的出料端及所述下料装置的出料口连通的落料通孔,所述落料仓的出料端用于连通输料装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冷焰火喷发机落料装置,其特征在于:所述旋转杆由电机一驱动,所述旋转杆的驱动端与所述电机一的输出轴连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的冷焰火喷发机落料装置,其特征在于:所述下料装置还包括用于支撑所述旋转杆的轴套,所述轴套设置在储料仓中或者设置在所述储料仓与所述电机一之间,所述旋转杆穿过该轴套及储料仓的出料端。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的冷焰火喷发机落料装置,其特征在于:所述储料仓的出料端和所述下料装置的出料口被设置在同一条轴线A上,所述落料通孔的轴线B垂直于所述旋转杆的轴线,当所述轴线A与所述轴线B重合时,达到最大下料速度,当所述轴线A与所述轴线B垂直时,下料停止。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的冷焰火喷发机落料装置,其特征在于:所述输料装置包括与所述落料仓的出料端连通的输料管道,该输料管道中设置有用于输送物料的螺旋辊,所述螺旋辊上设有容纳物料的螺旋槽。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的冷焰火喷发机落料装置,其特征在于:所述输料装置外侧设有加热装置,所述加热装置外围设有保温装置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的冷焰火喷发机落料装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置和所述保温装置上设有连通所述输料管道与外界的透气孔。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的冷焰火喷发机落料装置,其特征在于:所述输料管道的周壁上设有与所述落料仓的出料端连通的两个或两个以上成径向角度间隔的进料口。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的冷焰火喷发机落料装置,其特征在于:所述进料口或落料仓上设有封盖,该封盖用于密封未处于使用状态的进料口或者用于封闭未处于使用状态的落料仓。
  10. 一种采用如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的冷焰火喷发机落料装置的喷发机,还包括与所述输料装置连通的喷发装置及与所述喷发装置连接的风机,所述风机的出风口与所述喷发装置的进风口连通,其特征在于,所述风机通过连接法兰套与喷发装置连接成为一个整体,该整体能以与所述喷发装置连接的所述输料管道为转轴进行旋转。
