例如,当耙子的铲片20处于第一状态(如图2所示),但用户需要铲取沙子时,驱动装置30则驱动所有铲片20逆时针旋转90度,切换为第二状态(如图3所示);当用户想要铲取宠物粪便但不需要铲取沙子时,驱动装置30又驱动所有铲片20顺时针旋转90度,恢复为第一状态(如图2所示)。应当理解,铲片20顺时针和逆时针旋转的角度,除了90度外,也可以是0-90度之间的其它角度,如60-90度均可,但必须保证第二状态时多个铲片20能够排布成一排并拼接成一体。
为了保证铲片20拼接的完整性,优选在铲片20两侧设置便于与相邻的铲片20拼接配合的斜边。这样相邻的两个铲片20可以适配卡合组成一个整体,避免铲片20之间留下间隙,可以更加有效的铲取沙子等体积较小的物体。
如图3所示,本发明实施例中,基体10包括外壳13、第一基板11和第二基板12。外壳13优选呈圆柱形,当然也可以为其它形状,第一基板11和第二基板12优选容置于外壳13内。第一基板11连接外壳13,第二基板12与第一基板11活动连接,优选通过卡合结构活动连接,以使第二基板12既可以沿纵向(即长度方向)移动,又防止其横向侧移,增加稳定性。
可选地,卡合结构包括凹槽和容置于凹槽内的凸块,凹槽可以设置于第一基板11的两边,并沿第一基板11纵向(即长度方向)延伸,对应的,凸块则设置于第二基板12的两边,并沿第二基板12纵向延伸;当然也可以反过来设置,即凹槽设置于第二基板12的两边,并沿第二基板12纵向(即长度方向)延伸,对应的,凸块则设置于第一基板11的两边,并沿第一基板11纵向延伸。
可选地,卡合结构也可以只包括设置于第一基板11的凹槽,第二基板12整个容置于第一基板11的凹槽内。
卡合结构是现有技术比较常见的活动连接结构,本发明在此不再赘述。此外,当耙子单独使用时,还可以在基体10的外壳13上连接一方便用户握持的手柄。
如图6、图8所示,每个铲片20的端部均设置有第一转轴21和第二转轴22,第一基板11上对应每个铲片20的位置均设置有第一插孔111和限位孔112,第二基板12上对应每个铲片20的位置均设置有第二插孔121。第一插孔111和第二插孔121可以是盲孔,也可以是通孔。限位孔112为通孔,且呈弧形的狭长状,用于限制第二转轴22的行程和移动轨迹。每个铲片20的第一转轴21插入第一基板11的第一插孔111,每个铲片20的第二转轴22穿过第一基板11的限位孔112并插入第二基板12的第二插孔121。驱动装置30驱动第二基板12沿纵向(即长度方向)移动,带动第二转轴22沿着限位孔112移动,从限位孔112的一端移动到另一端,从而使得铲片20绕第一转轴21旋转。需要提醒的是,图6和图8中,第一基板和第二基板上的缺口,仅仅是为了方便察看内部结构而挖掉的,实际产品中无需挖出缺口。
如图5、图6所示,当铲片的第二转轴22位于限位孔112的右端时,耙子的铲片20则处于第一状态,即多个铲片20排布成一列,且相邻铲片20之间间隔预设距离。如图7、图8所示,当铲片的第二转轴22移动到限位孔112的左端时,耙子的铲片20则处于第二状态,即多个铲片20排布成一排并拼接成一体。
本领域技术人员可以理解,除了采用上述结构来使得铲片20旋转外,还可以采用现有技术中其它结构,只要能够控制铲片20旋转,使得铲片20在第一状态和第二状态之间来回切换即可,本发明对此不再一一列举赘述。
驱动装置30连接基体10的外壳13,优选容置于外壳13内,固定于外壳13的侧壁。本发明实施例中,驱动装置30如图9所示,包括壳体31、电机、齿轮32和推杆33。电机和齿轮32安装于壳体31,推杆33一端连接齿轮32,另一端连接第二基板12。电机启动后,驱动齿轮32旋转,齿轮32则带动推杆33推动或拉动第二基板12。例如,当电机驱动齿轮32正转时,齿轮32带动推杆33推动第二基板12;当电机驱动齿轮32反转时,齿轮32则带动推杆33拉动基板。
推杆33可以一端活动连接,另一端固定连接,如:推杆33一端与齿轮32活动连接,另一端与第二基板12固定连接,或者,推杆33一端与齿轮32固定连接,另一端与第二基板12活动连接。作为优选,本发明实施例中,推杆33两端分别活动连接齿轮32和第二基板12,以使推杆33推拉第二基板12时更加灵活顺畅。
进一步地,本发明实施例中,齿轮32包括第一齿轮321和第二齿轮322,优选地,第一齿轮321的直径小于第二齿轮322的直径。电机的旋转轴连接第一齿轮321,驱动第一齿轮321旋转。第二齿轮322连接推杆33,带动推杆33推拉第二基板12。通过设置两级齿轮32,一方面增加了驱动装置30的传动力,另一方面起到了减速作用。
本领域技术人员可以理解,驱动装置30除了采用上述结构外,还可以采用现有技术中的其它结构。例如,可以将上述齿轮32结构替换为凸轮机构,将旋转运动转换为直线运动;也可以利用气缸来推拉第二基板12,等等。本发明对此不再一一列举赘述。
进一步地,如图4所示,耙子的基体10的两端还设置有滚轮40,当耙子安装于宠物厕所内时,滚轮40可以在宠物厕所内壁两侧的轨道上滚动,从而使得耙子可以在宠物厕内移动。
本发明实施例中,可以通过一切换开关来控制驱动装置30启动和关闭,如在耙子的基体10内部设置一切换开关,切换开关包括一露出基体10表面的切换按钮。当用户按压切换按钮时,就能控制铲片20在第一状态和第二状态之间切换,从而控制耙子在铲大物体(如粪便)和铲小物体(如沙子)两个功能之间切换。
本发明实施例的耙子,通过增设一驱动装置30,利用驱动装置30驱动铲片20旋转,以使铲片20在第一状态和第二状态之间切换,当处于第二状态时,多个铲片20排布成一排并拼接成一体,此时就可以铲取沙子等体积较小的物体,从而为耙子增加了铲沙功能。当耙子应用于宠物厕所时,则可以自动清除宠物厕所内的沙子,为用户更换宠物厕所内的沙底提供了便利。
如图10所示,提出本发明的宠物厕所一实施例。宠物厕所包括厕所外壳100以及容置于厕所外壳100内的收纳盒200和耙子300。收纳盒200设置于厕所外壳100内的一端,包括盒体201和盒盖202。如图2-图4所示,耙子300包括基体10和连接于基体10的多个铲片20,还包括连接于基体10的驱动装置30,驱动装置30驱动铲片20旋转,以使铲片20在第一状态和第二状态之间切换,其中:当处于第一状态时(如图2所示),多个铲片20排布成一列,且相邻铲片20之间间隔预设距离;当处于第二状态时(如图3所示),多个铲片20排布成一排并拼接成一体。本实施例中所描述的耙子300为本发明中上述实施例所涉及的耙子300,在此不再赘述。
进一步地,宠物厕所还包括控制装置和传感装置。控制装置可以设置于耙子300的基体10内,用于控制耙子300移动以及其铲片20扬起和落下。传感装置设置于厕所外壳100内壁,用于感应宠物是否进入和离开宠物厕所。当宠物离开宠物厕所时,控制装置则控制耙子300铲取宠物的粪便,并移动到收纳盒200的位置,将粪便倒入收纳盒200内,最后控制耙子300回到原位。从而实现自动清理宠物厕所内的粪便。
当用户需要更换宠物厕所内的沙底时,则按压耙子300的切换按钮,使得耙子300的铲片从第一状态切换为第二状态,多个铲片20组合成一个完整的大铲片。然后控制装置控制耙子300铲取宠物厕所内的沙子,并移动到收纳盒200的位置,将沙子倒入收纳盒200内,最后控制耙子300回到原位。从而实现自动清除宠物厕所内的沙子。
本发明实施例的宠物厕所,通过为其中的耙子300增设一驱动装置30,利用驱动装置30驱动铲片20旋转,以使铲片20在第一状态和第二状态之间切换,当处于第二状态时,多个铲片20排布成一排并拼接成一体,此时就可以铲取沙子等体积较小的物体,从而为耙子300增加了铲沙功能,为用户更换宠物厕所内的沙底提供了便利。本发明实施例的宠物厕所既可以自动清理粪便,又可以自动清理脏沙,功能丰富,极大的提升了用户体验。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种耙子,包括基体(10)和连接于所述基体(10)的多个铲片(20),还包括连接于所述基体(10)的驱动装置(30),所述驱动装置(30)驱动所述铲片(20)旋转,以使所述铲片(20)在第一状态和第二状态之间切换,其中:当处于第一状态时,所述多个铲片(20)排布成一列,且相邻铲片(20)之间间隔预设距离;当处于第二状态时,所述多个铲片(20)排布成一排并拼接成一体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耙子,其中,所述基体(10)包括外壳(13)、第一基板(11)和第二基板(12),所述第一基板(11)和所述驱动装置(30)连接所述外壳(13),所述铲片(20)的端部设置有第一转轴(21)和第二转轴(22),所述第一基板(11)上设置有第一插孔(111)和限位孔(112),所述第二基板(12)上设置有第二插孔(121),所述第一转轴(21)插入所述第一插孔(111),所述第二转轴(22)穿过所述限位孔(112)并插入所述第二插孔(121);所述驱动装置(30)驱动所述第二基板(12)沿纵向移动,以使所述铲片(20)绕所述第一转轴(21)旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的耙子,其中,所述驱动装置包括电机、齿轮(32)和推杆(33),所述推杆(33)一端连接所述齿轮(32),另一端连接所述第二基板(12),所述电机驱动所述齿轮(32)旋转,所述齿轮(32)带动所述推杆(33)推动或拉动所述第二基板(12)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的耙子,其中,所述齿轮(32)包括相互啮合的第一齿轮(321)和第二齿轮(322),所述电机驱动所述第一齿轮(321),所述第二齿轮(322)连接所述推杆(33)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的耙子,其中,所述第一齿轮(321)的直径小于所述第二齿轮(322)的直径。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的耙子,其中,所述推杆(33)分别与所述齿轮(32)和所述第二基板(12)活动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的耙子,其中,所述第一插孔(111)为通孔或盲孔。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的耙子,其中,所述第二插孔(121)为通孔或盲孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的耙子,其中,所述铲片(20)两侧设置有便于与相邻的铲片(20)拼接配合的斜边。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的耙子,其中,所述第一基板(11)与所述第二基板(12)活动连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的耙子,其中,所述第一基板(11)与所述第二基板(12)通过卡合结构活动连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的耙子,其中,所述卡合结构包括设置于所述第一基板(11)的凹槽和设置于所述第二基板(12)的凸块。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的耙子,其中,所述卡合结构包括设置于所述第一基板(11)的凸块和设置于所述第二基板(12)的凹槽。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的耙子,其中,所述卡合结构包括设置于所述第一基板(11)的凹槽,所述第二基板(12)容置于所述凹槽内。
  15. 一种宠物厕所,包括厕所外壳(100)以及容置于所述厕所外壳(100)内的收纳盒(200)和耙子(300),其中,所述耙子(300)为权利要求1所述的耙(300)。
